I bought an F150 in May from Jason Arsenault. This was my first purchase of a truck since I had my 2004 F150. I love the Ford family but had been to a few other dealerships and was not feeling the experience or love that I was looking for. Jason took it upon himself to talk through the different options available. I originally was looking for a Ranger but after discussions we went with an F150 which I now love a month later. The process was made extremely easy and even got me Celtics Plates! The icing on the cake was Jason was able to watch my puppy while I took a test drive which was huge to our family to show he was totally invested. What an excellent employee that you have in Jason, and what a great organization all around. Our family is elated with our Purchase and Experience from Jack Madden and Jason!

I took the long ride to Jack Madden Ford in search of a difficult to find used SUV. Typically I stick with dealers closer to home but the people on the phone were pleasant and it was a nice day for a ride. When I arrived, Farah Chamoun was standing outside and greeted me with a friendly hello and went to work getting the SUV pulled up front for me to look at. Farah did a great job explaining the features of the SUV, allowed me to take my time on the test drive and was even tolerant of my active five year old twins. When it came time to sit down and run the numbers for the new (to me) SUV, Farah was ready with a reasonable trade in offer for my used vehicle and was ready with a print out showing payments by length of loan and down payment. The whole process from start to finish is one of the best experiences I've had buying a car. A big thank you to Farah and the sales team at Jack Madden Ford, I'm very happy with my purchase and won't hesitate to go back or recommend Farah and Jack Madden for future purchases.

I was at Jack Madden yesterday afternoon looking at a certified preowned 2013 F150 that I had seen posted on their website. Right away, Al Abramson came out and greeted me. Without hesitation, he got the keys and we went on a test in the truck. It was exactly what I wanted, and although it had a few minor blemishes, Al was willing to go the extra length to close the deal in a way that made me feel comfortable with what I was getting. My husband went to Jack Madden Ford hoping to find a Flex. Al showed him a Flex on the lot so my husband made a plan for us to go back and take it for a test drive. As soon as we pulled up, I noticed that Al had the car set aside, newly cleaned, and ready to be driven. We took it for a test drive, and as my husband and I chatted while driving, Al was a comfortable part of the conversation. Al is quite talented in the art of sales, asking the right questions as I was hesitant to give up my mini van; but never made us feel overly pressured. While waiting for the sales paperwork to be processed we discussed a variety of topics, including favorite tv shows (a nod to Seinfeld in the title of this review). Our experience with buying a car was so enjoyable it makes we wish it was something we did more often! When we went to pick up our new car, many other employees congratulated us on our new purchase. We highly recommend Al and the team at Jack Madded Ford.

My appointment time was held to test drive two cars, and when the first salesman was busy with another customer, Scotty W. was more than happy to help us. He answered all of my questions for both vehicles, asked questions to determine what was a good fit for me, and gave his experienced opinions on the vehicles overall. I appreciated that. While Scotty handled my paperwork, Larry was more than happy to converse with us, answer more questions, and provided information on student discounts which saved me even more money! The team worked together seamlessly from sales to financing, and I am extremely happy with my purchase of a 2017 Ford Fusion. I was looking for a hybrid near Boston area so I went to several dealers to compare. Jack Madden Ford stands out to me not only in terms of the availability of different car types (trims), but also their service. Victoria was my agent, she was patient, enthusiastic and knows how to make customers feel appreciated (i.e. makes me feel she's treating my business seriously). Test drive was a great experience to get familiar with the car and she answered every questions perfectly (she knows her business!). Anyway, I ultimately bought a 2017 Fusion Hybrid. Loved the car, loved the car-buying process at this dealer. There's no need to say more. If you're looking for a Ford, Jack Madden Ford is the place to go. Highly recommended!

Purchased a new Ford Taurus at Jack Madden, especially from Salesman A Abrahamsom. Have done business with him before and would never try to change salesman in the future. He has always been receptive to whatever I requier, as to how to run things in new cars to any things that I constantly require answers to how things are done and should be done. Al, my opinion is a super salesman for Jack Madden and deserves all the reconition that the officials of the company can rendor.

I was just window shopping comparing the old Fusion to the new style Fusion but was intending to buy within the week. I was greeted by Al in the parking lot as he was walking in. He immediately made me feel welcome and comfortable asking me questions about that were not about trying to push a "sale" but what brought me to the dealership and how he could help me find what I was looking for. Fortunately he had a car that matched up. Long story short I purchased a car from him and couldn't be happier with the service he provided me as well as the entire dealership including Dylan in the finance department. Al's dealership wasn't the closest but I will put his on the top of the list when I go to look for my next Ford.

I wish I had gone and seen Al a lot sooner.He had simple and direct answers to my questions (my many questions).I had been to half a dozen dealerships before and most times it took the salesman 10 minutes to formulate a convoluted answer to my lease questions. Al was prepared and succint. Also he was very knowledgable about model comparisons and went over the vehicle with me from front to back.Most importantly he didn't leave me waiting for long periods while he presented deals to the managers. Anyone looking to buy a new car I suggest giving Jack Madden Ford a shot. First and for most because Jason Fineberg was a compassionate and caring sales rep that listened to your every word and catered to those needs. Most of the time when I've headed into a dealership I've had a rep try to hound me into buying a car I didn't necessarily want. Jason was the complete opposite and gave positive suggestions that ultimately was the icing on the cake financially and with what I was looking for. He has a great knowledge for cars and thanks to his help I bought 2016 Ford Mustang as my first car without taking a huge hit financially. I strongly suggest taking a trip to Jack Madden Ford and asking for Jason Fineberg, he's the man!

I was at Jack Madden Ford yesterday and purchased a 2016 F-150 truck. I had a great experience. Al Abramson is a great guy and helped me as soon as I stepped in the lot. I told Al that I found the truck I wanted online on their website and he was able to get the keys and we test drove it immediately. He knew all the specs and details about the truck and could answer every question I had. I never felt any pressure from him to buy and actually enjoyed the time spent there. The sales manager was amazing too and worked with me on a monthly payment I could afford. I honestly do not have anything negative to say about Jack Madden Ford. I highly recommend them over Rodman/Imperial. Also don't forget to ask for Al, he seriously was the best!

I just purchased my 2016 Explorer Sport today from Jack Madden. I originally went in there last week to check out some new cars. I was approached by a salesman Farah who walked me through the Ford Edge, and then ultimately the Explorer Sport. He was extremely helpful and knowledgable about both vehicles. Today I noticed a 2014 Mustang GT advertised for sale. I called Jack Madden Ford and confirmed its availability and then drove 40 minutes (West Warwick, RI to Norwood, MA) for a 12:30pm test drive appointment. Upon arrival I was told that the vehicle was not for sale and in fact was in storage awaiting a replacement airbag (Tanaka airbag recall) which they did not expected until the end of summer. The salesperson apologized for the inconvenienced and then offered me a gas card for my time and expense. She proceeded to process the card but was subsequently told by her sales manager that one could not be given (I can only assume it is because I do not live in their market and thus why bother doing right by this out of state customer). Very disappointed in the dealerships clearly false advertising or incompetence to market for sale something that is not available and for their indifference towards their Ford customers.

I called on a mustang they had on the lot. They gave me the price at full retail and would not go any lower. Then right when I was going to put a deposit on my credit card and pick the car up the following week they raised the price ten thousand dollars saying the demand for the vehicle was high!To me that's poor business practice! I feel bad for people who have had this happen to them. I asked for the owner to call me and they had some Kris guy call and say basically that's how it works on a high demand vehicle. They already make enough money on their vehicles as it is and Kris agreed but with the demand that is their policy to raise the price higher on vehicles according to demand I guess!

Having dealt with this dealership on previous purchasing of vehicles, my husband and I felt that in our dealings we were always treated with the utmost of respect and we felt very comfortable returning to buy a new vehicle. And just as we began the process we encountered the knowledgeable and friendly staff who made our search go smoothly. Our salesman Al Abramson was so helpful and accommodating to our needs and concerns. He shared his time and expertise with us and we at the end of the day purchased an upgraded model of the vehicle we are currently driving. So with many thanks to all, I would close by saying that I would not hesitate to refer family and friends to Jack Madden Ford and our salesman Al Abramson.

Went in on a Saturday morning and if my insurance company had been open I would have brought the car home a couple of hours later. True professionals! My salesman actually delivered the car to me!

From the moment we walked thru the door we were greeted and treated with respectLino Azul is an accommodating and very helpful sales person. He took the time to help us pick a vehicle that was right for us. There is nothing worst than someone trying to sell you something that is not right for you. He took his time and listened to what our needs were and then got us a price we were comfortable for us. Lino is a great salesman and I have to say Dylan in the finance dept. knows his business and is very open to answering any questions we had regarding finance. This is a great dealership and service center. I've been to other dealers and Jack Madden's team of sales advisors, financial reps and service techs are the fastest and most thorough staff I have encountered. I am greatfull to Al Abramson for the time and detail he put in to making the sale of my Ford Escape possible. He even went so far as to set up my phone contacts and blue tooth accessibility in my car. He went through every detail to make sure I was well informed and treated like the most important customer and never felt pressured or rushed in anyway. Al made sure I had a new car within an hour without putting a lot of money down and was offered the highest rate for a trade in of my old vehicle. The service techs made sure my new car was ready for the road, going so far as to giving it an inspection sticker free of charge and a full tank of gas. I will continue to visit jack madden ford for my service needs and Al is always available when I need him or have any questions. A great dealership and a great salesman!

I bought my 2015 F150 pick up truck in September 2015. My salesperson Mary Lopez was awesome all the way through the process of test driving and purchasing my vehicle. Even after buying she has kept in touch to see if there was anything else she I needed. Over the winter I got a few dings in the paint. I contacted Mary and she got right back to me within minutes. Within 1 hour she had some touch up paint. I stopped to pick up the paint and we had a nice chat. I feel like family when I walk in your doors. She is an asset to Jack Madden and I will always go there first. Thanks again

I needed to replace my old Ford Focus, and wanted to buy a similar car. I was in a real time crunch, trying to get a car before I had to move halfway across the country to start a new job. Lino went above and beyond the call of duty, picking me up at the train station (I took the rail from South Station) and driving me to my credit union through rush hour traffic to pick up the check. When the car I bought turned out to have a problem with the axle, they made sure I could get in for service before leaving town, not just once, but twice, on very short notice, when no other Ford dealership in the region could provide service. Ultimately, Kevin found a bigger problem with the axle assembly and determined it couldn't be fixed before my moving date, so Jason and Lino helped me to exchange the car for another similar car at record speed - on a Saturday - even making sure that my financing was virtually identical to the financing I got through my own bank previously. These guys were friendly and attentive the whole time I was there.

