I came in to have my 2014 Q60 serviced. The quality of service was amazing! The service staff was friendly, informative and very helpful with my questions and concerns. When my vehicle was spotless, almost like new! Thank you to my friends at Infiniti of Orland Park for putting your customers needs first!

I visited the Orland Park dealership to have some repairs done on my car and I must say that this was the best service I have ever had. I expected to go in and have to wait a very long time but I was shocked when I was in and out of there in no time. I also really enjoyed the cookies and Starbucks coffee that was available to me as I waited. After the short repair time and the welcoming, friendly staff, I will be sure to come back for any needed service in the future!

Recently bought a used car from Infiniti of Orland Park and the service was outstanding. A very welcoming dealership and helpful employees, everyone was very friendly. They gave me a more than fair price on the car and were straightforward about it as well. There was no going back and forth on the price, it was quick and easy. The vehicle runs great and looks brand new on top of that, I couldn't be happier with the purchase! Overall an awesome experience with no hassle at all. I would definitely recommend this dealership for those who are interested in buying a car.

It had been several years since I had to purchase a new car, I went to Infiniti of Orland Park with the intentions of starting my shopping and ended up buying a car that day. I had the best buying experience ever when shopping for a new car. My Salesman was great, the General Sales Manager got involved and helped get me the car that I really wanted......will recommend to all friends and family

Had to go out of state to find the Infiniti that i wanted. Found one that I liked at the Orland Park dealership. I was so happy with the customer service I recieved from the sales department and finance department. Thank you Orland Park Infiniti. I will be back to buy my next car.

From the minute I stepped on the lot I felt like a valued customer! Although I was only shopping around, the staff was very helpful and friendly despite being very busy on a Saturday. The salesmen took the time to answer every question and made me feel like my business mattered, even if I wasn't planning on purchasing that day! When I am ready to make my purchase, I will definitely purchase from Orland Park Infinity!

I went to a few dealerships over the past couple weeks and I have to say, this dealership was by far the best. The people were very courteous, friendly, and helpful. I didnt feel pressured whatsoever compared to the other dealerships I visited, which is a huge positive for me. Overall, I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy.

This was by FAR the best car buying experience i've ever had. I can't say enough good things about this dealership, very friendly and accommodating staff. I have to personally say thank you to the sales manager Kyle Faiman without him i don't think i would be driving an Infiniti. Kyle helped the deal from start to finish and personally followed up the next day to thank me for doing business with them. i'm so happy! i highly recommend this dealership to ANYBODY!!

This used to be Infiniti of Orland Park and they had the most remarkable and professional staff of any dealership I've been involved with; now that it's Zeigler Infiniti the quality and professionalism is horrible. I took my Infiniti in for maintenance work and was told it would be ready the following day; I didn't hear from them so I called and they told me they were waiting on a part; nothing the following day; finally I e-mailed the Infiniti Corporation and they assigned a Regional Resource Specialist to follow up. They told her my car would be ready the following day, I didn't hear from them, so I called and they said the part just came in. I ended up waiting 8 days for my car and after paying over $3,000 not one person had to courtesy to say "Thank you" in fact they mechanic didn't even review what was done; I also had an oil change but the old sticker was still on my window; when I inquired, the girl at the desk printed one out and handed it to me to put on my car. I will never go back to this place for maintenance. Zeigler is not the caring owners that Orland Park Infiniti was.
