Best experience. It was my first time taking my car in for service, and was not sure what to expect but was pleasantly impressed. It was a seamless customer service experience from my initial call to schedule the service. Mark was attentive and took his time to answer all of my questions. They were also extremely accommodating when it came to transferring over two car seats. Overall—great service and clean location.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP, drive further if you have too I promise it will be worth it to avoid this place.Absolute worst dealership on the face of the earth!!! Cocky sales person who had no interest in selling a car because he made assumptions without even trying to get our info. We had all intentions of buying a car, if the deal meet our needs. But his attitude was disgusting from the start, I walked away to prevent causing a scene in the showroom while my other half was slightly nicer to this huge jerk!!! I guess we should thank him for being such a jerk since another dealership and better car was bought this weekend. Yup someone who actually cared for our business.PS- they replied to my post asking me to contact them with a generic response and to get more details, but no thank you!!! If your staff is that awful to start and you are not aware then shame on you, my time, money and business is better off with someone else!

I started out my day looking to educated myself about buy a used minivan for my wife, I had seen positive reviews about Ira Lexus and they had a used Honda on the lot. I drove down from Maine on a whim to explore Ira Lexus and stop at another dealer or two on the way home. Well I made it far as Ira Lexus and Chuck Festa. I will attest as other have here that it was the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had (9 dealer purchased cars).I am a no BS guy and wanted the same. What I got was pleasant experience with a friendly salesmen, as well as, Belo the business manager was straight forward, to the point, and excellent up to and including delivering the van here to Maine.I can say that when I need another vehicle Ira Lexus and Chuck will be my first place to look.

I just purchased my 2013 RX 350 Lexus yesterday on a rainy Monday night, and it was professionally handled by their sales consultant, Gil Beck. Coming in late into a dealership at 8 PM and staying until 10:30 PM at night to make sure my needs were met defined the words "dedication" and "patience" towards their customers. If you're looking for someone who will take care of you and puts in the time as much as you do into the car research, then go with Gil. He is a very relaxed and agreeable salesman that will surely help find you your next vehicle. Gil works hard for you to get you what you want and is willing to go beyond business hours to do so. Obviously, you can say that about a lot of salesmen or women, but it really takes a special person to not make you feel rushed about a big purchase that one makes every decade. Gil is the epitome of ideal customer service and going beyond his requirement. Work with him--you won't regret it.

My experience from start to finish with Ira Lexus was extremely positive. We test drove the Lexus NX 200T back on Presidents day when we were out testing several vehicles. We were not ready to buy and Jimmy was very patient with me. We kept in touch over the course of two weeks where he answered every single question i had which was many. He was available through text message at all times. The dealership made me an offer so I decided to shop and was promised some things at a competing dealership that turned out to be a complete waste of my time. I went back to Jimmy and we had a deal done within an hour at the dealership. I also highly recommend Nigel who is one of the managers. Everyone was very nice and we will be returning. This was my second car buying experience from Ira and I would not go any where else again! Don't make the same mistake I did. Ira will earn your business and work for you!

We just leased a beautiful obsidian NX200t lexus with Nav from this dealership. Our first choices for a 2016 carwere BMWx3, Mercedes GLA, Acura RDX, and Infiniti Qx50. We had several test drives with all these cars and at the end we decided that "BMW is a great car to drive with" but "Lexus is a great car to be in"! The problem is that when you are in a Lexus you don't want to step out of it! Dealerships:We had two Lexus dealerships in mind: one was located in Watertown very close to us and the other Ira in Danvers.This was our first experience with Lexus and it seems to me that the Watertown salesman was not very professional! He acted as if they were not in need of another customer at all and when we wanted to negotiate the price he wasn't enthusiastic! It was as if he was thinking the car was out of our budget just because we wanted to negotiate the price! What a huge mistake! "Let him think so" I said to myself. I am not a kind of person who fritters away her money trying to impress others. At the end we chose Ira Lexus dealership.Our experience at Ira Lexus dealership:First of all, let me tell you that they don't offer you any fancy refreshment or entertaining stuff. On the other hand, they don't take extra money out of your pocket for a car you lease or finance in exchange to give you a free! cup of Starbucks coffee or an organic fruit juice! They are there for a business and so are we! THEY KNOW HOW TO SELL and they sell xxxx well! They were quite busy with several other customers when we were there. Our salesman was George and the manager we met was Michael. They both were great. George knew exactly how to treat a customer. Everything went smoothly and wonderfully well. He was very professional, very polite and friendly at the same time and took a great care of us. He adjusted the price with what we had in mind and we came to an agreement. Let alone, the price he gave us was far more reasonable compared to Watertown dealership. The negotiation went extremely well and we leased our first Lexus the same day despite the fact that we had another appointment with BMW to negotiate for X3 - knowing that the deal George and Micheal offered us was the best we could get so far. The car was delivered to us on time and it was clean and in a great shape. I strongly recommend this dealership to any one who wants to try the joy of driving a Lexus. Don't let the fact that it's far from your town stop you! At least have a visit!

This is my second purchase from IRA Lexus in Danvers. I passed by 3 other local dealers that are closer in distance to my house all because of my dealing with this dealership was initially up front and with no games. My first experience with Chuck Festa, sales consultant, was so good when I bought my first RX 450H in 2013 that I came back this time to buy my 2016 RX 450H. Again, Chuck did not disappoint me. My experience with Chuck Festa was simply a pleasure to deal with. He made the whole process of buying easy with no stress. I found Chuck to be very knowledgeable on the cars, and he went out of his way to assist us on the color selections. Chuck is a great guy to work with and an excellent sales consultant.

I recently bought an RCF and had a great experience. The salesman, Elliot Hornig did an amazing job from the start to finish. I called Elliot long before the RCF became available. He stayed in contact with me and called me as soon as the one I wanted, fully loaded blue. The next day i went to IRA and in about an hour, we agreed on a deal. I picked it up a few days later and it was sitting in the main showroom ready to go. It took another hour and I was on my way. Veryn happy. Elliot and the Sales Manager, Willy made the process painless. One year later, my wife bought an ES 350. The same great experiance again! I've bought over 15 cars in the past thirty five years and this buying Experiance a IRA was the best and I've become a lifetime supporter! Thanks IRA, Elliot and Willy!

Brendan Deangelis is a very professional service consultant. All my questions were answered with explanations needed. Brendan was suggesting a repair of a hatchback, which was not urgent without pushing, or dramatizing the situation. However the repair of rear-breaks was explained to me in terms that were convincing. Overall, his handling of service is very good. I've never been so humiliated in my life. For a customer with a $20k down payment and my own financing, I was virtually belittled and brought to the brink of tears. Have you ever heard of Reg USA? Apparently this guy hasn't, but every other reputable dealership in the country has. Anyway, I have my car from another Lexus dealer; 19,000 miles less, and $2,000 cheaper. I will admit the salesperson I originally worked with was very nice,, but then the experience went downhill. Be prepared!

