The service dept. Is very friendly and willing to help. I experienced an issue where they did not complete a service I requested due to their assuming my car model was something different. After bringing it to their attention they fully apologized and completed the service free of charge. They definitely stand behind their word and make things right when they mess up (we are all humans, it happens) very professional and caring service staff.

My wife and I purchased a certified pre owned vehicle recently from salesman Andrew Brownlow. The infinity Q56. Immediately from the phone call inquiry to Andrew when I told him the vehicle I wanted to test drive he had it ready in 10 minutes as I was in route. Impressive because I made it on time to family photos that morning and surprised my wife. Another nice perk to me was that when I returned the car I met Andrew and J.R. the sales manager to talk price. There was no sales manager hiding behind a mirrored wall and these guys were great. I am particular and requested new ceramic brake pads be installed by their service team. The brake pads on the car were new, however ceramic pads in my opinion are higher quality and will not leave thick black metallic brake dust on these pretty '22 inch rims. The service writer invited me to view my vehicle as the car was on the lift and took additional strides which earned future business of ours. The service waiting area was clean and large which makes me happy knowing my wife will be comfortable if waiting on routine maintenance. We are a busy family and yet reserved when making any new large asset purchases. We were very happy here, comfortable and no pressure. Thanks Andrew for doing what you said you would do even after the sale.

Even after doing research, I wasn't sure what to expect from the brand or from this particular dealership in terms of overall experience. I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised. Elie in particular was incredibly great to work with. He was very welcoming, engaging and thorough. He was also very knowledgeable about the Infiniti brand and products. Most importantly he did not pressure or rush me into purchasing something I did not want. He made sure that I was satisfied and gave me an opportunity to think about my decision... which was very much appreciated. He also came in on his day off to close the deal! This in my opinion is going above and beyond.The other Infiniti of Columbus dealership associates were also very welcoming. The dealership sales office and service area were very nice, clean and modernly appointed (very classy). Coming from Acura, this experience has made me proud to be a part of the Infiniti family. What a professional dealership! And made a great deal on my 2013 QX56! Found this near perfect SUV at Cars.com and it had the exact exterior silver with the wheat (tan) interior....very hard to find the lighter interior. Andrew Brownlow was very polite and helpful, picking me up at the airport and walking me through a very quick and seamless sales process. No pressure, no hassle...just great customer service. He's followed up with me twice in 3 days to make sure everything is satisfactory. Absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a used or new vehicle! Solid dealer all-around.

Found an SUV on autotrader and went to the lot, was greeted by Steven who was very helpful and not pushy whatsoever. They had the best detailed vehicles of any used cars I have seen in recent history, this was huge to me compared to driving hundreds of miles for rough misrepresented cars. The process was very painless to buy the Suburban and can actually say my salesman was a pleasure to work with. Our friend bought a used 2015 Infiniti a few days. She made the mistake of making sure there wasn't anything wrong with it. There were chips on the back and a dent on the side. She called Infiniti Headquarters and told her because it is a used car, they can do nothing but went through the checklist of everything should have received with the car. They forgot the car mats; so she decided to go back and asked if I would come.I went with her again, pulled up and they raced out to give her new ones. She asked for the sales manager and was told he was busy (which I found out later they said this to her every time she called AFTER she bought the car with CASH). She pointed out the problems and the sales guy told her to talk to the manager because there was nothing he could do.We follow right behind the salesman (who turns to face the sales manager) where he tells the sales manager my friend's issues, he then said, 'I don't care, where is she?' The salesman looked at him strange because I am right behind the sales manager at this point. The salesman says my friend is outside because she went to bathroom, which I didn't realize due to the OUTRAGEOUS remark the sales manager made. The sales manager stormed off. My friend comes back and I told her the story, after 15 minutes, the sales manager comes over and doesn't greet us, just asks about the xxxx car mats. My friend demanded that he fix the other issues. He didn't hold the door open for us just walked out and said 'What are you talking about?' She shows him both issues and at first acts like they are nothing, that he can barely see them, which was the most condescending gesture I have ever seen with my own two eyes. She then demanded he fix them, in which he told her all used cars have scratches, dents and issues. She started getting really mad, so I said, 'The issue here is, she paid for this car with $33,000 CASH, couldn't...' The salesman interrupts me and says I have customers who pay cash. In which I responded, well I know plenty of wealthy people and they don't. He then continues by saying to her, "I gave you car mats for free!' I said, 'She's not happy and she's your customer, shouldn't you...' Interrupts me again by saying, 'You're not my customer, I don't care what you think!' I told him, 'Stop interrupting me and I'll never buy car from Infiniti' He then started telling my friend that he will have someone take care of it now. I then asked him 'Where are the women sales people, because I haven't seen ONE YET!' He stormed off again. The salesman with the car mats took the car back to service to buff and fix the issues. After all the customers left, the salesman brought the car back and it looked just the same. He left the window down and it was raining and blatantly repeated, 'There's nothing else we are going to do' My friend continued to argue and I told her to move on and NEVER BUY AN INFINITI AGAIN, especially when you have $33,000 CASH.I've never been so insulted in my entire life and it wasn't even my problem. I was there for my friend and he treated me like I was a nothing and a nobody. I will make sure to tell everyone and anyone about how disrespectful these people were to my friend and I. Definitely will be posting all over the internet until these people set it right for my friend.

