Service team is always excellent. Willie is always honest and I appreciate that he takes the time to explain the work done on my vehicle to me, he doesn't just brush me off like other people have in the past. I specifically look forward to coming back and working with Willie because I know if I have any questions they will get answered. Sunday service hours are also very convinent!

Pape was great! He made sure to find out our needs in a car and what our budget was to make the right recommendation, he also showed us more than one option and wasn't pushy the way 'car salesmen' are known to be. Ultimately we looked at other dealers and cars, but returned to Ingersoll not just because we liked the car we saw there better but also because of Pape.

Always a pleasure to deal with Pape. I believe this is the 5th vehicle we have purchased from him. From the moment I arrived I was warmly greeted and immediately taken care of. Mike is wonderful. He explained what was going to be done. And even noted there was a new recall on my vehicle that had just come out the day before my visit. My daughter and I waited in the lounge area and had a delicious cup of coffee. Mike came and got us when we were done. Explained the recall was not necessary because we had the right trailer hitch installed. And we were on our way! I drive almost 2 hours from Kingston, NY for my 2015 Chevrolet Colorado to be serviced. Even if it's only an oil change. I feel valued and appreciated by the Service Dept. I wouldn't go anywhere else!!

This is the third vehicle we have bought from Ingersoll (2 new and 1 CPO) and every time the experience has been great. We have always worked with Bob Laber who has been great and doesn't put a lot of pressure on us. Originally I was only looking at the Ford F150 and Toyota Tundra but started thinking about the dealers and where I have had great experiences so decided to look at the GMC as well. I would say that the dealership is the primary reason I ended up buying the GMC over the Ford.

I live in Kingston, NY and I drive an hour and 45 minutes for service at Ingersoll Auto of Danbury. That right there tells you how great the Service Dept. is From calling to make an appt. or speaking with the Parts Dept. I am greeted warmly and given clear and concise information. The moment I arrive and drive into the service area there is an attendant right there to get me started. The Service Advisor's I have dealt with are so very knowledgeable and let me know exactly what I should expect. They give me an approximate time and make it clear what is going to be done. Then they walk me to the Waiting area which is more like a cafe. There is always fresh coffee with real ceramic coffee mugs or bottled water! Most days there are complimentary donuts or cookies. And there is also a vending machine if you prefer a snack. If you are lucky enough to be there on a Saturday you might even get free pizza!!! And to top it off...you get a free car wash!!! I am loyal to Ingersoll Auto of Danbuy because their employees are loyal to me!

Being new to the area this was my first time going to this dealership to service my GMC Acadia I was referred here my colleague that lives in Danbury Connecticut. Upon my arrival at the dealership once I pulled into the service area I was greeted by the service writer that assisted me with each and every process to get my vehicle serviced he told me an estimated time for my vehicle to be ready, walked me through the showroom and showed me where the waiting area was and offered me a beverage and said to hang out here until my vehicle is ready and he will notify me when that happens. Well I was surprised when the service writer came into the waiting area and notified me that my vehicle was ready it was slightly earlier than promised which made me very happy. He then walk me through the process for payment explain in depth on the work that was done and what possibly needs to be done for my next visit ,walk me around my vehicle for the final inspection and I was on my way. It was a pleasant experience here at this dealership and I would definitely be back and I will definitely refer someone else here that owns a GM vehicle.

Ingersoll is the greatest car dealership that I have ever had any experience with in my lifetime. I have purchased and leased many GM vehicles going back from 1986. The customer service with their sales department as well as their service department is outstanding. I purchased my first vehicle from Ingersoll back in early 2013 which was a Buick Enclave. Living in Shelton CT at the time I could have chosen a local Buick dealer in which I chose not too. I was completely impressed with the sales and management team that was demonstrated upon me as well as their service department. I would recommend Ingersoll to anyone.

Service Rep was excellent. Service was performed is more than satisfactory time.However, one problem arose. my tires were rotated and air pressure monitors were re-set. shortly afterwards i had a message on dashboard that i need to service tire. left rar tire monitor is not operational. i haven't called service yet but i really hate to have to re-visit for service. i am confident that it will be resolved in fine order.

