5 stars. Luis was an absolute pleasure to work with and I’m thrilled with our new Audi. Luis fought hard with management to make the requested deal parameters work. Anthony from finance also was great. Upon signing the paperwork we were given a hands on tutorial as to how to use the new technology in the car and customized the settings to our exact likings. They even offered to come to our home and program the integrated garage door opener! I cannot recommend this dealership more.

Excellent experience buying our new E-tron. The team at Jack Daniels never pressured us in any way to jump on any car. Start to finish we made a decision in over a month and we never felt rushed. Buying a car like this is no easy decision but we got what we wanted and the trade in on our existing car was in line with our expectations. It’s great to work with people who are passionate about the brand too. David Webster is as passionate about the Audi brand as we are so we had an excellent experience. Our next Audi will definitely come from Jack Daniels!

David Webster and team were the best staff I ever dealt with at dealership. David’s knowledge of the Audi brand was superb. They know how to make you feel welcome and they make sure you have a great experience. I wish i could do it all over again. I will definitely be directing business from NY to NJ. they are worth the drive. Kim is also the best sales manager ever !!!!! She is ALWAYS available. And I mean ALWAYS. I had done a apples to apples price comparisions on the audi q5 with all the dealers in my area and noticed that the Jack Daniels of Paramus had the most competetive prices so i head done there with my wife to look at their vehicles. I got there around lunch time, and Quincy was about to take his lunch when i showed up. He immediately attended to my questions and started to show me around the inventory there. I didn't see anything i liked the first time and i left my number and asked him to call me when new inventory comes in. A couple of days later i get a call and me and my wife head there. After looking at a few cars and test driving a few cars my wife falls in love with a 2014 black q5 with black interior. When doing all this we had our 2 year old with us, who at the time was crying, running around, making a mess, and doing all the things 2 year olds do. I have to give credit to the whole staff at Jack Daniels of Paramus with their patients and their help as we were purchasing our car with the little guy, expecially Quincy who is like a baby whisperer with how well he was able to deal with my son as we were doing our financing and getting our insurance binders. Also, i must say it really was no pressure when i was purchasing my car. No push for extra features or to more expensive vehicles. Quincy showed all the vechile options that were available and waited for me to decide on a vehicle. This was something that i was really happy about. Everything was easy going. I didn't feel pushed, after i decided on a car i asked to go inside and start the purchasing process. This is what made me feel comfortable about dealing with Quincy, i felt comfortable while looking for car with him, and confident in my purchase.Also i have to mention how happy i was with Terrance and Audi finacial. My credit was not that strong and have been offered 15 and 16 percent in the past. So when Terrance came back with a reasonable interest rate with payments under what i was expecting, i was pleasantly surprised. Terrence was a mircle worker with getting me financing.All in all i was totally satisfied with my experience at Jack Daniels Audi of Paramus. Price's were competitive, service was beyond fanominal, and process was realitively easy. If you're looking for an Audi don't waste time anywhere else and just go to them, you'll get the car you want at a competitive price, without the stress.

I have bought two Audis since 2001 at Jack Daniels and always had them serviced at Jack Daniels, so I feel like I have had a long-term relationship with the Paramus dealership. Over all these years I have had only consistently positive first-rate experiences from new car care and then maintenance to replacement with another new Audi. That history in itself should be understood as the highest compliment. The professionalism and car knowledge of the staff and the attention to detail are all first rate as well as the courteous and respectful treatment of the greeting staff. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership and it servicing staff as trustworthy and honest.

Here is how I drove home in a new Audi of my choice.One, if you are looking an Audi and are serious having checked around, go straight to this dealer and make sure Qunicey greets you. (You will hear about a guy name Solomon at some point in your endeavor and that proved to be a good thing since he is another piece of the chemistry that makes things happen without hesitation once you are in your Audi.) Two, you then can "Audi" yourself all you want for as long as you want, letting Quincey, fantastic cappuccino and his cars "Audify" you.Three, once you have seen, touched, and driven an Audi of your choice, present your numbers to Qunicey. Four, drive home in your Audi on a deal you won't regret. If you are not, either your numbers are off or you just don't want an Audi. Thanks guys !!!

People say you can't trust car salesman...they obviously never met Solomon Faizi. We leased an Audi Q5 three years ago and Solomon promised that he would take us out of the Audi early regardless of weather we leased another Audi. I didn't believe it at the time until my wife called him and explained we needed out of the Audi because we were looking into a minivan.Not only did Solomon keep his word and take us out of the Q5 but he worked tirelessly to help us get a good deal with his other dealership connections. I encourage anyone looking for a good deal and an honest salesman to go to Jack Daniels Audi of Paramus and see SOLOMON FAIZI.

I recently purchased a 2014 Audi from this dealership. The only reason I am writing this review is because of Imani Murray. Imani is the crown jewel of this dealership. He helped throughout the transaction and was great to work with. Imani solved a number of issues that would have otherwise turned me away from this transaction. However, this dealership even with a commensurate specialist like Imani has its own flaws: -Voicemail system is broken, it often goes in 'endless loop' forcing the consumer to jump from one option to another-Unhidden fees like documentation fees of $495 (really guys!!) and etching fees came up as surprises, although etching fees were not mandatory and I did not pay for it. -The 800 # of the co-owner does not work. An automatic call is triggered to the consumer after contact details are provided, this call is a pre-recorded voicemail from co-owner of Jack Daniels. This guys proudly leaves a direct 800 # to call back. However, this number when I dialed gave a message that "it is no longer in use". I thought this was really funny and I wonder if the co-owner is even aware of this scenario.

My husband and I recently purchased an Audi Q5 from Terry. I can not sing his praises more. Terry was extremely professional, kind, knowledgable... I could go on and on. He treated us with nothing but respect and made the process extremely easy. He made sure we knew every single thing we needed to know before making our decision. I can't say enough how well I was treated at jack daniels Audi in Paramus. Everybody there was on board to assist. Imani Murray was my salesperson and I could not ask for a more complete professional. Imani new the vehicle inside and out, did not pressure in any way, and had the answer for all my questions. He also asked the questions he needed and those I forgot to ask as I was too absorbed in the car. Imani gave me the time I needed to drive the car, absorb all the vehicle had to offer and a little time to let me catch my breath and gather my thoughts. Overall from the test drive through my purchase Imani was on top of things, never pressured, and with grace and professionalism handled me being late with everything he needed from me. Nobody in my search treated me as well as Imani. I will be back and will tell anybody who wants to listen to shop with him

Met Mario Santos at a car wash liked his car. He asked if I ever owned an Audi and I said no but was lookingg for a new car as I was trading in my Gran Turismo. He had me come in spent hours with me going over what I was looking for and all the possible cAudi cars I could get for what I was looking for. Jimmy was great! He personally took me for a test drive, showed me the service center & helped me get the best deal possible on my new Q3. The service I received from Quincey Holloway was outstanding! I did not feel rushed or pressured into purchasing a vehicle. He's patient, caring and listened to my needs. He explained the benefits of buying versus leasing, he took his time to show me some cars and was overall a huge help! He personally took me out for a test drive and explained everything that he knew about the car front and back. He even took the time to set up my Bluetooth! Maurice seemed like a nice guy BUT never called back when I tried I made an offer to buy one of their listed pre-owned cars. He promised to call back but 3 hours later had left. Salomon Faizi picked up my incoming call, boasted of being a manager and said that my offer seemed very reasonable but that I should wait 2 more days to hear back from Maurice. Salomon epitomized the worst of the "used car sales approach." He attitude was obnoxious and know-it-all. Customer service or rapport wasn't his goal. He had his script memorized and actually said that I should buy my used car in NJ not NY or CT because their roads were better. BMW and Mercedes are looking more attractive but I'll make sure to buy them in NJ where the roads are better- NOT!

My husband of course was on my case to start shopping around for a new car; his car lease was approaching expiration. We went to Mercedes and Audi (Upper Saddle River) to not only look but walk away with a new car and that simply was not happening given the poor deals they were offering. Frustrated after spending half of the day on that Saturday, my husband decided to go to Jack Daniels Audi Paramus alone. When he returned, he was driving a beautiful new Q3 and walked away with a fantastic deal - far better than that was offered at the other Audi location. My husband during closing the deal on the Q3 also negotiated to trade in our second vehicle (Q5) for an A6. Thanks to the great service of Quincey Holloway, he also got me into a new vehicle the same week as my husband; completely unplanned but too good to pass up! We love our new cars and couldn't be more appreciative to the team at Jack Daniels who were helpful, patient (working parents aren't the most responsive sometimes) and completely accommodating! Will definitely refer all our friends & Family!

