First off I know I'm not easy customer and yes after many car dealerships I walked in with a brickwall in hand but guys I'm convinced. Modesto Infiniti is a dealership of friendship not sales pitches. Yeso I drove by four other Infiniti dealershipso ready for battle but Alex and Daniel you providedo a friendship. The product sells itself but the service. I'm glad I didn't buy from Arizona. I bought a car and made friends and that's why I'm coming back. Cars come and go the genuine effort should be for effort. Infinity we are a community not a trend or impulse always a preference. You guys are right and that's why we will return.... she wants one too and you guys are my place to buy. We are a blue collar family in Tulare California.

My daughter was looking to buy her first used car and found it here, via cargurus. After a couple of emails, we set up an appointment to test drive the car. From the moment we arrived, we were treated by welcoming, friendly staff. I have had my share of good and bad...really bad, experiences. There was never any sales pressure and the buying process was so smooth. My daughter loves her car. Alex Giron and Natalie Heald know how to treat customers.

Inquired about a 2014 Toyota Sienna on the lot and set a time to take a look the following morning. CRAZY as life is my wif went into Labor with our 4th child. Natalie was right on top with texting me information and helped get it set up for me to come in today ( following morning after the birth of our son) . Everthing from trade in to closing documents went streamline with Natalie and Chelsea. Would Highly recommend them to purchase a vehicle.

We recently purchased a Q70 after owning a G37. Both cars were purchased new at this dealership & we received exceptional service both times. Daniel & Chelsea handled our recent purchase & it was the best car buying experience we have ever had!! They were both professional, patient, knowledgable & willing to do everything they could (including staying late) to make our experience great!!

The crew at Infiniti of Modesto starting with Anthony , Chelsea and Alex were awesome, took us step by step through process professionally. Each step was seamless from test drive to signing of paperwork. Discussed all our options and answered our questions like no other dealerships. I have had a couple of bad experiences when trying to shop for and buy a new car. I actually told my husband that I was having anxiety at the thought. Infiniti of Modesto is so far from those experiences I don't even know where to begin. No high pressure sales, they gave us a good price on our trade in, the price of the car was excellent, and they have a Starbucks machine! Our salesperson, Anthony, couldn't have been more personable as well as the rest of the staff. I am pretty sure I will be an Infiniti customer for life. I love my car (I can't believe is actually mine!)

We really did have a "Feel good Experience" ! Ron Chelsea Daniel and Randy was the most professional team that could ever help you in purchasing a vehicle and having a raving fan buying experience. Randy n Daniel stayed late, knowing we were coming from the bay area traffic, they didnt make us feel we needed to rush , Daniel gave an excellent Presentation of our vehicle, Daniel was very clear , knowledgable and detailed in demonstrating features. Randy n Daniel showed that they cared, answered all our questions and continued throughout the night to go above n beyond the call of Excellent Service. Chelsea, Guided us through the finance portion of our "Feel Good" experience like we were buying a Movie ticket. She went the extra effort to connect our financing avenue with theirs , and it really made the smooth transaction that we were looking for, especially from a High Class Dealership like Modesto Infinity. Ron. Who initiated this entire connection, you're the greatest! We appreciate you. The next time we drive close t modesto, we will stop by t say Hello and Grab a cup of that latte or espresso from your lounge.
