As I read some of these reviews, I am astounded because the service department has already been phenomenal. I have used Infiniti of Memphis exclusively for my service since 2005 and have never had a problem with them. The service personnel have always been very professional and cordial to me.

A regular scheduled service was my first and a great experience! Everyone from intake to technician to sales were great and very nice. The waiting area waa nice and accommodating with data ports and charging stations in several places and the women's restrooms were very clean

We were completely disappointed with Infiniti service this week. We have been going there for repairs for over 20 years. This week we were quoted prices on several repairs the 2003 SUV that my son is using needed. We decided to only do the necessary one, as we will be getting him a new car soon. We got the price on a document from Infiniti showing the repair we accepted and the ones we didn't. Each repair listed parts and labor and total. When we arrived to pickup the SUV, they couldn't find the person handling our case so someone else came with the bill. It was $121 over what we were told. That woman dismissed our complaints, so we paid and left. We called to speak to the service manager who gave some excuses, but nothing that made sense and offered us a "free" oil change worth $85. Besides that fact that oil changes aren't worth $85 in an old car, what we want is to be charged the price we were told. Nothing was done. So we won't be going back to Infiniti. If you pay premium price for repairs, and you will there, you expect proper service and to be treated appropriately.

I just got my vehicle back and it stalled on me. They have not fixed my initial problem and overcharged me for work I didn’t tell them to do. To add, they had my truck for 6 days just to replace brakes. This is horrible!!! I’ve never had this much bad service from a dealer.

Words to describe Infiniti of Memphis and their staff are professional, upfront, courteous, responsive, considerate and friendly. They priced their car and appraised my trade via email and telephone. I happen to have had an issue with my Infiniti while passing thru Memphis and since I was not near my hometown I had to go to the Memphis Infiniti dealership for service. It wasn't so bad that they charged me more for the same service than my local Infiniti dealership would have charged (I checked) and I accepted the higher price because I was at their mercy. When it came time to collect the car, they seemed to have made a mistake in their favor on the bill and when I alerted them to it, they did bring it back down to their original quote. This alone would not be the reason for rating them a two star but when leaving the dealership my engine oil light went on. Interesting to note that I had my oil changed less than 3,000 miles ago at my local Infiniti shop but since the total of the repairs for this visit was over $2,500 (for an older Infiniti model) I did request that they check all of the levels, water, oil, etc...not sure what/if they did. Look, there are always two sides to every story but I have had many cars in my life and have dealt with many dealerships and I can say that this is not how I would treat a customer in any business scenario. I have to now consider buying another car because the dependability of this vehicle is now in question and buying an Infiniti is probably not in the cards. My only hope at this time is to make it back to my house before my car dies and out $2,500 to boot....

I had an awesome experience with this dealership. Everyone was nice, patient and willing to help me.I had a situation occur with my down payment and the dealership patiently worked with me until the situation was handled.The only complaint I have is that my breaks weren't checked before I bought the car so I had to take it back in to have them serviced, but I was given a great loaner car!

After doing a great deal of research, we were focused on either the Lincoln MKX, or the Infiniti QX60. After reaching out on line to Infiniti of Memphis, I was contacted by Tony Busby. It wa the first time, in many years of car buying, that I genuinely liked a car salesman. Tony was, simply stated, outstanding. Thoroughly knowledgeable, well versed in his product, and very accommodating. I never felt the usual " what will it take to get you in this car today" pressure, instead getting my questions answered, and plenty of information to assist me in making a decision to purchase. While this is our first Infiniti, and it is very early on in the ownership experience, I fell highly confident going forward as an Infiniti owner. If you are considering an Infiniti, you owe it to yourself to consider Infiniti of Memphis, and particularly,Tony Busby.

Our car gave warning lights and revealed issues that we were unaware of after the purchase. The dealership made every effort to address our issues, and successfully resolved major issues, such as the check engine warning light. Car is running well so far, although minor issues such as anti-skid system errors and rear door on the driver side not opening from the inside, still persist.

The dealership did address the most important issue (the check engine light) that arose after the purchase of a Volvo XC90 from them. Employees Brian Malone in sales and Terry Davis in services were especially helpful. Car is running well so far, although other smaller issues persist.