I have dealt with a lot of car salesman over the years. And after a while a pattern always emerges, as soon as the ink dries on your paperwork you get put into the back of the line. I leased an A7 from Jack Daniels in December and quite frankly I was hesitant. As a long time BMW driver I had a hard time switching over. Moreover I had tried AUDI for the A8L before and had a horrible dealer experience with AUDI MEADOWLANDS. They actually made me hate the brand. So I was reluctant to look at Audi again but thankfully I was referred to TAL who changed my view and needless to say put me in another Audi. Jack Daniels Paramus is a great Dealership and the whole experience was and continues to be a good one months later. I highly recommend them and have already referred them to friends and family. Which causes some tension as my wife is still attached to her BMW lol This is probably only the second review I've ever written and definately the only one I have ever written about a dealership - but TAL deserves the praise as does the Dealership.

Despite my ragged appearance (I am indeed eccentric), I drove home in a lovely certified used Audi A6. No one at Jack Daniels treated me poorly, despite my appearance, and they worked hard to get me on the road the same day. Two weeks later, and their after sales service has been exemplary. I will recommend Jack Daniels Audi to all of my friends and associates, without reservation.

We were ready to turn in our leased VW Jetta TDI and get an SUV but we weren't in love with what VW had to offer. We liked the looks of the Q3 and considered taking it for a test drive. We had the VW goodwill package with a VW dealer gift card. We were afraid we'd lose the money going outside of the VW brand, but when I called Jack Daniel's Audi and spoke to Quincey he told me that we would be able to use our VW dealer card. We test drove and loved the Q3, they took our leased vehicle and we left with a new Q3 and the experience was a pleasure. We're looking forward to having a long relationship with Jack Daniels Audi Paramus!

Jack Daniels Audi Paramus Dealership is the worse dealership in town. It is run by Crook and Rude GM Solomon Faizi. He tried to rip me off on my trade in, gave me a low blow and then increase 2K in couple of hours, playing the game. Thats a Rip Off playing with the customers mind. He runs the dealership like BRONX Mom and Pop Dealership, Do not take my word for it, just scroll through other reviews and see it yourself. I would strongly recommend not to buy from this dealership.How a GM of a dealership be rude, refuse to take deposit on a car, Rips off customer and then Lies in the face that customer is abusive. Unfortunately I liked a car there, I met two gentlemen there Maurice and Emani, however, soon i had to deal with this Guy, whole thing was over. I expected this dealership to be like BMW, Land-rover, Jaguar dealership where they treat customers like they are Gods. I was so surprised to experience how bad this dealership is. I am trying to convey the message that this is buying experience, God Forbid, if i have to go there for service. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!

Was taken care of from the moment we walked in. My wife and I were extremely happy with the level of service and attention that was provided to us. We worked with Solomon the general manager and joe in sales. Needless to say, we purchased our Audi and the wife was very pleased. Wasn't stuck there all day in negotiations or haggling. Price was on point and finance dept got the deal done quickly. Best dealership we have ever been to. Everything ran smoothly.

I shoped all the high end stores in the area including both of your Audi stores in my quest to replace my aging A6. I found the usual commission breathed salespeople in all the usual places. Price was really not my focus in my quest. People however was! When I walked into the Paramus store I was immediately greeted by who turned out to be the GeneralManager Salomon Fazzi. I was surprised to be helped by a General manager. Salomon helped me through out my process and made it quick and painless. I didn't even have to ask for the right price because what he gave me for my trade and my new lease price was more then fair. Adam from the back office made the paperwork part fast and easy too! Im sorry I forgot the name of the person who walked me through my car but I had no idea of how much this car can do! Thanks guys love the new A6!!

2 weeks ago the national Summer of Audi promotions on tv caught my attention so I decided not to stop in to my local dealer. Once I arrived I was greeted by a salesman named Imani Murry who was extremely knowledgeable of the car features and very pleasant to work with(what a relief!!) The transparency displayed when discussing lease payments with Imani and the mgr Solomon was very much appreciated and actually quite surprising. The song and dance routine at most car dealerships is tiring and annoying so it was refreshing not having to deal with that type of approach. All and all, my recent visit to Jack Daniels Audi was a great all around experience!

Jack Daniels Audi was an exceptional experience. Let me start off by saying that I rarely give anytning a ten, but this dealership deserves it. I don't see where the questionable reviews came from. We worked with Terry Axel on my first car purchase. There was absolutley no pressure, no discrimination, no games. The car was in mint condition unlike the previous Audi dealership that took 9 days to show me the car, then showed me a vehicle that was supposed to be "in the shop" and was obviously in an accident in the past. Terry was an absolute pleasure to work with. Previous car buying experiences in my family have been excruciating. Terry was absolutley amazing. A stand-up, honest, very friendly guy who got us a great deal on a Pre-Owned Audi A4 Premium Plus in immaculate condition. The detailing job and dealer prep were taken care of very quickly. And the outcome of the purchase was excellent. Terrence Taggart, of Finance, also provided fantastic service. Again, another very friendly, funny, honest individual who never tried to pull a fast one during the process. In fact, both of the staff members we worked with worked to lower out payments rather than up them which is rare in itself. I would highly reccomend this dealership to anyone in the Tri-State area looking to buy an Audi for anyone of any age. If you can't afford New, the Pre-Owns are in exceptional condition and are a great option.

Two weeks ago I was bored of driving my Kia Optima. I called the dealer in Paramus - Jack Daniels Audi - Imani Murray answered the phone, I told him I wanted to end my lease which I had 6 months left and asked him what he had to offered. He asked me to come to the dealer to see which type of Audi I wanted ( I never thought I was going to get an Audi so quick ) Went there he was a very friendly person which is very important for a salesman. He talked me through, end-up leaving with a lease from a brand new 2016 Audi Summer of Audi A3. I also received a full tank of gas and some souvenirs from Audi and Jack Daniels. This dealership is TERRIBLE the Service Manager (Ted Higgins) and (Solomon Faizi). Don't bring your car to service with them. I brought my car in for a TIRE repair because on June 2nd 2016. I have a tire and rim warranty package. I did not get my car back till July 5th???? They will tell you all kinds of BS on the phone apologize apologize apologize and your car will have issuse. Back and forth at the dealership very untrustworthy people. I've called the GM several times to discuss my issues, I have yet to this date recieved a return phone call back! Do yourself a favor stay away!!!!!!!

My experience with Jack Daniels Audi started off good, people there were relatively friendly and courteous. My only issue with Jack Daniels is that the dealer tried to sell me a 2014 VW Touareg Lux model when it turns out it was a lower end Sport model at the higher model price. All in all, I was willing to purchase the Sport model if he would consider lowering the price. In response, he told me that I am wasting his and my own time wanting a lower price for a that car.

I went back to this dealership because I had a great experience when leasing my Audi Q-5 in 2013. Solomon Faizi, who is the general manager, had kept in touch with me during my lease term and had called recently to see if I wanted to change the car. He is the most involved and hands-on GM I have ever dealt with at an auto dealership. Well, I had an even better experience this time! My girlfriend and I just leased a 2016 Audi Q3 through Jack Daniels Audi of Paramus. This is our first time using this dealership and we couldn't be more pleased with the customer service of the entire sales department. At first, we were a little unsure as to which Q model would best suit our needs however our salesman, Jim Stampf was outstanding from beginning to end! Jim really highlighted the value and luxury of the Audi brand, while still keeping a real and down to earth persona. He took time to show us the service area and personnel during our test drive which was indeed comforting. After making our decision to lease the Q3 and running the numbers, he was extremely patient in explaining every rebate, discount and option that was included in the price of the vehicle. This is the first vehicle I have financed/leased so I had a lot of questions and he had answers. My girlfriend is currently living in New York while I am in New Jersey so there was some difficulty in the paperwork and logistics, however they took care of everything hassle-free. Unfortunately we could not take delivery of the vehicle on that same day because of the finance department being busy. Jim gave us his cell phone number to keep in contact during the week. After setting the delivery date and time up for the following Saturday, everything went smoothly. We arrived on Saturday and the vehicle was sitting right out front and ready to go. Now this is a high volume highway dealer right? Well you would have thought that I purchased an R8 because of the way I was greeted by the staff upon arrival. They have courtesy valet parking and every staff member remembered us from the previous week. The PDI department did a great job of cleaning up the vehicle. Jim came out and introduced us to the F&I guy, Adam Zabrocki. There was an issue with the registration so Adam had to re-do all of the paperwork. This was no fault of his but instead of us waiting around for them to correct the paperwork, Jim took that as an opportunity to start showing us all of the features of the vehicle. He did a satisfactory and in depth job of showing us all of the features and functions. As soon as Jim was done showing us the vehicle he brought us back to Adam who was all ready to go with the paperwork. This showed me great efficiency and my time was not wasted. Adam was friendly, personable and professional in explaining all of the terms and agreement. I work for a car dealership myself and got insurance plans through my dealer so I respectfully declined and of the add on insurance programs that Adam had to offer. He was never nasty or rude and was not pushy at all, just a real friendly easy going guy!We dealt with John Zingani and Solomon Faizi as well. Just from being in the business myself, you can tell that these guys are a good team and are the real deal. True seasoned professionals. I talked to Solomon about a possible unrelated business opportunity and I can say from experience that he is an honest man. Everyone gives firm handshakes and the employees all seem happy to work and be there. All said and done I thought that they did a magnificent job in all aspects of the selling process, which will make me a returning customer for my next vehicle! Thank you Jack Daniels Audi!

