Surroundings are very clean and pleasant. I arrived on time. It took 90 minutes for an oil change. They rotated tires, without consulting me, and charged an additional $40 for it. Usually I am thrilled with the car wash, but I was embarrassed when my companions commented on how much dirt remained, and what a lousy wash was done. Not on their A game.

NEVER buy a car from these people. So unprofessional in every way. Our salesman was rude and condescending each time we went in. Even more so when I showed up not even 3 weeks later to let him know my used car I had purchased was already having issues (electrical/water leaks) and he responded with, "That sucks." Now, 2 months and 1 car payment later I am almost $2k down in repairs for the issue. Both myself and the dealer doing the services tried contacting their office, only to be shot down in a rude manner. NEVER do business with them, please. Learn from my mistake.

I wrote a review yesterday about the dealership failing to provide good customer service over the issue of a damaged tire. After some frustration, and without expectation, the service manager, Nathan, replaced my tire free of charge.A good decision on his part, which revived my faith in the dealership.

I have purchased 3 infinitis within the past 9 years from Infiniti of Tacoma. Today I brought in my newest one with 6000 miles because of a leak in my tire. I was told that the tire had a nail in the sidewall and could not be repaired and was told that a new tire would cost almost $500.00!!! No offer of any other accommodation, nothing. After I became extremely upset at their total lack of customer service, they offered to reduce the cost by nearly $200.00. I made some calls to Les Schwab to check out the cost of the tire and was told that their charge would have bee nearly the same, so here I sit, waiting for my new tire. No more Infinitis for me. At least not from these guys.

Patrick helped me get the car I wanted at a very good price. I was buying a used vehicle as a second car and not trading in my vehicle. Instead of making me wait and find someone to help me get the car home, he personally delivered the car to my home. It was a 45 minute trip each way. This was way above and beyond any dealer I've ever been to, and I've bought over 12 new vehicles in the past. I would recommend this dealer to everyone.

We went in after finding a late market used vehicle there online. We offered full internet price paid with a credit card. (So we can just pay off the card later as we were in a hurry). They wanted to charge a 3% fee for the card. We debated in the standard bs way you do with dealers and they finally agreed (via text approval from the owner) that we would pay their full price with no up charge for the cc. Spent an hour doing bs paperwork and had keys in hand. The sales manager came out and said that the owner had called and we could only charge ten grand on the card and the balance had to pay the fee on (that he previously said was not going to be charged). We had shook hands on a deal and at the last second they reneged on it. I've been a banker for 20 years and while I've seen slimy from dealers...this was the worst. Typically when they shake hands on a deal they Honor it. Not so much with these guys. It was a stupid 250 ish bs ploy and they thought we would fall for it. We wasted an hour on these guys. Don't be as stupid as us please!!!!! We won't go back. I hate a man or woman who's handshake on a deal is a lie.

I would love to know what those rating five-star are doing to get treated so honestly and without the pushiness. Every business has a bad day, but Infiniti of Tacoma has had three with me...three strikes and you're out. Let's face it. We pay a 50% plus premium for a Nissan so we get nicer trim and so we don't have to deal with plaid-jacketed used car salespeople. At least that's what I thought until dealing with Infiniti of Tacoma at Fife. I had three separate dishonest transactions with this dealer until I finally figured it out. The first was when I bought the car in the first place. After test driving a G37 I'd been drooling over for a year, we got to a pretty good deal. On paper. Then the salesperson did the old gotta check with the boss trick. I figured, no problem, I'm not buying from Harvey Goodtimes here. But when he returned, he "discovered" a problem with the VIN and the price magically rose several thousand dollars. I should have walked away then, and almost did, but was in love with the car and let myself got suckered. I've been a fan of this dealer's service department for some time. Then, when I had a major routine service the cost seemed very high. So I called around and found that they were planning to overcharge me by several hundred dollars. They explained that they "assumed" I had wanted the "premium" service that included a couple additional filters. I figured it was an honest effort, chose the lower level of service and moved on. Now, I call to schedule a routine oil change and am quoted $240 for oil, rotate and balance. I called Kuni in Lynnwood and am getting the same service for 50 bucks. It is unbelievable to me that a premium brand would resort to these tactics. Yes, if you drive a high-end vehicle you expect to pay more. But you also expect to be treated professionally and honestly, and not have to keep one hand on your wallet at all times in the showroom.