I recently bought my second Infiniti, both purchased with the help of Steve Graham. Steve is the kind of person with whom i like to do business. Cut to the chase and not overbearing or offensive. I brought my other Infiniti in, traded it for a newer model and was out the door in a few hours. My personality does not usually mesh well with that of people in the car industry. I know what I like and want, and I know what I am willing to pay for it. Steve knows that too, so the process is always pleasant. I would recommend that you visit Infiniti and ask for Steve if you are looking for a car, new or used. He even bought me breakfast, and I kept his change. And he is not getting it back.

I went to purchase a used BMW X5 from this dealership based on their reputation. As a luxury brand dealer, I felt comfortable to get the best service. Initially, the service was exceptional and the individual I worked with was great, was concerned with what I wanted and getting me the deal I wanted. When I took ownership of the car, I noticed that an item (cargo shade) that was listed on the sticker and on the Cars.com listing was not in the vehicle. I contacted the dealership and was told it was sold "as is". When I expressed that it was not advertised as such, they didn't even respond. If you want to purchase a new Infinity, this is probably a good place to go. If you're buying a used vehicle, make sure you do an inspection as they do not pride themselves on that.

I had a good experience at this dealership. I setup and appointment online, and the car was ready for me when I arrived. I was able to take it for a spin, without the salesman which was important to me. I drove an '11 Infiniti G25X which was in great shape but a few minor interior items were worn and the paint was pealing on the console box. I told them about that, and they looked at, and when I agreed to purchase it, they went ahead and repaired everything - covered it under the car's warranty. I felt taken care of, and when those replacements were taking too long, they offered a loaner car that day which allowed me to take my daughter home. They called me back within an hour to pick it up. All in all, a good experience.

I was very displeased with Infiniti of Columbus. This is going to be a long review however you should READ BEFORE YOU SHOP HERE. I bought a used 09 Volkswagen Jetta from them a few months ago. I test drove the car in the rain and liked everything about the car. I asked if it had a keyless entry remote and an owners manual and they stated that it did and were inside in a closet in the building. They let me use the valet key for the test drive and the owners manual was not inside the glove box...so I trusted them that they were telling the truth. I went home and sat on the decision and them made an offer two days later. After I sent an offer they kept calling me asking if I would pay more and I said "No, I want to stay under this price, take it or leave it." Finally they accepted my offer after calling me 4 times. I signed the paper work and was ready to get the keys and title and asked them if I could have the remote and owner's manual. They stated they did not have either. I was not happy but said okay, that is fine I will just buy them offline. I then went out to the car and drove home. I noticed on the windshield it was SCRATCHED all across the shield from the windshield wipers. I understand that I bought the car as is, but I never saw it during the test drive because it was pouring rain the entire time and I thought it was from bugs being smeared on my drive home. I NEVER thought a dealer would sell a car like this. Well I decided to buy a new windshield because I knew they would not fix it since I bought it AS IS. It gets worse.....One of the tires had a plug in NO JOKE the wall of the tire. You are NEVER to put a plug in the wall of a tire because it can blow out! So I had to purchase a new tire. Which good thing I did because the previous owner drove on a flat for a long time and ruined the belts in the tire. Then to top it all off I now have an oil leak. When they received the car they changed the oil and never tightened the filter up enough apparently and I thought that was the issue so I changed the oil and filter just to be certain it was okay. Well it appears that the filter housing has a crack in it. The car is only a 2009 and I have had it since December spent $550 dollars on and it is only April. These problems are not Volkswagens fault but Infiniti of Columbus, they should have fixed the problems before it ever was placed on the used lot. I suggest you just take your business elsewhere, they are liars, scammers, and not easy to work with. I could go on and on. BE SMART & SHOP ELSE WHERE!

I bought a used car from this dealer and can gladly say that this was the best buying experience I ever had. I found the car on cars.com and contacted the dealer. I was referred to the salesman Josh. Josh was very polite and answered all my questions very patiently. Most of the dealing was done over the phone. Unlike other dealers where they are very aggressive and try to pressure you, here I never felt any pressure.