I would return to purchase a vehicle when that time arises. I had first approached another GMC dealership in Stamford and that experience was entirely unsatisfactory. I an a single older women and this is the 4th vehicle I have purchased independently. It is a sressful expereince . Being determined not to be taken advantage of I entered the showroom. I was met immediatly by a salemen , and I thought "Here it comes, the big push to sell" But instead I was asked if he could assist me. And then he called another salesperson to speak with me. I had full intention to go to other dealerships and compare everything, but I found no need to. I was treated to a pleasent experience. There was no pressure to make decisions and my concerns and needs where met. The financial part of the transaction and the signing of papers was dealt with with ease and as much time as needed was afforded me to make sure I understood everything. At the age I am technical things are a challenge, but the salemen spent all the time I needed to understand the interior of my new truck, even offering to have me return to the showroom if I ever need help, which I may have to do. Overall the showroom was clean and efficient and very friendly.

Every time I've taken my car in the service advisors have been extremely courteous and knowledgeable, even though I know they are under a lot of stream.. There is a steady stream of people coming in before work but I've never had to wait more than a few minutes, at that, before I was seen. The facility is clean and the service staff are well dressed. If you wait for your car they have free coffee and donuts plus a tv to watch. I'd say Ingersoll does it better than anyone else I've taken my car to.

I had been in the hospital and my car had not been used, except for someone starting it up once-in-awhile. I just wanted to have my car checked to make sure that everything was O.K. I had everything checked and except for new brakes which I was aware of, everything checked out. Dawn Bessette (Service Consultant) was her usual wonderful self. Didn't hesitate to take care of me and to make sure that everything was O.K. I had a recall on my car, but as yet you have not received the parts, or still don't have a fix. Hopefully, this isssue will be resolved soon.

I'm tired of bringing my vehicle back for recalls that gm says are only if you experience that particular issue. Bad way of handling recalls. You should check my vehicle for any and all possible recall issues before something happens like an accident or excessive wear on the motor from an issue not readily apparent like losing coolant.

Lisa P. was excellent. We met with her for the first time in May and she knew we were just starting to look for a new car. She took her time with us but never made us feel pressured. When we were ready to get into a new car a couple of months later we went back to her and she was again terrific! We leased a '16 Acadia. She spent over an hour showing me every detail of the car and set up my phone, navigation etc. It was by far the best experiences at a car dealer and will definitely recommend Ingersoll and Lisa.

Dave in sales was great!! He knew what vehicle I wanted and worked tremendously hard to find it at another dealership. Even though it took about 6 weeks to locate, he constantly kept me informed. Once the vehicle came in he was also great in expediting the ladder rack installation on the van and making sure the vehicle was ready when I needed to get it. Extremely conscientious. The only glitch was getting through finance at pickup, for some reason I was delayed over an hour to sign the forms, etc. and take possession of the vehicle? It didn't seem to be a problem with the paperwork, which took 15 minutes but was made to sit and wait from 5:45 to almost 7:00 to be taken into the office? But over all it was a satisfying experience.

I brought my truck in for a 30,000 mile service. The Service Rep explained to me everything up front that was going to be done to the vehicle and told the exact amount the service would cost and the amount of time that it will take to complete. The best thing about Ingersoll is the friendly atmosphere that is portrayed there and people go out of their way to talk to the customers. Everyone is the service department was so friendly to me even though they doing other things they made the point of say hi or good morning to me while I was getting checked in. Little things like that go a long way.The service on my truck was done to the highest level and I will continue to have Ingersoll take good care of my GMC Sierra!

I had a damaged tire, which was replaced in a short amount of time. What short waiting time I did encounter was due to Ingersoll ensuring that my extended tire warrantee completely covered the cost. I can't imagine how Ingersoll might have done more for me.