I purchased my Lexus RX350 recently from Ira Lexus. First of all, the internet sales service surpassed all the other companies as the company tries to be transparent with pricing and offer very competitive prices upfront immediately. Kevin who was the internet sales rep was extremely responsive and on the ball and tried so hard to make the process as painless as possible. When I arrived the facility, Gil helped us with the actual purchase process. Gil was very professional and pleasant. I ended up purchasing my vehicle there even though this is the first dealership I visited. I did run into problem with the registration process due to the Thanksgiving holiday and my registration was missed and delayed. There was a bit of frustration as I thought the process should have been handled properly. However, Gil and the team was very professional and was trying very hard to fix the issues for me. They required additional documentation to be signed and was very nice to offer to drive 50+ miles to me to get me to sign the documentation to save me a trip. Even though there was a bit of frustration but at the end the process was handled professionally. I enjoyed working with Gil and Angermayer. They are really good folks to work with and they are very fair. You will enjoy working with them as well.

I began my shopping on the internet and then went out to look at my potential purchases. I quickly found out that what you see online is not always what you see when you arrive at a dealer. I then Arrived at IRA Lexus and was greeted by a courtious and friendly Salesman (Ted Poulas) who was not your typical pressure salesman. He took me to the vehicle I was interseted in and was very friendly and knowledgable. Once we were at the vehicle, I found it in exactly the condition that was advertised. The price was also as advertised. I felt very comfortable negotiating with Ted and once we hit a reasonble price for the both of us I bought the vehicle. But it didn't end there, Ted made sure the car was registered inspected and ready for me to pick up the very next day. I greatly appreciate how Ted and IRA handled everything. I would definately do business here again and will recommend it to friends and Family.

I just purchased a Lexus GS350 from Ira Lexus in Danvers ad I could not be more pleased. Michael Walsh, the internet salesperson was honest, clear and prompt with me online, did a great job. Mark Lee , my salesperson also did a very solid job with reasonable negotiation and showing me the values of the car. He knows LEXUS well. The dealership made me feel comfortable as soon as I walked in the door. I do not know yet about the Quality of repairs or how well the service department is but will find out in the future. The only drawback at all and it is minor, is the amount of time it took to get things finalized, I was there about 4 and a half hours but that is what happens at busy dealerships. I had the day off so it really was not a problem but if that were not the case it might have been a bit inconvenient. Overall a very POSITIVE experience though and I LOVE my Lexus and can now see why people rave about their cars. Dan H.

I was so impressed by Chuck and his knowledge of the product, but more so by the man himself. He put no pressure on me at all and was very friendly. Needless to say I came back to IRA Lexus later with my Wife and eventually purchased the vehicle. The experience was that of dealing with a friend not your typical salesmen. I visited the IRA Lexus to buy a preowned quality vehicle. I believe I did accomplish that with the help of sales person Ted Poulos. I was to pick up the car the next morning. I arrived with the bank check as requested and contacted the insurance agent as requested the transactions were completed in one hour the car had only to get the inspection sticker so that I could leave your dealership. It took hours for that to happen. I was at the dealership at nine in the morning and the sticker was not completed till 1:30 pm. I know I could have gotten the sticker at a gas down the street in 30 minutes. I spent my whole day waiting for something that should have been completed in a short period of time. The service department seems to have a problem.

Visited Ira Lexus to test drive a new RX 350. Things went well till the negotiations started. I was offered 2600.00 less than the Kelly Blue Book value for my trade in. When this became a concern and we couldn't close a deal, I tried to leave but I couldn't because salesman Rick kizner didn't return my keys back to me. Finally after getting my keys and got home I realized he kept my credit card also. these are sleazy tactics car dealers were famous for in previous years,( I can't believe they still use them today) When I called Rick Kizner the salesman to inform him that he didn't return my credit card, he denied he had it , and said he returned it to me (false). I called the GM of IRA Lexus to complain about this, I got his voice box and left message. Still have not heard back from him. they still have my credit card. And they are not too concerned about this matter. I would not do business with Ira Lexus

I leased my second RX 350 in 2010 upon walking into the dealership and meeting Bert. Bert made the entire process easy to understand, absolutely NO pressure but educated and guided me, answering all questions and addressing all concerns I had. When it was time to turn in my car, I called Bert and told him to prepare the best pricing options he could for another vehicle. My Salesman (Bert) is second to none as this was the second time I went through him to lease my Lexus, but it's my 5th Lexus. Bert and IRA Lexus treated me like a new customer and made me feel special to continue on with being a member of the Lexus family. I will forever continue to go through Bert and IRA Lexus as these guys really know how to treat their customers. Oh, yeah, my new car! I wanted a Hybrid this time around (from an RX) but I didn't utilize the SUV nearly at all, except for groceries, so instead of another RX, I got the Hybrid CT200 Sport as this car is perfect for me. 40 plus miles to a gallon was very attractive to me as I'm sick of paying at the pump, so I had to get a Hybrid. Bert was very helpful in educating me on all the Lexus Hybrids and test driving them all until I settled on the CT200. Color me extremely happy as a member of the IRA Lexus and Lexus family once again. Gill Beck is a stand up guy-something that's very rare these days! I purchased my 2014 RX 350 from him and at the time of purchase, he told me that if there's anything I ever need, at any time, to please let him know. About 6 weeks later I was having a problem starting my car. Gill personally came out, picked up my car and brought it back to the dealer for service. The next day he dropped my car back off to me. Most salespeople would never take time out of their day, as they would be concerned about missing out on potential sales. Gill was happy to help out. He's always pleasant and really tries to make you happy. It's apparent that he truly enjoys his job. I highly recommend him and will go back to IRA Lexus because he's there.

Our experience has been more positive than we could have anticipated. Initially, we worried about going into a dealership and being pressured by sales people. Friends suggested we buy a vehicle on the internet. After meeting Ted Poulos on the lot while looking at vehicles, all of our fears were dissipated. Ted made us feel relaxed, was eager to answer questions, and most importantly, was not aggressive in his approach. Ted patiently waited for us to get back with him after almost a week of no communication, as we had a business emergency situation arise. During the decision making process, Ted always answered his cell phone whenever we called with a question. The finance/business office personnel were exceptional, as also was the technician who showed us how to use the electronic features in our new vehicle. We are absolutely thrilled with our new vehicle, and look forward to our scheduled visits to the dealership. Mark Lee was my salesman, and he and the service department at Ira Lexus couldn't have been more helpful...even though I bought a used Audi from them, not a Lexus! One of my Audi tail lights went out shortly after I bought the car, and I brought the Audi back to have it fixed. It was a bit of a hike for me, since I live West of Boston, not North of Boston near Ira Lexus. Ira Lexus sent the car to its nearby Audi shop. The service people knew I had driven a ways, and, on their own, they noticed some bulbs that looked a bit older, although they were functioning well. They changed them on their own, at no charge! The entire Ira dealership is top notch, with detailing and 5-star treatment being the standard. I would definitely buy another car here!

