I would not recommend this dealership. They start out very nice, then they start changing on you. When we bought our vehicle from them they offered concierge service which made getting our vehicle getting serviced very nice and convenient. Out of the blue they stop offering the service. No explanation given. So don’t fall for the false promises of this dealership.

I took my car in for normal service. We were greeted, invited into one of the offices, then ignored while the person dealt with a phone call. When we went to pay, without looking up, he said to put my card in the chip reader. I didn't plan on using a card but it appeared that's all he wanted to deal with. Most of times we've been there, everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Not this day.

They had a car I was looking at. Lot us 4 hour drive from me. I called, spoke with Rick, worked out a deal over phone. They stood by their deal and I drove the morning to get the car. Rick and Leslie were awesome and the whole experience was phenomenal.

Mike and the guys in service are outstanding! They are always so helpful and caring! They take excellent care of your car and you! The service is exceptional and quick!

After being turned away by infinity of Cincinnati I called and spoke with mike here at infinity of northern Kentucky and he told me to bring my vehicle right on over and he will take care of it. That’s exactly what he did, I appreciate everything! Service department was quick and fast and my car is running 10 times better. Thanks mike I know where to bring my car in the future!
