I was looking to surprise my wife with a new car for our anniversary. I came in for an oil change on a Saturday and the mechanic found some major things that had to be addressed. I wish I could place additional stars alongside those as well. I don't purchase many cars and I haven't really had any horrible car buying experiences like a lot of people, but I also haven't had the same level of calmness and enjoyment purchasing a car like I did with Chris. He was so knowledgeable pointing things out to us as we walked around the car and again while we sat in the car and I really appreciated that. That kind of preparedness is what helped me feel comfortable purchasing a car through him. It was time for service on my new Q70L Infinity and I made my appointment two weeks in advance.Due to hurricane Matthew closing, service was a challenge. Danny Solorzano, our Service Consultant, ignored his lunch hour to assist; had the car ready in exactly the time promised; went beyond the call of duty to reprogram my garage door electronics; gave me valuable information on changes coming to the car's wireless communication system; and explained clearly all the service performed. Mr. Solorzano won the National Infinity Service Consultant award twice because he personifies the Schumacher service commitment to excellence. I have had luxury vehicles most of my life and some brands were a dud on service. My husband and I walked into the dealership just "to check out" the Infiniti Q60 that my husband has been researching and dreaming about for the last 5 months. Chris was assigned to be our Client Advisor. Chris is a very young man with high expectations for his future. He is well versed and full of knowledge of the auto industry, well mannered and resourceful. He listened carefully of what we wanted and not needed out of a car. Chris showed us all the vehicles that were available and pointed out the positives and negatives of the vehicles. He took us on a test drive. Although Chris is a young man, he drove very carefully with us. He made sure we all had our seatbelts on. He showed us how the vehicle maneuvered in different roads. Next, we went back to the office and discussed price. We traded in our car and we got a reasonable price for the trade in. We haggled a little bit on the price of the Infiniti and the trade. Chris came back from the manager's office and he gave us the lowest possible price that he could give us. He walked the extra mile for us to conclude the deal. We were happy with Chris with how he sold the car without giving us pressure. We concluded that it was a very fair price for the car and the trade in. We concluded the deal on the same day and drove away with the car. HE REALLY KNOCKED OUR PANTS AND SOCKS OFF! We were happy with the deal, especially when we said to ourselves before entering the dealership that we were just looking and pricing an Infiniti. He made my husband's dream come true. I have been in and out of car dealerships all of my life, which is not a very short time. I purchased a used Infiniti at a Toyota dealership that was still under warranty. I had a small issue so I visited Schumacher Infiniti. There I was greeted by Tamiko Reed, a very pleasant young lady, who inquired if she could help. As I was just looking for info re: a part, she did her best and then sent me to parts, who in turn sent me to the body shop, where my question was answered and determined I had a warranty issue. I returned to service where I was greeted by Tamiko Reed again. Tamiko worked extremely hard on my behalf to solve my problem immediately. Although she was not successful as the part was on backorder, the service that she gave me was extraordinary. The part is now on order. Thank you Tamiko Reed.

My mom, who by the way is 76 years old, told me she was planning to get an oil change tomorrow on her Mercedes. Great, who would have thought it but when I called mom on My way home from work that she told me she's working on purchasing a Q50 and was raving more about how her salesman Chris Bennett treated her then about her new car! It was later in the day and she needed to rest and her dog that she brought with her was hungry and needed to be walked. Chris even took the time to take all paperwork to my mom's house and do the delivery at her house. I couldn't believe his service... Not like other car salesmen. Needless to say, Chris even set up an appointment to stop back by her house on Sunday morning to go over all features that she had questions on. I had the opportunity to see moms car. Stunning. Over the last few days mom was unsure of some of the features and Chris was in constant contact. Thank you for your service and for making my mom and I comfortable with the purchase.

