Dealt with Travis in buying my new Ford Focus. He was very pleasant and answered questions in a clear manner and in a way that I could understand. The process was very quick; no filling out of papers - he was able to enter everything into the computer himself. There was no feeling of having to play the negotiating game; it was all cut to the chase from the beginning, and I appreciated this. All this, even with the added component of having to trade in my lease from another dealer (not even a Ford). I got a good deal on a new 2016 car (it's November and they want to get rid of them, lol). Also, the process with the finance guy was easy and quick. Now all I have to do is enjoy the new car...Thanks, Travis!

I hear a knocking sound once in a while, which, of course, would not happen when in for service. The manager and mechanic worked very hard with me to resolve the issue. I fully expected to pay for the time I took in their schedule, but was told because they couldn't hear anything there was no charge. I was and am still extremely impressed.

On 7/31/16 my wife and I visited this dealership with the intention of trading in our half ton pickup for a 3/4 ton diesel which would be more capable of pulling our camper. After a couple hours of shopping and pricing, we chose a 2013 F-250 Super Duty with the Powerstroke diesel, extended bed and XLT package.Finally we were told that I met the criteria for the financing company(to remain unnamed) and that we would be taking delivery right then, on a Sunday (a spot delivery). I questioned this numerous times but I was each time told that it was approved.All of the paperwork was signed, accepting delivery, financing and trading in our current truck and I left feeling like a satisfied customer. The next day I used the truck to pick up our camper from the repair shop and was totally ecstatic with its performance while towing.On 8/3/2016 I was informed by this dealer that they were not able to get me financed and they wanted the truck back. The were citing marks on both mine and my wife's credit reports for the reason. So now I ask this: As everything was signed, sealed and delivered, should that not have been a done deal? Should they not have made a more genuine attempt to locate financing? During the process of signing all of the paperwork, NOT ONE MENTION OF THE "TRUTH IN LENDING ACT(OR TILA)" was made verbally. They were in a big hurry to get the paperwork signed and us out the door. On 8/5/2016 the 2013 F-250 was turned back in and I took the 2013 RAM 1500 back. During that exchanged I informed the salesperson whom I had been dealing with that I had already been in contact with legal counsel and with the State Attorney General's Office. In the meantime, numerous people saw me driving the truck and I received a number of compliments. Now how do I deal with the embarrassment of explaining this to them?For those of you thinking of shopping there my best word of advise is DON'T! If you must, go there, have your financing prearranged or cash in hand and remember the old latin saying "CAVEAT EMPTOR" or simply "BUYER BEWARE."For those of you wondering about occurrences of this type of situation, it''s a little more common than you think. Look up Patton Vs. Wyler Eastgate Inc and you will see a similar situation. Good luck all!

A mutual acquaintance recommended me to work directly with the owner, Chuck George. Mr. George did not tell us that the incentive program on the 2016 Ford C-Max would expire 3 days after the sale and that the rebate could go down or up. His failure to share this info prevented me from making an informed choice, and I ended up losing $2500 on the deal. When I asked for some consideration when the incentive rose right after the sale, the response from the dealer and Ford was essentially "tough luck". I also bought an extended warranty because I was offered Chuck's "special' price. Later found I could buy it after the sale from another local Ford dealer for $600 less. So, this was my experience with trying to build a fair and honest business relationship with a local dealer. They did nothing that was illegal. But would you want to buy a car from them?

The service department called early with an update and to collect any other details. I sent the car in for an oil leak. i told them about my visit to Jiffy Lube who said I needed to replace the oil valve gasket cover, but Your service department looked this over and didn't find a problem. This speaks to the honesty and integrity of the ford service department in not trying to make a quick dollar. Any future car issues, you can be sure I'll bring my car into the ford service department.

