I did my research on the Infiniti. There was damage on the vehicle that was not on the Carfax. Beware as there is trust in the Carfax report and it is misleading and I certainly would not have bought this car. This dealership shouild know better. And after the purchase, they did not give me a free tank of gas. I drove up from Burbank to but this car.

If you are looking for a New or Pre-Owned vehicle this is your one stop dealership. We have purchased multiple vehicles from different dealerships but this location tops the list. Friendly staff with a great selection of vehicles from all price range. Sales Consultants are very knowledgeable with product information and the Service Drive Associates are always welcoming and professional. I was in a very bad situation(credit score) and they helped find a great vehicle with low mileage, and a payment I can actually afford!. The sales men and operations people I dealt with were very helpful and knowledgeable. The best part of all this was I did not feel pressured and intimidated.I would recommend them and trust them!

Thank you Bob and Chris for your courtesy and professionalism that you both showed me in making this process a very positive and pleasant experience. Thank you Lisa Guererro for helping me with the financial portion of this process. You were great. There is a certain chemistry with this team in Oxnard which reflects the great character and leadership led and exemplified by their Executive Manager. Not only do they have a Quality product (Infiniti), they have the Quality Dealership to go with that product.

My family leases cars and so we visit dealerships quite often. I have been told on many occasions, "welcome to the family". I never felt that this statement was genuine until I heard it at Team Infiniti of Oxnard. Laurie Crippen is a sensational associate. She provided me very valuable information about the vehicle I was interested in and offered to e-mail pricing. I like the dealership experience and opted out of pricing offers. She was very flexible and respected my wishes. There were no pesky daily follow-up phone calls. I came into the dealership when I was ready and in a short period of time leased one of the best vehicles I have owned to date. Bob Bailey was also great at sealing the deal and making sure that I was happy about the deal, which I still am. The amount of services offered by Team Infiniti and the Infiniti Brand beats any I have had at other luxury brands. These guys have set the bar really high and gained a lifelong customer. Thank you Laurie and Bob.

The single worst mistake I have ever made in my life was going to this dealer.Very shady and dishonest. Make deals and change them without telling you. Beware fully understand how the contracts work if you plan on actually dealing with them. If you try to interpret them based on what they say you will get it wrong. They lie. If it don't look right it probably is wrong. They will try to get you to pay $570 a month payment for a $13000 dollar car! I have family that are looking to go infiniti and the last place they will ever go is Oxnard infiniti all based on my experience with them so far and it hasn't been a month since getting the car. Also the a/c radio and other electric went out and they are doing anything about it

Awful dealership. I went in to look at a CPO vehicle that was advertised online at a great price, but I was told I would actually have to pay an extra $1,000 to get it certified. It was still a great price so I agreed, and at their urging I drove the car home that night even though all the paperwork had not been signed. This was a ploy to stick me with a car that needed a lot of service and repair. In the next few weeks I discovered that my CPO vehicle had bad brakes, a bad battery, worn shocks, bent suspension, tires worn far past the level Infiniti claims is acceptable for a CPO vehicle, and no wiper blades. This is apparently the mark of Infiniti quality according to Team Infiniti in Oxnard, and is what I paid an extra $1,000 for. Whenever I see one of their CPO ads touting the rigorous 150+ point inspection I laugh. I guess those 150+ points don't include brakes, tires, battery, suspension or even wiper blades! Don't buy or service your car at this dealership. Infiniti in Thousand Oaks is far better and far more honest.

I recently purchased a G Coupe from Team Infiniti in Oxnard. After extensive research the exact model/options/color I wanted was there. It was a bit of a drive, but WELL worth the trip! So happy with the deal they gave me and my new car! The only reason I gave them 4/5 stars for the buying process is because, let's face it, buying a car is not the most fun in the world but I truly believe they made it as painless as humably possible. Thank you!!