I went to Infiniti of Columbus looking to buy a lightly used G37x. The sales representative i worked with, Josh Rich, was incredible. I couldn't believe all of the little details he knew about the car and all of the cool tricks he showed me with the technology inside the car. I test drove 2 different G's and settled on the one that was less expensive (happily with no grief or pressure from Josh). I've had bad car buying experiences in the past and heard many horror stories about other dealerships, but the level of quality and professionalism at Infiniti of Columbus is unbeatable. As for my G, i couldn't be happier. After trading in my Mustang the luxury in the G is pleasantly overwhelming. When i mashed the pedal for the first time i knew this was the car for me. I just purchased an "Infiniti Certified" QX56 from Infiniti of Columbus and the experience was great. We initially visited the dealership a couple weeks prior and had test driven a JX but realized that we really needed a larger vehicle. After further online research, our family had decided we like the size and style of the QX. The dealership had several to choose from and they actually had a very low mileage unit on the lot that we ultimately purchased. We couldn't be happier. Drew Baker was our professional sales consultant and was absolutely wonderful to work with before, during and after driving the vehicle off the lot. He was always professional and was always dedicated to our needs. He proficiently handled all of our concerns. I highly recommend Infiniti of Columbus and "Drew and his Crew" are great!

Steve Graham was great. He listened to my needs and found a car not only in my price range but it was what I wanted. The friendliness of all of the staff was excellent all the way to the finance man. I was looking for a Mustang when I got the email that Infinity had a used one. My experience from first email contact, to test drive, to purchase was a very pleasant experience. I let the salesman know that I was still searching for my "dream" car and would not be purchasing the day I went in for my test drive. His response was "no problem". I appreciatied the fact that it was very low pressure and the additional information I was given in regards to pricing, interest rates, and payments was done in an FYI manner. I liked the relaxed atmosphere and would not hesistate to recommend them as a place to go for a new or used vehicle purchase.

This is an update from my previous review. After now owning the Volvo for just shy of four weeks, the AM part of the radio is no longer working and one of the reaer back up sensors has a mind of its own. Again, I will restate that this Volvo had just over 80,000 miles on it and was NOT offered with any sort of warranty. However, given that I have now had three issues with it in under a month (had to replace all spark plugs, the ignition coil and one daytime running light to the tune of $389) and am now having these subsequent problems....all with ZERO support offered by Infiniti of Columbus (I had the engine work done by an independent auto shop...something I'm sure the mechanics at the dealership could've figured out). I will also restate that it is entirely possible that they are technically in the right in not offering me any support since there was no warranty offered. However, I would not recommend purchasing any pre-owned vehicle from this dealership that has higher mileage or is otherwise out of warranty.

I purchased a pre-owned Volvo from Infiniti. The buying expereince was easy...most correspondance was handled via e-mail, negotiations were easy and fair and it took under 45 minutes for me to walk in, do the paperwork and walk out. The downside came three weeks after I purchased the Volvo. The 'check engine' light came on and I noticed a 'pulse' in the engine. I called Infiniti...the vehicle was out of warranty (81,000 miles at time of purchase) but I thought since it had been less than 30 days that they might want to do something for me. No such luck. So three weeks after ownership (the temp tags are still on it!) I get to take it to a mechanic and have them replace the coils and plugs to the tune of $380. It's very plausible that they are technically in the right but I'm still disappointed in the lack of support. But, like I said, the buying experience was easy.

I bought a car from this dealership in 2005 my first G35 the dream car. I walked in explained what I wanted for my trade in the dealer gave me the keys and said come back in about an hour. I went back he had the price I wanted the years and the rate ready for me to sign. I enjoyed my visit and when I get another Infiniti I will go there first.

We felt absolutely no pressure at this dealership. Radu was the sales consultant who came out to help us. He was very friendly and professional. We were upfront with Radu that we planned on checking out Lexus as well. We went out for a test drive and then sat down to go over car specifics and pricing. My husband and I were sure that we were going to overpay, because we don't like to haggle. We knew from the Kelley Blue Book site what would be a fair price for the car. We ended up getting a price better than the Blue Book price. This was without any haggling on our part. Tom in financing also went out of his way to get a rate better than the low rate our bank was offering. I must say that I would definitely recommend Infiniti of Columbus and Radu. By the way, it was not our intention to buy a car that day, but because we felt so comfortable working with Radu and because we liked the EX35, we didn't want to deal with any other salesman or dealership.

Steve is a very dedicated salesman. He stayed hours after his scheduled time to take care of me and explain all of the functions on my new Infiniti.