James Brooks was my salesman. He could not have done a better job. I needed to find a lease turn in and James found me the perfect car. I only needed to look at one car and I was ready to buy. Since my new car has technology my prior vehicle lacked, he walked me through each item and gave me an opportunity to use it until I felt comfortable. Since we purchased a lease turn in, there were some scuffs on bumper and wheels which he had your service department repair. They did an outstanding job! This is my second Lexus - I wouldn't consider any other car! I have thanked James profusely but want you to know how fortunate I believe you are in having him on your staff!

I adore this dealership (if this is possible). I own a GX470 and basically call it my second home. If I am not at work or home than I am in my car. Friends tell me they can not believe the service I receive EVERY time I go to IRA. My truck is an older model and is no longer under warranty but I am still treated as if I bought it yesterday. A loaner car is ALWAYS provided if your services calls for a certain amount of time.

Many fictional stereotypes regarding car dealers are true of IRA Lexus. These guys have terrible customer service. After some arm twisting and multiple emails and phone calls I was able to negotiate the price I wanted for a used RX 400h. There was another dealer who I was talking to who had almost the same vehicle and only slightly more expensive with fewer miles, I wish I would have gone with them instead because the hassle at IRA is not worth it when you have so many choices for car buying. When I went to pick up the vehicle, which they said would be ready, after signing paperwork I was informed that I could not take the vehicle until they received the funds from my loan. This was in spite of having told them well in advance that I would be financing through USAA. They indicated that this was no problem, they deal with USAA frequently, etc, etc. I even provided them the forms ahead of time. I have used USAA to buy my vehicles for many years and NEVER had a dealer say they would not let me take the vehicle when presented with the bank draft from USAA Federal Savings Bank. A massive financial institution. The chances of them not getting paid were zero. Utterly outrageous.Moving along, I contacted USAA and found out that IRA never even faxed over required paperwork until the next day, then even though they had full confirmation over the phone from USAA directly that the loan was valid and the funds were being dispersed, they still would not let me take the vehicle. I had been re-arranging my schedule, driving an hour to the dealership, etc, etc... and these clowns just don't get it. Everyone at USAA who I spoke to was incredulous and said they had never heard of major car dealer acting this way. As I said, I've bought multiple vehicles using this same process at dealers big and small and NEVER had an issue until now. Nobody has ever questioned whether USAA was really going to send the money for the loan.Funny thing too... they tried to say on the day that I first was to pick up the car that if I would be willing to finance through them instead then I could have taken the vehicle right away. NO THANKS. I'm not going to let this company make even more profit by going through their own financing after they have acted this way.Unfortunately, I already signed paperwork so it was too late to go take the other deal from the other dealership. It seems likely that this is probably part of a shady scheme to get people to finance through the dealer instead of on their own. It is probably illegal but I am not a lawyer. In the best case, even if it is legal it is a blatant attempt to circumvent various consumer protection laws and it SHOULD be illegal. Eventually I got my car two days later, but not before their finance people screwed it up in just about every way possible. They could have gotten an electronic direct deposit but they neglected to fill in the necessary information on the draft which was faxed over and instead asked for a check to be mailed from the bank, then they didn't provide a FedEx account number when it was requested, but fortunately USAA was kind enough to pick up the tab and send it priority overnight before the deadline for noon delivery the next day. With a less accommodating bank, I may have faced further delays because of these shenanigans. My advice is to NEVER set foot in this dealership. Ever. In fact IRA is part of a large conglomerate called Group 1 Automotive, and I would probably tend to avoid any dealership who is part of this group from this point forward, though I can't say for sure if this nonsense is part of corporate policy, or if IRA Danvers is just a bunch of clowns giving everyone else a bad name. I've never experienced such a hassle when buying a car, ever.If you are feeling brave and still want to check them out... BEWARE, and don't say I didn't warn you.I do feel bad about listing the two sales guys, Gene Porzio, and Lenny Goldwasser whom I primarily dealt with, because I cannot be sure if any of this was really their fault, or if they would have faced discipline for not following a certain "script" laid out by corporate. I know that being a car salesman is a very hard job, but this experience was so egregious, that I just had to say something. The sales people seemed like OK guys and I'd probably give them a second chance if I ever met them again in a different dealership. I think they tried their best under the circumstances.

Probably the easiest car purchase I have made in the last 20 years. I told my salesperson , Elliot Honig , what car I wanted ,color ,equipment and model. Although it was not at the dealership the management team was able to locate my choice and secure it for me. I made the deal I wanted signed the paperwork and picked up my new Es 350 a couple of days later as promised. Elliot Honig And Dan Kaboub and Willy Moy made it a very easy transaction for me and going through the finance office with Jose was just as pleasant.

WOW what and experience. I have to say I was very very nervous gin got Ira Lexus. I went on a weekend when my boyfriend was unavailable and I never thought that buying a car as a young woman alone in a car dealership would be so easy and enjoyable. From start to finish Elliot was professional, warm, knowledgeable and understanding. At no point in time did I ever feel pressured or uncomfortable working with him while buying this car. He was not pushy nor was he dishonest or deceitful in anyway about the transaction. I felt the entire time as if he was an old friend HELPING me to make the best decision rather than steering me in one direction or another. I truly appreciate all of the time and energy Elliot put into selling me my new vehicle. I could not be happier with the car or the service received. The cliff notes version; dishonest and unprofessional. Pay extra if you have to and avoid the run-around. While shopping around for a new Lexus, I received a very nice call from Mike Fuller. He asked what he could do to earn my business. I explained that I live out of state and just received a good offer on a new 2013 ES/luxury pack. w/nav, for it to be worth the drive and hassle of the drive Ira would have to come in a lot lower that my current offer. They did, $1,700 lower than my other quote, he just had to get it approved by a manager, we talked about colors next, either the black or the grey, "no problem, call me tomorrow" I called the next day, Mike's answering machine says it's Tues. but today's really Wednesday so I called and asked to speak to a manger wondering if he had brought it up. Nope no mention, "but let me look in the computer", yeah it's here, no problem, the manager Johnny actually cuts the price another $500. An hour later I get a call saying they only have the car in champagne or light blue. I told him if that's the case I'll just get the car here in New York. The next day Mike Fuller calls and asks me if he can get me the Nebula Grey with black interior by the weekend do we have a deal, I say of course and put down a deposit. Call Mike during the week to check on things he tells me to sit back and relax they'll take care of everything. Thursday rolls around my wife, daughter and myself get ready to take the trip to go get the car. No word from Mike so I send an e-mail. Later Thursday night I receive an e-mail saying cars not here don't bother coming this weekend, don't worry it'll be here by Sunday. Go through the week, rent a car, pack up Thurs after talking to Mike telling me car will be here. Friday morning call Mike, it's his day off. He calls back later, no car. Long story short, I got the run around going on three weeks now on a car nobody can tell me where it is. Spoke to everyone, mangers, sales, corporate and nobody can give a good answer. Ask for the deposit back and once again get the run around. Finally after talking to corporate get an answer that the car may have been damaged in transit and the managers been searching for another car. Never called to tell me or ask if I was flexible on any of the options or color making it easier to find me a car. All this could have been avoided by a quick phone call and some professionalism, instead you get the sleazy used car salesman mentality up and down the line. I'd rather pay the extra and deal with professionals.