We purchased a Volvo XC90 from Infiniti of Memphis. After just a couple of drives over a few days, the check engine light came on. Also, the left rear door won't open from the inside, something we were unaware of. However, the people at the dealership have been very helpful and supportive, and have said they will fix everything. Dealer is also replacing a defective YAW sensor on our car, as was agreed upon before purchase. Overall, pretty good experience, and dealer accepted full responsibility for the car they sold us, no questions asked. I would say it is a very good dealership, and they go above and beyond to make the customer feel happy and appreciated.

Normally I view dealership maintenance people with caution. I bought my G37 convertible used and expected to be treated like an outcast when I brought it in to Infiniti of Memphis for a rattle in the top mechanism. To my surprise the service manager went right to work on getting the car checked out and insisted that I take one of the maintenance loaners until they could figure the rattle out. They kept my car for a week and when I picked it up they explained that a service bulletin had been issued against the top mechanism which they complied with and that they had also serviced the car. The service manager insisted that there was no charge for any of the work and appologized for keeping the car for so long. The car is now rattle free.I now have a new benchmark for customer service and Infiniti of Memphis has a customer for life.

There's a great group of people at Infiniti of Memphis ready to take care of any issue quickly and professionally. My convertible developed a rattle which took a while to find but the service folks stayed on it for several months and have finally conquered it. They could have given up and let it rattle but they took personal pride in the car and got it fixed. I'm very happy with the service crew at Infiniti of Memphis.

I own a 2005 G35 that needed service. Made an appointment via their website that was cumbersome, not intuitive at all. But i got through that, and the rest is a great story. I arrived early and was greeted with a smile, took care of me then and off i went in a loaner car. The work was completed early and when i arrived to retrieve it, it had been washed (a 3 star wash job) and looked good. I was greeted by my name, papers ready for payment and took care of it in minutes.Overall a great experience: nice people, greeted with a smile and the exterior of the car looked better than when i bought it in. They also took my payment with a smile but I expect that as I do in my business. The weakest part of this experience was their website and thankfully, i can just call them and talk to a person instead.Thanks Infiniti of Memphis!

From the moment you drive into the service bay, warm greetings from Jerry and staff personnel is the standard. Your service advisor appears with a brief Q & Aof any additional problems to be checked and then you are off to a comfortableenvironment to wait until the service has been completed. I have been an Infiniti customersince 1997 and the quality of service has not declined over the years.(I do not like the distance to this dealership.)Gerald, my advisor kept me posted on the progress of my car. He kept going to different managers to request permission to get closer to the price I wanted. The process end up being really disorganized. Manager A offered me something but it was not what I was looking for so i decided to look elsewhere. My salesman told me that he wanted my business and asked me to talk to manager B. Without knowing all the details of the manager A offer, he offered a better deal than manager A. My salesman was visibly upset at the new offer; it was clear that he receives more incentive by selling the car for the highest price possible. To finalized, the general manager did not approve what was offered to me by the manager and the sale man told me to go to other dealers in a very unprofessional manner. Then he turned around and left me, my wife and our baby in the lobby, i had to walk to his office and gather my belonging. There was no thank you or any signs of courtesy extended. To finalized, he saw me leaving and told me to peace out. Again, very unprofessional.

Infiniti of Memphis is excellent. I have been buying cars and getting service work done on cars for over 30 years and I have never been taken care of the way they take care of me there. They are kind, attentive and willing to go out of their way to assist in every aspect, not just the purchase. It is though they become my personal assistance in meeting my needs both in service and in sales. This is my third purchase there in a row and I know where my fourth will be.

We found working with our salesperson (Brian Malone) a very informative and pleasant experience. He was very knowledgeable about the product and exceeded our expectations throughout the whole process. He was concerned that we were satisfied with the car buying process. I always receive great service at Infiniti of Memphis as I did this time as well. My only surprise was the labor charge for replacing two air filters which was $50. I thought that was a little excessive for something that really did not take long to do. The parts (2-filters) were already pricey in and of themselves for the two that needed to be replaced which was not a part of the $50 labor charge which the bill was over $100. All and all though beyond that, the guys are always friendly and courteous and the facility is always clean. And when you get your car back they have it clean and shinned up very nice for you.

