On OCT 26th 2016 I went to see BMW and sales person Brian Grudnowski Showed me BMW 7 Series 2008. Since it was raining we test drove the car and he didn't know much about the car. I came back and ask him what will be deal and he gave me the price which I kind of liked. He suddenly brings the application and told me to fill it out which I did. He ran my application with Finance Manager Moe Hassan and Moe came back and told me that my loan will be done 99% without getting my pay stubs and all. He also mentioned that I should sign the contract that way he will hold the card for me without charging me anything on my credit card. I asked him twice I am not paying anything and he said NO. After two days I called him and left him messages that what happened about my loan he never answered.On Saturday Oct 29th finally he called me and said that my loan is approved and I need to go pick up my car. In the mean time they received calls for swapping tires which I never requested. I went to the dealer after my work and I saw scratches on the car and Brian also told me that there is little bit leakage for oil which is common in all V8 cars. I got scared because I was spending $20000 on that car. I left and Brian called me and I told him I call you Monday. I asked few friends and they advise me that I should buy newer model. I called Brain Monday Oct31 and told him that I am not interested in this car anymore. After one hour sales manager Arthur called me and said that for swapping the tires they will charge $1000 which I never requested. I saw my credit card charged for $1000. I called them back but n one pick up the call. I also called and left message to General manager and he said that he will charge me $1000 money and start arguing with me. I will never advised to go and deal with these Robbers Because they just rip off customers. I work for the bank from last 10 years and I do auto loans too. if customer not interested we never charge them for printing or anything.

Truly the easiest car buying experience of my life. * Awesome salesman (Nick Conatty) and finance manager (Mo Hossain)* Absolutley no B.S. (very transparent and timely communication)* Great price, very fair trade value* Very fast delivery processMy wife was looking to upgrade her minivan to a certified pre-owned BMW X5. Although we live in Missouri, International BMW of Milwaukee had the most perfect match in terms of options, mileage, et cetera. I initially got in touch with their Internet coordinator (Derek) who was both extremely knowledgeable and responsive. Once we got to the sales and trade-in process, I started working with salesman Nick Conatty, who is one of the nicest, most responsive, and most transparent sales people I've ever worked with. We quickly came to an agreed price (I feel it was a very transparent process, not to mention a very good price!), and with a down payment over the phone, it was done. We road tripped it from Missouri to Milwaukee, and when we arrived, the vehicle was ready as promised. I feel it was completely accurately represented by the dealership in terms of condition. As the salesman (Nick) demonstrated all of the features of the vehicle to my wife, I took care of the paperwork with the finance manager, Mo Hossain. Mo was a pleasure to work with - he is both affable and straightforward. He explained the usual dealer offerings (extended warranties, etc.) but there was absolutely no hard selling, and I felt he was very honest with me throughout. The most impressive part: from the time that we arrived to the time we left, it was an hour and a half. I have never gotten through delivery/paperwork/financing/etc. in under two hours. The International team provided snacks and a few other goodies to my young kiddos and helped keep them entertained during the "boring stuff." As everything finished up and we were getting into our new car to leave, we found that Nick had put in some goldfish snacks and water for the kids, and a couple of sodas for us, "for the road." I can't thank Nick, Mo, and the International BMW team enough for the way we were treated in buying our new car. I would gladly recommend International BMW to anyone in the market.

I just purchased a BMW 328i M sport and was extremely satisfied with the experience. Mike Willer was attentive and helpful. The pricing met my expectations and if it had not, I would have walked.Time will tell if I am satisfied with service as well, but I am going to give I BMW a try here as well.

Arrogant. Very poor customer service. I know my opinion is not uncommon, just look at their on line reviews or talk to past customers and chances are you will hear negative feedback. I've bought many new cars at this point in my life and from several dealers from here to Chicago and can honestly say this dealer is the most disappointing of any in the past 24 years I've been buying cars. All they care about is getting your money and then you will be treated as if you should be thanking them for allowing you to buy a car from them. I will spare you ranting on and on with numerous examples but will finish by saying, "take a hint with all of the bad reviews and buy from Umansky motors or somewhere else". Absolutely terrible!