Frank decided that he wanted my experience in dealing with Jack Daniels Audi to be the best it could be - and to make sure that I was completley satisfied, and didnt have any reservations about my recent purchase. He worked tirelessly for several weeks to locate the part that would have cost $1000.00 to replace if I had to buy it from a dealer, and completley restored my faith in used car dealers. The part was sent to me and it was fitted in minutes. Me and my husband came to Jack Daniels before the holiday looking for an A4 Used manual. We we greeted warmly upon our arrival and met with Onur Kandemir. I really appreciated his knowledge and enthusiasm about Audi vehicles especially our desire to purchase a manual transmission. Sales experience was okay but strongly recommend taking your vehicle elsewhere for service. Greg is extremely unprofessional and rude. Not only is the service terrible, every time I've had to bring my car back to fix something else they messed up. They just care about your money, and as soon as there is a problem, neither your rep nor management will call you back to follow up. Do not expect anything from them. They DO NOT care about you. I will never recommend or purchase an Audi again because they have tainted the brand for me.

I purchased my Audi A5 in 2014. This rating is mainly for the electrical expert Arthur. He is really awesome! I updated my phone to a iPhone 6s and I was having trouble with connecting my phone to the Audi infotainment system. I had saved Arthur's phone number in my phone from when I first purchased my car last year. I called him up to ask him questions about how to set up my phone so that it would play music. We were having difficulties completing it over the phone so he kindly offered for me to come by his house and he would fix the problem. Now I don't know about you but there are not many dealers that have people such as Arthur that will go out of their way to make sure that your product works and you are happy. He fixed my phone connection to my car in less then 15 minutes and even gave me additional tricks and pointers that my car can do. He really is awesome and I'm not just saying that! He made himself available to help me when he did not have to and I really appreciated it. Jack Daniels Audi of Paramus really hires people that will go out of their way to make sure that their customers are happy which means a lot. That was what initially brought us through the door. Once there we couldn't believe the customer service we received. It was top notch! They really went the extra mile. I bought my first Audi from another dealership a few years ago. I was ready to upgrade and ended up at this location. Tal went above and beyond my expectations, I ended up with a great deal and a great car. I admit it was a bit more technologically advanced than what I am used to and he had no qualms about having me run back to the dealership and sit with me for another hour to teach me how to use all the features. After much research I reached out to Tal Vander in sales. At my appointment the next day, Tal explained so many features about Audi as a company, as a car, as a service team and many safety bells and whistles on the audi that I didn't know about--he knew his product from A to Z. WOW! What an amazing experience I had dealing with the folks at Jack Daniels Audi in Paramus, NJ. If I could give these guys more stars I would. After several frustrating weeks dealing with numerous dealerships spanning 3 different states, I was referred to Solomon Faizi, the general manager of Jack Daniels Audi. A little bit of a backstory is in order here. A while back, my wife and I were in the market for a new vehicle. After doing extensive research we decided that we should look into the 2016 Audi A6. It seemed to be the perfect car to suit our current needs. The problem was that I wanted the car configured in a very specific way BUT we didn't have the luxury of waiting the 10-12 weeks on a custom build. To make a long story somewhat short, we visited one particular Audi dealership in Connecticut. There we had the opportunity to test drive the A6 and go over all of the features. It was at that point that we knew that the A6 was the car for us. So after giving the salesman in CT my specifics on the car, I was quite surprised when he found an exact match for me. This is when the games began. The "friendly" salesman all of a sudden got elusive and didn't want to tell us where the car was located being that it wasn't in HIS inventory. Okay fine, we still interested in obtaining the car and were ready to negotiate a deal right then and there. Now it was time to talk business and this is where he started playing the numbers game and things started to deteriorate. None of what he was saying was making any sense and it was obvious that he was being evasive in his answers in order to get us to overpay. We ended up walking out of there without coming to terms and no closer to getting the car.The same scenario would play itself out in the following weeks in one way or another time after time. We became frustrated and disappointed. It seemed that everyone in the car selling business that we had come in contact with only wanted to lie to us and rip us off. That is until we were referred to Solomon Faizi, the General Manager of Jack Daniels Audi in Paramus NJ. From the very first phone conversation, Solomon put me and my wife at ease and assured us that he would do everything in his power to help us get the car we were looking for (2016 Audi A6). In speaking with Solomon he makes you feel like you are talking to an old friend as opposed to the manager of a large auto dealership. The man is overly polite and has a way about his tone that just puts you at ease. There is a sincerity in his voice that is both soothing and reassuring. Another attribute about Solomon is that he came across as being honest and truthful. He explained to us a few things about the car buying game from a dealer's point of view. Information that no other dealerships were willing to share but it helped us to understand the process a bit better. More importantly, it served to foster a solid foundation of trust and transparency. You get the overwhelming sense when talking to Solomon that he isn't out to BS you and that he's not trying to take advantage of you. So after that initial conversation, he made good on his promise and ended up locating and securing the car we were looking for in short order. Not only that but he arranged for it to be transported from the out of state dealership where it was located and had it brought to his dealership and held it for us. We scheduled an appointment for this past Friday (05/29/15) to take delivery of the car. In the meantime, the staff at Jack Daniels Audi was in regular contact with us. In particular Terence Taggart (Finance Director) and Joseph Sinatra (Brand Specialist) were instrumental in making sure that we had everything in order. They were very patient in answering any and all of our questions and were always available to address any concerns that we had. They went above and beyond to ensure that come delivery day, we had a smooth and seamless transaction.Smooth and seamless is an understatement. We got to the dealership that Friday and these guys rolled out the proverbial red carpet. The second we parked our car in their lot, we were met and greeted by Joseph Sinatra. Without ever having met him before, he knew who I was. He greeted me by name, welcomed us in a warm and friendly manner and proceeded to introduce us to Terence Taggart. Terence was just as polite and squared away. He had everything in order and ready to go. So much so that the the paperwork portion of the deal took us no longer than 10 minutes to complete. Everything was thoroughly explained by Terence and we received a folder with copies of all documents. Shorty after, we met up with Joseph Sinatra who was waiting for us. He brought us out to our car and gave us a bumper to bumper, detailed rundown on each and every feature and function of the vehicle. This particular car has a ton of technology in it and Joseph made sure that we understood each and every aspect of our new ride. He further went on to give us his contact information and his cellphone number in the event that we had any questions or issues. He made it clear to us that he was at our disposal and available to us at any time.We finally got to meet the man himself, Solomon Faizi. Again, Solomon was warm, welcoming, courteous and polite. After the deal was finalized, he took the time to speak with us at length. It wasnt anything in particular either, just regular talk. It felt as if we were chatting with a longtime friend and catching up on things. Were grateful that we crossed paths with the staff at Jack Daniels Audi in Paramus. Not only did Solomon and his staff ensure that we had a stress free experience, we also got an amazing deal on an amazing car. Where all the other salesmen that we had dealt with prior either refused to negotiate or tried to rip us off, Solomon gave us a more than fair price on the exact vehicle we wanted. No haggle, no muss, and no fuss. It was clear to us that these guys have a vested interest in making life long customers as opposed to making a quick personal profit.That is exactly what was accomplished. It was decided that day, without a shadow of a doubt, that the next Audi we purchase or lease will be from Jack Daniels Audi. These guys treated us like VIPs when they didnt have to. We didnt purchase the most expensive car on the lot but that didnt matter to them. You get the sense that they genuinely want you to be happy and have a positive experience. It didnt feel like they were putting on a show. Their honesty, integrity and dedication to customer satisfaction is what sets them apart from anybody else. Other car dealerships should take note. Treat people fairly, with respect and integrity and they will keep coming back.If anyone is still reading this not so short story, I apologize for the long winded review but Solomon Faizi, Joseph Sinatra and Terence Taggart deserve this and then some for providing us with such a wonderful experience. So I bought a 2012 A4 back in March 2015, the dealership had just received the vehicle so it wasn't labeled Certified at the time or cleaned out from the previous owner but I had a great feeling about it. Once Peter Serritella told me that it was being sold as a CPO at that price, no more need to be said. The car came with the packages I wanted: Premium Plus, S-line sports package, B/O surround sound, navigation and best of all .... manual transmission, what better way to drive a sports vehicle. They also put on four brand new Pirelli tires and a new battery.Peter wasn't much of a talker which in part was good because I think that sales people who talk to much are over selling the car or lying about certain features. I also met Solomon Faizi (General Manager) who welcomed me to the Audi Family, Frank Gebbia (Pre-Owned Sales Manager) and Adam Zabrocki (Finance Manager) who finalized the deal. Everybody there I met seemed friendly and laid back, not pushy or business bullies.