My Infiniti was serviced on 9/27/2015. The Service Consultant, Micahel, was very courteous and professional. All repairs were done in a timely manner and a loaner car was provided. My service included brake inspection, engine oil service, drive belt replacement , MPI inspection & V6 tune-up.

I took my new Infiniti into the dealership for the first time for oil change and a rattle noise I was hearing. They found the source of the sound, and while it was in the shop, I was in a nice clean loaner. I was very happy with the service center, and my advisor.

These people acted like they did not want to sell us a car. Getting a quote was like pulling teeth, it took me following up multiple times to get someone to call me back and give me a quote. The dealership would not even honor the ad they have on their website. They said that the fine print said that they did not have to honor the ad. Worst car buying experience ever especially given that we were there to spend $80K. We called the Infiniti dealer in Nashville which was very friendly and responsive and bought the vehicle we wanted for $180.00 per month less than the Memphis dealership.

I actually enjoy taking my car in for servicing. Outstanding customer service is apparent throughout this facility. I have visited Infiniti dealers in Jackson, Ms, Baton Rouge and New Orleans, La and they all give great customer service; however, the service starting with the purchase of my vehicle to the upkeep is far more better and phenomenal at the Bartlett, TN location. I have to say, I'm usually one that runs from car dealerships. I had always had the same impression from all my years of dealing with them as a consumer, none were honest, none were good, mostly shark like, until I purchased and Infiniti and needed to get it serviced from Wynn (Memphis) Infiniti. I was given a service professional to be my own personal concierge and I thought, ohhhhh, this is nice but wow this is going to cost me??? I was very wrong. Not only was their service above and beyond any mechanic shop I have ever dealt with, but their prices were comparable. I have to say I'm spoiled. My Inifiniti is 5 years old and has not needed repaired just the normal wear and tear maintenance so yay Infiniti on quality, but if I have any repair or service needed I email my mechanic and he handles it all and when I get the bill I'm pleased. I'm so spoiled by the level of service and the quality of work at Memphis Infiniti I'm not sure I can ever get anything other than an Infiniti in the future. I'm sold for life. I just wish they still made the QX56, it has been the best SUV ever!!!

Paul Pope, the service manager, and Chad Tidwell, the salesman, went over the top helping me with the purchase of my vehicle. They worked with me and my brother to make sure that everything was just perfect. I always felt like they wanted to help me and not that they were helping me as part of my job. Chad made sure that everything that we had agreed upon occurred. He always went above the call of duty. He continues to check in with me and make sure that everything is going fine with the vehicle and that I don't need anything. These people really, really take customer service seriously . . . and that matters. We're on our third Infiniti because of that (and the quality of the cars). As a case in point, I recently took our QX56 in for an oil change and asked the service representative for some help on several different, unrelated items. At one point the friend I had with me was so impressed with the representative's (Doris, I believe) helpfulness, that he asked her whether she even knew how to say, "no." Her reply: "Sir, this is Infiniti." In my experience, that pretty much captures it.

I bought my 2010 Infiniti new at a dealership in Nashville. I used the service department on Getwell in Memphis after purchasing the car and received excellent service. When the dealership closed, I went to the one on Germantown Road. I had a problem with the blue tooth in the vehicle in July 2012. I went to the new dealership, and they couldn't figure out how to fix it. After speaking to the service department 1/2 dozen times, the issue (although covered by the warranty) was not fixed. I then called the General Manager and explained the problem again. He told me many Infiniti owners had the same issue. He futher told me, that he was on a technical committee at the corporate office, and that there would be a voluntary recall in 60-90 days. The Manager said it was a problem with the microphone, as there was only one in the car and it needed two. He said he would notify the service manager, Paul Pope to flag my record and call me once the recall was issued. By October 2012, I had not received a call from the service department. I called and asked for the General Manager again. He (Rod) told me the previous manager was promoted. I explained the problem I was having, and he was unaware of any recall. He called Mr. Pope, and the service department was also unaware. Rod told me to uninstall the phone and reinstall, but this also did not work. He then told me to take the car to the Apple store (I have an iPhone) and that he new someone who had a problem and they were able to fix it. Since that time, I have had at least 1/2 dozen contacts with the corporated office, and have not received a return call from the General Manager after leaving 3 voicemail messages for him. The Bue Tooth is sitll not working properly. Although I like the car itself and had a good experience with the sales department in Nashville, I would never purchase another Infiniti or recommend that someone else buy one in Memphis due to the EXTREMELY POOR service I have received. Unfortunately, it is the only dealership in town. The lack of response from Infiniti is extremely disappointing. I expected so much more. All is great when you purchase the car, but lousy customer service is a deal breaker for my. It is now November 2012 and the problem has still not been fixed. Buyer Beware if you need service in Memphis.