Actual service work performed was good. Scheduling, diagnosing and ordering parts was challenging. There is a disconnect between on-line scheduling and the service department. A day after I scheduled my on line appt. I called the service dept. to check on parts availability. (I knew if parts were in stock I would not leave my car tied up for days). I was first informed that I had no appt. Later I was told they found my reservation but they can't order parts until a diagnosis was made. I scheduled an appt. for diagnosis. After an hour and meeting 5 people I was told the service tech would call GM to verify the supercharger replacement was covered and parts would be ordered. They would get back to me in a few days. (ZL1'a and CTS's were recalled by GM for bearing failures. The supercharger on my ZL1 was rattling so bad that you could hear the rattling with the hood closed and the engine running. I was amazed/annoyed that it took 5 people and over one hour for a tech. to tell me the supercharger was rattling/failing) No one called back. I called the service dept. the following Monday and was informed that parts were ordered and should be in on Tuesday. I scheduled my car for service on Thurs. On Thurs. I was informed that additional parts were required and my vehicle would not be complete until Fri. On Fri I picked up my ZL1 and it was quiet and performed as expected. The actual service work was good, however, getting to the service dept. was challenging. Hope this helps.

There was a ticking noise (engine) which I've heard from day one of the purchase. I brought it back several times for oil change etc and mentioned the noise every time. I was told everything checked out and was fine. I brought it back this time because the noise was louder. Nate assured me they would get to the bottom of it. They did. Initially I had an issue paying for the work done being I brought this up in the past. Nate checked my records, spoke to the service manager, and stated I will only be responsible for a deductible vs full amount of service being this was reported in the past by me.

Nate kept me up to date on more needed repairs and originally my vehicle was supposed to be done at an early time, but it wasn't but I understood because of the extra Maintainence it would take longer. The communication was very poor. I called at 3:30pm in the afternoon to check on my car. It was dropped off at 9am for a tire rotation and oil change. I was not in a hurry to get the car back and even planned on picking it up after close, however when I asked Pam for an update at 3:30pm I was told that Nate was with a guest and would get back to me. I asked for an update. At 5pm, I called again as I knew you would be closing at 5:30pm and had still not heard anything. I was not being a pest, but for a very simple service, to have to call twice before hearing ANYTHING was very frustrating. I have purchased two vehicles from Ingersoll and have been very happy up to this point. Next time my car needs to go in for service I will plan on waiting for it since the communication for drop off service was quite poor in my eyes.

If your looking to buy a car go to Ingersoll of Danbury, and ask for Phil. I bought a used Cadillac from this guy, and the service I've received is unbelievable. Ex. I was unhappy with the detail job done on the car from an outside shop associated with the dealership. I went to see him at around 5. He literally took it back to the place himself, and returned it to me in the best shape its ever been at 8:30 P.M., even after i said he could keep it for the night. Seriously how many car salesman would do that especially for the penny's he probably made in commission on a used car.

Ingersoll is by far the best dealer I've ever had. On my way home from work my service engine light came on. I called OnStar and they said to immediately bring the car in. At 6:50 PM I called the dealer and made an appointment for first thing the next day. At such short notice they were able to still get me a loaner, were very courteous and made the whole process easy and smooth and had my car back to me that night. Past dealers would have told me to "go scratch" at such short notice with no loaner and hold my car for a week until they had time to look at it. Ingersoll rocks!!!!!!

Everyone was friendly and professional. They explained what needed to be done very clearly. The only thing I didn't expect was that an oil change would take so long. I had a 5:00 appointment and at 6:15 I found out the oil change was complete. Additional time was needed after that to fix a tire issue which I was fine with.

The minute I drive into the service bay I am greeted and taken care of promptly and with cheerful attention by all. This time I had the pleasure of working with Herb and he kept me updated during the waiting time as to the progress of my service. As the showroom and service waiting area have been undergoing a remodel since I started coming to Ingersoll (moved to Danbury in July 2014) each step of the transition the service area is still kept comfortable and it is really amazing how everything is operating while all that is taking place. At first, I was not enamored with the idea of leaving my car overnight when I'd planned on only a few hours of service; but Nate provided me a loaner and the whole experience was fantastic. He retrieved my necessary belongings, set me up with a brand new car, and made sure all the repairs were completed on my car. I was equally pleased when the total cost of repair was less than I was originally quoted.