He followed up constantly with updates as to where my car was and then after I picked it up he followed up many times to make sure everything was ok. Arthur was a please to work with as well. Scoured the internet for months for a CPO Audi A6. Finally found the one I wanted at Jack Daniels Audi of Paramus. It was the color and had all the options I wanted. About 11K miles. Tal Vander the Sales Associate met me on a Saturday Feb 28th. He was very friendly and helpful. I needed to take the cars home to show my wife and even though I lived 42 miles away he said no problem. Therefore, I had a 84 mile test drive. I think I got a fair trade in price for my trade in and the original price was lowered. The negotiating process went smoothly. In a fast few hours I had an almost new car! After the sale Tal has checked in with me constantly to see how I liked it and if I had any problems. The only negative is that the car has a ton of technology and even though a nice gentleman from the dealership went over it with me for 1/2 hour it still takes awhile to get it all . I suggest you review the Audi videos on the car since they are helpful All in all a great experience and I would recommend this dealership,

Just picked up my car from Jack Daniels Audi in Paramus, NJ. I thought I was working with a salesman, but come to find out that Solomon was the manager of the store. He even took us on a test drive. His level of professionalism was exceptional! His main goal was to make sure that we were happy and comfortable with the car, even during the negotiation process. I've been a Jack Daniels Porsche customer in the past so I was familiar with this location which now sells Audi. This was going to be my first time purchasing a CPO vehicle. I visited several dealerships trying to decide which model would be best for me. The sales staff at the other dealers were busy and typically told me to check their vehicle inventory on their web site and come back when I knew what I wanted so I could take a test drive. Joseph Sinatra/Solomon Faizi at Jack Daniels Audi took a different approach. They asked me questions, showed me different vehicles, discussed my budget, and offered me test drives. Who knew customer service was alive and well in 2014? ;) Although this dealership can be quite busy at times, they always made sure someone was available to answer questions and to offer test drives even on a rare occasion when I stopped by unannounced. Their efforts didn't stop there. They continued to review their changing inventory of vehicles with me in mind. I got several phone calls and emails in an effort to follow up with vehicles that matched my criteria. Needless to say, they ended up locating the perfect vehicle, giving me a great deal on my trade-in and a great price on the CPO vehicle. The financial transaction was smooth and painless despite all the details associated with a vehicle purchase. Adam Zabrocki in the Finance Department took me through the process swiftly stopping periodically to answer any questions I had. The next part was the best: delivery of the vehicle. I came back a few days later to sit with Joseph Sinatra (sales) and Arthur Nicholson (technology specialist) who were both patient, attentive, and passionate about explaining all the features this vehicle had to offer. Two weeks after the purchase, I was at the dealership again where they put on my license plates and gave me my registration. The transaction was now officially complete and I drove off (heading west) into the sunset :) Thank you to the whole team at Jack Daniels Audi. Although I didn't mention everyone by name, the entire staff worked collaboratively in an effort to ensure a pleasant visit each time and a memorable overall experience.

Long and pathetic story short, I leased what I thought was a "NEW" 2013 Audi Q5, only to find out that the car was in a DOCUMENTED accident on the lot, police report and all. When I contacted Jack Daniels, the very professional GM, Soloman Faizi did not attempt to fix this, but rather had the excuse that he was not the GM at the time so he couldn't say why I was given a car that had an accident on its VIN number. Apparently no one can explain why I was given the car, Their company slogan about caring for their customers is complete BS! I have reached out to everyone at JDA about just giving my lease back and walking away, but I continue to be ignored. You're better off going to Millburn Audi.

I purchased a new S6. I had payments left on my existing lease. They asked me to release my information to them from MB so they can call and find out the details. Then I find out they didn't pay all the remaining payments, which was not part of the VERBAL agreement. When I questioned the issue, they provided me with a paper i signed showing 4 payments not 5. They said they paid what they agreed to and will not budge....This is all after the finance person tried to convince us we owed them first months payment, when we specifically capped out out of pocket payment. Sneaky and intentionally dishonest. If you do use them , audi is a great car, make sure your take everything they say with a grain of salt, cause they are don't care once you sign.

While i didnt purchase from this dealer due to price on my trade, their service i was happy with. The first appointment to repair my sagging seat cushion on 8/2/14 dealer spent entire day and was not installed correctly with seat separating from frame. I complained, then on Tuesday 8/5/14 they took it back and did good job. This dealer has always given me loaners and transportation, and George is pleasure to deal with.

I will never purchase an Audi from another dealer. Jack Daniels associates Terry and Adam really took care of me and my concerns without passing judgments or trying to sell me something based on gimmicks like Audi of Bernardsville/Mendham and Paul Miller tried to. I almost went with a Mercedes from Globe but when I asked what makes them comparable to Audi, the brand specialist scoffed and said, "well Mercedes is Mercedes." Save it. Every service and modification experience I've with the dealership exceeds my expectations every time. They are invaluably reliable and I'm about to trade my 2013 in for a newer model. Terry is real, honest and no-pressure. After purchasing a new vehicle from him I felt confident and happy he was the one to get the commission. Too many times I've encountered salesman I just don't want to give to. Thank you for recruiting me and making me a loyal, repeat customer.

I cannot recommend Tal Vander enough as a car salesmen. We purchased an Audi Q5 from him after being lied to by Audi of Newton. Tal was not only a man of his word and completely transparent, but he had the pateince of a saint dealing with my emotional family members. He put in extra hours, went the extra mile, and was comforting even with my impossible-to-please family . . . and the price was so good I doubt he made anything on the sale! That is the level of professionalism and service you get with Tal - who I will almost exclusively buy from in the future if I can.

I wanted to reply to this message with some very positive feedback on Henry Dukes and Arthur Nicholson. Yesterday, we purchased/leased our 4th vehicle from Henry Dukes. Our first experience was at the Fair Lawn location and we were in the lot to specifically look at the Q7 inventory. I can honestly say that Henry is by far the best salesperson I have ever had the opportunity to work with in purchasing a new vehicle. He is a master of making the new car experience smooth, and more importantly, enjoyable. The protocol that he employs makes us, the customers, feel extremely at ease. In fact, we were so enamored with his style and the quality of the Audi car line that we bought 2 cars from Henry in one day in 2012. His knowledge, communication style, demeanor and overall inviting personality make him a pleasure to work with. I would also like to provide some strong positive experience concerning Arthur Nicholson. Yesterday was our third experience with Arthur and we are both amazed at his extensive technology knowledge, his passion for explaining to customers in a clear and thoughtful way, and his very likable personality. When you drive away after a session with Arthur you are very confident that you understand the basics of all of the technology gadgets that are developed by Audi from one cycle to the other. It's hard to find a sales specialist you can trust and the fact is that David really extended himself so that I would be satisfied with my lease choice. Arthur Nicholson, the Audi technologist is the man for any question on the Navi Plus system and Audi Connect, which can be overwhelming at times. He is diligent and very passionate when it comes to all the bells and whistles that Audi offers. In addition, Arthur conveniently makes himself available at any time for instruction and training- hence makes you a priority. The Jack Daniels team in Paramus, specifically David offers the friendliest service and gives by far the best deals. David has excellent customer service skills and makes you feel comfortable during the sales process which can be dreadful. I'm super happy with my new Audi and glad I chose to evolve into the Q5 after driving the A4 for so long. I'll probably go back again when my lease is up in 39 months!