Between me and my husband, we have bought 6 cars plus dealt with more than 15 car dealerships from Danvers to Boston to Nashua. My February 2013 purchase at Ira Lexus in Danvers was by far one of our best experiences in finding a car! General Manager Willy Moy and Sales Consultant Bert Rivas were great. Even though another couple bought a beautiful hybrid RX 450 SUV on the showroom floor that I wanted, the GM was able to find me the same model with even more upgraded features for a fabulous price within my range. They told me about some great sales incentives, so I received a car that was far better than the one I priced on Edmunds and Cars-dot-com, yet priced in my range! I had priced out pretty much a basic RX 450h online, but I walked away with a top-of-the-line RX 450h SUV at about the same price as my bottom-of-the-line one! Sales Consultant Bert was very thorough, knowledgeable and professional. I feel he went to bat for me to get the GM to give me a really good price. Even Gil, another Sales Consultant who lost out on the deal with me to Bert due to scheduling conflicts, was genuinely gracious and friendly. After taking delivery of my new car, I met with Breno Annes, a tech specialist who was great at explaining all the fancy computer gizmos in the car. He even set up my smartphone to work with the car's Bluetooth. Very thorough! I will definitely recommend Ira Lexus to friends and neighbors!

This is a sales and service review. I originally bought an 2007 LS and had a good experience. Last week I traded in my 07 LS for new 2012. I was dealt with very failry (Michael Fuller in sales) and felt I negotiated a very fair price as well as got good value for the trade. What makes this is a 5 star review in my eyes however is the service and follow up. I picked up the car on a friday and had to return to the dealership Monday to pick up the new registration and sticker. When I went into the dealership they noticed a large screw logged in the front right tire. Even though they were not responsible (and the tire wasn't covered), they stepped up and replaced the tire for free. I had my last LS serviced by IRA and was really pleased with the speed, quality and ease of getting loaner cars. After stepping up to replace the tire on my new LS, it's clear they understand and appreciate customer loyalty. I look forward to having my new LS serviced there and hopefully be another repeat customer the next time I need a new car.

Had a great sales experience at Ira Lexus Danvers .Living in NH shopping for cars on the internet in other states is the only way to get a good selection to consider,especially when you seeking a low miles clean car that has not been through the car auctions and several dealers. I found a Lexus GX CPO on their site and called to ask several questions before I made the 2hr ride down. Mark Driscoll called me back and noted all my questions about the GX and he emailed me answers to shortly after.A couple days later I took a ride down and met Mark who was able to show me/and let me test drive the GX I inquired about (which he had right up front and ready when I arrived) as well as another one to compare.He was very knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions.Patient,not pushy and very easy going. After deciding on the GX I liked the best we met Mike Benoit and negotiated a fair price for both of us.I have purchased a number of cars for myself and other who ask me to come along and negotiate for them.I must say I have never had such a fun and laugh filled time getting a good deal with Mike and Mark.I had financing lined up with a great rate from my bank but after meeting with Jose Siliva he was able to get me a even better rate-.9 that I could not say no to and was very pleased with.The best part,due to my NH residency was that they,Ira delivered the car to me the next week,almost a 2 hr ride Mark and Sandy met me at my town hall and had me in my new to me GX that looked great,even after the drive.Would certainly recommend Ira Lexus,Mark Driscoll,Mike,Jose and Sandy to anyone in the market for a Lexus.

Went to have a check engine light problem resolved. Received a call the next day that he had bad news for me and that the next step in the repair process was to have the complete exhaust system replaced at acost of $5600.00 because of exhaust leaks. Strange i could'nt hear any exhaust noise. It turns out that my vehicle had a ground problem that was the cause of the fault. I also discovered that when it comes to emission problems the IRA lexus is not an approved emmisions repair sevice center. Which makes me feel like I paid for a worthless diagnosis and the repair price was inflated in order to avoid fixing the real problem.

We (I and my wife) had a very bad and unpleasant experience at Ira lexus of Danvers. I was looking for a pre-owned Lexus LS430 and the lexus dealership near our house didnt have any in stock. The Ira Lexus in Danvers had one 2006 LS430 listed on their website for more than a month. Before driving there I called the customer service of Ira Lexus for an appointment as it is about 2 hours drive from our place. The lady on phone was nice and friendly. She gave an appointment for Saturday 1PM and a confirmation number which was supposed to be given to the attendant when we reached there. Before we started I again got a call from the same lady and I confirmed that we were coming. While we were on the way I got another call from some sales guy to make sure that we were on our way. I again confirmed that we are mid way and will be there in an hour. I asked him if anyone else was also coming to see the car and he confirmed that no one else was coming. When we reached there I gave the confirmation number to the gentleman who attended us. We were seated in a cube and 10 minutes later the sales person comes and tells us that the LS430 for which I had taken the appointment has been sold in morning. We were surprised to hear that as it was available about an hour ago when we got the call from dealership. When we showed our disappointment the sales guy asks us to wait while he checks something with his manager. In about 15 minutes he comes with a smile on his face and says that the car is still available. After the test drive the sales guy asks us if we like the car and if we are interested to buy it. I said, yes we like the car. Then he goes inside to discuss something with his manager and comes back and tells us that the car has been sold to someone else at wholesale price. However if we were interested to buy it then we can make a deposit and if the other person/dealership doesnt want it for some reason then I will have option to buy it. If the other dealership/person takes it then they will refund my deposit. We were really shocked to see this kind of response and such a bad customer service. Did not expect this kind of behavior from a franchised Lexus dealership.

My experience with Ira Lexus and Steve Pugatch was nothing less than exceptional. I will start off by saying that as a young woman, I was somewhat intimidated to step foot into a car dealership alone- weary of the stereotypical, high pressure salesmen I might encounter.However, that was far from the experience I had at Ira Lexus. Steve is a true gentleman- professional, respectful, honest, knowledgeable, and personable. He took me on a test drive of the 2012 IS250 and took the time to go over all the specifications of the vehicle and to answer all of my questions. I was up front that I was not ready to buy today as I still wanted to test drive the Mercedes C300, and that I would like to have my father accompany me at the signing. Steve did not pressure me whatsoever, he encouraged me to test drive the Mercedes and told me he looked forward to meeting with me and my father so that he could go over everything with him as well. After test driving the C300 I had a difficult decision to make (especially since I was coming from owning a Mercedes) because I did like both cars. However, it was my positive experience at Ira Lexus that helped me to make my decision, I knew that I would be in good hands at Ira. Having made my decision, Steve did everything possible to ensure I got the *exact* car I was looking for-within my budget- and with no hassle. I got an incredible deal, both on my trade in (which was more than Mercedes had offered me) as well as on the sale price of my new vehicle, without having to haggle or negotiate back and forth. Jose DaSilva took care of the financing for me and my experience with hiw was equally as positive. Steve was extremely thorough when delivering my car to me- he made sure my vanity plates were transferred to my new vehicle and he went over every button and feature in the car, even setting my radio stations and programming the bluetooth on my phone. Oh, and did I mention he delivered the car to me with a big red bow? Absolutely impeccable customer service- I am highly impressed with Steve Pugatch and the rest of the staff at Ira Lexus. It was truly a pleasure doing business with them. And this should go without saying, but I love my 2012 IS250!