I called your service department the evening of January 8th in a panic because my car would not accelerate; however, I was able to drive the car to the dealership. Dawn was my service consultant; she was able to schedule my car for service the next day. Dawn called to inform me that there was a problem with my transmission and to review my options; she was great! I came into the dealership on January 10th and spent several hours with Nate Taylor and Phil Lariccia trying to figure out if I should purchase a new vehicle or fix the transmission in my Saturn. Nate and Phil showed me numerous cars and calculated purchase prices and the cost of leasing on all of the vehicles I was interested in. I finally decided on leasing a 2015 GMC Terrain that Phil was able to get ready for me to pick up that night. When I came back to pick up my new vehicle I spoke with Jerry Patri in finance; he reviewed all of the paperwork and terms with me; he also showed me the OnStar Remote Link App for my phone, which I love! I have never had a bad experience with your dealership; everyone is always very helpful, courteous and accommodating and has never been pushy and strictly sales driven. I have purchased many vehicles from you and can't imagine going anywhere else; anytime I know someone who is looking for a vehicle I refer them to your dealership! Keep up the good work!Thank you!

If a customer puts down that they will be waiting for their vehicle when they schedule the appointment, it would be nice to know how long they will be waiting before they arrive at the dealership. Just a suggestion...but it would be nice to know how long you'll be 'stuck' there, before you get there.

Dawn handled my repair. This repair was to take over a week, and she managed to accommodate me with a loaner for this time. She also went out of her way to not only have technicians find what was really wrong but also kept me informed at every step of the way. I had to arrange a time to come in for 2 recalls that were issued on my 2006 Malibu. I had received notice that 1 part was in stock and the customer service rep I talked to looked to see if the second item could get taken care of as well, and they were able to. I also asked if a general safety inspection could be completed because I was going on a long road trip, and they took care of two items (one of which I had a feeling needed to be taken care of) and the other of was one I was not aware of. I was out of town so I asked if they could take a picture of the seal that needed to be replaced, and they took a picture for me and sent the image. All in all, I had a great experience and the items that needed to be taken care of were taken care of by the time I returned from my work trip.

I was in for normal oil and asked that the technicians take a look at some noise I was hearing in the real end. turned out to be power steering pump, installed body shims and drive shaft that needed replacement. Work was completed and my car is now very quiet as a mouse. thanks Kevin G., and Larry R. and all the technicians for testing out the car and making it right. My OnStar antenna had broken at the base and I could not get it out. The serviceman feared he could not get it out without breaking the base so a new base was ordered and I returned two days later. On the second attempt he was able to use equipment to get the antenna out without breaking the base. I paid a little more in labor but saved much more on material.

Nate Shupp has been our service advisor since we had purchased our Chevy Tahoe from Ingersoll many years ago. Nate is an excellent advisor if the not the best advisor we have had with any of our cars. i was ushered in right away and it was nice to sit and read while i waited...they explained what was happening to the car and then i got a car wash token. 2 weeks ago one of the sensors broke..right after the warranty expired..we were a little disappointed in that, but that is not the dealers fault

I researched the Transmission problem I am having with my Lacrosse and found a number of others experience the same issue. It seems Buick is aware of the problem but insists the transmission is designed to perform that way. I am still skeptical and will continue to monitor the vehicles performance. (In 1st gear it winds out to about 5000 rpms before shifting and when trying to accelerate to pass on the highway it also winds out before shifting to a lower gear to pass? Transmission is not very responsive for a 303 HP vehicle!)

I showed up without an appointment to see if anyone could look at my car quickly (bulb not working properly), or make an appointment to fix it, and get an oil change & tire rotation. The service counselor asked me how long I had and offered to take a look at it. After waiting for about an hour, which is what I told her I had, she told me it just needed a new bulb so they replaced it, AND they did the oil change, rotation, inspection, added air to my tires, etc!!! You guys went above and beyond! Thank you!!

I didn't realize the huge selection of cars on your property until I got there. The children's playroom was a good distraction for my daughter. I just recently purchased a 2015 Chevy Tahoe for my mom from Ingersoll. This will be the 5th Chevy Suburban / Tahoe i have purchased. I have spoken to almost EVERY DEALER in CT and a few in NYC. But Ingersoll by all means met every requirement and every wish i had. They bent over backwards to get me what i wanted and when i wanted it. Also they advised me of various discounts i was eligible for that NO ONE else did at any dealer. They are awesome, Armand, Tom are 2 of the managers (amazing) and Mark and Aaron my sales people that i worked with were a Pleasure. PLEASE go here if you want to be happy and catered to. Love them!

