I have never gotten in and out of a car dealership in the short amount of time it took me to make a great deal at Infiniti of Melbourne. Tunde and Frank were friendly, polite and efficient. I have never been treated better when purchasing a car. They were fair and attentive. Got a great deal, and I would recommend anyone looking for a quality new or used car to try them first.

This is probably the best car dealership I have ever interacted with! My sales associate was DANA, he is Fantastic!! NO PRESSURE, HONEST AND TRUSTWORTHY. The whole dealership experience was calm, understanding and felt good. Dana, Frank Lee and the finance guy are ALL GREAT to deal with!!!

My Father & I had a great experience recently getting a 1 year old vehicle for him. Both Tunde (sales consultant) & Frank (sales Manager) were a pleasure to work with. In and out in a total of 2.5 hours which out of the 28 car purchases I have been a part of has been unheard of. 5 out of 5 with everything so far. Hopefully any service requirements needed will be as simple & expedient as the sale was. Thank you Infiniti of Melbourne.

I’m very happy with the car I purchased today and appreciate how easy and stress free the whole process was. Dana and Patrick were friendly, professional, and great to work with. There were some minor cosmetic scratches on the bumper that I expected from a used car and they went above and beyond to set up an appointment for me to bring it in and have some detail work on it. I didn’t expect that or even ask! That extra bit of service really meant a lot to me and I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a car.

1st of all I have not been to the dealership ONCE, but I must say all the staff people I have spoken with over the phone answered all my questions and were extremely knowledgeable about my car (2006 infiniti m35 X). I am definitely going to be having a diagnostic test & possibly more done to my car in the future. I save one star awaiting my 1st experience with the dealership & I will be giving my updated review afterwards. Ty Infiniti of Melbourne FL.
