I started out coming to this dealership for service because the other Infiniti dealership was not meeting my needs as an Infiniti owner. The service depart and service here, has been A-1, topnotch and worlds better than the service I received at the other Infiniti dealership. Since then, I returned my lease and leased another vehicle at this location. The experience was by far, the best new car leasing experience I've ever had. They treated me like royalty, from the beginning to end of the whole process.I couldn't have asked for a better group of people to do business with. * My car was in for maintenance in February of this year. All seemed ok at the time.* My car would not start about 2 weeks after the service. I called because it was not starting and the service staff asked me if I was not starting my car correctly. I've driven the car over 2 years so I am sure I know how to start it. * The car went in for a warranty part for the back lift hatch in March.* My car didn't start again in April. I called for a tow and the tow truck driver said the battery was dead and there was acid all over the top of the battery. He said the service team should have seen that.* Infiniti changed the battery out that day under warranty. However, the service technician completed the service checklist and marked that my brakes were in the yellow wear territory. I just had my braked replaced less than 6 months ago! This means he really did not check the brakes and incorrectly marked the sheet or the brakes are not good quality as I have only driven 3,500 miles in the past few months.I am very unsure of the quality of service at International Infiniti after these past experiences.

I was in the market for a new QX60. Dan worked with me while we were waiting for the release and after as we were deciding between the 2015 and the 2016. He was very easy to work with. I was working with two other dealerships as well but Dan and International Infiniti had the best pricing and great service after we agreed on price. The Infiniti IA team always exceeds expectations. Customer Service is always put above everything else. I am a high maintenance car buyer as I always have A LOT of questions. The sales associate that I worked with (Jim Janowski) was very prompt with responding to my many email inquiries on the various vehicles that I was looking at. Jim went above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service. He patiently walked us through the many vehicle features. Jim even pared my wife's smartphone to this car. After the purchase (this is key, because he already made the sale), Jim even contacted the previous owner of the vehicle that I ultimately purchased to find out what maintenance items were performed so I wouldn't have to spend money on items that have already been completed.What else can I say, I will definitely be back at this dealership when I buy my next car.

This is my second Infiniti. My current Q60 was negotiated with Dan. We reached a fair price and the deal was wrapped up and was driving my new car within a few days. My previous Infiniti was leased for 3 years, no problems, easy service. Highly recommend working with the folks at International Infiniti. My husband has equally good experiences with International Mercedes and BMW.

Apparently this vehicle has issues with the timing chain which will result in major expense for owners as their vehicles go our of warranty. First diagnosis was that it needed a new timing chain at 83,500 miles. Not a timing belt mind you, but a timing chain. This was a $4000 repair which they did get Infiniti to pay part of so I was left with a $1500 repair expense. It worked for 4 days and then it stopped working on the highway at 11pm at night. After 6 days of looking at the vehicle, it was now determined that the engine needed to be replaced!!! Why do we need to replace the engine after we ripped the engine apart to replace the timing chain??? No one has been able to address that question so far? Now they want me to pay another $2500 for this repair (manufacture is willing to pay $7500 to replace the engine in their $80,000 vehicle which will only last for 13,500 miles past warranty). So far the dealership has done nothing to help other than give me the number to call Infiniti!! You can make your own judgement, but I dont think I will ever buy an Infiniti again, and surely not support this dealership....

I've been having my Infiniti serviced at the dealership from sometime and bought two additional Infinitis from the dealership in the last 2 years. I have nothing but positives to say. I love this place the team is amazing, they know me by name and are always there to keep me up to date. The service department is second to none. I recently bought a brand new 2014 Infiniti Q50S Hybrid. The sales team helped me with everything and even went out of their way to find me the exact car I was looking for including some add on parts that typically aren't found. I had a great experience on delivery they walked me through everything that I didn't know about and made my car buying experience something I can't forget. The sales team even had flowers waiting on the car for my wife. This is the best dealership around and I will be back for years to come.

I bought a used sienna van from them for 29,000 and never checked the rear seat belts to see if they worked or not. When I finally noticed a month in because kids complained about no seat belts in back. I checked and one seat belt was totally cut off and one does not clip in. I called them them and they will not fix it. They told me to goto toyota. I looked at the sales paperwork and it was stated that all seat belts worked. Apparently they did not check because two of them did not work. After seeing my bad review of them the sales manager offered to reimburse me on the cost the repair. It's been a month. Don't buy a used car there they because do not throughly check out the cars they take in as stated in the paperwork.

We really appreciate the entire sales team. We feel the staff went above and beyond. I arrived almost 2hrs late due to a fatal accident on the freeway which caused a missive traffic jam. Dan patiently waited with my husband and even had food ready for our 2yr old twins since it was past dinner time for them. The sales team even helped install the car seats into the new QX80, even going as far as to google the car seats to make sure they were installed properly and safe! The was an amazing sales experience and we appreciate everyone who stayed late to accommodate our needs!