From my first visit to this dealership I've been treated like a valued customer - with respect and patience. I was interested in a Mustang and my salesperson was Gil Rabinovsky. Gil did a TERRIFIC job at helping me understand which model (engine, options, etc) would work best for my needs, and to get the best price with all of the relevant incentives and discounts. He was also very accommodating and helpful with my situation as a new US resident, and answered many of my questions "around" the car purchase.When the car arrived I got what I could only call VIP service, Gil came especially on that day to pick me up, and walk me through all of stages of getting the car licensed, clean and ready to go.Overall TOTALLY POSITIVE impression with this dealer, with Gil Rabinovsky, and I'd also like to commend GEORGE and AL for their great service, knowledge and patience with my many questions. this is my third time back, i came 30 miles from Peabody Ma to Jack Madden Ford.my family purchased their first f-350 wrecker in 1960 from Jack MaddenI purchase a 2010,a 2011 an now a 2016 F150 from Jack Madden Ford.The reason i keep coming back is their salesman, John Thomas. Al was a courteous, easy going sales rep. Never pressured us, was helpful with answering questions or looking at multiple trucks. Came in looking for a used truck due to my budget, but left with a brand new truck because of the great deal that was available. It didn't hurt that I was given an extra discount for being a firefighter/paramedic either.

Bought a 2015 Ford Escape ,Last Saturday. Sales Rep Joe Lovely was great. Treated us with respect and courtesy not insulting us on our trade in and its value. I've dealt with many dealerships in the area and this was the best experience purchasing a car, On pick up day plates transferred and a sticker put on car and a full tank. (hear that Lawless). He took all the time we needed to explain all features and even programed my wife's phone into the Bluetooth. I cant recommend Madden Ford and its Sales Rep Joe Lovely enough. Thank You

I recently purchased a 2015 Ford Fusion hybrid from Jack Madden Ford. Our sales rep was Al Abramson. Al spent a lot of time making sure that he knew what I was looking for in a car. He knew everything imaginable about the car and answered all my questions. He was able to get me a good deal and did not pressure me at all to buy extras that I didn't need. Al has a interesting sense of humor and made the whole experience pleasant. The whole team at Jack Madden work together which is why I returned to this dealership again when I was ready to get a new car.

The salesmen at this dealership are very misleading. They make it seem as though you are receiving an excellent deal at time of purchase, in order to make a sale, when in reality they're selling you on a bed of lies. I would absolutely never do business with them again or recommend them to anyone.

We recently purchased a used Ford truck vehicle from Jack Madden. Our sale rep Al Abramson went above and beyond our expectations. This was my first of a diesel truck, so I had a lot of questions. He was very knowledgeable and made sure all my questions were answered and didn't rush me. He was not your typical sales representative. They also were able to give me a great deal on my trade and the truck I was purchasing. Even when it came to a couple minor issues such as stickers, remote and antenna problems they fixed the issues without hesitation. Their service department was just as friendly. Jodi ensured I was being tended too, while even the used car tech Craig was happy to answer any questions I had. This was one of the best experiences I had purchasing a vehicle. If you are ever looking to purchase a new or used Ford vehicle I would highly recommend Al and the Jack Madden Team!

My husband and I purchased a 2011 Ford Explorer from Jack Madden Ford in December of 2014 and just last week (week of Feb 2, 2015) we received the 2nd key that was "included" in the purchase. Initially the entire purchasing process went smoothly while we were working with our Sales Rep Kevin. He answered all questions and concerns and we sailed through to Financing. We opted in for the "bumper to bumper" insurance because we were told more than a handful of times that it covered everything bumper-to-bumper. When we left the dealership we were confident with our purchase and excited to receive our used vehicle (which Kevin drove to our CT DMV - thank you). When we got home we called the insurance company to make sure all electronics and navigation were included in the bumper-to-bumper insurance package which they were not. The standard bump-to-bumper policy offered by the dealership for a used car DOES NOT TRULY COVER BUMPER-TO-BUMPER. We were more than slightly disappointed and it took several calls to the insurance company and speaking with numerous floor managers to get everything ironed out. Make sure you have copies of everything including what they say is included when you walk out of that dealership. They are very busy and it can take a while to complete the entire buying experience if you walk out with any loose ends. On a lighter note, the service we received at the dealership on the day of our purchase was wonderful. Kevin arranged all details and we really felt like we were the only customers in the dealership. He followed through and kept in touch with us during the entire process (including the 2nd key debacle). Kevin listened to our requests and packaged up an offer that was in line with our family needs and budget. Our sincerest thanks to Kevin our Sales Rep and Tom the Sales Manager, for making things happen.

I have had the worst customer service experience ever!!! This is beyond ridiculous! To explain my problem, my husband and I purchased a car in October 2014. However, we overpaid as our bank did not deduct the amount of the car trade from the sales check. So when we bought the car, we were told we would receive a check for the amount that was due to us. Unfortunately, we never received the check. My husband called the salesman in December asking about the check. The salesman apologized, explained there had been a problem and promised to send us the check immediately. Well, in January, we still did not have the check. So I tried to call the salesman but got his answering machine, so I left a message, explaining the issue and demanding to receive the check within a week. So a week later, still no check. Finally, I called today and asked to speak to a manager. I again explained the issue. He asked for the papers to be sent to him to prove that we overpaid. So I had to scan the documents in order to email them to him. Well while I was scanning the documents, he put me on hold. After holding for 15 minutes, I hung up and called back but I was told by the front desk that he was in a meeting I mean seriously???!!! She promised to have him call me back as soon as he was done with the meeting (it was about 5:30pm). At 7:15pm, still no call so I decided to call back and it appeared that everyone had left since I got an answering machine. I am honestly beyond disgusted at this point!!! I understand that mistakes happen, I really do. But instead of fixing a little mistake, they are making it worse every time! This is really ridiculous! I honestly dont understand how a company can treat customers like this. All they had to do was to send us the check. I have all the paperwork they need so I dont understand why this is such a problem! Anyways, I feel like I have been more than patient and tried to resolve this problem many different times but to no end. I guess I just had the perfect storm of bad luck. But, the fact that I asked to speak to a manager in order to get the problem resolved once and for all, but to be treated like nothing and be completely ignored instead that is just insane!! I personally feel frustrated and completely disgusted by this company.

Went online to Jack Madden Ford of Norwood ,Ma , looking for a CPO Ford Edge . My Husband and I made an appointment 1/1/2015 and met with Helen .She was polite ,informative and patient , while we looked around the lot for the Ford Edges . We, finally chose a beautiful Blue 2014 Ford Edge . Helen was very accommodating to what we wanted in the car and she made it happen . My husband had been working with one of Jack Maddens Internet reps. We decided to go in to take a look at the Truck he was interested in. We met up with our rep and were handed off to a sales rep. We knew where we needed to be with our trade in and the purchase. After going back and forth about price and trade in, we weren't impressed with what they were offering. The sales rep told us that the deals we were offering were only available today (of course). When we said we weren't interested, she told us that she knew we were only using them for a price comparison and rudely asked if we were done. When we said yes, she quickly said bye and walked away. She acted as if we were rejecting her. I was appalled by her behavior and will never return to Jack Madden Ford.

Worst dealership experience i have ever had. DO NOT do Business with this dealership, YOU WILL REGRET IT!! I Purchased a pre-owned F-150 from them on 9/02/14. I needed a vehicle A.S.A.P. and expressed this to them. I was immediately assured by the General Manager Jason that the truck would go through service the very next day and that they would call me if there were any problems. I put a deposit down on the truck that day. After 2 days of not hearing anything i call the dealership and find out the saleswomen is no longer working there. I started working with another salesmen who again did not call me. After the 3rd salesmen Josh, the sale started to move forward. Josh was the only positive thing at this dealership. Returned my phone calls promptly and insured me everything was on track to take delivery of the truck quickly. I came in to sign all the paperwork and buy the truck only to find out the truck had never gone through the service department or even been cleaned for that matter. I was extremely frustrated at this point and the General Manager Jason told me that he made the decision not to send the truck in until after i had paid. Completely lied to my face just to make the sale! They told me the truck would be ready after 1-2 days,it just needed a windshield replaced and new front brakes. also there was no spare tire. Finally took delivery 14 days after putting down the deposit. Not exactly a quick sale that i was promised. Still no spare tire, was told a new one was ordered and just had not come in yet. I have called the dealership every week since i took delievery (9/2/14). The Managers never call back and i get no where. Here i am a month later and still no spare tire like i was promised nor any compensation for such a horrible experience. Not even a phone call from the General Manager. Please save yourself the aggravation and buy a vehicle elsewhere.

I had not bought a new car before but Al and the staff at Jack Madden made the process easy for me. I didnt feel pressured and in fact didn't have much time, so Al made the sale go through quickly and hassle -free. Also of note, my trade had unexpectedly broke down before trade in and the folks at Jack Madden helped make the trade in happen. I would recommend Al as a salesperson for anyone in the market for a new car.

i made an appointment to drop my car off for service - the rear window on our 2011 Focus would not go up or down. i was second in line at 7:30 AM. at 1:PM i called and was told by Male Associate #1 that they hadn't even brought my vehicle in to be seen my car was #2 on the list and still in the yard. so i asked, why did i have an appointment and show up only to be bypassed by other vehicles - he had no answer and told me it was up to the dispatcher. at 3:PM i received a call from Female Associate #1 who informed me that my door is a part, but that the part needed to fix it has to be over-nighted - i can pick-up the car or leave it. so now i'm facing (2) days without a vehicle. she also asked about a dealer "diagnostic fee" - to which i replied, "like my deductible, it needs to disappear". i explained to her that if i was second in line, why am i hearing about my car at the end of the day when it was just a simple window issue and why should i pay for diagnostics when i have a 5 start plus warranty that i paid extra for (I have a vanishing deductible that vanishes for taking it to the dealer if I was going to have to pay, I could have paid the deductible to a local mechanic and have my car back by now). So the Female Associate #1 then proceeded to become argumentative and belligerent with me over the first in first out notion of having an appointment vs. doing my car when you felt like it. it would be good customer service if you set the proper expectations with the customers by explaining that their car is going to take x amount of time to be seen instead of making appointments. It shouldn't take my intiated phone call and 8 hours to be told my car needs more time - you aren't taking the engine apart.i'd also like to add that, when Female Associate #1 felt it was necessary to comment about me (the customer) to the person next to them - they should make sure the line is fully disconnected. but I should have known when Male Associate #2 walked up to my window, said hello and then moved over to the car next to me that came in after me, what the type of service i was going to get. Now on the 2nd day, I have not hear a word not an update, no idea when itll be fixed or if it will even be fixed (its 4:PM and the dealership service closes at 6 perhaps I can teleport there in time if they finish it). This is the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. I recommend people go elsewhere this place doesnt care about the customer. No courtesy vehicle, no were sorry, nothing. at this time, i just want my car back to being fixed and i will take my business and its future repairs and or other purchases to another dealership in the area. as a paying customer, there is a limit to how one should be treated and my experience with Jack Madden has been less than satisfying.