Due to a flat tire I had to come in without an appointment. Time was made to get me a new tire and install that day and a loaner was provided! The staff was very pleasurable to deal with. Based on experiences with other dealerships I expected to be told "no appointment - no time for you". Ingersoll is the best dealership I've dealt with since my first new car purchase in 1989!!!!!!!!

My scheduled maintenance was done right on time, and more quickly than promised. After I finished, I went to a car wash, where they knocked the mirror off my car! I have purchased many cars/trucks in the past so, when I walk into a dealership, I know within the first couple of minutes if I am not going to make a purchase at the dealership or ever want to take a test drive there. In a prior visit to get rear brakes, I was informed when I picked the car up that I needed front brake work as well. I asked how come I wasn't advised of this when the car was recently checked and the rear brake issue identified? No one knew. So, to recognize the inconvenience of having to bring the car back, my service rep. knocked 15% of the price for doing the front brakes. Nate knows how to keep customers coming back.

Cory who is the service rep. did a great job communicating my needs to the service department to fix the problem, and kept me updated throughout the service. However this is the second time in 2 weeks that I have had to come in to fix a check engine light and it required an additional 100.00 deductible. I also believe the back up camera that had to be replaced on this service call was a direct result of a radio that was replaced 2 weeks prior.

My appointment was booked under another person with the same name which caused a little confusion. Then, unfortunately, two sets of the same accessory were defective so they were not installed and i will have to return again. Also, not sure why problem that i asked to be looked at, was not completed. Sean (who was excellent) took the truck for a test run and duplicated my concern and went back in and was able to pull up a GM alert that described my exact issue. Why didn't the tech do that? So again, have to come back for that too. I will again ask for Sean. He was very good and professional. Thank you Sean.

One small issue on total bill, while reasonable and in order the service rep wasn't acurate prior to me picking up the vehicle. On arrival the explanation was clear and understandable. Overall everyone I dealt with was excellent and more people should know that Ingersoll service is NOT an overpriced dealership type, you pay the same as any mechanic with far better service.

Experience with Dawn the person who helped me was very good. However as my car needed repair to what I believe was caused by the recall 14116 I should have gotten a loaner car while it was being repaired. With the new recall being sent out (13036) which could cause issues with the brakes I am seriously thinking of taking up the request I have recieved for you to buy my 2004 Chevy malibu as I am seriously doubting the safety of my car especially when it means the safety of my daughter in this current car.

However, about 2 hours after I left, I noticed that my rear passenger side tire was missing the valve stem cap. I had all four before it went in for service, but after, that one was missing. When dropping off, not sure what to do/where to go when I got out of my car. Just stood in the middle of huge room for about 5 minutes before Cory waved me over and took my info. I believe it is just crazy/confusing during the construction. Also, my brake pedal was checked/lubed because it has been squeaking and they said it should be fine now, but it started squeaking an hour after leaving the dealership. the more I think about it the more but im a man of my word and I will give this dealership all 10/10 . the next time I deal with you guys it will be a very different. True we agreed on a price based on a monthly payment. BUT that was based on (which was all asked PRE deal) tax based on 8.75 which was lowered later after deal and a rate of 4.99% . So I go to your finance deal and the rate is 4.49 the tax rate is 8.125 and the DEPOSIT (which you did cut a check for) was all in the deal at the same price we agreed, NO OFFENSE but you guys always seemed better then this too me, Could have just as easily said to me OH WE GOT YOU A BETTER RATE HEre is 3 dollars less a month. AND YOUR HERO'S instead of keeping the same price based on different numbers and TRYING to keep my deposit, YOU WENT forM10 stars to used car. MY DEALINGS WITH AARON is the only reason I would come back at this point. The last guy JAY was Just as great. BUT AARON IS A 10/10 and getting sent off with 8 employees was a nice touch especially since my 3 yo was there she liked it. I WOULD LOVE A FOLLOW UP TO THIS . bUT WILL HONOR MY WORD WITH AARON.