Until 2 weeks ago, I recommended Jack Daniel's Audi to anyone who asked how I liked my new 2013 Audi Q5. I would even go out of my way to say how great I thought Marie Sielski was. She was extremely friendly, did not pressure me into anything, sent me a "Congratulations on your new car" card a few months later, and finally went as far as to call me on my 6 month and year anniversary of the car. This kind of above and beyond service was unheard of to me and anyone I asked. Great customer service. Or one would think. Two weeks ago, I had a report run on my Audi and at this time discovered the "brand new" Q5 I had been leasing had an undisclosed accident report on it; just 12 days before I began my lease. Looking back on the day of my purchase/lease, Marie told me the basic Q5 I wanted (and already agreed on price) wasn't on the lot, but they could give me one with an "upgraded" headlamp package for the same price. Amazing. No problem. Now you do the math. Giving a customer a car that you knew as a professional "Audi band specialist" had an accident on it (whether or not it be minor, still had a police report on it) and disguising it as an upgrade is completely unprofessional and downright disappointing. I do not and WILL NOT accept that Marie didn't know that. If she didn't, then what does that tell you about her title, "specialist"? I call BS! She knew exactly what she was doing when she gave the fabulous upgrade. Perfect example of bait and switch. Marie has completely disappointed me and my family. This is a true reflection on her character....sweet to your face, but only looking to screw the customer. I do not care if I am leasing the car and it is not mine, as a consumer that is irrelevant. I could have taken by business to lease a car to any other dealer. I wanted to be leasing a BRAND NEW Audi, not 1 that had previously been in an accident. This my friends, is apparently what Jack Daniels is all about because no one and I mean no one wants to make this right. The message is loud and clear, if you are leasing, we at Jack Daniel's "don't care if there's 10 accidents on it because you're going to give it back anyway". Beautiful comment coming from Jack Daniels' Audi General manager, Soloman Faizi. I suggest you take your business to a cheap used car salesmen because at least they are upfront about their dishonestly. Unlike Marie Sielski and the rest of the Jack Daniels "family", they pretend to be better people than they are.

As my current lease of a Mercedes GLK350 had only 3 months left, I decided to look at other vehicles. I have always heard that Audi had great cars and I new that Jack Daniels was just 5 minutes from where I live. My husband and I went to the dealership last Thursday to just look. we were greeted immediately and then the receptionist had Tal Vander help us. It was amazing how much he knew about not only Audi, but all the other vehicles I was possibly considering (Mercedes and BMW). He answered all of my questions easily and then had me take a test drive. Wow was that impressive! I fell in love with the car and its great safety and technological features as well as the way it drives. I couldn't believe the pick up of the 2.0 liter engine. When we came back from the test drive, Tal went over the numbers with me and he did everything possible to accommodate my needs. He discussed my current lease situation with his manager and they made me an offer that was too good to refuse. I decided then and there to become an Audi person. Since they had the Q5 I wanted in stock, I was actually able to pick up my new car the next day. Tal gave me his cell number to call at any time if I need anything or have questions. The next day when I picked up my car, Arthur Nicholson assisted me with learning about the great features. since there is so much to learn, he suggested that I come back for a second meeting the following week (which I did). he made it easy to understand how to use hands free features among other things. He also said as I continue to use the car and am ready for more questions, to call and he is available. Everyone at Audi was exemplary in how they handled the transaction and made me feel that I can call on them if needed.

Tal Vander is a rockstar!!! This was the first time that buying a car was actually a fun process. I had been to several dealerships of different makes cause I wasn't sure about what I wanted. several dealerships I left feeling like I had inconvenienced them buy being there. Like I was a 2nd class citizen who didn't have 10 grand in my pocket for a downpayment if I loved the car (which I did!!). Not the case at Jack Daniels Audi. Spoke with Tal over the phone initially and he told me to come drive the car (S4) see if I liked it. Wow! Tal is a man of his word, took great care of me. At no point did I feel pressured to make a deal or pushed around. My wife is going to be due for a new car within the next 2 years and I guarantee that I will be giving all my business to Tal for as long as he's around. That man deserves a raise, a bonus, a hug, or whatever it is that exceptional salespeople are entitled. Tal is the man!!! I'm loving my audi S4! and to think I was going to buy the new BMW M4. Terry Axel is a top notch salesperson, he's trustworthy and someone that I'd recommend to anyone in the market for an Audi. He's not out to rip you off and just wants to get you in the car of your choice. Arthur Nicholson is extremely knowledgeable on all aspects of the cars and is so nice, he even provided me with a cord out of his own car free of chard to make this customer happy. My only negative is the service department, they were unfriendly and unwilling to help which makes me glad that I will be servicing the vehicle elsewhere. I would've given them a "5" ratings in each category, however, upon receipt of my new car, I realized that it already had 75 miles driven on it. We had Maurice Williams as our sales rep and if he was forthcoming with this information at the time of purchase, it would not have been such a surprise. In any case, Maurice certainly know his car and was able to compare and contrast Audi with other car makers. Also there was a mix-up on delivery date, but Solomon Faizi was kind enough to provide me with a loaner car to drive until my car arrived, which I thought was superb customer service. Finally we had Arthur Nicholson, the Tech Delivery Specialist who provided superb walk-through on the car. Arthur has a real passion for his job and you can see that he truly enjoys what he does, and he makes the whole experience of purchasing a car a wonderful experience.

I went into JDM with an open mind to a certified pre owned Audi. I was not sure as to an A4 or an A6. I met Terry Axle in the showroom and the rest is history. A real class act when it comes to car sales. He did not hound me, harass me, or in any other way make me feel uncomfortable as so many other car salesman do. I was not set on any specific car right away, we test drove a few cars and went over options on others. I left the dealership that day assuring Terry that I would at some point be buying a car from him. The path to finally purchasing was a little bumpy and threw us some curve xxxxx. The A6 I wanted was originally sent back to the wholesaler. Terry tracked down the car and brought it back to the dealership for me to view. I was sold. Terry truly did deliver on everything I wanted. Terry was patient, honest, and a gentleman the whole time. We ended up getting financing done at a very reasonable rate with a rocky credit score. Terrance also helped a lot in the finalizing of this deal. I would highly recommend this dealership and personally Terry Axle for anyone looking to purchase an automobile. A+++++++++++

I have been working with Wayne Fanciullo for about a week on a pre-owned Audi. On 12/28 at around 12:30pm in a phone conversation I agreed on a trade of $27,000 and the car price of $41,999. At the end of this conversation I said the trade price is fine and I'll be there that afternoon. Wayne has since stated he did not know I was coming but I was very clear about coming and his last comment was "Make sure you ask for Wayne". I remember this because I thought this was an unusual comment since I'd only been working with him and would obviously ask for him. I left my house at1:00 and fought traffic until I arrived at4:30pm(it was a terrible drive). I step out of my car and walked a few steps toward the building and a sales person(I never talked with him before) approaches me without me saying anything and states the car is sold since I didn't have a deposit on it. I would have been more than glad to put a deposit on it but was naive to think since it wasn't requested he would hold the car until I got there. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had with a dealer(in this case sales manager). End Result of Trip: No car, 274 miles on potential trade-in car, $100 spent for gas/tolls, 7 hrs of time spent in transit. I asked Wayne a number of times as to "Why?" he did what he did but he constantly denied knowing I was coming... not true. Why would anyone travel this far without the dealership knowing they're coming to purchase a car? No one. My read is the salesperson working for Wayne worked out a better deal for the car in question and the car was sold...plain and simple. For a sales manager to sell a car knowing a person was on their way to purchase it tells me something about the dealership - no integrity, unethical, ......... Lessons Learned: 1) Never deal with Wayne Fanciullo at Jack Daniels Audi. 2) If you work out the purchase details on a vehicle over the phone even if the sales person doesn't ask for a deposit make sure you give him one. It has been years since I've been this upset about my treatment as a "customer". During the discussion at the dealership there was never any apology; I'm assuming because they thought everything they did was correct.

I usually dont write reviews but the customer service and professionalism of Jack Danial Audi impressed me so muchthat i m here and writing this review. I was there to buy a Used 2010 Audi Q7. I was greeted by Sales executive Wayne Anthony, a true gentleman, who explained the whole process thoroughly and heard carefully any concerns i had about the car.After finalizing everything, Mr Wayne sat with me explained all technological aspect of the car for 20 minutes. He was making surei know everything about the car before i leave the premises. He arranged an extra key for my car free of charge ($250 value), which was not provided by the previous owner. All and all my experience with Jack Danial Audi was very pleasant and i will definitely go again.

Working with Wayne Anthony was a great experience! He showed me several cars that met my needs, then worked with me to find the best fit. He worked hard to give me the price I needed, and ended up giving me an AMAZING deal. He voluntarily coordinated my insurance transfer to make it easier for me and organized all of the paperwork smoothly. Overall, an extremely enjoyable sales process. Everybody at the dealership worked together to find the right Audi for me at the right price. Everybody I worked with was very knowledgable and very friendly--I felt strongly like they cared about meeting my needs and making me happy. The team was also very passionate about the Audi brand and told me everything I wanted to know about the specific car I was buying, as well as the company in general. Despite normal closing time at 6, the entire team stayed with me until 8:30 to make sure everything was finalized. A representative of the servicing team even returned to the dealership after operating hours just to finalize my car so I could take delivery that night! Finally, despite it being so late, Arthur Nicholson sat with me and spent nearly an hour explaining all of the features to me. He added his personal phone number to my contact list so I could contact him at any time with any questions I had. Overall, a sales team that cares about the customers. I have to share my story because If you are looking for an Audi dealership look no further. I first walked into Audi Jack Daniels in Paramus and the first person I met was Steve Charatz and he greeted me right away and showed me the exact car I was looking for. At the time of negotiation Solomon Faizi came forth to assist Steve in making a sell. Although it wasnt an ordinary discussion it felt like a relationship , we talked... I explained my concerns they listened and made sure I had exactly what I wanted. I want to be clear here.. I lease a lot of vehicles and this was the first time I actually felt like someone cared. No one cares in dealerships they only care about making there number and making that sale. Solomon and Steve both work hand in hand and there wasnt any doubt about what I was getting. I received exactly what I was looking for and more. and the cost was fair.