After reading all of the reviews about Jack Madden Ford I feel that it was a good things what happened to us turned out the way it did. I did an online search for a Ford Edge and saw that they had this car in stock for a reasonable price. On a Friday I sent in the online inquiry to make an appt to see the car, and for argument sake I was ready to buy if it looked good and the price was right. Right away I received an email from Tiffany Mastro and a call to set up the appointment, mind you she reference the car in her email and verbally on the phone. Made the appointment for the next day. Right after I talk with her I receive an email confirming the appt. Then two separate emails from her manager, Dan Brinkley, thanking me for my interest and letting me know if the Tiffany was not available to ask for him when we come in. In the morning before the appt I get Another email, referencing the car I wanted, confirming the appt, etc. Not that Madden Ford cares, but I am 8 months pregnant with a 1 year old and my husband worked a half day so we could go and look at this car and we lug ourselves down there for the 30 minute drive. When we get there I ask for Tiffany, we are greeted by one of the salesman, Joe Lovely. We see Tiffany and she gives the information to Joe and lets him know the used car that we want to look at . We watch their interaction and he gives her a weird look when she mentions the car. He advises to give him a minute, goes to another desk, is about to come back and is called back over. When he finally comes back he tells us that he doesn't know why Tiffany set up the appt with us about this car but it is no longer available and was sold a week ago. We were a little shocked and I advised them that I emailed and spoke to her about this yesterday, not a week ago. He apologized and said that he has a the same car just a different year for sale. We said no thanks, tried very hard not to get upset and left immediately. I was very upset due to what we did to get ourselves there and that car dealerships actually STILL do a bait and switch. This is the first dealership that we ventured to on our quest for another car and we have defin learned our lesson. I wish that I had read these reviews first though. And they still have not contacted me via email or phone to apologize.

In May I bought my Ford Explorer, Limited Edition, (love it!), and 2 weeks ago I bought a Ford Edge from her for my mother's birthday. I'm a picky shopper, but she was extremely patient with me. I had her showing me the same vehicles over and over again, asking tons of questions, throwing different options in, and it was never a problem. I even had Dee spending hours with me looking for a car for my mother on her day off! I'm grateful, because the look on my mother's face when we drove the car down the driveway was PRICELESS! For my own vehicle purchase in May, it was also a great experience, because after consulting with her Manager Eva, the numbers Eva quoted me for my payments were what was on the final contract. The dealership was great but once I purchased my vehicle and began the service there was nothing but chaos. I was turned away for appointments, waited sometimes up to 4 hrs for simple oil change with an appointment made, left car for the day for a scheduled service and had to called to check in since I never heard from anyone and it was never serviced.....I can only go on about how dissatisfied this service department operates. This service department is truly a disservice to Ford. Don't waste your time and go elsewhere because all you will be here is frustrated.

We were unexpectedly delighted when meeting Al this past week at Jack Madden Ford. After several disappointments at other dealerships where employees were rude, arrogant, not helpful, etc, Al was very refreshing. He was excited to meet us, to know us, and to want to help us. He was very knowledgeable about his products, and the good, the bad, and the ugly about his as well as other makes. Al was extremely patient during our time together. We felt no pressure at any time. He was not a "hard line" or pushy type of salesman. We ended up purchasing a 2014 Ford Fusion with the help of Al and his outstanding sales manager Ava, as well as a very knowledgeable and helpful Lealand in the finance department. They all worked extremely hard to get us the best deal we could have imagined, especially for people with a less-than-perfect credit rating. On a personal note, regarding Al, he is very personable. We had a lot in common, there was much to talk about and connect with, and I am and will be recommending Al to all of my friends and associates who are in the market for new or used vehicles. We are thrilled with our new car and will go back to Jack Madden Ford and see Al for our family's next purchase.

I went into Jack Madden out of the blue, and after having shopped a few other dealerships on the Norwood Auto Mile, with a fairly tough price range. The team at Jack Madden was great. Al was my lead salesman, and was incredibly helpful. He was able to find me the only car that I had liked all day, a 2006 Taurus, and at a great deal! Eva the sales manager, and Lee the finance manager both worked incredibly hard to get me a great financing rate. All in all, you'd be hard pressed to find another dealership on Route 1 that's as helpful as these guys.

We had a great experience at Jack Madden Ford. My mother has had some health issues and needed a new car but could not easily get to the dealership. Leo made everything very simple for her by bringing the car to her for a test drive and then delivered the car when it was ready. Al was the only sales rep that came outside when I got out of my car. He was friendly and approachable. I told him exactly what I wanted and he took me over to the model I was interested in purchasing. He told me I was the most important customer and I felt it too. I must say I felt listened to and valued as a customer. He showed me cars in my price range and let me test drive the car. I stopped by Jack Madden on Easter Sunday. I was approached by Al Abramson while looking at Ford Edges on their lot. Al was very laid back and didn't pressure me like most sales consultants do when you drive into their parking lots. I told him I was just looking and would come back to discuss in detail what I was looking for. I gave him my contact information and he didn't inundate me with calls and emails. I was planning to return the following weekend. I met with Al again and decided I was going to lease a 2014 Ford Edge. They had the vehicle I wanted with the options I was looking for. I feel they were very fair with the pricing and trade in of my used 2009 Ford Edge. I worked with Jason Arruda when it came down to negotiating the lease. He was very professional and fair. I will definitely go back to Jack Madden Ford for my next vehicle.

In the past, I have purchased 6 automobiles, all different makes, and had to deal with high pressure salespeople. 2 of them were so bad, I had to walk out (never to return) I usually know exactly what I am looking for, and hate being steered towards something else. Well, there was none of this at Jack Madden Ford. When I arrived, within a few minutes I saw what I wanted, and Al came up, introduced himself, and his easy going nature put me at ease. He spent quite a bit of time with me, is VERY knowledgeable about most cars, even answered my questions about another car I was considering buying elsewhere. Although I really liked the car I bought, I believe his friendly, informative & cooperative treatment of me sealed the deal. We scheduled a appointment for 10:30 am we arrived at 10:15 and we're met by al abramson and was very polite we told him we had an appointment to see the black 2013 mustang gt he took us over to the car we looked at it while he got the keys he came back and we started the car and looked at the interior and gauges then we also looked and listened to the motor he then answered some questions we had as we were looking at the car he went and got a license plate so we could take it for a test drive he explained the car to us as we were driving it he was very professional and courteous we got back to the dealership and we talked about purchasing the car we did all the paperwork and as we waited he bought us all coffees which I thought was great you don't always get treated right when you are out looking to buy a car but al was great and I would recommend him and this dealership to everyone they were great to us and the financening department was awesome too we give al and lee at 10+ aaa rating and we will definitely buy another car from them

My husband and I stopped by this dealership on a Sunday afternoon. We met Al near the front door. We told him what we were looking for. Al told us where we could find the models we were looking for. Al's attitude was very friendly and low key. No pressure at all. Al has a vast knowledge of Ford products and automobiles in general. Al showed my husband and I the cars we were interested in. We both ended up making purchases that day. A process like this is usually very stressful but Al brought the stress level down to a minimum. The price and service we were received were great. Most of the time when you go to a dealership you feel like you are just being talked at and not listened to. Many times you get shown what is thought to be good for you and not what you asked for. I went to Jack Madden with my mother today because she was looking to buy a new car. Al Abramson greeted us and spent a lot of time with us finding the right car. My mother is older and has some issues with arthritis and was looking for a car that would be easy to get in and out of. Al really listened to what she was looking for in a car. He was so patient and friendly and not pushy at all. She ended up buying a great looking Ford Escape and we were very happy with the whole experience. After looking online at a number of cars I was contacted by the internet sales person, Armando. He was very pleasant and convinced me to come in and take a look. Al took over from there, and couldn't have been nicer. I test drove three cars, including a 2011 Ford Edge that Al felt was an especially good buy. I agreed, and bought it. Al spent as much time as I needed, and answered all my questions. When I picked up the car everything went very smoothly, and I'm pleased with the entire experience. Now if the car lasts me ten years I'll be a happy camper.

We started our car buying experience at Jack Madden, Norwood Ma. We walked around the lot and found a few models that were priced ok. When we entered the front door at Jack Madden, no one approached us. So I kindly asked the woman at the front desk, is it possible to speak to a sales person? In a rude tone, she was like sorry all the sales department is in a meeting for 30 mins. My wife and I looked at each other and walked out. A person with common sense would have gone to get a person or at least offer us a seat, drink and would try to make us feel comfortable. Instead she was an unprofessional and classless. I would never recommend anyone to buy anything from Jack Madden. Plus, if your dealership opens at 9am why you would have a meeting when the place is open, not to mention it is Presidents Day weekend! Sorry Jack madden dealership but my wife and i purchased a 2014 SUV within an hour and a half from leaving your lot. You guys missed out because of your front deck employee's attitude and lack of class.

I had an overall good truck buying experience at jack madden. My sales rep. Al Abramson was helpful, knowledgeable and fun to deal with. Al made the buying process smooth and helped me get what I want. I had two aftermarket parts (leather & heated seats) added to the truck which was done within days. The only complaint was the truck was not ready when I came to pick it up. A date and time was agreed upon for pickup. I arrived to wait 15mins then be told the sales rep. out gasing up the truck which took another 15mins.