If you are looking for a typical experience at a used car dealership then go and visit Ingersoll Auto of Danbury. The salesman, Matt Cuomo, made a deal to sell a car and then went back on his word. He gets annoyed easily when you try and question all the fees they try and tack onto the price of the car. He is untrustworthy and a typical salesman. Even if you don't go to him, the sales manager Armand, is just the same. Don't go to this dealership unless you like getting hassled.

Your service rep. Don is excellent at his job. He communicates clearly and has excellent people skills. My SRX needs a new radio and Don will arrange both the service and a loaner when the new radio arrives. He also checked to see if my SRX was on recall and it was so the acceleration program was updated at the same time.

There was an issue with a part that was owed to me after I purchased my new Cadillac. After waiting quite a while I explained to Morgan, my salesperson, my concern over not having the part. The hold up was not the fault of Ingersoll, rather we were waiting for GM. Morgan got right back to me and said he will take care of it. Within a week my part was in and Don from service contacted me to advise me that I can come in anytime to pick up the part. When I arrived at the dealership Don was there and he helped me pick up my part. He was awesome. Don always goes out of his way to make sure my visits are perfect and all of my expectations are met. My experience at Ingersoll was a breeze from the beginning. When I walked into the showroom I was warmly greeted by my salesman Warren. He was very accommodating and took the time to understand my needs and what I was looking for. He was genuinely interested in finding the right car for me. I was at another dealership early that day and was put to the wayside. It was the complete opposite here. From the test drive to the gathering the numbers for the lease to signing all the papers, it was an excellent experience. Assistant Manager Kevin Gallant could not do enough to help me out. I bought my GMC Acadia a year ago and was never told that the transmission had been replaced in 2012. Kevin and Dawn are two extremely nice service people who go out of their way to help the customers on a personal level. I found John the Service Manager to be a little arrogant and talk down to me like I did not know what I was talking about. I definately can not say enough on how great both Dawn and Kevin are at helping their customers. The loyalty they show is truly amazing and comes from their heart. Thank goodness there are people like them to help customers and calm them down when serious problems arise with their vehicles. They are two truly amazing people who GMC should be happy to have on their team.

Product problem. Only 17,000 miles and engine is losing oil between oil changes. Causing engine knocking noise and internal damage to bearings. All services done at Ingersoll. Will monitor but not happy with product. Second GM purchase. Traded Cadillac CTS. Not sure if we will purchase GM product again.

We were in the market for a used Suburban for quite some time and found one here at Ingersoll. Being from Syracuse ,NY I was expecting the run around like I have received from other dealers when calling on a vehicle that I had interest in. However, I was put on the phone with Lisa Provenzano and she went the extra mile! Lisa provided specific photos of the vehicle that I was looking for via email and even performed a "FaceTime" walk around of the truck so I could get a feel for the truck's condition. It was that type of service that provided me the confidence to purchase the vehicle. Made the 4 hour drive on Saturday and the vehicle was as advertised. Signed the paperwork and drove home. I would definitely do business with Ingersoll again and especially with Lisa who was fantastic. Down to earth, no nonsense and true to word. Thank you Ingersoll! And thank you Lisa! I recently leased a car from Ingersol Auto and it was such a great experience that I would recommend them to anyone! I had gone to multiple dealerships before I decided on what I wanted and after talking to them it was clear that they were the dealership that I wanted to deal with. They made everything very easy and I was able to drive the car off the lot that day.I have been back since then for servicing and even that was a great experience. It was snowing the day of my service appointment and as soon as I pulled up there was someone waiting to pull my car in. I went inside and they told me it would be about an hour but I was in and out within 45 -50 minutes. Their staff is courteous and friendly and I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I read some of the other negative reviews of Ingersoll and I can't believe that it is the same place! My experiences for the last 17 years (when it was Saturn of Danbury) have been everything that an outstanding dealership should be. I would (and have, on numerous occasions) recommend them to any person wanting a great car buying and service experience!

The Service is terrible. Had my car in there for oil change and service,had an appointment,did a drop off. Didn't hear back for 2 days. Called them up to check in and found out the car had not even been looked at. No appology from them and no interest in getting it done anytime soon. So I took my car back! Just a bunch of jerks! Never going back!