I was very pleased with my entire experience at Ira Lexus. I found the salesperson (Breno) to be extremely responsive to my needs and incredibly timely with all communication. The manager (Danny) was refreshingly straightforward and avoided gamesmanship. I started at another Lexus dealership much closer to my house and fully intended to purchase the car at that dealership, however, the folks at Ira Lexus made me quickly reconsider. A great experience and a great car!

I am thoroughly enjoying my new Lexus!!! Rick is a very likeable gentleman, listens to what you want, is not pushy, extremely knowledgeable, exactly the kind of sales consultant you want to have. My duaghter's car had a oil leak that needed extensive time to fix. Thankfully, we had an extended warranty that covered the cost of all those hours of labor! My service advisor was Ben Perry, and he could not have been any more polite and helpful. I can't imagine having a better experience. These are true gentlemen. I'v heard and experinced that women are not taken seriuosly at car dealerships and that you should always bring a man with you. Well, for me it was different at Ira Lexus of Danvers.They treated me and my money with respect. Any questions I asked were answered promptly and directly, not with the mushy, not so honest answers I had received at other dealerships. I am particular about what I want and they made sure I was happy at every turn. My car was pristine when I picked it up and Victor sat in the car with me and explained every button and lever and how to use them! I drove away very comfortable and content having spent my money there. I will buy my next Lexus there and have recommended them to my friends and family. If you're buying a car, you want to get it from them!

I was completely satisfied with my experience at Ira Lexus, I was warmly greeted by Victor on arrival at the dealership. He is an exceptional sales agent with a fantastic knowledge regarding the merchandise on the lot. I was interested in a Lexus 350 RX and was very specific in my requirements. I was somewhat specific with what I was looking for in terms of milelage, colors, options and most of all, the condition of the exterior. I purchased a 2011 RX350. The salesman was good, and we left satisfied. The service at Ira Lexus, however, leaves much to be desired. The entire service team is unpolished, unprofessional, sloppy and unfriendly. My service manager didn't even bother to introduce himself to me; no one could find my car after the after market options were installed; I returned for an oil change and couldn't believe how the salespeople talk in front of customers waiting for their vehicles. Communication amongst the service team appears to be completely disorganized. I definitely expect a level of service commensurate with the vehicle, and this is not the case. Come on, Ira. A fish rots from the head down. Get it together.

My Wife and I were interested in purchasing a new Lexus. Our initial contact was on the Internet. Mr Nic Mastrangeo from Ira Lexus responded promptly with an email and a phone call. A price quote was given both verbally and with a hard copy in an email. The quote from Ira was a far better price than we received from four other dealerships. We set up an appointment to see the car the following day. When we entered the show room we were introduced to Mr. Kaboub and Mr. Kaplan. The atmosphere was very professional and friendly. Mr. Kaplan showed us the vehicle that we were interested in. He showed all the features from one end to the other and under the hood as well. Then he explained the and warranty. We purchased the car. We are happy to recommend Ira Lexus to anyone who is interested in buying a vehicle.

I was looking for an used 2008 Lexus ES350, visited all Lexus dealers in Mass except Ira though Ira was the closest to my place :-). Finally, made a visit to the dealer and got a very friendly and nice reception there. Steve was assigned to show me the car I was interested in and he explained all features of the car. He took me for a test drive, I was impressed with the car as well as the dealer. And to make it better, they gave the car for the price I wanted :-). Steve also ensured that all the papers are in place for registration and he even delivered the car to my home. All in all, a very nice and hassle free car shopping experience for me. We went to many Lexus dealerships in both ME and NH and felt very pressured with the sales departments when searching for a pre-owned vehicle. In one circumstance, we actually had two sales consultants "argue" in front of us as to who would work with us. Our overall experience with Steven Tam was very positive in that he was not ovewhelming with facts and details but rather answered questions that were proposed to him. He would often validate our feelings instead of trying to change our minds which I found to be very respectful as a conumer. Steven had great product knowledge and was able to provide us with whatever information that we requested (ie: car facts, etc). We had visted other dealerships and were familar with all the "bells and whistles" of the Lexus and again, Steven did not try to sell us on these features but rather stepped back and let us dialogue about our needs. In regards to the selling price, Steven was respectful and took our initial offer that was significantly low, to his General Manager for acceptance or refusal. He actually did this three to four times before we agreed to a price. We rated the price as GOOD because it was a bit higher than what we had wanted to pay initially but Steven did compensate us with new floor mats, cargo mat and net for the back, and body work repair to a scratch on the vehicle. Because Steven was willing to add these extras, a deal was made and we have no regrets. Thanks to Steven, our car shopping experience was a positive one!

I live in Chicago and no Lexus dealer in our area was able to locate the specific car with the color combination I wanted. Ira Lexus had a car available and even though they are located in Boston, MA both Elliot Honig and Tom Blanchette worked with us to ensure that we were within our budget along with securing financing and paperwork outside what would be needed for an in-state sale. We flew to Boston to pick up the car and to visit a part of the country we had never seen and were so pleasantly surprised with the ease of the transaction. All the paperwork was done beforehand so all we needed to do was sign a few things and then go over the car and its features and we were on our way. I decided to lease my latest vehicle from IRA Lexus. This is my third lease through IRA Lexus. I wanted to move from an ES350 to an RX. I continue to lease my vehicles through IRA for a number of reasons but most importantly because of the friendly and knowledgeable staff. I worked with Elliot Honig for my last lease in 2008 and went directly back to Mr. Honig because he is such a pleasure to work with. He provided me with all of my options and assisted me in getting into exactly the vehicle I wanted without sacrafice. I felt no pressure and took up a great deal of time over three days to ensure that I was making the right decision. Not once did I feel uncomfortable. Everyone from reception to service to sales to finance was extremely helpful and most importantly friendly. I did my research prior to coming in to discuss my next lease and found that Elliot and IRA are straight forward, no nonsense, which I very much appreciated. I did not feel that I was being cheated in any way. I highly recommend Mr. Honig and IRA Lexus. I have been a loyal customer for 6 years and am looking forward to the next three years and beyond.