I have had my F150 for a few months now and have driven in snow, ice, rain and off road for work sites. The truck has handled extremely well. Love the Salesmen and his pearsonalty. Took the time to explain every feture and the reason for it. I have lived in Norwood all my life and just feel that I had to buy in my own home town. Al greeted us when we arrived & was very friendly as well as very informative about the vehicle that we were interested in. We went for a test drive where Al continued to explain every option (there were many) in simple terms to us. Never during the whole process were we pressured by Al. Al met us at the door with a friendly greeting and asked what we were interested in. I was impressed with his patient, kind and knowledgeable manner right from the start. We were test driving a Ford Escape within minutes of our conversation. I was quite impressed! I had been dreading car shopping but this certainly put me at my ease. While test driving the car, we stopped in the lot to see if the color I wanted was readily available and it was. Within an hour, we had made a decision and were negotiating price. And within a short time we purchased this vehicle. We returned the next day to pick up our car which was ready and waiting. Al spent time with us making sure we were acquainted with all the features this car had to offer. What was an experience I was not looking forward to ended up actually being enjoyable. What a great experience. Having gone to another dealership the previous day and having to negotiate with obstinate, gruff and flat out unprofessional salesmen, my hope was that Jack Madden might offer a different experience. Al met me at the door and catered to every request about possible options available in their hybrid fleet. He was extraordinarily knowledgeable about everything: the hybrid technology itself, the different options and in particular, the My Touch option and capability. He patiently described and demonstrated each feature which was completely opposite from my experience the previous day. I never felt any pressure to talk numbers and was cordial, interesting and efficient in getting me what I wanted at a price I was comfortable with. As I said, a great experience.

Just bought a 2014 Escape from Jack Madden Ford. The internet manager responded to all my emails promptly. The sales associate (Theo) was very laid back, helpful, and enthusiastic about the Escape. I did research on the Escape before visiting the dealership, but he answered the few questions I did have about the car and gave me a great demonstration of the back-up camera. It was a conversation rather than a "sales pitch" which made for a fantastic car buying experience. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone that is in the market for a Ford.

When we arrived at the lot at Jack Madden Ford we were greeted by Al Abramson who with a big smile and friendly greeting asked what brought us to JMF today .I told him I was interested in the 2012 Mustang GT they had and he asked why you already have a Mustang which was my 2003 Mustang GT.I told him I was looking to upgrade as the newer must Mustangs have a lot of features not available in 2003 he explained to me that he had owned 6 Mustangs.He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle so I knew I had found the right guy to deal with he went in and got the keys when he came out we checked the car out then took it for a test drive.When we got back we went inside to talk and see if we could make a deal.Al was great through the whole process and very helpful never pressured me at all.He is a great guy and I would highly recommend him if you are looking to get a New car to anyone.The rest of the staff at JMF was great too.Well I walked out the proud owner of the Mustang and felt good about the purchase I had just made.So if your going to JMF to get a car I would recommend Al he's a great guy and will make sure you get what you want. He was particularly patient with answering our questions about the various features of the navigation package. He was interested in making sure we got the car we wanted (specific features we really wanted vs. those that were less important, acceptable colors of the car exterior and interior etc.) rather than just selling the model he wanted to move off the lot. My husband and I had been visiting dealerships in the last few weeks, and they were not helpful and did not go that extra mile. We came in not expecting to buy a car, just looking around. Al had approached us with a big smile and said hello. He then proceeded to ask what we looking around for and what our budget was. We looked at a couple of cars until I found the car that caught my eye. Al worked diligently to assure both my parents and myself that we were choosing the right car for my first car. went on Saturday while checking out car dealers to get a price on a new ford 150 . went to another dealership to day to test drive ford 150 but was not impressed with the dealer ship sales rep and the ability come to fair price and disclose all the rebates.so I went back to jack madden ford in Norwood and test drove the f150 I saw on Saturday and told AL Abramson I needed his best price on that truck if I were to buy it he gave me the price of the new truck which I thought was fair price and was willing to spend so I bought it today. I must say I'm extremely satisfied with Jack Maddens Service Dept., especially Al Brown who is the service manager. I typically don't type reviews, but this guy went above and beyond. I'm waiting for a moon roof, and a remote starter to be installed on a new car just purchased a JMF. Just my luck my trade-in won't start when I'm leaving work. I called Jack Madden expecting to get bad news that I would not get as much for my trade. Instead I was transferred to service and got Al on the phone, and asked if they could tow my car from my work to service center to get fixed, so I wouldn't have to take less for my trade. He said they didn't have tow trucks, but asked me if he could call me back in 5min. Its 5:50pm, and I was told they close service at six, so I honestly thought I was getting blown off. My apologies Al....Who calls me back in 3 minutes asked me. Long story short:Al Brown arranges:1. My car to (and me) to get picked up in Foxborough2. Puts me in a rental for three days.3. I didn't have to pay a single dime, because Al smoothed it over with the Sales Manager (Tom Lucier, who is very reasonable)4. Since I purchased a Certified-Pre-Owned I got roadside assistance, so they told roadside company the story and they towed me, no questions asked.5. My car cost $15 bucks to replace some hoses.BEST EXPERIENCE IN A BAD SITUATION.Thanks Al Brown!! You are the man!! I'm telling everyone I know to buy a car from Jack Madden, because their service dept. is awesome.

I was looking to purchase a work truck, and jack madden ford had a lot to choose from with great warranty options. First i stopped by jack madden ford, then i had visited to a couple other car dealers in the area, and i did not get a good feeling when dealing with the other sales men. I felt they were pushy and dishonest. I decided to go back to jack madden ford. When we first arrived at jack madden ford we were greeted by al. He was very genuine, polite and understanding. I did not feel rushed or pressured at all. He asked what i wanted and didnt want in a vehicle. When he found the truck i had been searching for, he took great consideration for the budget that i was trying to keep. He made me feel very comfortable with the entire process. Stayed true to their quote for the model I wanted (in stock), and had me work with Gary Brigham. Gary was friendly, knowledgeable, and excited about the product (and technology) he sold. We did the usual: test drive, full overview of product/car, and final agreement negotiation.This was BY FAR, the easiest, most straightforward, car buying experience I have ever had. I have dealt with many dealers in the Boston area over the years, many "high end" (Mercedes, Infinity, etc etc), but this is the first time I came out of a dealership feeling like a got a good and fair deal.If you a looking for a good, down to earth deal, with folks smiling and not cramming stuff down your throat, then go to Jack Madden. BEWARE!!!! Went to Jack Madden to look at a 2002 retro Thunderbird convertible. The car listed for $27,999. I offered them $23,000, they countered with $27,800 ... that is $199 off of the list price for an 11 year old car ... are they serious???!!! After some negotation, my final offer was $25,000, they came back with $26,700. The sales person told me that I had to understand that they have and I quote "a big overhead ... electric bills, warranties, sales staff etc" . My response was "with all do respect, I don't care what your overhead is, I just want to buy a car". I'm not new to this game and have bought many cars over the years and have NEVER paid list price or $200 under list price for a new car let alone an 11 year old car. The man is greedy! I also heard from two of his sales staff that he priced two cars $10,000 each over list price so that he can drive them this summer! That was a BIG lightbulb moment for me! I now wonder if the car I was interested in is one of the cars he wanted to "use" for the summer!! That is no way to run a business! I will never purchase a car from this company! I don't find this dealership to be trustworthy and I just wanted to warn all of you reading this to beware!

Bait and switch big time, seems to be store policy based on my visit and others I listened to on the floor. Had me drive from nh on a car they knew was sold prior. I guess they thought myself and customers at a desk behind me would buy something else. Not cool at all, shady mgmnt and operate like 1970s style car sales. Stay away or have a very bad experience! Unreal how they operate, I bet the states attorneys office from mass knows this place well, probably the rmv too.

Shopped around for a deal on a 2012 used Flex online and Madden Ford had a good price which was agreed to over the phone. Car was held for us and we went to inspect with a check in-hand on the next Saturday. Paperwork took awhile, but staff was friendly and we agreed car would be driven up to us in Maine on the following Tuesday. When I called on Tuesday to verify delivery, I was told they were still waiting on the title (the vehicle was a 6 month old lease turn-in). This was a surprise to us and somewhat upsetting since we had paid for the vehicle and only had a receipt at that point. Same story on Wednesday. On Thursday I contact Jason Aruda (Sales Manager). He was able to explain the process and arranged to expedite the title so that we had the vehicle delivered to us on Saturday with some extra's thrown in. The vehicle was what we wanted and we are happy with the purchase price. We feel that they should have explained the title situation on the day we paid for it, however they did put in a good effort to make things right. We would do business with them again.

We are in a dispute through the BBB with Ford Motor Company itself. In an email sent recently by Jack Madden Ford to BBB was purposely misleading and dishonest. They state that our car was so far out of alignment that they would not fix other problems until this was done. However, 5 days later, Thomas Ford in Beverly MA had both the sales manager and the service manager drive this car. They stated it had no obvious signs of alignment issues, tracked straight when hands off wheel and would not be notably out of alignment to the normal driver. Another sign of a dishonest dealer doing everything wrong to satisfy the customer. We bought a Ford Focus, 2011 from Jack Madden 18 months ago and made a mistake choosing them as the selling dealer. Don't make the same mistake. Jack Madden also failed to mention 3 suspension related parts already replaced on this car or the fact that it has a perfect service record, no history of damage or accidents, and that they, themselves could not explain why a 2011 car needs 4 new tires, an alignment (customer pay items in the "bumper to bumper warrant") or why the transmission mount needs replacement (no one I know in the car industry relates a transmission mount failure to poor alignment or bad tires). The car and the dealer have been very, very distressing to deal with and I would not buy another Ford car and strongly would avoid any contact with Jack Madden Ford. My name is Robert Hurley. This dealership is very shady my saleman sam did not know i reviewed the car online and when i got there he tries to up the price $3000 so when we got to talking numbers he was making it look like he was giving me a great deal and i may not be a car saleman or work in the field but i am 99.9 percent sure you can not take a certified used car and make it not certified just so he could get the price i wanted seemed very shady then they hard a so called sales manger Mark come in {hes the shark at this dealership} come in and lie to me even more saying that it was possible to do the uncertifaction on the car then when i said what about the price online sam told me to hold on then came back and magically the car was not online anymore give this place two thumbs down

3rd dealer to see car for same problem. Thomas Ford in Danvers ma said there is no problem. Danvers Motor company ford said and fixed 3 parts of transaxle and front suspension. Jack Madden, the selling dealer says the care is "dog tracking" a very technical term I must say, and that it need alignment and tires that are a customer pay item. Oh, a transmission mount is bad as well, but they were unwilling to fix that unless I paid for tires and alignment. Car is a 2011 and has 30,300 miles and tires look almost new. Rotated regularly and services as manual states by Ford dealers since new.

