Worst service center experience ever and in every step of simply replacing my key fob. I scheduled my appointment a whole week in advance, called the day before to ensure they had all the parts. At that time Marco offers to have my fob replaced a day early. Turns out after having my car 3 hrs, they inform me they need to keep it overnight. Next day I receive no communication or returned calls or texts. I'm finally called at my car is ready after having it over 24hr. When I pick up my car. They are charging me $60 over what was quoted to me over the phone. They explained no matter the service, every customer pays a $35 shop charge. In addition, every part price I was quoted was raised and unless I knew the name of the parts person from the week before, there was nothing else to do. Very disappointing service from start to finish. I will warn everyone I know before going here in the future.

Horrible service department. I have had my ac repaired under warranty 4 times! This is after they gave me grief about doing the repairs. They do not work by appointments. They had me drop off my vehicle and did not start working on it until 2 weeks later. On my last repair my ac was not working and the service advisor David saw it did not work. They had just repaired it 6 months before. He called me after 2 weeks to inform that the ac was no longer acting up! What kind of mechanics or techs are employed here?! Do not use IPAC

These guys are awesome if you need something for your Mazda I recommend Todd he's a down to earth service advisor. they actually give you a video tape of everything that is wrong with your car . So awesome . And then a detailed broken down summary of repairs that are needed and also recommended . They treated me really nice considerate and professional . They also checked to see if I had any recalls on my vehicle . How awesome is that 😃👍

I’ve purchased my vehicles here the last 10 years….Kevin, Danny, Juan and Charles are the best!! My family and I ALWAYS receive amazing service when we visit to purchase and service our vehicles. All the staff go above and beyond. I highly recommend IPAC to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.