Just wanted to give a Shout out to Infiniti of Memphis on Getwell. This morning I took my car in for service for a fuse that had blown out in my cigarette lighter. I did not have an appointment , but when I explained the situation to Chad Willits, he immediately took my car to the back. The department fixed the problem and even washed my car for which I was not expecting that at all , but it was much appreciated. I had some concern when the new dealership Wynn Infiniti opened up in Cordova , as to rather or not the service would be at the same level, but I am glad to report that the service is extremely excellent. Good service is hard to find these days and it is good to know that a dealership such as the Infiniti of Memphis on Getwell is maintaining the level of service expected by their Infiniti customers . I was an out-of-town buyer, so we did all of our business over the phone. These guys worked with me through the weekend. I've never had a dealer or salesman willing to work with me on a Sunday. There was no debating over the price of my trade-in or the price of the vehicle I was purchasing. The product they advertised was the product that I received. When I arrived at the dealership everything was in place and ready to go. Brian Davis, my salesman, was super friendly and just as helpful. I was in and out in less than an hour. I will definitely bring my business back to Infiniti of Memphis. I recommend that anybody in the local area or folks that are willing to drive the extra mile or two go and see the guys at Infiniti of Memphis. You will not be disappointed.

I was wanting to trade in my 2003 Mercedes SL500 convertible, and the only other car I would consider was the G37 Infinity Convertable. I walked into the Infinity showroom and was introduced to Marty Pryor. I hate buying a car because of my previous experiences, BUT.....this was a completely different experience. Marty upfront with me on the pricing, and I am very imporessed with the level of service "after the sale". Marrty and the Infinity of Memphis dealership has bent over backwards to make sure the car was delevered to me in perfect condeition.Would I reccomend Infinity of Memphis to the general public? He actually steered me to a less expensive vehicle based on my description of wants and desires...and by the way, I am very happy with the "less expensive" model.Martin Pryor does not in any way fit the old stereotype of a "used car salesman". Blake Shook has excellent customer service. I felt confident in him that he would make sure that my car was repaired correctly and as quick as possible. He also has great people skills. When I took my car in for service I was very fraustrated and upset, I asked Blake to ride with me so he could hear the noise that I was hearing, and he did. He actually heard the noise while we were still on the parking lot, but I was so upset I wanted him to continue to ride with me so he could hear everything that I had been experiencing. He listen to me complain the entire trip, but he was patient with me. The last thing he told me before I left my car with him was, "we are going to make you love your car again". And he did just that.

Marty Pryor introduced me to the Infiniti SUV and suggested a drive the car for a day. I did and fell in love with the quality of the Infinity product (I was driving my 4th Chevy Suburban). We worked out a price that I thought was very fair and Marty and the Infiniti of Memphis team made the transaction smoothe and easy. I spent an hour with a service technician learning about the technology and the technician even offered to come to my home (at the cost of one cold beer) to program my garage opener on my car. I called Stan to tell him I was interested in trading my M35 for the G37 convertible, by the time I arrived, Stan had already selected two cars that he thought I would like and had already run all the numbers for comparison. Brian Davis could not have been more helpful. He went above board in trying to make certain that we bought the right car for our teenage son. He knew our price range and type of car we wanted, and he delivered. He was honest when talking to us about cars that we did not need to purchase. I have bought new cars forever, so buying a used vehicle was new and challenging to me. That being said, I will recommend him as the salesman others need to use in buying vehicles. The dealership offering a lifetime warranty on the engine is a bonus. Brian will look for the right vehicle for a customer and will not be pushy. After dealing with about a hundred salespeople, I can highly refer Brian as trustworthy salesman. I just hope I can purchase my next one from him too.