Sam was friendly and very professional. All details were explained, the financing process was clear and quick, and I drove my new truck home in a couple of hours.I also found the parts desk and service staff to be knowledgeable and friendly.If price was my sole deciding factor, then JMF would have made the short list. However, they were the only dealer that was willing to order the exact truck I wanted and not try to sell me a stock vehicle with options I didn't want.The fact is, of the several dealers I worked with, JMF was the only one that gave me a great price and get me just what I wanted.Thanks, guys!

I have bought many cars over the years and this experience was one of the best I have had. There is always an element of "waiting", this wait period was not as painful as other dealships I have dealt with. My only criticism is there was no coffee for this wait. If that were available, I probably would have moved that overall facillities star up. The staff was great and my sales person, Sam Veneren, was knowledgable, helpful, considerate and did not play any games. I had and still have the sense that he wanted to be sure that this was the car that fit my needs. Then when I needed to go back after purchase for concerns, I was taken right away without a hassle.

I've had it with JMF. 3 of 5 Fords bought a JMF. First one they dropped the rear end after "fixing" it. Thrid one, a brand new 2010 Explorer, they installed a remote starter at purchase. 3 visits and 3 rentals before their answer was to disconnect the starter and see if the truck battery didn't die. AND, I got attitude from the Service Advisor. Now, a return visit. Gear shift from 1st to 2nd gear isn't working. Drop it off last Thursday. Graham takes my phone number. Calls back 10 munites later- has no record of me 9 (I BOUGHT THE CAR THERE AND HAD IT SERVICED THERE). Gave Name, Address, and Phone AGAIN. Friday, no calls from service. I call, speak to Graham. I'm told he'll call back. NOTHING! I now get to keep my rental for 4 days instead of 1. JMF calls my home Monday AM. Car is ready. No explanation of work. I pick the car up Monday PM after paying $600 for my rental. I have to ask what they found, which is nothing! So, I paid $636 for an oil change at JMF! If I were to keep this truck now, I'm told I need to wait til it happens more often, probably after the warrantee expires, to find out what the problem has been. Oh, and Graham tells me he's been calling an old number- the same guy who I gave the number to twice! When I said I gave it to HIM. His answer was "oh". To summarize, my new Ford Explorer is unreliable. JMF is unreliable, unprofessional, and lost. I have every intent of switching from having Fords for the last twenty-five years to something I can count on. And from a Dealer I can count on.Further, If Graham is related to teh Madden name, I assume this message will never see the light of day.

Why would I NOT recommend, Jack Madden Ford? Well maybe it's because of the complete lack of communication or help when I walked off that lot. I knew exactly what I wanted, I walked in buying, no work necessary. Rod was OK, I signed all the paper work, price was okay, but being a young single female I now look back wishing I had someone who was better at negotiating, but that's another story and not why I wouldn't recommend them. I drive away in a new 2011 Ford Fusion that day. 2 weeks later I'm stuck in a mall parking lot and the car won't start. Frustrated I call my sales person Rod, since his card was still on me. I leave a voice mail. An hour later the car randomly starts and I'm like okay, maybe it's a one time thing. The next day I leave another voice mail for Rod letting him know what happened. NEVER CALLS BACK. A week passes and the same problem happens, this time I'm at home trying to go out. I call Rod, and again don't get through, I then call the main line and explain what had happened. After being transferred around with no one seeming to care I'm told to bring it to the Service Dept. Living 30mins from the dealership - I wasn't happy about it, but obviously the problem needed to be resolved. After bringing it in I was told they couldn't find the problem and 'hopefully next time the car will just die' oh that's reassuring since this is the reason I bought the new car. ROD NEVER RETURNED MY CALL BY THE WAY. I am now late to work, but what can I do. I go home, and about to leave the house to watch Game 7 of the Bruins and guess what, car won't start. I call - no one seems to care and I get transferred around. At this point I say I have to call back and have someone pick me up. The next day - i get in contact with Ford directly. Finally someone seems to care and has me bring it to the dealer closest to me *Sentry Ford Medford* they currently have my car, were able to duplicate the problem, but don't know exactly what's going on. I'm completed disgusted in my experience. My first new car, and I'm driving around in a rental, while my car is in the shop, and Jack Madden hasn't called me once to offer a solution. Thanks for taking my money and kicking me out the door. Will be sure to tell everyone who wants a ford that this is where NOT to go.

I bought a new car and the battery died after less than a month. I had to get the car jump started and drove it to Jack Madden. After waiting for around 2 hours I was told that I would have to come back because Ford would not replace the battery unless another 4 hour test was done on the battery.I took my car to another company who ran a check on my battery and said it had a bad cell. They replaced the battery and I have not had any trouble since.Then I got a postcard stating I needed my 7,500 mile oil change. I don't drive much and only have about 900 miles on the car. I called your service department again and told them this. Whoever answered was rude and told me to just bring the car in when it reached 7,500 and hung up. When I bought the car I was told by the salesmen that I would receive free oil changes for the life of the car including oil filters. Then I found out that I have to pay for the oil filter and disposal of oil cost.Even when you call the main number the receptionist is not friendly. I have decided to pay this car off and turn it in at another dealer. I will never do business with you again.Then when they did the financing they really didn't go over everything and I ended up buying things I don't need like GAP insurance.One more thing. This is a 2010 Ford Focus S and doesn't even have automatic windows. However that was my oversight.

I was buying a car for the first in a couple of years. I visited four other dealerships that day and I have to say Jack Madden Ford was hands down the best experience. The salesperson Larry was very knowledgeable he worked with me to find out what my budget was and showed me the cars that were in that range. While I was talking to him trying to decide what to do I didn't feel the typical car salesman pitch. At the end of the day I know that I got a fair deal and a great new car. I called about a vehicle I had seen online and spoke to the Internet manager, telling him the ad I was calling about and asking him to fax me the autocheck or carfax since I only had my cellphone with me and no computer access, only fax. The manager (Bob or Brett) offered to read the autocheck to me, I heard him flippng pages in the background and within about two seconds he was assuring me the vehicle had a perfect autocheck, with only 1 owner and no accidents. I actually asked him to be sure he was looking at the right autocheck because I was tight for time and the dealership was out of my way, and he assured me up and down that I would not regret stopping by to see the vehicle. Well I saw the vehicle and was getting ready to sign papers when I asked to see the autocheck for myself. The sales consultant reluctantly agreed and when he brought it over seemed surprised to find it was a 2-owner car with not 1 but 2 accidents. I rechecked the vehicle and was able to tell where a new panel had been put on the car. Whether through incompetence or dishonesty I was misled about the history of the vehicle... It doesn't even make sense, don't they even think through how the customer is going to feel when he eventually finds out that he's lied to just to get him in the door?

Can't remember the name of the person, but he was so rude I took car to another dealer. I will never bring my car in for service there again, and will spread the word. Just because you are busy does not mean you should treat customers like crap.

I walked in and no on even noticed I was there. It took 15 minutes for anyone to notice me. I understand everyone was busy however, Samuel was on his phone laughing and waited a extra 5 mins to come over. After Samuel showed me a few cars, he seem to be focused on his cellphone ringing so loud. He was not focused on the sell at all. My husband buys a new or slightly used car every 3 years. So needless to say, we have a lot of experiences to measure our most currant car buying experience against. Our latest purchase of a 2011 Mustang at Jack Madden Ford was unequivocally the best so far. Mike Pillas approach to sales was skilled. We were there on a very busy Saturday afternoon and at no time was there a break in the high level of customer service. Our sales person was Michael Pilla. Mike was trying to sell us a car but at all times remained respectful and when appropriate, humorous. When we agreed on the sale terms, we moved on to Lealand Welsh who was equally respectful and supportive. He was thorough and made thoughtful recommendations regarding the financing. When we drove away, there was no buyers remorse or regret. We would recommend Jack Madden Ford to our friends who might be looking for a vehicle and we look forward to doing business with Jack Madden Ford in the future.

I purchased a 2005 Mustang Convertible from the showroom of Jack Madden Ford. It has 14,500 miles, is stored in a heated garage in the winter and was in perfect condition. Much to my horror, I noticed a bubble in the paint of my hood. Upon further inspection their are numerous other bubbles under the the edge of the hood. Eventually they will also be noticeable.After investigating the cause, I discovered that between 2000-2005 there was a major paint defect in cars that had aluminum body parts. Unfortunately mine is one of those cars. The corrosion would have appeared sooner if the car was not taken care of as well as it has. The initial cause was due to iron contamination of the aluminum body parts prior to being painted.I called Steve Carter, Sales Manager to set up an appointment for him to see my car. I had recently purchased a car for my son and after many problems Steve was the one who resolved our issues. He referred me to Al Brown, Service Manager since this was his field. He would call him and let him know I was on my way.Al Brown did not greet me or inspect my car. He hid in his office like a coward.Allan St. Germain, Service Advisor took my information and told me to call Customer Affairs. I then took the car over to Val Eglitis, Body Shop Manager who was familiar with this problem but needed Al Brown's okay to set up an appointment. I also called Customer Affairs and was told I was under warranty and I would be contacted within 4 business days.I called Al Brown and in his cocky attitude told me they would fix it at my expense. I informed him that I would be filing a claim with Small Claims Court. He said "go ahead."Jack Madden does not stand behind their product nor do they step up to the plate when they know there is a problem and a solution and decides it is more cost efficient to "get out of it".I look forward to my day in court and need less to say, we have purchased our third and last car from Jack Madden.

My Fiance and I were looking to buy a new car and up to the point before we went to Jack Madden we visited a few dealerships, and none compared to them. Their service and friendliness was top notch. I first worked with Vicki over the phone and through email; she was very precise and not pushy at all. She had everything in order for when we got there and this helped streamline the process. Next we dealt with Cy. He was great, he showed us a complete in and out of the vehicle, something the other dealerships did not do. Cy was very knowledgeable about the Edge and answered all of our questions. After we went inside to go over the numbers Cy did a great job explaining everything and showed us our options, and he was also very helpful in getting what we wanted for our trade-in. After we purchased the car Cy had brought it up to the service department to have it cleaned and washed. He also filled the tank for us. He also helped us with some of the options on the inside so we would be comfortable when driving home that day. Cy was one of the best salesman I worked with during our search process. Finally we met with Lee, the Finance guy. Lee like the rest of the employees was very informative and helpful with the financing aspect of the sale. Lee went over all of our options in detail and answered our questions very thoroughly. He also went over and helped us make a decision on some of the extra options with the car. Lee was very honest and that is very helpful when dealing with the financing part of the sale. Overall, this was a great team to work with and they were very informative and helpful. The great thing about this dealership is they don't give you the run around and they help the car buying process seem fun, rather than a hassle. I would recommend this dealership to anyone interested in buying a car.