I usually do not write reviews but I felt that I had to after the exceptional service that I received from Teresa Mullen at Ira Lexus.(back in September) I was in the middle of one of the worst days that I had ever had and the last thing I was looking forward to was bringing my Lexus GS in for service. As soon as I walked in the door I was met by Teresa and she could tell that I was having a bad day. She quickly brightened my outlook with her friendly greeting and things only got better from there. The only thing more impressive than her overall attitude was her outstanding knowledge of your product. I will admit that I consider myself a bit of an old-timer and was apprehensive about having a woman talk to me about servicing my car. Not only did Miss. Mullen answer every question that I had she got me on my way in a much shorter time than I expected. I was so impressed with her that I convinced two of my friends to buy from Ira Lexus. In this day and age of so many choices once I delt with Teresa Mullen the choice was simple. I will not bring my Lexus ANYWHERE else!!!!!! She is a true asset to Ira.

Teresa Mullen is a very, very, very poor representation of the quality and excellence that I believe your dealership prides itself on. I have never had such an unpleasant experience getting my car serviced as I did in dealing with Teresa Mullen. She has the most unprofessional attitude I have ever dealt with at Ira. She was very sarcastic about answering questions and even quick tempered and impatient with some of my concerns about the work being done, I felt like I was getting royally ripped off and I have never experienced this treatment at anytime by any other employee, not my salesman, finance manager all top notch. I have been a customer for several years and I believe she is fairly new so in the future I will avoid her and insist on dealing with a more pleasant, knowledgeable employee. In speaking with friends who also patronize Ira Lexus I have heard the same concerns. Maybe a word from the management on how to treat a paying customer may be helpful. I will give your service department another try, but steer clear of Teresa. If all else fails I will be using Herb Chambers.

Was at the beginning of my car search and was interested in a few different Lexus models. I told the sales team the models I was interested in and it was like they did not hear me. I was asked the same questions over and over. I explained to them that there was no way I was going to make a deal right there at the dealership. They also disregarded this information and proceeded to make fools out of themselves. The manager came in to "close the deal" and started to be-little me after I explained that I did not come there that day to make a deal (my first and only time visiting). These were the type of car salesmen I was hoping to avoid throughout my buying. If you want to hear cheesy, aggressive lines and talk to robots, then have fun with your sales experience at Ira Danverse. They do have some decent prices, but so does their competition. If you want normal sales guys I'd recommend Lexus of Watertown.

I was in the market to get a 2010 Lexus GS 350 after I was having issues with my 2009 Acura TL. I visited their website to get a guage on what my rather new TL with only 5000 miles that I paid $40,000 for new would fetch. When I clicked their trade-in value evaluator I was taken to NADA's website and rather surprised they gave me a value of $33,500 as a trade-in. Fair right? Well I talked to Danny the sales manager today and he tells me that the auction price evaluator they have spits out $27,000 for my TL. This is a 2009 Acura TL with All Wheel Drive and technology package that has a MSRP of $43,000. To me this is deception. Why put up a trade-in evaluator on the web site when in "reality" they use an auction evaluator at the dealership!! How do they offer $27,000 as a trade-in for a car which is one year old and only has 5,000 miles, yes five thousand miles!! I was disgusted and will never do business with this dealership EVER. Emptor Caveat!

I have leased several cars from Elliot Honig at IRA Lexus. He is the most honest and knowledgable sales man I have ever dealt with. He knows I tend to get new car fever (often) and is always willing to work with me and accomodate my many requests (I am VERY picky). He knows my color and option choices and always makes sure the car I want is available. If not, he goes the extra mile to find the car I am looking for. I highly recommend Elliot. My family and I always purchase our cars from him and IRA Lexus. I wouldn't work with anyone else.

We recently purchased our fifth Lexus from IRA Lexus and this was our fourth RX. Both my husband and I are currently driving a RX. This is also the fourth time that Eliot Honig was our salesman. I couldn't have asked for a better person to help with this purchase. Eliot just knows what we are looking for, sometimes before we know. Next time we purchase a new car we will be going back to IRA. I highly recommend IRA and have sent family members there when they wanted to purchase a Lexus.

THis was one of many visits to car dealerships in the last weeks. I most say that the atmosphere and tone were quite different. Elliot was great, informed courteous professional. Indeed he represented what he called the Lexus philosophy of elegance and class. Not only did he sell a car but he also sold the lexus experience of buying a car.As usual we had to deal with the sales manager (his last name escapes me) to narrow down the price. Eventually we got close enough,,,a bit higher than other dealers but with a sense of respect and class that made you willing to spend a little more and not deal with the aggressive and disrespectful attitude at other dealerships. I must say that given the fact that Ira is quite far from my place of work or residence they understood that they most likely would not get any of the service business but they still continued to work hard to earn my business. I am glad to have met Elliot and his coworkers and if I need to purchase a Lexus again in the future I will return to this excellent dealershipThanks IRA, Elliot and all the other great Staff

I rarely take the time to go on-line to write reviews, and never thought I would do so for a car purchase. But my experience with my salesman, John Ponce, was so far beyond my expectations that I just had to share it with those out there who, like myself, dread car shopping. John was honest, friendly, professional and caring from beginning to end. He did everything he could possibly do to make sure my experience was not a stressful one. The fact that I walked out with a gorgeous Lexus Rx at a very fair price was the icing on the cake. The manager was superb as well. As a woman, I was also very impressed with John's care to not talk down to me. He answered my questions and made the buying experience fun! I would not hesitate to purchase from Ira Lexus again, and would absolutely go straight to John Ponce and would absolutely refer him to my friends and family.