Avoid this place, customer service is a joke. Applied online, talked to Lawrence Reynolds on the phone. All seemed well untill he ran my credit. I told him prior my credit was not the best. 553 was my score but I was looking for something used to help rebuild my credit. Of course I got the, "we are the best at what we do" and he can get me approved no problem..well needless to say that was the last time he called me. I had to call him over the next couple of day and only got a "still working on it" short, one word answers..he assured me he would let me know either way it went.(never heard from him) I had a co-signer on stand by just in case, but with the way I was treated..I would NEVER do business there!..and would not recommend them. Went to another dealer a few days later, drove home in a nice used car, no co-signer

The dealership was very clean, our sales associate was very nice, not pushy, and they were amazing with the fact that I had all 4 of my children with me. They do have a nice area for child to sit and watch TV. I would recommend calling and getting as much paperwork done before actually going. We live 2 1/2 hours away so all we had to do is test drive and sign papers. Really liked the dealership. Very nice people.

I bought my car here and have gone back for service several times. I am not usually a person that takes my car to the dealer for repairs but the people at Interstate Ford really take care of you. I really like their Quick Lane option for normal maintenance. They open early in the morning and are always professional and friendly. I really like how they don't pressure you to do anything but give you your options without that sense of urgency you get from some repair places. I would recommend the sales people as well as the repair shop for anyone who purchases a Ford or a Mercury.

I've taken my 2003 Taurus to Interstate a few times for repairs. Each time they have done a fairly good job. So with that in mind I went there to look at and see about buying a new car. The sales person was not overly pushy he showed me the car models I was interested in and didn't push me to make a decision right then and there. He explained the various option packages. It took me a couple of days but I finally bought a new car. My sales person was always friendly and helped me through the whole process from getting the right options and color to getting the financing. Over all a good experience. The only problem I have and this is nothing that can be corrected by Interstate Ford, is the fact that I/you can't pick and chose which separate things we want on a car. And this applies to all of the automobile manufacturers. We have to go with what the manufacturer thinks we want as set up in their various option packages, and not what we each really want individually. When are the manufactures going to realize not everyone wants Sirurs radio or Google maps or some other worthless un-used item, just to get the one thing I/we/they do want? Its no longer like back in the sixties when you could pick and chose individual things you want and get them separately and not have to deal with the things you do not like, want, or will use!.

Pete Scambilis has always been most accommodating to my schedule needs over these last years. He is efficient and does not push addition work; rather, he gives early warning about developing issues that are monitored until repair is necessary. Although my SUV is aging, I receive a service level from Pete and staff that I receive for my BMW and Mercedes at other dealerships. I am fairly young & have been to dealerships where the sales rep wrote me off because of my age but Dave greeted me right away & answered all the questions that I had & followed up while I waited for the truck to be delivered. bought a new car from this dealership this year. When I got there the guy I had talked to wasn't there. It was my fault I had no appointment. So Rudy stepped up and was helping me out. It was cold and snowing and we walked around looking at cars and the silly things would not start due to the weather. Rudy was very professional and made sure to explain everything to me and let me know what was going on. I think I spent about 4 1/2 hours there mostly my fault due to credit issues. Then Thomas came along and he was the first person I talked to. Between him and Rudy the experience could not have been better at all. Josh I think was the sales manager he came over to help with the deal and it was all able to be worked out and my wife and I left very happy and satisfied. I would recommend all friend and family go see these gentleman that helped us all. We had mechanical issues and the next day josh got the car back and was able to fix it while I was working. Very nice and professional all around experience