I went into Jack Madden to purchase a Brand New F-150. I went for a test drive with Joe, and he def knew his stuff. Knowing a was a young kid buying a expensive truck I really felt that he had my best interests at heart. He mentioned a price to me early in the dicussion they he was able to keep. After I began the paperwork for the vehicle I felt that Joe went above and beyond to satisfy my needs. He was gun ho with my insurance company and seemed to get everything taken care of even when I was not getting through. After I picked up the truck he went through and answered every question I had. I was very very satisified with everything about the dealership. The sales manager, Paul was also very pleasant and made me feel very comfortable. I also spoke with Lee in Financing, and Lee laid out all of my options and really helped me to get the best financing that was available for a person in my situation. Overall everyone that I dealt with during this time was EXTREMELY helpful and seemed to be genuine people. I was in the search for a new truck and had a fairly good idea about what I wanted, a F-150 Supercrew. I decided to head to Jack Madden Ford and take a look and maybe go for a test. drive. Joe was extremely helpful in getting me into something that I really wanted and that was in my price range. I have been to other dealers where I have been rushed into getting into something I really didn't need, but this wasn't the case at Jack Madden. Joe was very knowledgable about the different trucks on the lot and which ones had what I was looking for. After a test drive in it, I knew this was the truck I wanted and decided to purchase it. Lee Welsh was also very helpful with working with me and setting up my financing. There were some complications within the lending agency, and Lee did an excellent job at getting to the bottom of it, making sure I'd get my truck when I wanted it. When I returned to Jack Madden to pick up my new truck I found Joe, meticulously polishing and putting the finishing touches on it. He went through the vehicle, paired my phone with the Microsoft Sync system and instructed me on a few little How-To's for the truck. Overall everyone at the dealership was very nice and accomodating. I would recommend them to anyone in the hunt for a new vehicle.

Overall my experience with Jack Madden Ford was quite good. Brandon was a pleasure to deal with and I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. I feel the price I paid was fair and the people were pleasant to deal with. In some ways too pleasant. I was offered an extended warranty for $2499 and when I said it was more then I was hoping to spend on a warranty they simply said no problem with no pressure to purchase. I had been hoping for some negotiation. Additionally, while I had already lined up external financing Jack Madden Ford was able to arrange financing at a slightly better rate.

I was looking for a used car, my Bonneville was on its last legs and needed to find something that was dependable, low mileage and the right price. I had looked at a few used Nissan Altima's and Toyota Camry's prior to visting Jack Madden. Brendan a very nice young man who was very pleasant and easy going, showed me a few different options, one being a 2007 Fusion that I loved. We test drove and Brendan explained all that it had. When we got inside, Bill (manager) also very nice, got the payments to where I needed them to be. I ended up purchasing my vehicle with another dealership -I purchased a Fully equipped 2010 Ford escape Limited. My sales rep was very informative about the vehicle I wanted. He took me out to show me the vehicles on the lot. I test drove an escape limited. I decided that even though it didn't have everything I wanted, I would like to buy it. I was told that the limited couldn't be discounted enough to get a payment amount in my range. I was offered an Escape Xlt which was okay, but, really not what I wanted. I said, well, lets see what the numbers are and if it's irresistable, then I'll do it. The payment was still not exactly in the range I wanted. but, I was willing to be flexible. Unfortunately, I had to leave the dealership, I couldn't clean out my car AND take delivery on day I went into the dealership - not enough time.I did give a deposit of $100. The Sales rep was pressuring me to give $500 because if Jack Madden saw this deal, he'd revoke if I didn't leave a larger deposit - Really?.I then left the dealership and called several times the days following, left voicemails for both the finance rep AND the sales rep with questions. When Calling, the receptionist Nora was rude and didn't even say "hold on" when I asked to speak with either the sales rep or the finance rep, she connected me with out saying anything. Neither the sales rep or the finance rep returned my call for two days (they claimed the finance rep didn't have my number? even though it was all over the forms i filled out). Eventually, after calling, I did get a hold of the sales rep but, he didn't seem to care about answering my questions - Which I found frustrating. Not only was I not getting anything close to what I wanted, I wasn't getting great customer service, which could have made up for it. I decided to go to another dealership. This dealership gave me exactly what I wanted (for a little more than I wanted to pay, BUT, Ultimately, it was Less than what my payment would have been with the limited with less bells and whistles through Jack Madden), although this new dealerhsip didn't have the vehicle, they found one and swapped it with another dealer. The Jack Madden Sales rep finally called me only after I didn't show up to pick up the vehicle. I explained that I purchased with another dealer. I asked for my deposit and they said I'd have to come in (it's out of my way). I've contacted the sales rep AND Sales Manager Several times since to ask if I can just have the charges reversed on my CC but, the sales manager has not returned my calls either.... Not surprised!

I came to Jack Madden to look around for a car. I had the Focus in mind but I didn't think it would hurt to look at other cars. Samuel was very informative and answered all my questions. I was very impressed at how he dealt with my concerns. I will be back to see the new fiesta. Out of the two I am not sure what to get but I am sure that I will come back to Jack Madden and buy a car. I highly recommend that people go to Jack Madden at least to browse around, take a second talk to one of their sales reps, Sam was great I am sure the rest are just as friendly, and I am almost positive that you wont be disappointed. Bottom line I had a great experience and I will come back to buy a car!

I went to Jack Madden Ford knowing exactly what I wanted and saw that they had one on the lot on their website. After making an appointment with an internet sales rep I went to the dealership expecting to be swarmed on by sales people as I entered the building. When I walked in I was given a very friendly greeting by a salesperson and I told him I had an appointment. Rather than try to sell me anything on the spot Joe brought me over to the internet sales department and told me to track him down if I was interested in a test drive. The internet sales staff was very helpful and informative and did not try to push anything on me. After finding the vehicle I was interested in I went on a test drive with Joe. He was extremely professional and not at all what I was expecting in a stereotypical car salesman. I never felt pressure to do anything throughout the buying process. Shannon in the finance department was very easy to deal with as well. He simply told me what my options were and didnt try to direct me into buying expensive options that I wasnt interested in. After finalizing everything, I returned the next day realizing I wanted to make a change to one of the options. He was very accommodating and had no problem fitting me into his already busy scheduled and reprinting the agreement forms. Overall I have to say that my experience at Jack Madden Ford was nothing short of great. Everyone I dealt with in person or on the phone was very professional and very helpful. Knowing exactly what I wanted I never felt like I was being steered toward more expensive vehicles or options. I told Joe what I wanted and he worked very hard to make me happy, going so far as to come in on his day off and picking me up so that I could take delivery of the vehicle. I would certainly recommend Jack Madden Ford and plan on returning for my next new or used vehicle.

Without a doubt I would recommend Jack Madden Ford. I went in with my daughter to check out the used F-150s with absolutely no intention of buying one right away. Needless to say, we ended up buying the first one we test drove. Joe Lovey, our salesperson, was extremely thorough and patient with us. When we picked up the truck, we arrived an hour earlier than planned. Joe was out cleaning the windows and making sure everything was just perfect. Joe was great and the entire staff in the showroom was incredibly nice as well as entertaining!!!! Many thanks to all of you at Jack Madden Ford!!

In 2003 I had purchased a 2001 Rav 4 from Boch Toyota and being young and in love with the idea of a newer car vs the privately owned old cars I had for years, agreed to an obscene loan for a car that proved to be a lemon after a year. Forward ahead to this month where my transmission was slipping, my engine light on and the whine from the motor cried out, "I'm dying". Being 6,000 dollars top heavy from a rebuilt engine replacement in 2005, I had been searching for a car for two months, but due to the rapid deterioration of the car, really hit the pavement the past three weeks. I ended up at Jack Madden to purchase a truck (or so I thought). Cy showed me around and we test drove a Nissan Frontier. I went home to think about it and even though I knew it was a stretch returned at 8:30pm to review the numbers. After Bill and Cy reviewed my trade in & credit, they sat down to work with me on my monthly payments. It became very clear that there was no way I would be able to afford the truck I wanted, even after Bill had dropped the price and given me an extremely fair trade on my vehicle. Unlike most of my previous experiences, instead of pushing the truck on me or convincing me that the payments were only a little higher than the payment I was currently making, Bill offered to try and work out numbers on a more practical vehicle considering my long drive to work...a new Ford Focus. So, after both of them had sat with me for two hours working on the truck, both Bill and Cy started showing me the Ford Focus and how, with the rebates, my payments would be less than what I was currently paying and less than the truck. At this time, the dealership had been technically closed for almost an hour and although they both should have been home and although the gates closed they allowed me to drive around the parking lot to see if I liked the car...I left a deposit.I can't tell you what a breath of fresh air it was to work with the gentleman at Jack Madden. I had been to 9 different dealerships that week alone and had run into some real winners...all of whom wanted to take my money and push me into paying more than I could afford. Both Cy and Bill took the time to listen to what I could afford, why I needed the car and what I was going to be using it for. They used this information to make the deal and sell me my first brand new car. Lee Welsh also fought the good fight with the banks for me and I am now the proud owner of a 2010 ford focus, for which I am paying remarkably less than I had been paying originally for the past 8 years. I can't thank this dealership enough. The genuine easiness of everyone and the ability to do their job without obnoxious pushiness, without making me feel like they were doing me a huge favor and I had no other options, and without making me feel like I had to play hard ball sold me a car and gave them a profit. It also got Jack Madden outstanding verbal referrals from me for everyone (including a very large extended family) that might be looking for a car in the future.I miss having a larger suv/truck style car, but I am perfectly content in my new Focus...Thank you everyone at Jack Madden!