I have bought my BMW 535D Xdrive at this dealership in January '16, and I had just a wonderful experience! Even though I live in NYC and this dealership is in Milwaukee, these guys just made me feel confident that this was just going to be a great purchase. I flew there, inspected and picked up the car and drove 15 hours back to NY.Adam was my sales representative and he is just an amazing guy! He communicated with me via email, phone and immediately responded to all my requests. I am sure I wasn't an easy customer, worrying about too many details and bothering him with my requests, but he was very patient and helped me with everything! I highly recommend him if you decide to buy a car here. I also met his sales manager, Arthur, who was very young and smart guy. Robert H. helped me with the contract and also amazing guy. Cassie, who just recently joined, handled all the paperwork - very nice person.There is also the guy that worked as a Manager in the service department, that helped me with my service question, and the 2 "geniuses", smart and funny guys, that explained me all the features in my new car.All these folks responded to me immediately, also even whey they are off from work. Just a great team! Thank you for the great experience, guys! We love the car!

Initially blamed International Auto for the worst car buying experience I've ever had, but I should have never given them 3 shots. The first 2 deals fell through after a price was negotiated and they couldn't deliver the cars that were at other dealerships. On both occasions they told me the cars we negotiated and agreed on were sold. I actually located the first car in MN it was not sold. After a lot of excuses they promised to make it up to me. I go in to build the car I want and now they offer me $1000-$1500 less for my trade in then 2 other dealers. After we are not able to agree to a trade in price they tell me they will see what they can do and immediately call me back. This was literally the last time I ever heard from the sales associate. I tried calling and emailing multiple times and they did not have the professionalism to call me back. I wasted 2-3 weeks dealing with them and regret every moment. Don't waste your time here. Go somewhere your business is appreciated and they can deliver what they promise.

Just disappointing with the agents. Every inquiry gets days to come back. Plus no knowledge of present Corporate rates or website information. Hide a lot of stuff and are reluctant to show if asked. Sells old cars as new without disclosing warranty information and not making them CPO

This location does not practice any customer service skills at all. In the past I have waited over 3 hours for something that was supposed to take 1 hour. I called to complain and the manager never called me back. The Mini service center is horrible. I scheduled an appointment for an oil change, when I got there they told me I wasn't due yet. They let me drive all the way there without telling me. I rescheduled, per them, for when I was due. Again, when I got there, they told me it was not time yet! No apology, nothing, no customer service whatsoever. I also recieved a bribe to complete my customer service survey with all excellent ratings from the sales person. I never completed it.

Invited me to their exclusive customer event and scheduled a time. Went to dealership and after waiting for 30 min past my appointment time when I asked how much longer they may be another hour. They invited me at a specific time and then want me to wait 1.5 hours after my scheduled time to talk to sales person and then not show any courtesy.

I had a very positive experience at International BMW. It was my second car that I have purchased from the International Autos family and was not surprised that the service at BMW was just as pleasant and easy to work with as it was at North Shore Audi. In comparison to other dealerships that I have worked with and been too, I felt that all the people I had the pleasure of dealing with were extremely friendly, helpful and easy to talk to. WORST DEALER EVER> Fraudulent misrepresentation of used car. Claimed that full inspection had been done and that car "needed nothing". Less than 1500 miles later, real inspection revealed long standing issues (rusted out exhaust, broken front suspension, engine oil leak) that require $3000 to fix.Dealer non responsive.DO NOT BUY FROM INTERNATIONAL AUTOS IN MILWAUKEE. You will regret it.

Alex went above and beyond, explained every single detail of the car to me, got me every penny he could on my trade, and worked with the finance team to get me the best deal possible. I shopped for a pre-owned car for several weeks. Wanted something reliable, economical, yet out of the ordinary. Price was definitely a factor as well. Shopping online was the only way for me to see what's available in the area. International has a nice website, and their inventory appears on other sites as well. Cargurus.com was the place I preferred to look. I found an interesting Saab on the International Auto site. I called and asked for "a salesman". They connected me to Alex Janke. He answered all my questions and was very friendly. I made the trip up to Milwaukee and was greeted by Alex at the BMW dealership. He showed me the car, explained several features I wasn't aware of, and accompanied me on a nice test drive. I loved the car, so we talked $$. The marked price for the car was $3K below blue book, so I didn't even negotiate that. I did, however, negotiate the value of my trade-in vehicle. Alex stayed with me 40 minutes after the dealership closed. He offered me soda and snacks as well!I couldn't be happier with the whole transaction, including the terrific financing rate! I'll certainly recommend Alex (and International Autos) to my friends and family.