I highly recommend avoiding Infiniti of Palm Beaches Service department. When I got my car back from service, which took nearly 4 hours, I noticed scuff marks on passenger side front and rear rims and an inch size dent in the rear bumper. My car was in showroom condition prior to the service. After 2 hours of additional waiting, one of the technicians at Infiniti of Palm Beaches was honest enough to admit, that he hit the curb on passenger side. Infiniti of Palm Beaches only agreed to pay for rear rim repairs. Regarding front rim, Service Advisor Danny Solorzano analyzed pictures he took prior to the service of my car and because there was a light reflection from the rim somehow similar to the damage, the front rim repair was denied. Although I dont think the scuff marks were there before the service, I paid myself for the front rim repairs.On top of that my rear bumper dent repair was denied, even though the pictures Danny took prior to the service of my car dont show any pre-existing dents. Even Danny initially agreed to fix my rear bumper dent, but then after speaking with Service Manager Robert Scheiner, I was told that this needs to be analyzed further and it was denied later on. Service Manager Robert Scheiner sent me an email that because I signed authorization of work document, Infiniti of Palm Beaches will not be participating in any expenses related to the damage of my vehicle. This is the worst service experience I have ever had. They treat customer as liars and with no respect. It is definitely not the Schumacher family. I will have to go to court to recover my loss.

I called the dealer with my budget and the vehicle I wanted. They returned my call in an hour and undercut my budget for the car I wanted. When I got to the showroom that evening I was greeted by Jamie the Manager who was incredibly professional and welcoming. The dealership itself is new and very sleek, a place you want to spend your money. He introduced me to my salesman Adam Kirschenbaum who I can't say a negative thing about. He was professional and a straight shooter and understood I didn't want to spend my entire evening at the dealership. We did an awesome test drive and fianlized the deal in under an hour. Adam knew the car in and out which was refreshing because I felt like I was teaching other brands salespeople about their vehicles during other dealership visits. My 6mth old Q50 picked up a screw in the front left tire. I drove in at 12:30 pm and asked for help. Chris took control and immediately not only took care of the tire but gave me my 6mth service which was due. I was done in only 1.5 hours with no appointment just before a holiday weekend. I have utilized the Mercedes, and the Porsche and the Lexus service departments over the years and none met the high standards achieved by Chris and the service department of Infiniti of the Palm Beaches. The Lexus dealership can keep their free bagels, I would rather just get great service when I need it.

I have been to this dealership numerous times and this was my second bad experience. Called for 1 day no one answered in service. So called the personal assistant they left two messages because they could not get an answer.. The next day they called me back, we got you appt. 4:30 next day.show up, pull up in service no one around 15 min. (I'm very patient) no one has yet to acknowledged me. I stopped man asked for help he said hold on 5min later another man pops out. Meanwhile both guys approach me like what am I doing there this is the service dept. no? He ask me who I'm there to see. I did not know, he's like oh sorry I got off at 5. It wasn't yet 5 I said can't you look it up in the computer so he did. Sorry no appt. He says would you like to make one. I showed him my confirmation # he's like we'll sorry can't help you besides we have no loaners. There was no customer service transaction here.

I have always dreaded getting my oil changed, because I always end up paying for 'extra things' I probably didn't need. When I bought my QX80, I made it a point to buy the Service Plan that covers my oil changes/tire rotation. Needless to say, when I go in for my oil change it is as painless as one can imagine. You drop your car off and sit in a very nice waiting area with bagels and coffee/espresso machine. You can watch TV or work on your laptop with the free WiFi. I only waited an hour. Danny Soloranzo was my Service Manager and he had the scratches on the side of my car buffed out--no charge and my car looked amazing. I really appreciated Danny doing that! After Danny showed me how they changed my wipes and buffed the side....he handed me my keys and I was done. Great service and it was hassle free......