The cost of owning a luxury performance car like my G37xS is a bit greater than owning its cousin, the Altima 3.5 SE that I traded in for it, but I can't be happier with the amenities, the power and the handling that my G37 has. What completes the package is the dealership. My service technician, Alex, was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, and did exactly what she said she was going to do. I certainly can't ask for more than that. To top it off, the facility is spotless and the salespeople are friendly without being pushy. It is a truly unique experience. I am not only a satisfied customer, I am impressed. Thank you.

I have been working with a salesman named Jack to get an F350 from this dealership for about 3 weeks now. I set an appointment to come do the paperwork and purchase the truck, and on the way he calls me to tell me "Don't waste your time coming down, we sold the truck." Seriously? Not to mention trying to get to the payment I wanted was like pulling teeth. I would not recommend anyone buying from this dealership. Mainly because they could sell the vehicle out from under you before you get there! Totally unprofessional in all aspects of the sales process. definitely gives this dealership a bad name. I would avoid them if you can.

My wife and I have purchased many new vehicles over our 30 year marriage and I wanted to share the experience we had with this dealership. I had researched the new JX35 before it was released to dealerships. I stopped by the dealership one afternoon and met Dennis. He didn't have any literature on the vehicle yet, but shared what he knew and had the sales manager show me the order slips for their first delivery. Neither ever pressured me to buy the car. A couple weeks later, the JX arrived and I got a call from Dennis inviting me for a test drive. My wife and I test drove two versions of the car and decided after all our research on competitive models, we felt that this was the car we wanted. Since the model color and options we wanted wasn't available the sales manager located one on the east coast. They ordered it for us and paid for it to be shipped to Fife. We traded in two vehicles and received fair trade in values for both. Since our car wouldn't arrive for some time, they provided us with a new QX loaner for several weeks, followed by an FX. When our car arrived, Dennis and staff spent 3 hours going over all the vehicle details and made sure everything was working perfect and also set up the Infiniti Connection (a nice feature!). Over all, there were never games played regarding the sale. We got a very good price considering the vehicle was new and in demand. Since we've purchased the vehicle, it has been in twice for service and follow-up recalls (minor). We received a loaner (Infiniti provides one for service that is going to be more than an hour). It is nice when you are waiting to have good coffee selections and a full line of refreshments. The customer service was better than expected. I know some people have issues with dealerships, but we found being up front with the Infiniti staff that they reciprocated and took great care of us.

When the JX35 was first advertised, I stopped by Infiniti of Tacoma at Fife to get more information. Dennis met me and shared with me what he knew about the car, which they had not received yet. Sales Manager Scott Griffith showed me what they had coming and explained the descrepencies that I noticed in the brochour. A couple weeks later, Dennis called me to let me know they had received their first round of JX vehicles. My wife and I stopped by and test drove two different versions. Since they didn't have what we wanted, Scott spent quite a bit of time locating what we wanted. Snce the vehicle was slated for a dealership in New Hampshire, Scott made arrangements with that dealership and had the car sent to Tacoma. We were offered a very fair no-haggle price, were able to add a few accessories at dealer cost, and they paid the shipping. We traded in two vehicles and received what we expected. Since the vehicle was going to be delayed, they gave us a new fully loaded QX for six weeks, folowed by a new FX until our vehicle arrived. Financing was straight forward and over all, we felt like we got a great deal.The was never any pressure and it was almost too easy to buy a luxury car. The finance manager assisted with the paperwork, and also arranged to have our rebate from the Armada trade-in's extended warranty sent to us. The only negative was that they did not sell the Infiniti extended warranty. They offered a third party. We purchased the Infiniti warranty out of state at a significant savings.Our first service was fantastic and we received a new loaner for the day. The service department was excellent.

I'd been in email negotiations with a rep for two weeks and have planned to drive from Seattle to the dealership to view/test drive a vehicle. The rep (Joe) told me he would call if the vehicle sold before our arranged time to meet. When I called them - yes, I called them - I was told the vehicle was sold the day before. No call to me, and no real follow-on help, either. An unfortunate experience.

My son and I arrived at our appointment to finalized the deal on a car and to our surprise, the sales person told us they sold the car to someone else 3 hours earlier. Funny how never got a call and how they asked us to show up at a specific time just to pull a dishonest scheme. Terrible business practice and unethical.