Staff were all pleasant, welcoming but low key. Mr. Costa was unobtrusive; asked if we wanted something to drink; casually agreed to have me test drive a car even though it was almost closing time; it was our first time there and did not appear to be interested in buying a car. Mr Costa provided all the information we asked about the car and even added relevant information we did not think about. Mr. Costa offered a price for the car we wanted within the quoted price in the internet and a great deal on financing with the assistance of his supervisor; all of this was completed quickly and quietly with no sweat. When I called Mr. Costa on his cell phone to inform him about my decision to change the color of the car I picked after forms have been signed and down payment given, his voice remained calm and right there and then over the phone helped me pick the right color for me with an upgrade on the sound system and detail with little change on the price. When I picked up the car everything was in place as promised. Mr. Arthur Nicholson and Mr. Costa patiently introduced me to my new car. This was my first time to buy a luxury car with so many electronic/computer gadgets, I'm a naturally nervous person and my brain shuts down when overwhelmed but it did not happen. They thought me to operate almost everything in my new car until it was dark, I lost track of time; it was fun. The following day, Mr. Fernando Costa called to ask if I got home safely. What a guy! What a dealership!

last Sat. my grandson (Ryan) and I visited JD Audi after talking with Wayne Fanciullo Jr. concerning a used car 2008 Escape. We had been looking for approx.. one and half months and visited a number of used car dealers and new car dealers, non-had the character or customer relation that we encounter at JD Audi.After a number of patience phone calls made by Wayne Jr. on Friday and Sat. we arrived at JD Audi early Sat. afternoon, the car was ready and within minutes we were doing a test drive. The car turned out t be everything Wayne had represented and more. Upon returning we met with Wayne Jr. and Wayne Sr. and in no time cut a fair deal for all. The car was to be financed but Terrance was busy at the time, however; we did not mind waiting and during our wait a number of sales people and the Gen. Sales Mgr. went out of their way to say hello talk about the dealership and just make us very comfortable.The financing process was handled quickly and smoothly and in no time we were done. Wayne indicated they would rewash the car fill the tank and then explained the car functions to my grandson as this was his first car. Then to our surprise a few people came out and took a pictures of Wayne, Ryan and I and the congratulated, Ryan.Over the past 30 + yeas I have purchased a number of high end luxury cars, Mercedes, Range Rovers and Lexus, even though their pre and after sales service was great, I dont remember writing a Thank You letter. I recently bought my first Used Audi from Jack Daniels Audi Paramus through Wayne A. Fancuillo. I visited many other dealerships around the area and searched for cars online as far as West Virginia. Jack Daniels Audi has the best deals hands down. I actually started my search with intent to buy a BMW. A family friend got me into looking at Audis. Test driving the Audi A5, I immediately saw a huge difference in performance, especially in acceleration. Not only was the car amazing but the service that comes with the car after you purchase it solidifies that they care for you even after you leave the dealership. In order for one of their cars to be Certified it must go through extensive inspections and comes with a 100,000 mile warranty. You do not get that warranty at other dealerships. Nissan of Bergenfield had a preowned A5 and only offered me 50,000! Wayne A Fancuillo sold me my Audi A5. He is a young man who was very knowledgeable on all of the cars we saw and drove. It was obvious that he knew more than many of the older salesmen. This is not to discredit other salesmen because they were also very informed. Wayne doesn't only sell these cars but he owns one too. Saying he knows a lot about these cars is an understatement. He went into great detail about everything. From the leather seats to the suspension, he knows every inch of that car. When we started talking about financing, trade in value, and price he was very accommodating. Once the purchase was complete he spent an extra 30 minutes (beyond business hours) to assure I was comfortable with the car. He set up the bluetooth, preset my radio, and went through every single button/knob/lever with an explanation of what it does. When calling for information about a car I HIGHLY recommend speaking to Wayne A. Fanucuillo. I will definitely be back to Jack Daniels Audi Paramus when I am back in the market for purchasing a car.

Great guy, doesn't try and sell you things you dont want or need (I actually got a bunch of free stuff, sorry Tal, haha). I did a lot of research beforehand and the prices/fees he quoted me were right in line with the lowest quotes from other dealerships (via people on Edmunds forums). Super responsive, gave me his personal cell phone number so we could text/communicate outside of business hours. He definitely realizes that effort goes a long way in that business. I dealt with 5 or 6 salesman before him and hated them all (not at his location, I searched a bunch of places in NJ). You can tell he enjoys what hes doing and isn't just there for a paycheck. Personally, I would only ever go to a younger salesman (I actually chose him when I found the car I wanted*) granted I dont know how Audis compensation structure/milestones/quotas work, but it would seem to me that a younger salesman would rather close a deal than fight over a few hundred bucks. They know as well as anyone that you can just go to another dealer, especially in NJ. If you go to Edmunds lease forum I have a bunch of posts where I detail my experience. If I did it all over again would I do some things differently? No question, but let me tell you, if feels pretty good to have Audi lease forum veterans tell you that you got an amazing deal.just saying *totaled all the options I wanted and searched MSRPs on Audis website, found the car I wanted, which was in Delaware and then looked around at my local Audis and thought to myself, who do I have the best chances of negotiating with? For reasons above, I chose Tal.

I had been considering over the last few months leaving the BMW brand and making the switch over to Audi. Last evening I pulled out of the Upper Saddle River Jack Daniels Audi lot with my new vehicle (A5 Cabriolet) - which I am beyond thrilled over. I was reluctant to make the brand change without having all of the information I needed to feel comfortable about making the change. The service that I received at Jack Daniels Audi started a couple of months ago with my initial visit... The follow up by the Sales Team with the information that I had requested was always thorough and left me with little to question. In other words, not only was I comfortable with making the brand switch, I eager to make the change having been educated on the Audi A5 (and able to make the appropriate comparisons).Not only do I have a great looking car that performs better than I could have imagined, but it is backed with a great sales experience and service plan moving forward. Awesome dealership to deal with. I gave Terry the lowest price I shopped for and he beat it hands down. Believe me, I requested and gathered about 5 different quotes. Terry went out of his way to ensure that I got the vehicle I wanted at the price I wanted. Throughout all of our email communications, Terry kept me in the loop about the purchase, and or any issues. He ran into a little hiccup with the initial vehicle of choice, but I found another one that had a better package. Upon delivery, Terry and Arthur treated me with great respect and took the time to show me every aspect about the car making sure I understood every function and feature in the car. The best delivery I every had in my years of car purchases. Even after a year of ownership, Terry continues to communicate out to me, making sure that I'm happy with my purchase. I have previously been in the Auto industry ( Out of the business for a few years ) and My doctor asked me to look into the best dealership to buy from, because he knows I know the business very well. I Had contacted at least 10 other Audi Dealerships in the NY and NJ region, and BY FAR Jack Daniels Audi was the Most professional, accomadating and friendly dealer to work with. Being in the industry myself, I encountered MANY dealerships that were unprofessional, and had little or no knowlege of the product they were representing. I called Jack Daniels Audi and dealt with Tal Vander. He was extremely proficient in getting back to me when promised, kept true to his word on the inventory, specials and pricing. I was VERY Impressed with his dealings, in terms of honesty and integrity. That's a rarity in this business ! Bought a CPO Audi from this dealer. Arranged over the Internet from a distance. HORRIBLE communication once the money was in their hands. HORRIBLE. Almost a month later, and I am STILL waiting to receive the spare key (which I was essentially told was being held hostage, for God knows what reason). I have emailed repeatedly about it but the salesperson does not even reply at this point. I have also not received my warranty information. When I put a call into the sales manager, I had to leave a voice mail, which was never returned. The car is great. I just wish these jokers would treat their customers better. If they had, I would already have sent them a referral.

Recently my neighbor purchased an 08 Audi A4 from Jack Daniels. After taking a few rides with him in the vehicle, I had to have one for myself. I did some research online and found that they had an 09 with good mileage and a clean Carfax report that was in the same price range of the 08 that I was originally interested in. I decided to go in the dealership on a whim with my mother after returning from a vacation. Right after we parked at Jack Daniels we were greeted by Fernando Costa. I was unshaven, not dressed well yet still received excellent customer service. Fernando was very friendly to me and my mom and was very helpful in answering all of my questions I had about the different cars they had on display. After getting in a few of the Audis with him, I had pretty much made up my mind. I came back later that day and we put a down payment on the car and applied for financing with Adam Zabrocki. He fixed me up with a great payment plan. The next day we came back and Fernando made sure I knew how to use everything in the vehicle. Arthur Nicholson told me a great deal of history and specs on my new car. I already like the car before I arrived but after purchasing it they made me fall in love. The whole experience was very comfortable and painless.