First off they get you to come in on false premises and then raise the rate... Second they lie about how their trade ins work. Third, they offer you essentially dog crap to buy your car and make it seem like they're doing you a favor. Fourth, they don't follow through with anything. Oh someone is supposed to call you back? They won't.... Have issues with your brand new car right after you buy it? They don't care. Get charged for something you didn't consent to? THEY DON'T CARE & THEY WONT REIMBURSE YOU! In addition to all my ongoing issues with them, I found out that my salesmen never removed my old SunPass like he promised we would, and now I have all sorts of crazy charges on my bank account from SunPass. My salesman, MAX wouldn't fix the issue so I reached out to the manager and he suggested I go to SunPass... Even though it's the dealerships fault! He wouldn't take responsibility... They said they would remove it and they didn't, but now I'm the one paying for it! Ridiculous. Worst dealership experience of my life!

Electrical Problem and schedule Maintainance . I had several electrical problem started just in one time . Rear tail electronic switch was not working, interior lamps, memory seat, steering wheel's auto position position adjustment , few more electrical or mainly electronic device was not working. All fixed at service. Because one circuit propagated all other problem in BCM.

I was truly blown away with the level of professionalism and courtesy we received. Everyone we came into contact with was extremely helpful. We never felt pressured into our car. At delivery our salesman Max Hagar went above and beyond explaining to my wife how to use all the computers and various options in her car. She said to us she has had her other car for three years and still can't connect her phone to blue tooth. She now explains to me and our daughter how to use the computers on the Infiniti. A total positive experience. Brought the vehicle in for an issue with a dashboard warning light. Had appointment with Nicholas. I was treated with extreme politeness. Very comfortable waiting room. The dashboard light was taken care of promptly. As I also needed tires and wanted to be economical, Nick suggested a brand and price that I was OK with and provided me a loaner car for a few hours while tires were installed. Nick is a true gentleman, friendly, and knowledgeable, and I will have no hestitation to return to Shumacher if and when I have to.

We negotiated a fair price for the specific car we wanted with the internet Sales Manager. The website is very good and easy to use. The response was very quick using the website and internet sales. Once we arrived at the dealership the entire experience lasted only 2 hours. That included a test drive, paperwork with our sales person and all financial paperwork for our lease. I have been a schmaucher customer for my last 4 cars. I have leased from VW and just recently leased my first Infiniti. I had always been satisfied with VW but I have not been with Infiniti. 3 months after leasing my Infiniti I get a bill in the mail (a past due bill which they've had my address since 2009!) for hundreds of dollars. They are claiming excess wear and tear on a vehicle that was turned in the beginning of January. I also had the excess wear and tear package! I think it is ridiculous to send a bill months later after everything had been settled. If my vehicle had excess where and tear it should have been discussed when my vehicle was turned in or within that week. Also, my sales person Adam Kirschenbaum excessively called me and emailed me regarding the survey. Begging me to give him a "perfect 10 score". Of coarse, that survey came a few weeks after my Infiniti purchase and months prior to the bill. VW and Infiniti claim to be a "Schumacher family" but apparently they are not. Apparently, family means nothing to them. I will never purchase another car for Schumacher!!

I bought my car at Palm Beach Infiniti and had an excellent experience. My service history has been excellent. I have worked with Nick S. whenever the car is in need of service. He is excellent. His customer service is exceptional. He goes above and beyond keeping me informed, having the car completed on time, inspecting and reviewing the service with me, and following up with me days later to confirm everything is still OK. This service included a challenge with the Transmission which was completed over two days. Nick kept me informed calling me concerning the issue and the correction. He is the guy I will wait to talk to and handle my wife's car when it needs a service or has a problem.Nick was out the day I picked it up. I was able to compare how good I have it with Nick. Nick told me over the phone to see his partner Chris N. and he would take care of it. WHen I knocked on Chris's door and entered, his face and demeanor said I was bothering him. I explained to him the situation and Nick had asked me to see him. He got up and walked out without saying anything. I didn't want to stay in his office so I went out to overhang to wait for him. He got back in 3 minutes and pointed to Okeechobee Blvd and said, You car is ready, it s over there. I couldnt see it and when I looked at him and said I dont see it, He said Its there pointing again. He shoved the service sheet into my hand and walked away. Forget about asking questions or explaining what happened at the service. When I found the car, It had all the plastic and paper in the car to protect during the service still in the car. I sat and reviewed the Service sheet. I thought it would be a waste to ask Chris so I decided that I should call Nick the following day.I dont write reviews. In this case I was sshown how excellent the service I get from Nick and what lousy service is from Chris. I m going to buy my next car from Palm Beach Infiniti due to the sales team for my wife's present car and continual discussions with Nick during my Service appointments. I will continually work with Nick since I know what excellent is from Him.