We recently leased a Lexus RX350 from Elliot at Ira. I have to say Elliot was WONDERFUL, HELPFUL,RESPECTFUL and so VERY KIND. Elliot was nothing but HONEST with us, there was not one question that he couldn't answer. The color we wanted was gone, but he showed a color he knew we would like just as much, but never thought of it. Sure enough when the truck arrived...we loved it!Elliot was such a GEM to us, never once was he pushy, he kept our best interest as his top priority and made the whole process comfortable and easy. We will definatley refer family and friends to him and look forward to doing repeat business with him. Irs Lexus is very LUCKY to have Elliot Honig on their staff! Thank You Elliot for everything! This is our second Lexus purchase; the first was from this dealership so at first it made sense to go back.We (husband and wife) elderly always do our research before such a purchase. We knew exactly what we wanted in a car and new what it should cost as well as the current finance rates and costs.After a brief meeting we where quoted on a new Lexus RX 350 -10 was a ridicules high price and we had to sign right now today to get this offerKnowing where this price should fall we said no, at this point the PRESSURE started. He (rick the salesman) came back with his new manager, and long story on how great he is and we given another price for a different car.Before we knew it we where literately forced into test-driving a car we did want, wrong color, wrong options wrong everything. They did this to get us out of the building for a bit so they good get together while we where gone and attack us when we got back... yes attack us.When we got back we again said NO, never ever giving thought to go to another Lexus dealer. We would have settled for the new Cadillac crossover which we already had pricing on (so much lower in price then their offers.They did come down in price and place us where we wanted to be, but not in the color we wanted.We both felt like we had enough of this high pressure and high cost. When leaving I gave instructions to only email me if anything changed, this was on a Saturday. Over a two-day period this salesman Rick called our home and cell 18 times. Each call he became angrier that we did not by his car, the one that he picked. On Monday his disturbing behavior troubled us and this forced us to anther Lexus dealer. IRA did lower there price to a more reasonable figure but the damage was done.On Tuesday while at another Lexus dealer and talking to a staff member and salesman we documented 9 more calls to our phone, if I did not pick-up he (Rick) would call right back, if I did not pick-up he would call right back and finally leave a forceful voice message.A total of 27 calls where made to our phones in a 4 day time frame. This is all documented and witnessed by others. For my wife and I at my age we see this as a severe form of harassment. Finally on Wednesday he called again telling us he has one car left for us, can you imagine a big dealership like that having only one car.At this point he was told we have purchased the RX 350 we wanted at another dealership. He got very angry and had nothing but criticism for our choice. I (we) am in the position to purchase a new vehicle every two or three years, all luxury models. This abuse from IRA and their tag team of robots will be remembered as criminals and shared to all we know. Remember we did go there to buy, moving from a 2008 Lexus RX 350 to a 2010 Lexus RX 350. My wife who works for a law firm is putting together a complaint of harassment in will file this the begging of next week. One complaint against the dealer and another complaint against the salesman. This should help in making sure they treat all ages equally Stay away from IRA Lexus in Danvers. If not, at least find another dealer and compare people, environment, number of cars and the company, even if you have to travel an hour away.As for the purchase from another dealer, it was perfect. The wife got what she wanted and a few extra options at a better price. Not only that but we where made to feel comfortable and NO ONE sold us anything. They just provided us with what we wanted at a fair price and treated us like family. I don't believe it is fair to mentioned who we went with but you can look for other dealers to find other posts.

Buying a Lexus is something I have been wanting for a long time. When I walked into IRA Lexus in Danvers, Danny told me I would be leaving with a Lexus. He introduced me to Ted Poulos and from there we worked out a great deal. They made it so easy and I am now in my new SUV. They lacked the pushiness of a car salesman and worked with me until I felt comfortable signing on the dotted line. I will recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Lexus.

I have always wanted a Lexus and because of the exceptional service I recieved at Ira Lexus, I now am a proud Lexus owner. I was treated with the upmost respect and courtesy by all the men I worked with at Ira Lexus in Danvers. I never felt rushed or pressured by them but felt like they tried to get to know me, seeing what I really wanted. After meeting with Bert Rivas then Danny Kaboub on my first day there, I decided to wait on the used Lexus. However, I was so impressed with them I went back a week later and was welcomed by a smiling Danny Kaboub who sold me a brand new IS 250. Not only did I get a great deal but I made some friends in the process! I've never been happier owning a car and feel confident my experience in the future with them will be a pleasure. We got a great price that they encouraged us to call any other Lexus dealer in the country to see if they would sell a car to us for less. Others did not come close to the IRA price. The sales team was very friendly with no pressure. The car was at their other franchise abd they will deliver the car to us here in Maine on Thursday.

It was time to lease a new car. I first went to my previous dealer, Lexus of Watertown, but after they rescinded on their original offer to me, I decided it was time to look elsewhere. Despite the fact that Danvers is significantly further from my home, I drove to IRA Lexus in Danvers and couldn't believe the difference in the level of professionalism! Not only were the people at Danvers friendly, extrememly knowledgeable about the product and straight shooters, they gave me an excellent deal, because they felt so badly about my experience at the Watert own dealership and wanted me to have an excellent Lexus experience. As a business owner, I totally appreciated how they handled the total experience.

The reason for this review is to offer an appraisal of my recent experience with their team members for the purchase of a 2009 Lexus GX 470. Firstly, I had just left Herb Chambers Lexus in Sharon where I spent 3 hours of back-and-forth dealing between the salesman and invisible higher-ups that would not come-out to directly speak with me or even introduce themselves. So, that encounter was still fresh. Upon arrival at Ira Lexus of Danvers, however, I met everyone involved...no hidden managers. Moreover, they were fast: they got an immediate appraisal on my Toyota trade-in, and it was higher than Herb Chambers Lexus which low-balled me $3,000 below the official Kelley Blue Book value for my RAV-4. My sales consultant Mr. Ponce did not run back and forth--he was fair, and I appreciated that...no low-balling for this customer.The sales manager, Mike Akroyd, was equally FAIR, HONEST, PROFESSIONAL & FRIENDLY as Mr. Ponce! He would visit us every 10 minutes with a broad smile and ask me, "Is everything going o.k...do you have any additional questions, Dr. Vautrot?" After I agreed to purchase the GX 470, I met with their financial manager, Steve Frisone, who is a super guy, as well. I felt so lucky to have 3 professional and friendly staff encounters in a row! He did not haggle me or twist my arm for extended warranties or other types of plans that I was not interested in adding on to the standard, excellent coverage that comes with a Lexus. Each time that I politely declined, he did not question it or try again with any type of fancy, over-your-head financial talk. So, this process, too, was quick and efficient!In addition, their original price was very, very competitive: not only did they give it to me in writing (which Herb Chambers did not), they stuck to it. So, when I arrived, there were no remarks like "Oh, by the way, I forgot that such-and-such was installed, so that will cost you extra..." Nope. Ira Lexus of Danvers: they stick by their word. No funny business. No hassle. No haggle. And very time efficient. I am a physician & time is limited with my two practices. They respected that.I feel that they appreciate & respect their customers' needs quite nicely. I also had an opportunity to observe other customers walking around in their showroom: all seemed that they were also having a pleasant, rather than stressful, buying experience.Ira Lexus of Danvers is a dealership that I would personally recommend to my friends and colleagues. I reside in Taunton, MA, which is FAR from the Lexus dealership in Danvers (60 miles, 1.5 hour drive); BUT, I am willing to make that voyage when necessary just because of the type of staff (FAIR, HONEST, PROFESSIONAL & FRIENDLY) and the atmosphere (PLEASANT, RELAXED).Victor J. I have just purchased my third Lexus RX from Ira Lexus and Elliot has been my salesman for all of these purchases. He is honest, upfront with all his information and a pleasure to work with. I continue to return to IRA because of the great service, both in the sales department and the car service area. Your car is always ready when they say it will be. IRA also has a wonderful loaner service so I never have to wait for my car while it is in for service.