Tal was a pleasure to work with. My husband and I felt very comfortable with him. He knows the car inside and out, is very friendly, honest , responded quickly to all questions I had and helped me to find the perfect car for my needs. We stopped by first time on a rainy dark evening just to test the water, he was right there for us and he got the car from the lot, just to explain the features and make us familiar with it. Tal is a very talented sales person. When we came to test drive the car, he took the time to let us drive over to the service department and introduced us to his coworkers there. During our trip, he explained the car, the performance and all features very detailed. The transaction went fast and smooth. After almost purchasing a new S4 from a dealer closer to me, I called Jack Daniels just to see if they could beat the deal I had. The salesman Tal Vander told me yes he could and to come in. Expecting a sales pitch, I resisted and kept sending emails to get further more concrete information. I decided to visit and he couldn't have been more friendly or knowledgeable. Tal is a relatively young guy but his knowledge of the vehicles, the process and numbers were far beyond what salesman twice his age have. I was very impressed by him. We took a test drive and he went over the numbers with me and left me with a deal similar to the one I had previously but still lesser than a BMW 550xi I was looking at. The next day he followed up and I was still on the fence. He basically gave me a rock bottom deal to get me over the edge. Most salespeople would niggle and chip and try to match, but Tal just beat the deal significantly and without any time wasting or nonsense. I can't tell you how refreshing that was. He answered all my emails extremely quickly and in a very direct and forthright manner.We made a deal, I sent over the paperwork and was approved and ready to go immediately. Delivered on the vehicle a few days later. The delivery process was even more impressive. I have purchased many cars in my life but this was by far the most impressive and thought out delivery I have ever encountered. After a brief visit with Tal I was given over to Arthur who is their dedicated car delivery rep. He sat with me and went over every major feature as if I was a V.I.P from Audi getting a full on demonstration. He was fantastic. This in my mind really sets this dealership apart from every other dealer. I purchased a BMW a few days later for my wife from another dealership and they basically gave me the keys and told me thanks. Afterwards I went through the actual documentation signing process with Terrence who was straight forward, nice and easy going. No big surprises and he was understanding when I went back and forth with the numbers a few times. No surprises to me is the biggest part. Often dealers try to throw in a last minute fee that they gloss over when speedily scrolling down to what your monthly payment is.We finished with Arthur taking me to the case and offering me an Audi accessory of my choice - free of charge. I took a S4 key ring.Seriously best car buying experience I have ever had. I am a difficult buyer I will tell you. I am very knowledgeable myself and very direct. Audi matched me on those aspects. I cannot recommend Tal or this dealership enough. If we are ever in the market for Audi again, you can be sure I will check in with Jack Daniels first.

He is knowledgable, courteous, friendly, polite and not high pressure. He followed up an appropriate amount during the process and has followed up a few times after the sale closed to ensure complete customer satisfaction. The A6 is a very advanced vehicle and Arthur Nicholson was a tremendouse resource in presenting the vehicle's basic operation as well as a terrific overview of the technical capability and functionality of the Audi Connect. There is much to learn about the A6 and it is reassuring to know that Thiago and Arthur are available for ongoing 1:1 support if necedssary. They made the process comfortable and easy and the experience is only surpassed by the thrill of getting behind the wheel of our new A6. We love it!

I went to Jack Daniels Audi to specifically look at a used 2010 Acura TSX and upon arrival I met with Terry Axel. Terry was very warm, friendly, and left a lasting impression on me and my boyfriend who came along with me. Although, I purchased an Acura from an Audi dealer Terry provided me with just enough knowledge and info needed for me to feel comfortable with my purchase. This leads me to believe this is probably the "Go To" dealer when purchasing an Audi, as Terry is simply a well versed Car salesmen who is very knowledgeable of cars in general. The customer service I received was great as he stayed in touch with me and never once came on as being aggressive. I visited a lot of dealerships and worked with a lot of salesmen during my search for the right vehicle and Jack Daniels Audi and Terry Axel definitely left a lasting impression.

My wife and I lost our A4 in Hurricane Sandy and did not look forward to shopping for a replacement. I contacted every Audi dealership in NJ, PA, as well as the NYC dealership and by far was most impressed with Jack Daniels Paramus. Terry Axel went above and beyond anything we could have expected. He kept in daily communication, was great responding via email, and found us exactly the CPO A4 we were looking for. He went out of his way to put the A4 on hold for us and offered to drive us to the Dealership to take a look because we were without a car. Terry and Adam, the business manager, worked with us on the price, financing, and additional services offered. A tire blew out on our old A4, and the replacement cost ended up being much more than we thought so we purchased the tire warranty for peace of mind. We also purchased the Audi Care Plus for the 30% discount verus paying for the services a la carte. Wayne, the pre-owned sales manager, and Vin, the parts manager, were also helpful and just as nice to work with. He got us an S-Line badge for the front grill, made sure any questions we had were answered, and just like Terry and Adam, was genuinely interested in our overall satisfaction of our buying experience. We are thankful for everyone's help at Jack Daniels Paramus for turning an unfortunate circumstance of losing our A4 into a truly wonderful buying experience!

I had a good car buying experience at Jack Daniel's Audi. Tal was very helpful and had a "no pressure" approach to the purchase experience. I'm even surprised as Tal is very helpful to me even after the sale. If there was any issue they are willing to help. They try to make sure that my experience was a pleasant one. Sam was also very helpful and even stepped in with an issue with the car which wasn't entirely the dealership's fault. Any other dealer would have said that's not our issue but he stepped up, which I commend him for it. I would recommend Jack Daniels Audi for their good customer service.

About a month ago i started my search for a used B8 Audi A4 with 30,000 miles or less. After a long extensive search at every dealer within 100 miles of my home, I found a potential car of my interest at Jack Daniel's Audi in Paramus. Not only were there certified pre owned cars priced well, but all there cars were in very good condition. Having previously seen many cars throughout the NJ and NY area many of the A4's were used and abused lease turn ins, which turned me away due to the condition there previous owners had kept them in. Aside from that, every used sales associates I dealt with was very pushy to make a sale, not knowledgeable about the car, and not negotiable on price. For a Audi sales associate to not be knowledgeable on everything about all models is pathetic and astonishes me on how they could even sell a car. To my luck I came across a 2009 Audi A4 2.0T with 26,000 miles at Jack Daniel's Audi, and the best car sales associate I have ever done business with Fernando Costa. Fernando is a true professional, speaks with such knowledge of all audi cars and specs, and is a honest, genuine guy. I can't say enough about how happy I am to have met and dealt with Fernando and to have done business with him and Jack Daniel's. Excellent hassle free experience, as well as a new friendship that will continue throughout years to come. Thanks Fernando!

Recently we we're on market for vehicle and we stop by Jack Daniel's in Paramus location. Based upon our experience, shopping for a car is a very stressful job but luckily for us Fernando was the sales person that approached us. He helped us through the process of buying the car unlike some other dealerships. I was introduced to Fernando by Mr. Sam Ahn, and he told me "Your in good hands." He was right! Fernando is efficient, articulate, and extremely knowledgeable about his job, and the Audi brand. There are two things that stand out about Fernando, his easy going manner in which his conducts business, and second, his exceptional "follow-up" sales support. Regarding the former, during the transactional phase of my purchase, Frenando made me feel very comfortable, so much so, I forgot what I was doing at the Audi in the first place. This unique quality that Fernando brings to the table reduced stress, since the last time I purchased a vehicle was 14 years ago. This added true enjoyment of buying new car. Regarding the latter, Fernando, was and is, extremely responsive to my needs, i.e, regarding new plates, questions about payment books etc. He contacted me both on my cell phone, and my work phone, this, weeks after the purchase. My last purchase of another "brand" 14 years ago, I purchased the vehicle, and was "forgotten" by them. Not so with Fernando, he was extremely response to my needs. Because the experience with Fernando was very favorable, I have now changed my loyalties from Chrysler to AUDI. Overall, if I was to grade Fernando, I would give him a "A+" He is true asset to the Audi at the Paramus Rte 4 Jack Daniels dealership, and I wish him well during the holiday season. I recommended him to family and friends with hope he benefits from selling A7s, A8s and TTLs.