I was planning to replace my '99 Honda Civic in 3-4 months. I researched many different makes and models, then set off down the auto mile for some initial test drives.When I arrived at Jack Madden Ford, I was so impressed by the car AND the sales staff that I bought my new 2010 Fusion that day!I parked right in front of the dealership, and Adrian greeted my husband and I before we even reached the door - much nicer than waiting around 15 minutes for an available sales rep, as we had done at another dealership earlier in the day. Adrian came off as friendly, not aggressive, and it made us feel welcome at the dealership.After a quick talk to assess what I was looking for, Adrian took us out to the lot and gave us a complete nose-to-tail tour of the car I was looking at. It was really nice to be shown all the features of the car before going on our test drive - at some of the other dealerships we went to, we got NO information about the cars we were looking at!There was, naturally, some pressure involved in closing the sale - I hadn't been planning to purchase a new vehicle for several more months, but I really liked the car, knew from my prior research that it was a quality car, and the sales manager, Bill, worked hard to meet my "what would it take to earn your business today" numbers.While the paperwork end of things took some time, the financial services manager, Lee, was affable and helped the process seem not so tedious. We were there past our dinner time, and I would have liked a snack, but I was excited that I got to drive my new car home that night!I took the car back two days after purchase for detailing, installation of a Guidepoint system, and an inspection sticker. I was there for a few hours, but Adrian did a nice job of making me feel welcome at the dealership and keeping me informed about how the work was progressing.I look forward to returning to the dealership for the free lifetime oil changes they included with my purchase. Thanks Adrian, Bill, and Lee for making my car buying experience a positive one!

my wife and I went to Jack Madden Ford to lease a Ford Focus; we dealt with Aaron Williams, a salesman we had dealt with in the past. Although we ended leasing a 2010 Ford Focus from Jack Madden, we felt we did not get a good deal at all. There was very little room for negotiation.The night we picked up our car, Aaron was not around. Instead, we dealt with other Jack Madden sales people who were more courteous than Aaton. He did not leave us a checklist to go over to ensure that everything in the car was working properly. They basically gave us the keys and said here you go.Although we had another car which we had leased from Madden in 2007, we ended up going to Herb Chambers in Braintree to trade that car in and got a better deal than we would have from Jack Madden.Our overall opinion- AVOID JACK MADDEN FORD AND GO TO HERB CHAMBERS INSTEAD....you'll be glad you did.

Let me begin by saying that, as a first time buyer of a vehicle from a dealership, I felt somewhat lost with many questions in mind. I already had a sense of which car I wanted to look at, and from the moment I walked into the lot, I was greeted by a friendly and professional salesman by the name of Brandan. I explained that I was searching for a new car, and that I wanted to test drive the new Fusion. Since I wasn't entirely sure which model to go for, Branden pointed out what each model had, and explained how much each would go for. From there on, I decided that it would be up to either going for the V6, or the 4cyl. Fusion.I ended up going w the 4cyl. due to the fact that at 175hp, 2.5L engine, had quite a "kick" to it, enough to satisfy my decision as to which engine to go with. Everything else pretty much fell into place, and things went smoothly from there.What made the experience so much less a hassle, and more a joy, was that the employee made me feel as though I was dealing with a friend, more so than a salesmen. Even though this salesmen was new, and didn't have answers to all my questions, he made a complete effort to find the answer to any question I had along the way. All other staff members involved where very professional, and none left me out in the dark. Even other salesmen pitched in with suggestions and/or advise, and completely worked as a team.I would absolutely recommend this dealership to any that have an interest, or who are simply just "looking around". In the end, all these factors led me to buy my new car, the Ford Fusion, and I couldn't be happier.

Worst experience ever! I WILL NEVER go back. They sold us a refurbished Ford Explorer that was in a serious front end accident and tried to pass it off as practically new! Then did NOTHING for the aggravation they put me through. My husband and I have bought 4 vehicles from them and they do NOT show any appreciation. My husband is about to add 3 more vehicles to his fleet and Jack Madden WILL NOT be getting our business!

I had been looking at cars for a couple of months and was still undecided as to what I wanted to do. I had read reviews about the Fusion but hadn't seen one yet so I decided to stop at Jack Madden Ford since I was in the neighborhood.John greeted me as I approached the building and I knew right away it was going to be a positive experience. He listened to what I was looking for and the first car he presented to me fit my criteria exactly.John is brand new in the world of auto sales and he was very personable, enthusiastic and excited to learn. (I think I was his first sale so that was very cool!) He called on the experienced people for questions he didn't know the answer to and I did not feel in any way that I received "junior" or "newbie" level treatment.I was really not sold on the Fusion when I walked into the dealership that day because quite frankly, Ford doesn't have the "Cool" factor associated with it unless we're talking trucks. Even though I liked the way the Fusion looked and drove, it didn't quite fit the image I had in mind. I still fully planned on trying out some "cooler" car brands before making a decision. Somehow, I changed my mind while I was working with John and the other folks at Jack Madden Ford. I drove home in my new car that afternoon (Saturday) and made arrangements to come back Monday for the finishing touches. (registration, detailing, alarm installation) John followed up with me Monday morning, met me at my car with an umbrella, and lent me his desk while he took care of everything on my car. It was done a couple hours later and he an another person came out and gave me a lesson on how to use the SYNC feature. It was all good!

John made my F-150 purchase completely painless. He asked what I wanted and what I could afford and he put me in an excellent 2010 F-150 and gave me all sorts of tips for maintenance and care of the vehicle that I had not thought of. Suggestions from rubber mat selection, interior fabric treatment and bed liner tips. He also was sensitive to the fact that I had a dog and his suggestions were pertinent to dog comfort and protection of the truck interior with the dog in it.All and all the best car buying experience I've ever had.Greg Taillefer

Wade was very helpful and responsive to my wife and I when we bought our Ford Explorer. He was very polite and not pushy. I am not a big fan of pushy, so that definitely made a difference for me. Not only did Wade explain all of the features of our new vehicle, he set up the sync function so our cell phones would work right away. That was very helpful, because it would have probably taken us a while to do it otherwise. Not to mention, allows my wife to talk on the phone hands free. Very happy with the help we received. First of all, let me say that my experience here at Jack Madden Ford was a very nice experience thanks to my salse man Sam Venerin and my Sales Manager Bill. I came in last week just to look around, and I was amazed at how friendly and knowledgable Sam is. He made my experience there a fun and easy going time. I was looking at the escape for me and my family, but after Sam had showed me the Edge and all its features, I was immediately hooked. Sam made everything not so salsey, and I felt very comfortable with him. Even though I was only there to get a brochure, and was there to get information, Sam provided me with a lot of literature on the edge, his business cards, and told me that if I had any questions, not to hesitate and call. Sam is very professional, and his personality made the whole tour very fun and comical. He made me feel very much at ease. I wasn't planning on buying an suv from ford, but after getting a chance of learning so much about the Ford Edge, I will be back by the middle of April to definitely get it for me and my family. I will strongly recommend Jack Madden Ford products to all my friends, family,co workers and business contacts. Went in search of my son's first brand new vehicle. As a young adult he had his mind set on purchasing only a pick up truck. After doing his due diligence, he wasn't going to settle for any truck other than a Ford. We saw an ad for Jack Madden Ford and decided to shop there. At Jack Madden Ford my son and I were helped in a very respectful and unpressured manner. Everyone was exceptionally helpful and very patient with a first time buyers unlimitted questions and concerns. From the salesman, Joe Lovely,who greeted us in the parking lot and gave us his undivided attention until the final day we picked up the vehicle. To the sales manager, Paul Deppish, who further aided in our decision making, helping us understand all of our purchasing options. To the financial services manager, Lealand Welsh who found us the best possible terms for the vehicle loan. This was truly a pleasure doing business with Jack Madden Ford and everyone we had the opportunity to interact with. I recently purchased a 2009 Expedition from Jack Madden Ford, and dealt with Dennis Arruda. Dennis was very laid back and easygoing, and easy to deal with. He was one of the only positive aspects of my experience here.When I went to sign the final papers and pick up my vehicle, they informed me that they didn't know I had planned on taking it home that day, and my vehicle hadn't been cleaned yet. No big deal, I thought; simple miscommunication. They told me I could take the vehicle and come back in a few days to have it cleaned and detailed. The vehicle had no floor mats, and they told me they would get those for me...no problem.I dropped off the truck a week or two later to have it detailed. The cleaning was sub-par for a "professional" job. It looked alright at first glance, but further inspection revealed that they had basically vacuumed and sprayed deodorizer, with a quick wipe down of the dash that left lint and dust behind. I do detailing work better than these "professionals."Additionally, not only did I not have floor mats, but they didn't even do a state inspection. At this point, I was ready to be done dealing with them, and move on with my life. As such, I won't be returning to Jack Madden Ford - although Dennis was great, it seemed as if management was pinching pennies - not something I want from a dealership taking tens of thousands of dollars from me.I'll take a 10 minute ride down Rt. 1 to Rodman Ford next time. Not worth the hassle at Jack Madden.

We had a great experience with Jack Madden Ford when purchasing our new Ford Edge. Bill Gunville was the salesman that we worked with, and he made the overall experience very pleasant. He was very knowledgeable and hospitable from the moment we walked in the door until we drove off the lot in our new car. He was very thorough and followed through with any questions or concerns that we had. We felt assured that he was invested in our satisfaction with our new purchase and he did all he could to make the process a smooth one. The only downfall about our experience, which did no fault of Bill's, was the length of time that it took to process our paperwork on the day of the sales agreement. Generally, we feel very satisfied with our purchase and are looking forward to the future services from Jack Madden Ford.

I came to Jack Madden Ford looking for a Ford Edge. I saw what I wanted, and was able to get a great price for my trade as well as a number of Ford incentives. It was a great deal! Customer service was not overbearing, yet very helpful. The only negative thing that I would say is having to go back to the dealership to get the car detailed and inspected on a different day than the purchase day, but overall this dealership was great!

I sent out an internet query using AOL auto looking for a new pick-up truck. 14 dealerships responded. I live on the Cape so I paid particular attention to the 2 dealerships close to home. Once I gave detailed information on price and options, several dropped out. All but 2 of the dealerships wanted me to come in before they did too much work. The challenge was that I work in Mexico during the week and needed to have options before I was going to visit dealerships. I wanted THEM to do the work. Of the 2 dealerships left Vicki Petipas from Jack Madden Ford worked the hardest. The other one seemed to lose interest. Vicki was relentless. She listened to what I wanted and worked to satisfy the voice of the customer (me). Within 3 days Vicki had 2 completely different trucks for me to look at and drive. We made an appointment for Saturday. I was introduced to Sales Guy Gary Brigham to look at the trucks. Once I drove the new F150, I was hooked. Gary and I worked out the financing, the truck was cleaned and off I drove. I recommend Jack Madden Ford for the purchase of a vehicle. They, especially Vickie Petipas, listened to what I wanted, presented to me the truck that I was looking for at a price that I can afford. They outworked the other 14 dealerships. They got the sale. Nice Job!