I think all the reviews I've seen about this dealer have to have been WRITTEN BY THE OWNER. This place is TERRIBLE. I went there to buy a replacement pick up, cash. I have a Chevrolet pick up now and was willing to get a new one. The salesperson seemed annoyed, and paid very little attention to the items I wanted in a new truck. She claimed they had only one truck that fit my specs. The one she showed me had no resemblance to what I had asked for. She claimed it was the only one that had my requirements, yet I could see many trucks in the lot that looked like they could be what I wanted. It seemed she didn't want to bother to do the work necessary to sell a vehicle. This attitude is why people buy foreign cars. I won't be going to any GM dealers in the foreseeable future!

Took my Corvette in for service and have to say I was leary from reading the reviews. I can tell you I was very happy. Everyone was extremely courteous and made me feel very at ease. The service was excellent and the issues were fixed. I was kept up during the day with updates with what was going on and they called me when they said they were going to. Some of the bad reviews are old and from what I can see they must have been aware of them. I will not hesitate to continue to bring my cars there for service.Bill R

After 12,000 miles on my new 2011 Chevy Cruze the automatic transmission popped out of gear and would not reengage, I ended up stranded on the side of the road for over an hour in the dark. I had the car towed by AAA to their garage and called Ingersoll the next morning. The service department receptionist told me that I would have to pay to have the car towed to their service department and and for my own rental. After being transferred to a manager I was told that towing would be covered by Chevy's Roadside Assistance which the receptionist never mentioned. Once the car and myself was at the dealership I talked with the Service Manager who told me that 12,000 miles was a lot of miles for a transmission--which is a blatant lie. The Service Department took a week to fix my car and in that time they also fixed a "small coolant leak". Well, 8 weeks later I was back in the Service Department for a recall when they discovered a "small coolant leak" again and worked on the car for another three days. The USB port has been "fixed" twice with the car in the shop for a couple days each time. I am concerned for my safety in a vehicle that Ingersoll services, as the items they are fixing keep failing and the Service Manager lies.

Purchased a pickup truck and paid cash and dealer was supposed to deliver the vehicle at my house. No communication on the status of my delivery just came home one day and saw the truck in my driveway. Also, dealer did not keep to their promise. They didn't pay the money they promised for a repair. Besides, I was told that the vehicle will be delivered with full tank of gas, but came empty.It was very difficult to get a hold of the sales rep, especially after collecting my money. I was always calling them. They never call me on any update. In fact, I had an excellent experience when I bought a car from Mercedes dealer in Iowa. I never went to Iowa, everything was done by phone and it was superb. I was 100% satisfied with the service.I had such a bad experience with Ingersoll that even if they offer me a car for free, I won't take it because of their terrible sales service. Though, I read a lot of good things about the dealership, but I think it's only from New car department and with local residents.Please, do yourself a big favor, don't buy used car from this company because of their bad customer service.

I bought a car from here which would not start after one week so I had it towed back in and all they did can blame me for the car breaking down. When I went in to see how the car was doing the manager screamed and swore at me (I'm a 22 yr old girl) and he screamed me credit score for everyone to hear and said I was lucky to even have a car. I had to beg for a loaner for two weeks before they gave me one and my car sat in the parking lot for two weeks before they even looked at it. They won't even call me to give me updates on my car and everytime I call I hear lies. They have had my car for over a month now and is still not fixed. They are very nasty people who will lie as much as they can just to make a sale. This place should be shut down with the way that it is ran I def would not reccomend this dealership to anyone!

Purchased a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle from Danbury Auto. The CPO process - as advertised and promised - is supposed to cover hundreds of component checks and many repair/replacements of wear items to bring the Auto to "as new" condition. You pay extra for that. You also get a warranty. I purchased my car at the end of December 2010. I had my first scheduled service in May 2011, and took it to my local dealer. The local dealer called me and told me none of the CPO work had been performed and that the car - which now had close to 50,000 miles - still had the original oil filter, air filter, plugs, belts and pads. This from a dealer-based service department I've worked with and known for over ten years, so I trusted their assessment, but also asked them to save all the old parts, which they did. After the work was performed I called Dominick at Danbury Automotive and requested that Danbury pay for the CPO services they said they performed but did not. I got no where. Complete runaround. They just don't care. There are better dealerships to buy a car from in my opinion.
