This is the second Infiniti automobile we have purchased through this dealer. ALL their staff is excellent and go that extra distance to make your new car purchase comfortable. When I compared other dealers pricing within an 350 mile radius, Infinti of Cincinnati's prices could not be beat. The finance department is honest, straight up, and they play no games with adding extra cost on at the end like most dealers like....."Prep Fee's", "Documentation Fee's" "Advertising Fee's" and "Transfer Fee's. Once again, I was absolutely floored with the offers on our trade in's. We were given $1000 or more for our trade in's than I ever thought I would receive. Infiniti of Cincinnati is the only car dealer I will ever buy an Infiniti again although I have a closer dealer. I will drive that extra hour or two to do business with them exclusively.

very poor experience, mgr Fred Ferrara sent rude emails. salesman never returned call, would not honor price quotes . inquired about QX 80 . couldn't get return price quote . emailed mgr repeatedly . no luck , unprofessional place . would not buy from this dealership ever . mgr Fred rude .

The manager was very helpful when responding to my email request. I did not end up buying a vehicle with them at this time. But the correspondence with Brandon was very professional and helpful.

I was looking at a car they had on their lot for over a year and it was priced similar to other vehicles at other dealerships. I tried to negotiate on the price, they would not move one cent on their price. Not sure how they sell any cars. The sales person was very nice, but he could not get "management" to move on the price. The car is still on their lot three weeks later.

Was told vehicle was for sale and to email them my trade information and pictures. Never heard back from them. I called 5 hours later and was informed that vehicle was sold!!! They completely wasted my time and could care less on making a sale!!!

Hands down - BEST buying (and trade) experience! We worked with Anna via Internet Sales, then met with Kirby onsite, and with help from the GM-Fred Ferraro, we were VERY VERY impressed. After being a solid German auto purchasing/leasing family for more than 30 years, we are now PROUD Infiniti owners of a G35X that has all the fun, finishings and technical quality of our just traded 5-series! Car was on lot for well over 100 days. We were $500 away from deal. Salesman was great but then they sent me to the finance guy - changed the deal instantly (oh, we can't provide 90 day power train for that price - i.e. $500 away)...So close yet so far...car is still on their lot 3 months later.