This was about a smooth purchase process I have experienced in the 5 new vehicles I have purchased in my lifetime. I communicated with Blanca initially through email. She quoted a price to me immediately without any hassle of telling me I need to come in first. The quote was very competitive. When I asked what the total walk out cost including tax and licensing she again gave me an immediate answer. I did this with several other dealerships and I did visit 3 of them. This was the only dealer when I arrived did not change the number from what was quoted. Actually, it turned out to be 1 dollar more then originally quoted which I was okay with. I know with perhaps some dealing I may have saved a little with them or elsewhere but the price was below what I had budgeted for myself and their responses to all my requests were immediate which I cannot say of other dealerships who I found to be more vague and quite frankly, less honest. Mike Ackroyd was extremely friendly and more then willing to provide optimum customer service along with John Ponce who stayed true to the course of what had been discussed prior to my arrival.

I spoke with Todd Irving over the phone to get some particulars on the vehicle my wife was looking to purchase, an IS 250AWD. Todd was professional and provided the information on a timely basis. Todd was not pushy at all. Todd was great!!!! When my wife and I got to the dealership, the car that Todd and I had discussed was waiting for my wife, right in front. By the way, when we got there, it was in the middle of a snow storm. The numbers that Todd and I had discussed over the phone, were the final numbers. There were no hidden fees at all..Everything was as Todd said it would be. My wife wanted to test drive the vehicle and Elliot Honig had taken both my wife and I on a test drive. Elliot was thoroughly knowledgable about this vehicle and he could not have been any nicer. I have purchased many cars in the past and I can honestly say, this was the BEST experience I have ever had regarding the purchase of a new vehicle. When my wife went up to pick up her new car, Todd & Elliot had pulled her new car into the showroom so they could go through a final walk through with her before she drove off. They were great.Todd & Elliot deserve a great deal of credit for a job WELL DONE!!!Both Todd & Elliot made this car purchase something both Betsy and I will never forget.Great job Todd & Elliot!!!! This was my first car lease experience. I had looked around at other car dealerships such as BMW, Acura and other Lexus dealerships. I test drove an ES and loved it but I was very nervous making the final decision on what make car I wanted to buy. I looked around at other car dealers,specifically Acura and Honda.But I decided to go back to Ira Lexus before I went back a second time to any one else.Back at Ira, Hans and Stephen helped me through my decision with a no pressure, gentle, courteous approach. Then sales manager Danny Kaboub gave me a great price on a 2009 ES. There was no need on my part to make a counter-offer. He put me in my dream car. And I've been happy ever since. I love my car and I have no regrets or second thoughts about buying it. Nor do I have any regrets or second thoughts about buying my car at Ira Lexus in Danvers. It has been a long time since I purchased a new car and was pleasantly surprised at the energetic and friendly welcome I received at Ira Lexus in Danvers. I was given prompt, courteous attention and informative answers to my questions. What I really liked was a lack of sales pressure. When I indicated, at my first visit, that I wasn't ready to make a deal yet, that was the end of the discussion on that point. Cleiton Silva, my sales consultant, was respectful of the process going forward on my terms, and was always accessible by phone or email to answer questions or forward me requested materials. He was a pleasure to deal with. When, in the flurry of the sale, I forgot to include a cargo mat in the final configuration, he worked his "magic", several days later, to give me a well-below dealer cost for it.Dan Kaboub was equally polite and welcoming. He quoted me prices on two cars, very good prices, and without any follow-up pressure to buy. When I became convinced of the car I wanted, the deal was made very quickly and was more than fair. As can happen, I had a concern about an item price after the deal had been drawn up. Dan did not hesitate to rip it up and draw up a new agreement. His words were: "We want you to be happy with this deal, because we value adding you as our customer". They no doubt have the big picture in mind.All in all, my experience was first-rate.

I retired from my corporation 7/1/08 with the desire to buy a new Lexus ES350. After shopping many Lexus dealerships, I settled on Ira Lexus of Danvers for a number of reasons. First, it was the salesman I dealt with. Arthur Kaplan is a true professional who knows his business and LISTENS to what the customer wants and needs. Second, it was the business environment I was exposed to from sales to service, pleasant and cooperative. Finally the price was extremely competitive for what I wanted in the car. I would highly recommend this dealership and Arthur Kaplan as a representative of the dealership to purchase a new Lexus.

well first i have to say that before going to this dealer i went to two other dealerships. i went to watertown and herb brefore going to IRA. well this all started over the phone with Kevin McDonald, i talked to him for 2 day before going in the dealership. i told him everything that happen at lexus of watertown (worst place to go) and then i told him what i was looking for in a car and how much i was looking to pay for. he told me that what i said was very reasonable and it sounded do able. so i ended up going in a they told me the Kevin McDonald wasnt a sales person, and Stephanie Hoven could help. i was a little bummed but Stephanie Hoven was a great person to deal with, she didnt try to pressure us in buy anything else she asked us what we were looking for and i told her that ive already talked to Kevin, so she pulled up and the details that kevin left for a sales person. long story short, IRA lexus is the place to buy car and lexus of watertown is the worest because , IRA plays no trick and makes sure the costumer gets what he was looking for and they did that. we signed the papers that same day (11/2/05), and we were just thinking about going in a hopeing for a disappointment, but they proved me wrong. but i forget the manager was a great person to deal with .

I had a great experience at Ira lexus of Danvers. Brought my car in for repairs my mirrors were not working - they needed to order a new set of them.They called me when the new set was in gave me a loaner car to use for the day.( no time off from work) it was great. Came back later that day my car was ready (washed & cleaned). The service person that check my car in was very courtious.My experience at Iralexus (Danvers) from buying my car there along with service has been a very pleasant one. Thank you John Mullen

Car shopping is one of my least favorite things to do. Not many people like to. However at Ira Lexus of Danvers, they showed me that it's really not as bad as many people think - myself included. I was treated with the utmost respect and courtesy, and when I was with the employees, their focus was solely on me and how they could get me what I wanted. I had one employee go out of their way to check other areas to find the exterior and interior color that I liked. When I found that none of those were available, I had another employee actually bring other colored cars INTO the showroom so I could see different color schemes. He then continued to explain to me in depth how colors can really affect the look and feel of the car. I ended up with something I never thought I would see myself driving - a white exterior with a tan interior. I absolutely love it and wouldn't have chosen that if someone hadn't taken the time to work with me. In terms of price, I got one of the best deals around. The Finance Manager was willing to work with me and he did everything possible to get me just what I needed in my price range. Many times you think of Finance Managers pushing you to make a decision, but this man really did a wonderful job in letting me think everything through before making such a big commitment. He answered all of my questions very sincerely and his phrase was, "This is your decision. I just want you to be happy with your purchase." That made me feel really taken care of. The wonderful experience with Lexus didn't end when I picked up the car and drove off. I had someone call me to follow up on how I liked the car and to make sure I had made it home safely. To me, this says a lot about their customer service in that they stress the follow up piece of a sale, not just the actual deal. Overall, Ira Lexus of Danvers exceeded my expectations in customer service and I really don't think car buying is as bad as I once used to. I owe that to Ira Lexus of Danvers. Thank you!