Interstate offers more for trades and better sales prices than other local Ford dealers and the overall buying experience is much better. Interstate's service department is fast, knowledgeable, and friendly and Thomas Turner is a top-notch car salesman. We've purchased several thousand dollars in add-ons/installation through Interstate, some of which had to be outsourced. While not every experience with third-party product and service was perfect, Interstate Ford always made things right and made us happy with our purchase. Overall, great experience with Interstate. Even when Ford was unwilling to correct what I felt was a manufacturing defect, Interstate Ford helped considerably in reaching an acceptable conclusion. I appreciated the dealership extending a discount on my repair bill, despite the lack of assistance from Ford Motor Company. The car was repaired expertly and returned to me in spotless condition. I went into interstate ford to look for a F-150 crewcab, 4x4, with the 6.5 ft bed. A salesman took me down through all the F-150's and found that they only had one. I said i would like to have their bottom price without any taxes,license or registration. He talked to the sales manager and they said since they only had the one truck that met my needs, they would not talk price. This is the only dealership in Dayton, Cincinnati, Columbus, Lebanon and surrounding areas that refused to talk about a price. They must sell a lot of trucks at full MSRP to refuse to talk price. By the number of salesmen setting around i find this hard to believe. I will not be back to this dealership, and i would not recommend it to any one else.

We met Chad Preuss when we visited to look at SuperDuty pickup. We were thinking of a fifth wheel trailer at the time. Our salesman was great! We have bought from Interstate before and had by chance stopped at Hidy Ford, we then contacted Interstate spoke with Justin on the phone, sent in info on the vehicle we wanted, the price we wanted and he met with us and had it all ready to go. My 2011 F-150 was having transmission "issues", not wanting to go any lower than 3rd gear in the automatic transmission.Stopped by Interstate ford "just" to make an appointment for a few days later in the week, and did so.But trying to leave the parking lot it kept jumping from 1st straight up to 5th gear, not easy to drive like that.Went back inside and Connie the service tech. took care of getting the truck onto the repair schedule ASAP and the problem was fixed, just a faulty sensor module I believe.They are the best !

The staff, Salesperson, Manager and finance were all very friendly. They were not pushy and helped me so much I bought 2 new vechicles! We went to but an Escape for my wife and I ended up also buying a new F150 when my current truck was only 4 years old!! They stayed a couple of hours after closing to get this all done. Also the door code did not work on my truck so I took in in and the service dept squeezed me in right away and reset the code and also was very friendly! Very Pleased!! I was with my son a few weeks ago and he bought a Mustang and it was the same experience. This is one of the reasons I only buy Ford products.

Travis... I was looking for a specific used vehicle which was hard to find in stock at any dealership. I found it online at yours and called late on a Sunday not expecting to get an answer. The call was surprisingly taken by a salesman named Travis 1/2 hour after the close of business hours. I later found out that it was actually his day off. Because he ensured me that the vehicle was there and of it's quality, I travelled 3.5 hours the next day to see it. Travis and Darryl held the vehicle to make sure my trip was not wasted. I also found out this next day that I met Travis was his day off too. To make a long story short, Travis jumped through many hoops to make my journey a successful one. I was pleased with his apparent honesty and his drive to make me satisfied with my experience. Even one week after the purchase was made, I contacted Travis with a request and he followed through.

Although it took some doing, the car was brought to us while we grabbed some dinner. After contacting John Stanley and being asked to call roadside assistance and get the car down there, then the car not showing the problem for which it was towed, and no one else ever having this problem, to finally getting it fixed and identifying a couple of other small things that also needed attention, I'm happy to have my car back and fixed. John's willingness to listen to me explain the problem, which was not readily apparent, and to go the extra mile to id the problem then find a solution for "a problem that hasn't been reported one single time to Ford" was very much appreciated. I've always driven Fords for superior fit and finish, and quality, and to support Made In America. But, I've never bought more than one from any particular Ford dealer before working with Interstate. The 2013 Explorer XLT is my fourth vehicle from Interstate, and I will continue to go there for my vehicles and maintenance and repairs. It's not the newest or fanciest dealership, but the people and how they treat me are more important to me. And, they have always treated me with respect and worked to get the right vehicle for my needs at the right figures. The Service department has always done an outstanding job for me as well. It's nice to go back as needed and see the same folks working there, and have them remember me!