I've always wanted a BMW, and the "new" (end of model year-dealer demo) 2011 5 series is what I decided on. I had been searching the web as well as other dealers around the State for the right car/color/option/price. As it turns out IA had what we were looking for. After several emails and a couple phone conversations, we schedule a test drive. We basically new going in that we were going to buy it...lets face it...it is the ultimate driving machine. Anyway, Julia gave us the keys and my wife and went for a spin, un-teathered by a salesperson passenger made the experience all the more enjoyable and the decision easier. We traded in a 10 year old Mitsi Galant and got a more than fair price. In addition, the price of the car with the options and miles was the best I found...and I looked (scoured more like)...for months including considering cars in Maryland, Texas and Illinois. The purchase of the vehicle was smooth. My only complaint was that after finalizing the price of the car, finance folks started discussions relating to extended service, warranty and paint/tire packages etc etc etc. This was portion of the purchase was a surprise and far more pressure packed than the rest of the experience. Somewhat bait and switch feeling and quite frankly a disappointment. Disappointing in the fact, that I didn't see/know this coming. Thus the 4 on customer service rather than a 5. In any event the folks are very friendly, knowledgable and professional...including the financing folks. Keep in mind that, for me, the car sold itself and I had been shopping for months. All and all a good experience and a dealer/dealership I would recommend.

My wife and I were not sure what car we were looking at for her to replace her aging ford station wagon. I have a 1999 328i that I love and so we decided to go to International BMW to see what preowned vehicles were on the lot. Jerome was the first person that we met at the dealership, right off the bat he was very helpful and obviously knowledgable. The car that originally caught our eye was a used Honda that Jerome promptly let us test drive. Jerome was very up front about the car and it's condition, which had a few cosmetic issues but was otherwise very good. We came back a few days later with the knowledge that the car having been on the lot for a while was going to be sold in auction in a few days. We took the car out again on an extended test drive and hemmed and hawed for a few hours, without feeling any pressure from Jerome at all. In the meantime my wife Laurie asked to sit in a BMW X3 to see how she liked it. Jerome brought the key and came with us on on a short test drive, Laurie loved the car. We left International that day knowing we now wanted an X3. We returned in a few days to test drive that particular X3 again, not knowing that Jerome was not in that day. Even though Jerome was not there, the sales manager Dan Jansen gave us the same time and attention that we had been given in our prior visits. This time we took the car on an extended test drive on the freeway and some side streets, this time we knew for sure that an x3 was the right fit for us. Before leaving that day, Dan asked us what was keeping us from purchasing that X3. When we told him that we wanted seat warmers and that particular X3 didn't have them, he made a quick phone call and then explained to us that they could easily be installed aftermarket.The next time we walked into the dealership to take the X3 home with us, the seats were already installed and again we received the highest degree of service possible. BJ Lavota worked with us on financing and he made that part of the process just as easy and relaxed as the rest of our experience at International BMW. We cannot speak more highly about the staff and the experience we have had and will recommend International BMW to all of our friends.

I have purchased Several BMW's from Jerome at International Auto's and could not be anymore happier. Not only have I purchased from Jerome, but also other family membersas well.. He knows his product very well, and there is never any pressure what so ever if you would just like to stop by and get some information and take a test drive. I was shocked to see the review posted below as for the last 3 years I have nothing but respect for not only him, but Dan the GM, and the entire dealership. I would recommend that anyone looking for a BMW contact Jerome at International Auto's as in my book they are the best I have experienced..

If you are on the market for a BMW do your self a favor and drive 70 miles south. You'll be treated with respect and your business will be appreciated even tough probably they sell far more cars than international autos. IA in west Allis lack of business intelligence , respect for customers and professionalism. BMW should be ashamed having such a dealership under their name.