I have been searching for the "perfect" one for about 3 months, came across one they had on their lot and immediately went down there to test drive it. I liked a used MB there. I emailed them and stated that I will be going there to test drive on Saturday morning, and to let me know if the car sells before then. I get an email Friday saying that they are waiting for me. Saturday I drive from Bothell (50 miles) to be told "Oh, the car was sold last night, sorry". I test drove a couple of other cars, was interested in another MB "C class", but they wouldn't lower the price. Sales person was good, but he "Can't make decisions and has to talk to manager" and, "Manager thinks he can sell the car without lowering the price". Never ever going there again. Oh, and I made sure everyone I know will not go there.

We bought a 2003 G35 sedan approximately 4 years ago. We loved everything about it, the performance, the look and the reliability, but with our growing family we needed something that was bigger and more family oriented. After much debate about what kind of vehicle to purchase it had been decided that what we wanted and what we could afford were 2 very different things. We wanted to purchase a QX 56 however our budget would not allow us such luxuries the other problem we were having was the fact that we had over $7,000 in negative equity that we owed on our G35. We had decided to put some feelers out in the market and see what was out there and see if we could not pay off some of our negative equity in the mean time. Fast forward about 6 months of talking to well over 15 different dealerships of varying manufactures and still having no luck of finding a QX that we could afford, we found ourselves settling on the unfortunate reality that the only bigger vehicle that we could afford was a minivan. Still determined not to compromise we continued to look both for QXs and minivans. We found ourselves at the local Infiniti of Tacoma at Fife dealership for a recall on our G35 sedan. We decided to take a look at the showroom and the QX that would never be. We were approached by Eric Brillhart, a very friendly and knowledgeable new car sales consultant. After several minutes of conversation we shared our dilemma of what we wanted and what we could afford. When we informed him we could not afford a new car I was shocked that he didnt blow us of, instead he gave us a business card and took our wish list and told us he would see what he could do. About a month later and several more disappointing experiences with other dealerships, it seemed we would be stuck with this G35 forever and to make matters worse my husband had just received PCS orders to Fort Drum, New York. Now more than ever we needed a different vehicle and now more than ever did a QX 56 seem like the right vehicle for us, not only was it big enough to meet our growing familys needs it also had something that 14 feet of snow would require AWD/4WD. I frantically started calling dealerships and looking at other options for SUVs because a minivan just wasnt going to work any longer and a QX was still just a fantasy with our budget and $7,000 in negative equity on our trade in.I got a call from Eric, he had something. A QX 56, and it had everything on my wish list. So we started talking, I told him about the negative equity and our price range. Eric said give him a few and he will see what he could do. About 30 minutes later I got a call back. Not only did Eric have a QX it had EVERYTHING I wanted and they would take our trade in for full value of what we still owed on it. SOLD!!! The following afternoon we were down at the dealership, filling out the paperwork for our QX56. We left the dealership with EXACTLY what we wanted with no compromises and we also no longer had $7,000 negative equity looming over our heads. This alone would be enough for a VERY happy ending and another happily satisfied customer, but this is just scratching the surface of the kind of service and experience that we have had at Infiniti of Tacoma at Fife.Now this next not only sets Infiniti of Tacoma at Fife apart from every other dealership we have ever had an experience with, it sets it in a class all of its own. Over the course of the first 60 days that we owned our vehicle as luck would have it 3 separate sensors had gone out, as is par for the course for an older vehicle. We had every intentions of fixing the problems ourselves. Vic Kirilenko, General Manager and Heather Kendall, Service Adviser have gone above and beyond any idea of good customer service, not only did they fix all 3 problems free of charge, they made us feel welcome and appreciated as a customer. Never in all my experiences with other dealerships have I experienced such amazing customer service. They had no obligation to fix even one of the problems let alone all 3 of them, we didnt buy a warranty, we bought as is and still they stood behind the vehicle that they had sold to us. Infiniti of Tacoma at Fife, Vic, Heather and Eric has become a special part of our family, a part of our family that we would be proud to recommend to others. Their dedication and commitment to us has meant the world to me. You know that customer service and loyalty is more important to them then their bottom line, and that is refreshing, through this last year of trying to buy a car we have either visited or talked on the phone with more than 20 dealers and I can tell you for a fact that there is not another dealership within 80 miles of us that can even begin to touch the kind of service and experience that we had at Infiniti of Tacoma at Fife. The next time we need a vehicle we will definitely be coming back to Infiniti of Tacoma at Fife even if it means we have to fly back from the east coast to buy.