I was very excited to buy my first brand new car ever and left with Worst experience ever. I have never been treated so poorly in my life and will never step foot in this establishment again. I dealt with Shaun frost who at first was very helpful. I told him what I want and at what payment. He pulled 2 quotes and the payment was within 40 a month that I wanted. I took the offers home to sleep on it.Shaun then texted me the next day. I told him the payment I wanted and he ridiculed me and called me bro. I said sorry for wasting your time and he replied in text message that they couldn't get me approved for what they offered me anyone do to credit like mine. He continued to bash me and my credit. Never been so offended. I went to another dealer and bought the same escape that shaun had found at the price I desired. They showed me my credit score and it was 40 points higher than what Shaun told me. I understand the 2 dealers might pull credit from different places but Shaun admitted to lying to me about the rate they could get me just. I called to complain but was hung up on. It's a shame that this happened but that's life. Don't forget that without customers business would cease to exist. I work hard for my money and will only spend it where I feel appreciated.

We had taken our 2007 Ford Focus in for an Oil change and new Tires. The next day the front right tire was completely flat. It was towed back to the dealership. The flat tire was replaced. We were told by the Josh in the quick lane that all 4 tires had been inflated to different amounts, none being at the manufactures rated inflation. While following my wife in the Focus home, I noticed smoke coming from under the car. I called my wife and told her. She pulled off the highway on to the street and the smoke got worse. It began filling the inside of the car. Worried the car was on fire she jumped out. We called 911 and the fire department and police arrived. They advised us to stay away from the car in case of fire. After carefully checking the car, they opened the hood. Smoke rolled out from the engine. The fireman found the oil cap laying on top of the engine compartment. The oil had been freely leaking all over the engine. The fireman stated we were lucky that It did not catch fire. We had the car towed back to the dealer. If this was not sufficient trouble, we were poorly treated by the service manager and general manager. When we went back to pick up the car, we were made to feel unimportant. The Service manager, and the General manager both made us feel as though we were making a big deal out of nothing. We will never do any business with Interstate Ford at any capacity. They do not stand behind their service, and no one there cares about customer service or how they treat people.

Absolutely, no service after the sale. Less than a year ago I purchased a 2011 Fiesta from Interstate Ford. Since then, it has been in their service department for multiple issues, the most recent pertaining to the transmission. Like most people, I have a car because I rely on it to get to work. Well, my car has now been in their service department for over a week. They will not tell me when to expect it back, or even whats wrong with it. They refuse to provide any customer service and would not even give me a loner car. Even their customer service manager would not return my phone call. Let me again stress, this car is less than a year old.I would spend my hard earned money at a business that treats you like a person, not a paycheck. My advice, find your dream car at a place who will provide you good service -- even after they've received your money.

I purchased a used SUV from this dealer. Initially the price was listed too high, and I was close to buying from another dealer, but then they dropped the price to an extremely competitive price for the particular model I was after. They were no pressue, did everything the way I wanted. the Sales guy was honest and if he didn't know the answer, he just said so. I'm from Cincinnati, but I drove up to Dayton to buy the car because the Price was good and they were low-pressure. I had absolutely no problem dealing with them and would not hesitate to recomend them.

bought a 2002 f150 in april and had to take it back 2 weeks later for a terrible miss and stumble on acceleration, truck was repaired. then about a month and a half later it started making a bad noise in the rear so i called them and took it in for service, they had my truck for a week and told me they did not find the source of the noise, THEY HAD ONLY DRIVEN MY TRUCK ABOUT 10 MILES IN A WHOLE WEEK! i then took it back a week later and drove with a tech and the tech heard the noise. pete told me to drop the truck off at the night drop to be looked at the next day, i didnt hear anything from them the next day so i called them only to find out they didnt have my truck, it was missing from their lot along with my keys. noone there seemed to care at all that my truck was gone and didnt even call the police to report it when they realized it was gone. this place is horrible and i would never do business there again.