I located a Mini of interest on the International Autos Group website and placed a call requesting further information. Fred Spivey returned my call the same day and answered my initial questions about the vehicle. I found him to be very helpful, straightforward and knowledgeable. Any question I had that was not immediately known was researched and Fred returned a call with the needed information promptly. Fred advised me that he was honoring a prior appointment on this vehicle which might result in the sale of the vehicle. He told me he would let me know if the vehicle did not sell. The following morning Fred called me to let me know the car was still available. We made plane reservations and flew to Milwaukee arriving late in the day. Fred graciously met us at the airport and provided transportation for us until we were able to complete the sale the following day. He also went above and beyond by providing us with his personal Garmin so we would be able to navigate travel between our hotel and the dealership. As an individual in my senior years I have had the opportunity of dealing with many car salesmen and have found only one other saleman that has provided the exceptional professional and personal level of service equal to Fred's.

I took my BMW to their dealership this morning to repair CV joints and replace my water pump. They came back to me with a "Laundry List" of other items not relevant to the "Safe" operation of my vehicle. They stated that my vehicle was very unsafe to drive and that I needed to spend in excess of $4,000 to complete the repairs.The Service Writer then expressed to me that they could lower the labor rate and possibly give me a better deal on parts. He asked me if I would still consider having them do the work. I replied NO. I will never take my vehicle back to this place again. It's almost like the Service Writer was trying to "Strong Arm" me to have them do the work. Steer Clear of this place!

I bought a 2001 BMW 325 from international auto. my first schedule service went ok with 1500 miles left on the computer display, and for the second service(30000Miles)I call International and they ask me about the mileage (1600 miles left) at this time they told me you still have a lot of mileage left, so I wait till about 600 miles left and i call again and they told me the samething. so I call Concours, oh want different, they treat me very nice, service the car right away and they even give me a loaner (02-325i). From now on I will service my car at concours.

I thought I was going to have serious issues with a concern I was having with my new MINI! I called for an appointment and got right in. Tim helped me out, and took care of my concerns right away! He had to keep my car for the day, but actually gave me a MINI to drive while mine was being worked on, called me when it was done, and even gave my new baby a bath!!! Kudos to Tim and his team!! And the "MINI" Smints were a nice touch!! Thanks again!

International is difficult to classify. Howard in BMW service is great. Very knowledgeble and friendly. Definitely service orriented. The sales department is a whole different story. Lee in Porsche sales is very personable allthough I have not purchased anything from him. Jim Bacon in Infinite sales is knowledgeble but a little pushy. BMW sales is so-so. But the sales management is living in the past. They are not willing to offer their best deal upfront. They want you to get your initial pricing elsewhere and than come to them so they can sqeak past it. Other dealers, especially in Chicago, are more upfront and will give you a better price over the phone or internet. With the price range of their cars they are not dealing with morons. But they will try to treat you like one if you let them.<br>Competition is a wonderful thing. Buy it elsewhere and take it there for service if it is more convenient.

Along with my family, we have buying BMW's and Mercedes-Benz's for years. International Autos had the worst of everything a number of years ago when they were Brookfield motors. Even their building was the worst of any dealer i've been too. These days, theyve changed their name and building. The building is big, and beautiful. However, thats all thats changed. They still cant beat any deal Concours motors can give you; and they still are the worst when it comes to customer service. Here's an early warning, stay away from the Mercedes sales manager David clark. This guy has to be the most self center loser in the business. If you must deal with this dealer, talk to the GM, Tom.

I do not own a BMW, however, I was with my brother to do a service on his 328i, and OH MY GOD...the service is horrible (I mean the worst thing you can imagine). The service rep. was not helpful, was not friendly and very stuck up! He even, try to cut the conversation by saying "Well, I guess we're just gonna call you later" he didn't even ask "Is there anything I can help you or something?". Allright, enough with the service rep. when we came back to pick up the car, my brother's passenger door got hit. Somebody hit it when the car was at the dealership...I'd say stay away from International Autos of Milwaukee...especially the guy that we're dealing, his name is Tim Timmerman...he's a bad service rep.