Our saleperson Max accepted the pricing immediately (no running to the manager), and the financing person came within .1 of meeting USAA so we took their financing. The most important feature of this sale is that Max understood he was selling to Deborah. Other salesmen at competing luxury brand dealers did not understand this and lost any opportunity to make the sale.We've owned Mercedes, BMW, and Volvo and can honestly say this car surpasses all three. I usually never bother to write a negative review if something is bad, but this really set me off. This dealership goes beyond unprofessional. Lets start by saying that I am a cash buyer in the market to buy a used infiniti. I had found a car listed online by Schumacher Infinitis' website. It was exactly what I was looking for, from color, price, model, and features. So I call to make sure that this car was still available and, it "definitely was". I specifically told them I was coming in from out of town (a 4 hour drive one way) to test drive and likely purchase this car the next day. They said they will call me before I leave to let me know that it is still available and on the lot. And they did and said, "its definitely still available"! I said, "Great! I will be on my way tonight so I can view in the morning." So the person I spoke to on the phone (whose name is Anthony) said he will set my appointment for the morning with JP or Scott. And the car will be in front ready for test drive! Well, turns out I don't meet with JP or Scott, so I meet with Max. Next, I find out he can't find the car. Throughout the conversation and the waiting and waiting things start to smell funny. Then Max finds out from a person on the other end of the phone that the car was "delivered last night". I know from my experience in sales that the call in the office was probably staged! How does a dealership not know immediately what they have and what they don't? I was pissed! I took time off work, drove a total of 8 hours to Schumacher Infiniti to be sold another car that didn't come remotely close to what was advertised on their own website as well as third party websites. So I leave the dealership and I check their website immediately and find the car was taken off and replaced with a another one, a lesser model with less features, at the same price on the same link. I should have known the price was too good to be true on the original listing. I thought Infiniti was about having class!!! What xxxx these people are!! All they care about is misleading potential buyers to get you on their lot!!! Time to inform the BBB! BUYER BEWARE!!!

I wish there was a NEGATIVE ONE STAR! What a nightmare dealership... went out on a test drive and the salesman forgot to take the license plate. I'm pulled over and I detained 30 minutes and end up getting a warning ticket. Yes, that's right, I was driving so I got the warning ticket. The dealership was so rude about it like they didn't care. The salesperson was the biggest BS artist I ever met in any dealership and offered the worst deal of any Infiniti dealership. I ended up getting my car from Coconut Creek which is a first class operation. What a difference between the horrible sales manager at Inifiniti of Palm Beaches who is actually banned from.... well that's another story which I won't publicize but suffice it to say you can do a million times better at any other dealership. Oh, and Infiniti of Palm Beaches both my parents bought cars from you but after the way you treated me they will go to coconut creek on the next ones and they told their entire community about how badly you treated me. Also, the next time your general manager hangs up on someone complaining about getting a ticket you might want to think twice about treating your customers better.

I recently moved to Florida. I did not have the relationship with the infiniti dealership in west palm like I had in new jersey. From the time I arrived, they made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Adam took the time to listen to all of the features I was looking for in a new vehicle. I was having a difficult time deciding but Adam and Max were patient with me. I didn't feel pushed. After I decided to get the new car, they gave me a full tutorial of all the features including a second test drive to see how everything worked on the road. Adam personally introduced me to the service department. Management and finance departments were friendly. Overall I was very pleased with the service and knowing I can call on Adam anytime for help is a business relationship I appreciate.