We almost bought a new car from Interstate Ford. Fortunately I trusted my gut feeling and walked away. I wasn't getting a good vibe. Before we even stepped out of the car upon arrival, there were about 5 sales reps in ties swarming us like vultures. First thing I said was, "we know what car we want, we're just shopping around for a good deal." He got defensive like I said a foul word...I thought it was an innocent enough statement as a consumer trying to get a fair price. Beyond that, the sales associate did an OK job of being patient and answering our questions. I just thought it was a poor first impression. He was mildly friendly, just seemed to care far more about locking up a sale than about hearing what I had to say. He also made an "error" by overstating the discount we would be getting...maybe it was an honest mistake, maybe not. Still made me a little suspicious. Also, I wanted to ask for a price comparison between 2 cars when factoring in a discount & APR...he said something like, "well you're only buying one car right, just tell us the one you want and we'll quote that". Completely missed the point. Lastly, as we sat down to see the actual price quote on the car we almost bought, he was getting way too pushy and that was it. The guy almost had an easy sale from me and he blew it with sub-par customer service. I instead drove all the way down to the Cincinnati area to find a MUCH better dealer who actually cared about getting us a good deal and not just making a sale. My advice: look elsewhere.

Bought my used Jaguar on August 25th of 2010, two days later the Engine and ABS lights came on. I took it to a local Jaguar dealership for inspection and was told it would cost over $4000 for repairs. Initially I thought this wasn't a problem because the car had a 90-day Ford warranty in effect on covered items in the estimate. After a month of runaround with Interstate-being tossed back and forth between the Sales and Service departments, I found out that the Warranty hadn't been registered with Ford at the point of sale and therefore the repairs wouldn't be covered. This meant that the Dealership would have to assume responsibility for the repairs and this is where my nightmare really began. From this point, I was entangled in a web of fabrications made by management and sales staff as what they intended to do about the Lemon they had sold me. After another 30 days of frustration, I hired an attorney who went after them under Ohio Lemon Law. Ultimately, I got my substantial down-payment returned and my attorney fees paid in exchange for their junk scrape metal. By now you've probably gathered that I wouldn't recommend Interstate for the purchase of your next car.

I recently purchased a very lightly used luxury car from Interstate Ford. Shaun in customer service was very friendly and easy to work with, took vehicle for a test drive and later that night went back to sign the paperwork and take delivery on the car. We reached and agreement and signed the paperwork, and left that night with the car of my dreams--'08 BMW M3. They called me back 3 days later saying that they could not get financing to go through even though my credit rating was phenomenal. They wanted a huge downpayment in order for me to keep the car after I had already signed the paperwork. After I told them that I was not going to put anymore money down they told me that I needed to return 'their' car. On top of that, I had purchase special winter tires and wheels for this car. I had one hell of a time trying to get BMW to take these back after I told them that my car had basically been taken back from me. Their financing department is a joke--is it standard practice to sign all paperwork and then drive off the lot only to return 3 days later and have to return the car you think you just bought? They offered me no good solutions and basically said 'sorry about your luck.' They then tried to get me to buy a Ford from them, why would I want that when I initially went there to purchase a BMW, come on guys!! I would NEVER buy another vehicle from them.

the price on the car was great! but when i had my first problem with the car, they simply said it wasent under warranty, then with out my permission started to mess with the car, thus destroying my cam, left cyly head, catalytic converter and muffler.their responce, sorry not our fault it broke.cost of head, 900, cost of cat ,1600, cost of muffler 400.needles to say now im running on a broken cyl head, 1 cat and a a broke muffler.my car has has a horrible miss in it now all thanks to ford.then they treated me bad, refused to answer any questions and simply refered me to ford customer relations, ( who then said let me check the status of report, oh dealer says they cant do nothing so sorry we cant help you ) and proceeded to treat me like dirt as well, i forone will never buy another ford again.