A month ago I leased a new Audi A4 at Jack Daniel Audi Paramus. Prior to my visit,I was convinced i was going to buy a BMW 3 series with a great deal although i owned the same car. But thought i would test drive the Audi to have something to compare it to.I arrived at the dealership and was greeted by one of their sales people, Marie Sielski. Marie showed me around and gave me a lot of good info on the A4.I really liked the look of it but i wasn't totally convinced until I took one for a test drive. I spent an hour doing a test drive and asking questions. Marie was supper patient with me and at no time did i ever fell pressured to make a decision. I Knew what i wanted, so it didn't take too long to select the car. It took less then 20 for us to agree on my trade in value and the price of the new vehicle. I love my new car. Marie, Sam (General manager), and Arthur at Jack Daniel Audi Paramus really made me feel good about my purchase. They were very helpful and efficient but most importantly they really know how to treat their customers well. The whole purchasing experience was beyond expectation. I have purchased many cars over the years but this was by far the easiest and best experience i have ever had buying a new car. This is an awesome dealership to work with. I went in to look at a used S4, and the whole team was friendly, professional, and courteous from start to finish. The sales team was super knowledgeable about the car, and were never once pushy about a purchase. I ended up buying a car from them, not just because the car was amazing, but because I felt like I could really trust the dealership as a whole. The team is wonderful to work with, especially Marie Sielski, they stayed open an extra hour on a Friday night, just to go over everything with me and make sure I didn't feel like I was being "rushed into a deal." Recently me and my family purchased a 2012 Q7 from Jack Daniels Audi. We were looking for a very specific color combination that consisted of white for the exterior and beige interior. We had gone/called multiple dealerships to find this Q7, that is when I called Tal at Jack Daniels Audi to inquire about two used Q7 that were a later model, both of which had the right coloring, but both were missing other things we wished to have such as the third row and GPS. Jack Daniels Audi later called back to inform me that they had a new Q7 coming into their inventory but it was Grey, they found a beige and white one that was going to another dealership and since both weren't sold to anyone yet, Jack Daniels Audi was able to coordinate a switch of the two Q7's. Tal let us know when it was gonna arrive and when to be there to pick it up. It so happened that Tal could not be there that day but he said that he would talk to Arthur to insure that we were well taken. When we arrived to the dealership we were greated by Arthur which began giving us a tour of the Q7 and explaining the cool features of the car to kill some time till my wife got to the dealership. Once she arrived Terence, Jack Daniels Financial Director, came out and took us into his office to do all the paper work. Once the paper work was finished we returned to Arthur so he could continue with the tour of the car and explain all the things we would need to know. Overall it was by far the best Audi service we have received.

I just started my search for the vehicle and called up this dealership with some details on an offer I received from a competitor. Immediately Henry went to the bottom line and asked what I was looking for and what I was willing to pay.On the phone he found me cars in the area that had all the options I wanted and offered to setup an exchange at my asking price. The deal also included a trade-in which was generously appraised to the point I instantly felt I was getting a good deal. Within 24hrs the car was located and an exchange was in the works. They found me a car with a beautiful Havana Black color that typically adds $495 to the MSRP, but did not charge me for the color. Henry kept me updated through phone calls, emails and text messages through the whole process and was always available. He sent me copies of the order configuration and eventually a detailed break down of the numbers in this deal.Almost all the paperwork was done over fax and email. When I went to pick up the car most of the time was spent learning the great innovations in this car rather than negotiating or signing paperwork. It took all of 15 minutes to get the paperwork done and there was no pressure to sign onto dealer packages like tire protection etc. Another great surprise, is Albert, their cheif technical man at the dealership who is basically a walking encyclopedia of every current Audi Model. He gave me a concise but thorough introduction to the vehicle and along the way tweaked the factory settings to fully maximize the convenience of this car. Every questions was enthusiastically answered and more questions were encouraged. It was near closing time and I actually wished they were open longer so that I could learn more about this great car and its technology. Who ever wants to spend more time at a dealership? Thats just a reflection of their great service from sales to the manager. Looking forward to my next purchase with JD.

When I was looking to purchase a pre-owned car, I was "yessed to death", we will buff this, we will compound that out, "no problem" this was what I heard over and over, like a broken record. When I picked up the car it was not buffed or compounded, I should have declined pick-up, the salesman Terry Axel promised me that he would make arrangements for me to leave the car and get a loaner while this service would be done. Well after a month of waiting and listening to Mr. "No-problem" I get a rushed job and a job that was done in a slapshod way. The work was not performed well. The car was supposed to be returned to be but was over an hour late, I was waiting outside in a parking lot for over an hour in which I questioned how he would be able to get the work done that quickly. Well I should have listened to my gut feeling,the work was not done well and I was late to my daughter's concert. The salesman had no regard for my time and after waiting a month another day would not have mattered. To top it off the salesman sent me nasty e-mails. Another blunder I have not received my registration yet, it has been 2 months!!! This is unheard of, the worse part is that they don't even offer an explanation of why this is so. Never go to Jack Daniels, bad customer service. I give them a .5

Just pick'd up my new S4 .Love the Car! The saleperson Marie S help me the with buy'n process, She is by far the best saleperson I every dealt with since I can remeber.I personal dislike pushy sales people she made me comfortable and relax while I was at the dealship and she Great! period. My overall experience was and is the best and would highly recommend this dealership and most of all Marie S as your saleperson. Thanks John D

I brought my vehicle in for a full maintenance Thursday afternoon because I seen they were offering a big coupon for Facebook members only, and I haven't been taking care of my car as well as I should have. I dealt with Freddy at service, and my car needed a lot of work since I don't do this regularly, so I would have to leave my vehicle there for the morning since I didn't want to drop it off today. They gave me a loaner Audi A6, which was actually nicer than my A4. I stopped in today at 8:30, and picked up my car no problem. The price was right for any dealer, and my car is running beautifully now.

I was looking at a few different dealer websites and seen that Jack Daniels Paramus Audi was advertising a new 2011 Audi A4 premium for only $299. I figured this was probably either a gutted out A4 with a very big downpayment or had some other catch behind it. I called the dealership over the weekend and was transferred to Spiro. He went over everything the car had in it and that the price was legitimate. I stopped into their showroom in Paramus on Rt 4 and met up with Spiro on Monday night after work. We looked at one of the $299 a month A4's and it was definitely a premium package. Spiro took me for a test drive up highway 208 and I couldn't believe how well the car handled and how much power it had behind it. I never doubted the Audi Quattro system, but until you actually get in an Audi and drive you don't realize just how good it is. When we got back to the dealership I knew that I wanted it if the price was really $299 a month. Sure enough, with the $3600 downpayment + taxes the price was right where it was advertised. I am so excited that I bought this car just in time for the holidays, and can't wait to test this baby out in the snow! Thank you Spiro, and thank you Jack Daniels Paramus!!!!

BUY A CAR HERE from SPIRO Milliaressis - 201-796-8500 X1107, the service is excellent and the employees are even better!!! I was searching for a CPO Audi and was in NYC, so I reached out to many of the local dealerships. I had to call John (the Internet manager) twice, and he then connected me with Spiro. The car I was looking at on the web was SOLD, but he found another that met my requirements while I was on the phone, and told me he wanted to sell it tonight. I had heard that from many other dealerships and thought this was BS also, but it was not. We worked together to get to a fair price (Spiro started high and I started low) and let me know he had to get it approved. He did and called me right back, and made arrangements to pick me up at the subway stop by the George Washington Bridge. He drove me to the dealership, and showed me the car (there were probably 5 guys working on detailing it). It was clean, in good condition, and looked great. I test drove it, he showed me how everything worked, completed the paperwork, and I drove it back to Chicago.I really enjoyed spending time with Spiro, as I said he was fair and knowledgeable. He is also a funny person. Everyone I worked with at the dealership was GREAT, and I only wish I lived near by because I would definitely go here for service.Well done!!!

i saw their ad online, call them to make sure the car wasn't sold. they told me the car was still available and even offer lower price than what they listed online. when i went in to test drive the car two days later, the was sold and they tried to sell me totally different car than what i was looking for. in overall experience, i would never go in here to buy a car.

Overall a decent experience. <br><br>They took my piece of crap trade-in without a thorough inspection. The vehile was worth $8000 and needed about $3000 in work. They offered me $10,000 as a trade-in. They wouldn't budge much on the price of the car...but the fact thatthey were ubying a lemon more than compensated for that. <br><br>WhenI got my vehicle it "looked" like it was perfect. As time went on I found one of my doors sagging. Apparent it was damaged by the prior owner and repaired. I'm suprised the certification process did not come across this flaw. Cost $150 to fix at a local body shop. <br><br>I was given a temp plate when driving off the lot. The temp plate expires in 30 days. It took 40 days for me to get my new registration. <br><br>I've noticed some small quirks with my vehile which i have since brought to Audi of Fairfield for them to fix. Now the car is the way it should have beenin the 1st place.