I had chosen to shop International Infiniti due to the wonderful customer service I had received from their service department. Even though I didn't buy my first Infiniti from them, they still provided me with a low-mileage loaner. Initially I spoke with Blain Boudreau (GM), I explained I was interested in a new or used Infiniti and I was not tolerant of high-pressure salesmen or spurious sales techniques. Blain referred me to Mike Unwin, Mike was relaxed, soft spoken and confident, he allowed me to control the shopping experience to my level of comfort by listening to my needs and wants, Mike refrained from assuming or interrupting, he was polished with a professional, easy going demeanor.On one of the days I arrived to test-drive vehicles, Mike was off-site and I approached Blain who dropped his current activity to accommodate my requests immediately. In my previous experiences, dealership staffs have a predilection towards indifference demonstrating a lack of urgency, this is NOT the case at International, and Blain had a vehicle parked in front waiting for me in less than two minutes. I was starting to realize I had made the right choice to shop International Infiniti. I believe a true test drive can't be done in one 10-15 spin around the block and when I explained my opinion to Blain, he assured me I should not rush, which made me feel at ease and comfortable.I drove several vehicles and found a model that suited me well, Blain suggested one he had in stock, and it was almost everything I wanted sans the active cruise control and blind spot feature but other than that it was loaded. When negotiating, Blain was the consummate professional, I was a bit surprised at the level of transparency he demonstrated during this usually stressful process, he turned his computer monitor towards me and showed me figures of invoice and other financial specifics explaining the details in a manner which was easily understood. Thankfully, he didn't disrespect me with the typical car salesman prattle like: "Let me sharpen my pencil..." when negotiating the price of the car. I wouldn't expect that lowbrow dialog from Blain or Mike, as they have always been polished and straightforward.The delivery process was simply care free, I had no second thoughts or trepidation, I was confident that I had made an intelligent and well informed decision in car and dealership.I had found a few manufacturing imperfections at the time of delivery and as I pointed them out, Blain had engaged several specific team members to address each issue. Blain assured me the issues would be resolved at no charge to me and to my satisfaction. I would be remiss if I didn't recognize Chad Selode (Service Manager) If I owned the dealership, I would call him "Client Relationship Manager" because when you think about it, the time spent buying a vehicle and signing papers is relatively short, but the service after the sale can last several years so a customer is really building a relationship with the dealerships service department, this is where Chad excels, he expeditiously facilitated the ordering of parts to rectify the manufacturing issues.My experience at International Infiniti was completely void of stress and frustration typically experienced at many other car dealerships.Blain and his team successfully and consistently exceeded my expectations and they've earned this superlative review. Blain has a client priority focus that creates a relaxing enjoyable shopping experience.I'm looking forward to years of driving enjoyment in my Infiniti and feel secure knowing that should my car need service, I will be treated as if I am their highest priority.

As an Infiniti owner for over 15 years, the quality of work/service and customer service is part of the reason our family has always come back. From the moment you walk in to buy, the great customer service doens't end there, but gets better. This is definitely one company that gives impeccable to service to owners and especially repeat owners of their cars.They have been so accomodating, such as lending me a loaner car that I choose when my car is in for service to allow for me to try out a different model of car for the day when I have been looking to trade in.Our cars always come back spic and span after service, including a complementary carpet wash when I accidentally spilled coffee all over the carpet before dropping off for service. I can't say enough good "stuff". You have to go see for yourself!

My wife and I had the best experience we have ever had purchasing a car. The entire staff was considerate and did not push us in any way. Yulia was a pleasure to work with, and she made us feel safe, at home and comfortable the entire time. Every aspect of our service was top notch, and both Shawn and Yulia provided us all the freedom we needed to make our decisions. Any council that they offered was given in a non-coercive tone. I recently purchased a used 2010 Infiniti EX. I live in Chicago but was unable to find a comparable car in my area. This was a one owner in mint condition with only 15,000 miles on it. It was definitely worth the trip! I worked with Carl Schlegel who was helpful, well informed and cheerful. He held the car for me while I was securing my financing. Very nice and friendly people at Iternational Infiniti. Before dealing with International Infiniti all the previous experiences I had with other car dealers were pathetic. I always felt cornered by the other dealer's sales guys and also after the deal was done some how I felt cheated and as if I had been ripped off. But my experience at International Infiniti was really nice. All the persons I dealt and spoke with were very friendly, courteous and customer satisfaction oriented. I would take this opportunity to thank Wayne, Mario and Matt at International Infiniti for making the Current Lease of my FX 35 such a Happy Experience.

I purchased a used 2009 M35 X in April of 2011 with 22,000 miles: The car, I was told, was a 1 owner and had been purchased and serviced at International. This fall, I had the car was serviced at International's garage for a "programmed" maintenance; tire rotation, oil change, etc. In mid January 2012 and with about 33,000 miles I had two back-to-back episodes with the car severely slipping in very low speed situations and with snow conditions that were "unmemorable." I contacted an independant garage to have a new set of tires installed, hoping that I'd swap the original set of tires in April/May with the new set and then swap back October/November: In affect, having and utilizing 2 sets of tires. The independant garage told me that, not only was the older set not salvable, but that the tires were NOT a complete set and two of the tires were in dangerous condition. At this point, I had/have two issues: Is it typical that a car be sold with mismatched tires and, why was I not told of their poor condition when the car was serviced a few months prior? The Used Car Manager's explanation was insulting; he said that it would be unacceptable for a car to leave the lot with mismatched tires and that it did not happen. Furthermore he claimed 33,000 miles is a reasonable tire-life, which has not been my experience. International was the only entity to service the car. The fact remains that the car was sold and serviced with inferior tires and I narrowly avoided 2 accidents because of it. I wanted an honest explanation. I didn't get one and expected so much more from International Infinti.