Long Story Short: I walked away from a deal before signing because they wouldn't give me the discount I requested. The manager (Josh), began to belittle me on the phone when I told him, so when he asked me why I walked, I said, "I guess it's because I don't like you, Josh." He got more pushy so I hung up. He sent me the following text message: "I never did anything to u but try and find u the vehicle u desired. Im sorry that u are immature and dont know how to conduct good business! Dave took time out of his day to drive and go get this vehicle. So thank u for nothing." (Dave is good. Josh is bad.)He then called me four times in 5-10 minutes from a different cell number. I didn't answer. There was no reason to. On the fifth time I called, a friend answered, told him she would report him to the BBB if he continued to call, and that he couldn't leave a message. He then called again. I gave the phone to her again, and she said that she would report him to the BBB and that he was harassing me. He asked to leave a message, and she said sure - just to see what it would be. It was a medium-toned rant, telling me I wasted 4 of their hours and that I should think next time I want to buy a $20k car, and that I'm immature. The next statement he made could only have come from a place of insanity, unless he was being sarcastic. I couldn't tell because I wasn't the one talking to him. He asked whether there was anything he could do to earn my business. Creepy.The truth is, they will try to make you feel like you owe them, but you don't, until you sign. They try to use your sense of common courtesy against you, so you give more money than you can or buy more than you can afford because they made you feel a rapport with them. They do this on purpose. You can walk any time until you sign the papers. If you don't like them, walk. In this economy, people will be falling all over each other to sell you a car.*************************************************************************************Short Story Long: (Here are more details filling in my motivation for insulting the nut, and possibly slightly exonerating the nut on a few counts above. No need to read unless you're really curious.)I wanted a yellow car. They didn't have it. They found a dealership that had one that was what I wanted, but had a lot of cosmetic modifications on it - some looked good and some would make me look like a poser. I wanted the yellow car, but I didn't want to pay for all the mods. They could have taken some off, and left me with one I wouldn't have bought on my own. First, Josh continued to press for the full price of all the mods I wanted. So, I considered the red car. Josh wanted to close, so he tried to get me to buy the red car. I turned my back to him because I didn't want to let him manipulate me. I already knew from the prices he was offering he wouldn't yield and wasn't interested in giving me anything that would make me feel I had a good deal. From now on, Dave could relay what Josh had to say. Josh actually made me spend more time at their dealership because when people push me to make a decision, I have to make sure I'm not deciding one way or another because of their interference. Bad move. They weren't swamped - there were sales people standing around. There was no need to push. They also practiced the "technique" of making us sit for far too long while they searched for the car I wanted with dealer trade. It is the end of the 2000's. The internet is fast. It doesn't take that long to pull up a page unless you are in a rural area with dialup.Not only that, but they couldn't reach a sales person at the dealer that had the yellow car. The dealer had gone bankrupt, so the people there were only administrative. They could have asked one of them to go out and describe what he or she saw, even if that person didn't have the detail vocabulary, the modifications were pretty easy to describe. They didn't. The choices were to have one of them go there to take photos of it and the image would get to us through some email relay, or my buddy could go out to the dealer (.5 hours away) and check the mods himself. He's awesome, so he did that for me.I have identity protection. They couldn't get my info without a special phone number that I hadn't memorized. I went home to get the number, spoke with Dave on the phone about the 2 cars in a 3 way call with the car guy buddy who was helping me negotiate. They wouldn't sell me the mods I didn't want for less than $800 above price. I said I wanted the red car. I fully intended to close with them the next day. I gave Dave the number to call to get my credit info. (I realized a little later that they didn't give me anything at all. They had the full deal on the car, with no extras for me.)I had to