This was the most stressful, miserable experience we have ever had shopping for a car. The sales team were all playing on their cell phones when we walked in to the dealership and no one, other than the receptionist greeted us when we came in. We had an appointment to see a sales person who was not there when we arrived so they stuck us with Adam. Adam was the most unprofessional, condescending, rude person we have ever had the displeasure of meeting. He knew nothing about the cars we wanted to test drive and was more concerned whether we were ready to "make a deal" the moment we sad down in the office. Actually those were the exact words he greater us with after he told us his name. He didn't even know what we were looking for, just wanted to make sure he had a "deal" before he wasted his time. After we did the test drive and sat down the lying and cheating began. Adam quoted "laws" in Florida that don't exist, values of cars are on market that were inaccurate (we had done our homework and brought documentation). Apparently this dealership does not like informed customers - it's harder to cheat them. We finally got up and left, drove to another dealership and purchased the same car with no issues or problems. We would NEVER consider EVER using this dealership or would EVER recommend this unprofessional lying cheating miserable dealership to anyone. ***As an aside....the next dealership was so wonderful, we decided to trade in both our cars and bought two new cars that day. To bad Adam -who I imagine works on commission- was to unprofessional to even ask what we wanted or needed****. STAY CLEAR. THERE ARE MUCH BETTER EXPERIENCES AT OTHER DEALERSHIPS***

never again will I step into their showroom, had previously leased a vehicle two years ago, saleman has since left... sales manager arrogant, unprofessional sloppily dressed with his feet up on his desk, very arrogant in his discussion of price, told me essentially to get lost, have owned or leased more than ten infinitis in the last 10 years and I have never been treated so rudely.. went down to ft. lauderdale and was treated with dignity and respect, trade in valued at $9,900 more than trade in at Schumacher... was told by Scott mgr. "we don't need you car on a trade in," take it some where else.. what an arrogant son of a b___! learned he was an assistant golf pro previously, 2+2 =4.. bet he won't be there in a month or two. what a jerk.. not a good representative for Mr. Schumacher..

Unless you have excellent warranty, they will suggest unnecessary repairs, will quote one price and will charge you something else completely. I have always been a dedicated Infiniti user and I believe in going to the dealership for repairs. However, as my warranty expired, I found that the service changed. My service advisors became more like sales people, selling parts for my car that were absolutely not needed. Finally, on my last visit, I was quoted one price only to show up and find that an entirely different price was on the agenda. They are sheisty and are happy to take advantage of loyal paying customers. Their mission is to rob you blind if you keep coming back. They will waste your time and your money if you trust that they are working in your best interest. They received one star because zero was not an option! Never again!

What a top notch overall experience buying our new car back in Nov 2013. First off, the initial internet price inquiry offered us quite a discount that it was worth the 5 hour drive up from Key West to check it out. Secondly, the selection of the particular vehicle we were looking for was endless. They had at least 4 vehicles of every color available and also every interior color available with all the amenities too. You name it, it was there. If you couldn't find your car from one that they had available on the lot, then it didn't exist. Our salesman was wonderful, very patient, informative and made it a very pleasurable experience. No pressure or hovering!!! Great all around guy. The finance manager, Anthony Palestos, was wonderful also. Very patient to answer all our questions and address our concerns and explain each and every piece of paperwork and did not rush us thru it given the fact it was 6:00 and the dealership was already closed. The commitment to the customer still continues from Dion far after the deal was done. He is quick with a response / resolution to any issue I have and that in itself is very comforting. The Infinity portion of the Schuhmacher dealership/showroom was not huge for the overwhelming inventory they had but was modern, very clean and welcoming. I am the first to admit, I dread when its time to go car shopping, but honestly, I really enjoyed this and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this dealership to anyone who is looking for that car buying experience that will keep you coming back!!