The overall experience was pleasant, professional and a win-win for me. I took my other car in for service and I did not intend to buy another infiniti on that day. The intake person (I don't remember his name) suggested that I look around the lot. Finding nothing that interested me, I asked the receptionist to call a salesman. I showed the car salesman, Anthony Williams, an ad in the previous day's paper for a brand new Honda that was in my price range. It was all history after that. Mr. Williams not only had something in my range, but he was astute enough to capitalize on my very positive experience with my 15 year old Infiniti I30 that was having to be retired at 199,000 plus miles. After a test drive and some common sense statements by Mr. Williams about the long term benefits of driving an Infiniti to which I could attest (namely--trouble free driving)I drove the car home in about two hours.I knew that I would have to buy a car and I hit upon the right salesman who had the right car at the right time.Thanks for my car and I look forward to another 15 years of trouble free driving.

I've always dreamt of having an Infiniti. Since I was in high school that was my goal. One day purchase the ultimate luxury vehicle. On my 30th birthday, I finally had the opportunity and the funds saved up to purchase my own Infiniti. After several bad experiences with private dealers and wholesale car lots, I decided to take a trip to Infiniti of Memphis. I drove into the lot, parked my old car, and began my search for my very first Infiniti. Before I even had a chance to have any questions, a tall gentleman by the name of Marty Pryor was walking up to me with a friendly greeting. He wasn't your typical car salesman. He actually gave me a chance to talk and describe to him my ideal car. He walked me through a few options, and then a pearl white 2006 M35 caught my eye.Marty went and grabbed me the key, and from that moment he made me feel like the car was already mine. We took a test drive, and it was more like taking a ride with a friend than having some pesky salesman trying to get my money from me. Marty is a class-act and a standup gentleman.Once I completed my test drive, I knew that was the car for me. Marty made all the paperwork that I was initially dreading, seem like a piece of cake, paying close attention to detail while at the same time making sure I completely understood every aspect of the vehicle purchase. After a very unplesant experience with another Infiniti dealership, I contacted Infiniti of Memphis and asked for a salesman. I was connected with Marty Pryor. I told Mr. Pryor what I was interested in a white 2011 FX35 with a premium package. After checking his inventory I was told there were several on the Lot. I did not have a trade-in so we were able to agree on a price over the phone. That process could not have been more pleasant. I informed Mr. Pryor I would be in his office on Saturday morning and provided my wife liked the driving of the we would make the purchase. I contacted Infinti of Memphis via Internet and Shelly Taylor answered all of he questions I had. She was out of the office on Thursday and Friday and informed me Stan would be my salesman. I contacted Shelley that Wedneday and she provided me with all of the information that I needed concerning my vechile. The transaction in purchasing the car went very well, I met with Stan that Saturday to do the final paperwork in obtaining my vechile. I had been searching for a delership of this caliber and I must say tht I found it there. This trasaction was on target, thanks to all the staff, especially to Stan. Stan was helpful in arranging one of the to give tour of the vechile. I really like the professionalism and the service that I rceived while I visited Infinti of Memphis. I was able to met Chad who will be servicing my vechile when I bring it back in. Overall, I was very pleasaed with the service that I reeived. If and when I purchase a vechile again I would use Infinti of Memphis and Stan as mysalesman. My wife and I visited the Infiniti of Memphis and met Stan Blount, our sales person. We were just looking but Stan took his time to show us the cars and even take a test drive. A year later, we went back to the dealership to make our purchase. We remembered Stan and amazingly enough he remembered us as well. We discussed what we were looking for, we had a list of the specifice accessories we wanted and Stan took it form there. He searched inventory from coast to coast. He eventually found our specific M series in California. At that point Stan gave us some choices, which we eventually decided to order the car and took delivery in May.Stan was outstanding during the entire process, from "just looking" to actually purchasing the automobile. Every time I come into the dealership for service I always look up Stan, unless he finds me first. We share some stories, talk about the new line of automobiles and discuss that new G37 Convertible that's been calling me.I cannot say enough good words about Stan. He was very helpful throughout the entire process and I feel we not only got a GREAT car at a GREAT price, but made a friend in the process in Stan. That is why I have given "Great" ratings on each question. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