We were going to buy a 2007 Fusion, signed loan papers for 6.5% loan and drove car home. A week later Interstate Ford called and said we could not get approved from Ford credit for 6.5%.I just got a loan for a new 150 Ford van last year for 0% thru Ford credit. This is no big deal but what happened next is. The dealer said they could get financing at a higher rate of interest and a larger monthly payment. My wife said we do not want a higher monthly payment or a higher interest rate, Paul (from finance) said we do not have to accept these terms and could return the car. When we returned the car the next morning, they had several talk to us about higher interest rates and higher payments but we said we felt if Ford credit did not want to finace the car they did not want our business very bad. We were told by two people that our down payment check had not been cashed and would be returned to us in a few minutes. In the meantime a Paul (from finance) came out and wanted to know what the real reason we were bringing this car back. We said we talked to you last night and you told us if we did not want new terms to bring the car back. At this point Paul told us we were going to be charged a rental fee for the car. I signed no rental agreement and I was out of town for the week and did not even drive the car. My wife asked for our check back and Paul said he would mail us a check some time next week, my wife said we are already here we would like the check now. Paul said the check had already been cashed and my wife told him two people had just told her the check had not been cashed. Finally he stomped off and returned to my wife and flipped the check on the table and told my wife very rudely "Don't come back!".We have bought 4 new Ford vehicles from Interstate Ford down thru the years and I will tell you after this we will never own another Ford. Very shady practices going on here.

I purchased a new 2003 Ford Focus in 03 and I started having problems with the car by april 04. After taking the car back to dealership several times there was not a fix for the car. They never offered me a rental to problem shoot instead I was told I needed to wait for a recall. After being upset with Interstate I took the car to Eastgate and they did offer me rental and kept the car over night and still no solution to the problem,but I felt like atleast they triied. I have a ticking bomb car and no one can help me. If I kill someone with this faulty car it will be on Ford not me. Sometimes prob.are beyond the eye,just keep looking.

Chuck George Writeup - June 20, 2005<br><br>In Sept 2003 I purchased a new Taurus 24V 4 door SEL. from Chuck Georges Interstate Ford in Miamisburg, OH.<br><br>By the time that I had about 8900 miles on the car, it had been in the shop 3 times. After three personal attempts to see or get a call from, or talk to the Owner, Chuck George, I was finally able to reach him while I was out of town. He did not want to hear that "MY" new car was defective. I suppose that he did not want it because he sold it right?<br><br>He wanted me to talk with their service adviser about servicing the vehicle and then he transfered the phone. I explained to the service advisor that I wanted a new car. This was due to the electrical wiring failure, computer failure, headlights going out, tach misreading, gas gauge failure and false reading, and rough idle and surging. The vehicle quit on me one night about 3months and 3 weeks after I purchased it. <br><br>The net result, Ford had it inspected, and we had it inspected, They found nothing, our inspector found a bad battery, false transmission indications, poor idle control (Ford even has a tech service bulletin about that one and their own inspector did not know about any of these items. ) Window grinding noises, engine growlling, flasher actuation and the worst thing after the head light failure, sudden increase in engine speed, even with the brake engaged.<br><br>Needeless to say, after being told there was nothing wrong, I had no recourse other than to get the best attorney in Ohio to fight the case. <br><br>It was decided in early June 2005 in Montgomery County Common Pleas Court, OH, by a jury that the car was a lemon and that Ford had not lived up to their warrenties. As of this writing, I am still waiting for the payment of all of my costs from this automobile fiasco. The worst thing I did was to believe that Chuck George's dealership would stand behind the Ford product. <br><br>The best thing that I ever did was to hire Attorney Ron Burdge for my plantiff claim. Mr. Burdge and Attorney Elizabeth Wells did a great job !! If it had not been for them, I would have gotten nothing from Ford Motor and even less from Chuck George Interstate Ford.<br><br>My thoughts, DON't use Interstate Ford for anything. My next car or truck will definately not be a Ford. For the record, I have owned or driven a 74 Gran torino, and new cars 2 windstar vans, a new Expedition, a new 2001 Taurus, a used 99 Taurus, a new 2003 Taurus, and we have a new 2001Focus and a new 2003 Focus in the family now as well.<br><br>My dealer rating : -10 out of 10 ( yes, thats a negative 10 !!!)<br><br>Respectfully submitted:<br>T .