Although I was very upset about the reason for my service(girlfriend put diesel in gas tank), Bill's empathy for my situation made a huge difference. I have leased Infiniti's since 2005 and really love the product and service provided by Infiniti. I first became involved with Infiniti of the Palm Beaches in 2011 when I leased my G37 from Anthony Palestos and was treated exceptionally well! l knew then that they would become "my" dealership. I recently contacted Anthony to make arrangements to lease a 2013 G37 and heard the good news that he was now the Business Manager of Infiniti of the Palm Beaches. We made arrangements for me to come to the dealership and Anthony assured me that I would receive the same excellent customer service provided me on my last visit. Anthony introduced me to Adam Kirschenbaum who helped me with my new lease. Adam was terrific! He was patient, knowledgeable, and a very good teacher in assisting me with understanding the navigation system (which was new to me!). He telephoned me the very next day making sure that I was happy with my car and that I understood all the "bells and whistles" of the car. He provided me with his cell phone number and instructed me to call at any time if I had questions or concerns regarding my new car. All in all, the entire process of leasing the car was a very enjoyable experience. Everyone at Infiniti of the Palm Beaches went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy. Great experience. Max/Sales Agent spent a considerable amount of time understanding what my objectives were for the purchase of my next Infiniti. Looked at scenarios for both a new vehicle and a used vehicle and choose a 2013 JX35. Only one outstanding matter regarding the replacement of damaged third row seat seat belts. Max/Sales Agent inquried with Service Department on the day of my purchase to confirm that the seat belts would be replaced as it is considered a safety matter. Will need to follow up on when the seat belts will be replaced.No buyers remorse - very happy Customer.

The reason I would recommend the Infiniti service center to anyone would be the prompt professional service that I received. As soon as I pulled up in my car I was greeted by a young lady smiling and asking my name, and reason for my visit. I had an appointment scheduled that day for regular service. I had my fiance and my little dog with me. She also quickly introduced herself to me and them. Then said that my service writer would be with me momentarily. She then offered us to come inside the lounge and relax and have coffee or water and was there anything else that we needed. After approx. 5 min I was escorted to my service writers office and he then proceeded to come outside with me and talk about any concerns I had with my car besides the regular service. We talked briefly and then my loaner car was brought up and he said he would call me when my car was ready and again made sure that I had no other concerns with my car. Overall the service by everyone at Infiniti was very professional and friendly and made me feel welcome and that I had brought my car in and that they really cared about how I felt. I was only there approx. 15 to 20 min. and left feeling confident that my new car was in good hands. Then later on in the day I received a call my car was ready and that they were there until 5 that day. I went over later in the after noon and picked up my car and received the same great professional friendly care that I received when I dropped it off.

I gave the rating that i did because Danny Solorzano was professional. He explained the work that needed to be done and the price as well. He smiled and did not rush me durning the meeting between the two of us. He set me up with a loaner car and he kept me informed by phone when the job was complete. My car was washed and ready at the time that he said it would be. He also talked to me about work that was recommended in the future. Over all a nice guy.

As smooth as any vehicle purchase experience I have ever had. The client advisor, Adam Kirschenbaum was outstanding! He was very professional and cared as much about getting me the vehicle that I wanted as he did about the sale. The dealership was very tidy and I liked the customer friendly layout. Adam made sure my new vehicle was clean and ready to roll when the purchase was completed. I was very impressed that he came out to go over the vehicle features with me after the purchase and to setup my cellphone to work with the bluetooth on the vehicle radio, without me even having to ask, now that is going the extra mile for the customer!!! I will recommend Adam Kirschenbaum and Infiniti of the Palm Beaches to my friends and family. Thank you Adam for a great car buying experience.

we also took our subaru to schumacher for service subaru offered to drive us to breakfast and infiniti gave us a loaner car to get us there without slowing down the service crew.obviously infiniti has the best customer service and customer satisfaction level guaranteed !!!!