I initially contacted Shelley Taylor via internet services. She was very friendly and knowledgable. She answered every question and was a pleasure to work with. She is the internet sales manager, so she turned me over to Stan Blount. Stan was very professional and knowledgable as well. He got me MY deal and at very fair price. I worked with Jay King who really did a great job from start to finish plus he keeps in contact with me after the sale. Everybody was very friendly and helpful. Jay greeted me in a very professional manner, he let me look around, was not pushy and we found the car I was looking for. We demoed the car and Jay explained all the options to me in a very understanding way. No high pressure and very calm. It was a very enjoyable purchase of a car. I have recommended people about Jay and the dealership and I would buy more cars from Jay and the dealership. My credit is not as good as it has been but not a problem as they found a bank to do the deal. The rate is a little high but my credit score is a lot lower than it usually is and will try to refi later to get a lower rate. Over all I am very satisfied and can't say enough good things about Jay.

Enjoyed my overall expericece with this dealership. Salesman, Mr. Harold Williams was very professional, knowledgeable and nice and was able to provide answer to my questions. I did not feel pressured into buying additional warranties but was made aware, to which, I appreciated. The actual sit down at purchase time with the business or finance manager was enjoyable.The one concern that I do have is that the total buying process took to long. I believe that the sales consultant and the business manager did all they could to expedite the process but I believe spending 2 hours to purchase a car is much, much to long. What about a paperless purchase?My experience overall was very good. I hated the long wait but was very happy when I left. Everyone there I met offered me assistance in someway and that was thoughtful and special to me. Great to deal with - everyone is friendly. The vehicle was delivered on the date agreed to and was ready to go. Had a small issue with Bluetooth compatibility that was solved by Infiniti tech services. Marty is professional and well versed on the vehicle. Grant explained the features and showed us the operation of the systems. Overall this was a good experience and I would recommend this dealership.

I called the general number at Infiniti of Memphis Tuesday evening the week of Christmas and talked to Marty Pryor. I was unsure I if I wanted to buy my wife a car for Christmas or wait until later. I knew my wife loved the new Infiniti QX56 so I decided to give them a call. When I talked to Marty I felt extremely comfortable and he quickly answered all of the questions I asked over the phone. He invited me to come in and I visited an hour before they were to close. He had the exact car I was looking for waiting on me and we took a test drive. He was definitely not a high pressure sales person but was very professional and showed me everything about the car I was looking for. I decided to make the purchase and he helped me set up the suprise, etc. and I picked it up Thursday evening the day before Christmas Eve. They were so wonderful setting up the financing, insurance, switching over the tags, giving me a fair price for the trade, etc. and I was in and out of there in less than an hour when I picked up the car. They also invited us to come in the next week to show my wife everything about the car. They spent 1 hour and 45 minutes showing me, my wife and kids everything and that was extremely helpful and enjoyable.This car purchase was the easiest, most enjoyable and overall best experience I have ever had purchasing a car.

My experience was very positive and Marty was extremely professional. Of particular importance to me is the fact that he was very willing to communicate via email. For extremely busy people, this is a big plus compared to telephone or in-person visits, since our schedules never have to coincide. As for the negotiation process, there was relatively little back-and-forth and we were able to come to an agreement without wasting a lot of time. I haven't yet had any experience with the service department of this dealership, but my contact with the sales department has been very positive.

Outstanding dealership! None of the "standard" car sales tricks. Chad and the dealership came highly recommended from a friend. When I showed up, Chad was busy with another customer, so he asked me to pick the car I wanted to drive and gave me the keys. When I came back, he didn't want me waiting around for him to finish with his customer, so he took my phone number and called me back later that evening. We did all of our dealing over the phone. Once we arrived at an agreement, I showed up and everything was ready. In and out in under 30 minutes! I have bought or leased over 15 cars througout my life and this was the best and easiest experience I have ever had! I could go on and on. Highly recommended!

The buying experience was easy and fair. The financial and sales personnel were extremely friendly and professional and took the time to make me feel comfortable. Since buying my car, I have been to the service dept (regular maintenance) on several occasions and have been thrilled with service they provide. Everyone is always very friendly and my car is well taken care of. Finally, my car has always been ready when promised (including a wash and vacuum service).
