We purchased my husband and little ones dream car ..Challenger Hell cat…very much so a big ticket item. We had Tony and Sal as our Sales and finance team. Contract was explained in detail..car was immaculate when presented. Walked out very confident in our purchase. I definitely give J&S a 5++ star rating and will def be back when the lease is up on my car. Honestly wished we had found them sooner for my older ones purchase 4 months ago but we def will only come back to them on the future. Very accommodating, professional..personable establishment.

My family and I arrived at J&S auto last night about 5pm in the snow. Tony and the team had the vehicle that we were interested pulled up front cleaned and warm for us to test drive. Once we returned, we quickly worked through the details and were out the door by 6pm with a new car. Tremendous service, awesome personality and a true pleasure to work with. Would highly recommend J&S, Tony and Eli to anyone looking for a luxury car.

Lovely dealership. Great energy. Great assistance. Great vehicles. Gentleman who helped me was a great help to me. However, it would have been nice if he had acknowledged my girlfriend at all during the process considering she was the co-buyer.

This was and has been my best retail experience thus far for 2020. The level of attentiveness was just right. I wasn’t pestered. I wasn’t forgotten. Tony is very into his job of getting you a car. There was no “wasted time”, which made me feel as though my time is precious. I was introduced to Art by Tony after I made evident my serious intentions to get a car. Art immediately. Art is personable and humorous. His interactions reflect that he is someone of high character, a trait not commonly expected from a car salesman. My time in the dealership was about 40 minutes total. I spent about 20 minutes total on the phone. The thoughtfulness and professionalism was top notch. THESE ARE THE GUYS YOU WANT TO BUY A CAR FROM.

I was looking everywhere for a full size SUV. I finally found one here. Tony my salesman took care of me very well. We found a great vehicle and he walked me through the process of buying it. The finance team was very professional and we got all the paperwork done very quickly. They even stayed late the next night so I could pick it up after work. The selection here can't be beat. They have a huge selection of very clean cars.