I typically don't take the time to fill out these service surveys but due to the great experience I had as usual from Dexter I felt it was a must in order to properly express how easy and quick Dexter made the experience. This is the 3r automobile I have leased from your dealership. I have always dealt with Dexter Richardson. Dexter is by far in all my years of auto purchasing and leasing the BEST rep from any dealer that I have ever worked with. He goes over and far above any possible expectations someone could have for an auto leasing or purchasing experience. This dealership will try to sell you service/parts you don't need, and the General Manager, Ron Gould, is only concerned with wasting your time and money. I have been a loyal Infiniti owner for 12+ years. I buy my cars brand new, and keep them for approximately 6 years or more. I brought my 2008 QX56 into this West Palm Infiniti location to get my brake pads and rotors resurfaced. I came out with a $1270 bill with only the front brakes done and a few other things that they claimed had to be done but wouldn't be able to prove to me (hidden issues)- but I should trust them. I did as I have always had my car serviced at the dealers (Scottsdale, Orlando, Clearwater, etc.). When I went to pay the bill they couldn't even show me how the price broke down, as I had a coupon for 20% service. They just said they put it in the system and roughly estimated the discount (????). It was 6 pm and I wasn't getting anywhere with understanding what they were charging (original price less discount, plus tax - you would think that would be pretty straightfoward to show a customer) so I gave up on the wizard behind the curtain and just paid it. I asked specifically if that was all the major service I would need for a while since I wasn't expecting such a large bill - and they guaranteed me that that was everything and they had completed a thorough check. I let them know though that on the back brakes, even if though they talked me out of replacing them, that I would bring it back to get the back brakes replaced if it was still squeaking - at my cost of course. They stated that sometimes it will squeak and even new cars do that. That statement was confusing since I've had my car since it was brand new and the squeaking problem only recently started. I ended up bringing the car back to do the back brakes about a month later, but also about a week after the original service the driver side rear tire pressure wasn't reading. I took it to Costco and they stated that the tire sensor battery was reading that it was good and maybe it just needed to be reset. So I had told the Infiniti dealer this when I called to schedule the back brakes, and again when I dropped it off that the tire sensor needed to be reset. I got a call from Infiniti that they recommended that I get 2 new sensors for both rear tires. Funny because only one wasn't reading the pressure. They stated that the one was bad, and the battery on the one that was reading ok was low and they recommended just going ahead and doing both - for the price of $450. Also they stated that I needed some kind of other thing done that would be another $149 (some rubber had cracked over time) - so much for a thorough check a month ago - but once I asked if it was really necessary to replace they admitted it was not - so I didn't. The long and short of it is that I also refused to replace the tire sensors for $450 and just got the back brakes done. Back brakes don't squeak anymore - so I should have just got it done when I took it in a month ago. That was Wed, so on Saturday I took it to Costco in Orlando and told them what the dealer told me. Costco reset the tire sensor and it now works perfectly. He stated with Infinitis they are a bit touchy, but it was reading strong, so he knew the tire sensor didn't need to be replaced. I called Ron Gould just to let him know that this had happened (as I was appalled at the Infiniti dealer trying to charge me for something I clearly didn't need), and he didn't even want to hear my story. He wanted to know how many miles was on my vehicle (?? probably wanted to say that now that I've gone to Costco it's out of warranty) and then he wanted me to waste an hour driving time to bring my vehicle in so that they can "look at it" - when I asked him why would I waste my time and gas when it's now working perfectly fine, he stated because maybe Costco wasn't authorized to do that sort of work. Really, that's what you're are concerned with?

They do not tell the truth....after shopping several Infiniti dealerships I was ready to do a deal at another dealer other than this one, since their deal was not good.I was told that if I came back, the sales mgr. identifying himself as JP would beat the deal I had, after I laid it out to the internet manager who spoke to JP.I traveled the 25 miles back to Schumacher Infinity and waited an hour after my appointed time to finally be summoned to the salesman's office who repeated the bad deal I got from them the first time... JP finally came in and told me he could not match the deal I had elsewhere.These people think the customers are stupid....My advice is to avoid them at all costs...