Tom Roufus was a very friendly salesman and I would recommend him to friends. He went above and beyond and did an excellent job on explaining how everything operated on the car. The sales manager, Larry , I would have a problem referring friends to. Larry sold a car out from under me after I had left a credit card to hold until Friday, after I received my check from my auto insurance for the settlement on my 2006 Infiniti that was totalled out. I thought this was very unprofessional and I ended up with a different vehicle which cost me more money because it had a few more options on it than the one I had on hold, which were options I did not need. Was a loyal Lexus guy and dealt specifically with Blain when he was there. He moved to Infiniti and I followed. Finding a car professional you can trust is something I've found to be difficult...this is why I stick with Blain. He's professional, personal and creative. My car purchase through International Infiniti was a great experience from start to finish. I knew what car I wanted and they did not have it on the lot. I talked with Blain regarding the automobile I desired and within 3 days, the car I wanted was there, color, price and all! Amazing customer service! I had recently been a victim in a hit/run accident, in which I filed an insurance claim and brought my car to this dealer to have it fixed. I have brought my vehicle here for repair many times both under warranty and out of warranty. After the accident, it was looked at initially and a wheel bearing was replaced, rear stabilizer link, 2 refurbished rims put on, among some other small tune-ups. This was promised on a Wednesday, but it was not finished until Friday. When finally finished I picked the car up and immediately noticed a moaning noise coming from the front end at speeds higher than 30mph. When I got home, I then noticed the flange on the exhaust pipe had a large crack in it....no mention of this when they looked over the car initially. Instead of going through the trouble of re-contacting my insurance to get it fixed I just cut around the flange and welded in a new section of pipe. I figured the lack of back pressure to the engine was causing this noise, but it persisted. I finally went back to the dealer about 2 months after the initial repairs and told them what was going on. I was told the car was never road tested after it was fixed so they would not have picked up on the noise, but missing something as critical as a severely cracked exhaust flange? How thoroughly do the service techs look at the car? Anyway, my second trip to the dealer was nothing like the first. I dealt with a new service consultant (John Aiello) and was immediately delighted with his personality, and manners. I have never had an overall "great" experience at that dealer until I dealt with John. He put himself in my shoes to help me fix the problem and did everything he could to keep me informed on the status of my service order. After he was told by the service tech that the other wheel bearing was bad on the same side of the car, I again seriously doubted how thorough they looked at it in the first place. As far as quality of work by the technicians is concerned, I have never been impressed in the past, nor have I been with the service consultants I dealt with in the past. I have been treated rudely in the past and other repairs have had problems or broke again either months later or just over a year later, which of course is out of the warranty. I will just say that John is the only person I would recommend dealing with. No matter what went wrong that was out of his control and not his fault, he did everything in his power to make sure that I was 100% satisfied. He follows up on voice-mails as soon as possible and will take his time talking with you, making sure to speak on a level you understand, whether you have no car experience or several years experience. Overall, I would recommend the dealer solely on the basis that someone like John is there to make sure I am satisfied. When I found out my insurance wouldn't approve the new bearing until the next day, John had a shuttle take me home in the next 5 minutes. Previously, I have never even been offered such a service. When you go to this dealer, ask for John specifically and you will undoubtedly have a great experience, even if something goes wrong with the work or anything else. He is truly a great customer service provider and at the time I was there, he had only been working for Infiniti for 3 weeks. He has several years experience both with fixing cars and fixing problems with customers. I give John a 10/10 but the dealer as a whole, that could use some work.

We have been customers of this dealership since 2005 when we purchased our first Infiniti (following 6 Nissans). A customer does not become a repeat buyer (this purchase is our 3rd) without very good reasons for doing so. The sales staff has always gone out of their way to make the customer feel comfortable and well informed about the purchase. There has never been any pressure to complete a sale. The staff is well informed about the vehicles they sell and can answer most questions off the top of their heads. When a "car guy" such as myself asks an unusual question that the staff does not know, the question is researched and answered promptly. Most importantly, they have great coffee.

I Purchased 3 cars from International, the Salespeople are freindly and Blain the General is great to work with. The Service department charges are very reasonable and they do not push for more than is needed. There is a reason I drive 45 minutes to International when my local dealer is only blocks away.

I got a 2010 EX35 from the dealer. The buying process was ok as I negotiated the price with them over phone and emails and they did honor the price when I came in to pick up the car. However, I was kind of tricked by them to purchase an expensive maintenance plan. I figured it out the second day and called them to cancel the plan. I called them at least five times over two months period. Every time they said they already cancelled the plan for me, but they never did. I even drove 70 miles sign up a form in person because they said they sent me the form by mail twice and I never received them. Finally I gave up.