I dropped by Jack Madden yesterday, Feb 3 to get some ideas of specs and prices on pick ups. I was met in the yard by Steve and explained that I was on a mission for information, rather than to buy now. I explained further that I am waiting for my US residancy, that when I am legally able to work,some months from now, I will be needing a pick up and want to put together a business in the meantime.Steve had no problem with this, invited me into his office and we went through a few of my ideas for the truck. Steve took notes, explaining what is and isn't available ex factory, plus answered a few questions about the use of the vehicle (the laws here differ greatly from Europe regarding heavier vehicles). He said that he would pass on my details to Pat Ford, who called me during the evening to go over my discussion with Steve, the up shot being that we will be meeting later this month to discuss in more depth.There was no pressure, no sales hype, just laid back discussion with a few digressions and laughs thrown in and offers of advice and contacts for other equipment and work. This is really what customer care, customer service is all about, something for which the US is famous in Europe, but in fact rarely seen outside of bars and restaurants.This dealer is not the first I have visited, but is far ahead of the others, in their understanding and willingness to help with my planning for the future.

My family has done business with Jack Madden Ford for decades, and we always make sure to work with Gary Brigham. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and he never pushes sales on us. I also found him to be very patient. He really walked me through the purchase without trying to rush me - I didn't feel like another commission, but rather like someone he was actually trying to help.I would reccoment this location to anyone, and PLEASE go see Gary Brigham! He really is just the best! We wouldn't buy a car from anyone else.

Today I took delivery of a new 2010 Ford Edge. This was my first experience with Jack Madden Ford, and I could not have asked for a better one. I was treated with respect, courtesy, and professionalism throughout this buying experience. I was recommended to Madden Ford after having done business with a different dealer for over 20 years. I was a bit worried about it, but those worries were turned when I first met Tom Lucier the Sales Manager. Tom introduced me to Gary Brigham who would be my sales consultant. I felt that Gary and Tom answered all my questions with honesty, and made me feel like they appreciated my business. Lee Welsh worked with me to put together the financing, providing me with the best rate options available, so I could make a decision right for me. This was truely one of the best customer service experiences I have had in buying a car. Today when I picked up my new Edge. The car was clean, had a full tank of gas, and Gary spent much time with me going over the options, and operations of my new car, and did it with enthusiasm, making me feel more comfortable that I had made the right decision to go with Madden Ford. I look forward to my new partnership with Madden Ford. I would highly recommend Madden Ford, and in particular the representatives I dealt with; Gary, and Tom to anyone. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience at Jack Madden Ford. After having visited the Boch "New to You" Used Car dealership down the street and being bombarded by 'vulture-esk' sales associates and pushy managers, I was thrilled at the experience I had at Madden. I was greeted promptly, treated with respect by all of the associates - no pushiness or no urgency from them to 'make a sale,' and most importantly, they were genuinely honest and friendly people. After Boch, I was extremely tentative about being 'pushed' into a sale, as Boch barely allowed me to leave their showroom - they pressured me to put a down payment on a car after I repeatedly told them that I wanted to go home and sleep on the offer they made. Jack Madden Ford eased my mind immediately - I did not get a sense that they were going to push me into anything (and they didn't) and assured me that not all car salesmen are vultures waiting for their next kill. I recommend asking for Wade Cesvette - he was helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable and he even came in on his day off to personally see to it that I was taken car of before driving my new car off the lot. I hope this mans hard work and customer focused attitude does not go unnoticed. Lee (the man who worked on the paperwork after we chose a car) was extremely knowledgeable and personable, as well. I really enjoyed speaking with him and his explanations as to my options for payment plans and warranty's was crystal clear. He was a delight to work with. Overall, I got a real sense of family while interacting with the staff at Madden and the focus was where it should be: finding just the right car for me. I felt very at home there and I highly recommend Jack Madden Ford to anyone looking for a new or used car.

I have started to write my comments several times but had to keep erasing them. In truth I don't know how to put into words what a terrible experience I had a Madden Ford. I will never go back there and certainly would not recommend anyone else to either. After being thoroughly humiliated by the so-called sales manager Patrick Ford, while the general sales manager Steve Carter chose to ignore it, I left. Fortunately, I did more online research and found a dealership which promoted professionalism and customer service. I bought one new pickup and lease one new car last weekend from Herb Chambers.

I did not expect to buy my new F150 Lariat on the visit I made to the dealer. I did though because thay had the truck I wanted at the price I wanted to pay minus my trade-in. Even though my trade qualified for Cash4clunkers, the F150 did not. But in actuality, i am getting far better mileage on the F150 than I ever did on the 4Runner.Did I say I love my F150! I would recommend that Jack Madden NOT use their outsourced radio/nav installers. They wanted way too much for the OEM NAV install. I put in my own for a third the cost.

I stopped into Jack Madden Ford to inquire about the Ford Escape. I was met with a friendly greeting and received immediate service. Decue asked me a few questions about what I was looking for and a price range I was comfortable with. I was then able to take an Escape for a test drive! When we returned Decue ran some numbers for me so I could get a better idea about the price I would be looking at. The staff at Jack Madden was very accommadating and understanding. I wasn't looking to buy a vehicle that day, but I wouldn't hestitate to go back to this dealership in the future!

We've purchased two Ford vehicles this year from Jack Madden Ford. The dealership has been in existence for quite a while, but we didn't know much about them or how good their reputation was. In March, we went to look at the Ford Edge which is when we met Gary Brigham. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the Edge and, within a couple of weeks, we bought our 2008 Ford Edge. We love the vehicle and were very satisfied with the final sales price that Gary gave us. Last weekend, we picked up our 2010 Ford Fusion SEL. Because of the positive experience we had with Gary earlier in the year, we wanted to work with him again on purchasing the Fusion. We had actually started looking at Fusions in September or early October and met with Gary several times. One thing that really impressed us about him was that there were no harassing follow-up phone calls or letters mailed to us. He knew that when we were ready to buy, we would call or stop by the dealership.The Fusion is a great vehicle and we felt that we got a fair price on it from Gary.If any of our friends or relatives are ever in the market for a new (or used) vehicle, we would definitely recommend that they talk with Gary Brigham at Jack Madden Ford. I have paint peeling on the roof of my 2004 Explorer (I purchased at Jack Madden Ford). I called the Service Dept at Jack Madden Ford to inquire about this problem and Joe answered the problem. He interupted me about 5 seconds into my explanation about the roof, saying rudely "that's not covered under the warranty." When I said that it looks like a common problem of Ford Explorers and asked what Jack Madden was doing about it for its customers he said again (loudly and rudely), "it's not covered under warranty" and when I told him I had an extended warranty, he cut me off before I could finish saying "extended" and said, "it's not covered in that warranty either... Ford Motor complany doesn't pay us to fix chipped paint, and we don't do it for free."Guy was a jerk... plain and simple. This Joe guy is just killing business for Jack Madden because I'm in the market for a new Ford Fusion and I will not be taking my business to Jack Madden because of Joe in the Service Department.

This dealership rates ZERO in customer service. I brought my mother in to buy a new a car on Saturday Sept 12. I made it very clear at the start of the business that I intended to pay cash for the car. Pat Ford comes out and tells me that we can save an add'l $500 on this vehicle if we will agree to finance. Not what I wanted to do, but ok if it will save Mom another $500. We agree on the price and begin the long drawn out process of financing. We were introduced to Lee, who I also made very clear to the only reason I was financing was to receive the add'l $500 rebate, and the car would be paid off with the first statement. He seemed to understand at the time. They told her to come back at 2 on Monday and pick up her new car. She picks up the car, no problems, car is registered, inspected, insured in her name, drives off, all is fine. She receives a phone call from Lee on Tuesday, 24 hours AFTER she already owns the car and he tells her she needs to come back to the dealership to sign a loan paper because the bank didn't accept the first one. I call and ask him why? What is changing? He assures me nothing is changing, the interest rate went down. I remind him once again that I don't care what the rate is, we are not carrying out the terms of the loan, we will pay it in full with the first coupon. He again tells me nothing is changing except the interest rate and the bank won't accept it. She goes and signs the paper as requested. She finds out a week later when she gets her statement from the bank that this new loan paper she signed was so they didn't have to honor the $500 rebate that they offered her to finance the car! After 3 weeks and 13 unanswered phone messages to the dealership, I was finally able to speak to Steve Carter, general manager. He says they did nothing wrong, this is normal business practice. They assure me she did not pay another $500 for the car even though that's what the bank papers show. I think the whole deal is fraudulent and will never deal with them again. I think that 8 messages left for the general manager, 2 for Pat Ford, and 3 for Jack Madden himself, that all went unreturned is pretty poor customer service!

We were just looking, not planning to buy. Fast Talking Sales Associate Aaron Williams talked so much he convinced us to buy afater he kept slashing his price. We signed a contract for a fully loaded Ford Edge Limited Edition. I gave him $500.00 in cash and the whole sale was to be cash. That was Thursady August 13, 2009. Saturday and Sunday Williams called numerous times trying to convince us to take another Ford Edge. He stated our was not in yet but he had another identical one without the navigation system. When pressed he admitted that the interior color was different but everything else was exactly the same, and he kept focusing on the CD player, a pidley thing in my eyes. That got me suspicious. We looked at the other 'identical' car on Sunday and found Williams was attempting to pass off a Ford Edge Sport with very few of the same features as being identical to the fully loaded Ford Edge Limited Edition we had contracted for. We told him we were not interested. I also informed him that their website stated the car we contracted for was in their lot. Williams insisted it had not come in but was on it's way. This was dragged out for another few days. For at least five days their website had our car car listed but he kept putting me off saying it hadn't come in and trying to sell me an inferior model than we had ordered. Williams was willing to come down slightly on the price if we would take the other car, the Sport, but when the math was done we would have been paying more for less. After a week of Williams's fast talking bull we said enogh is enough. We cancelled the order. Sales manager Pat Ford contacted us and when we spoke to him he told us to call him back the next day. We called back and we got another 'manager' who identified himself as 'one desk over from Pat Ford' no name. He tried to say we had put down a $100 deposit and when we corrected him he stated they would 'cut a check' for the $500.00 cash we had paid. The check was suppose to be mailed to us, but it did not come. A week later we spoke to the same Manager'one desk over from Pat Ford'(no name again) and he assured us that the check was in the mail. All together we have made six calls to them about the refund of our deposit. It has been almost three weeks since I was first told the check was being mailed and today Pat Ford once again told me the check was just waiting for a signature. I am getting fed up. If I do not have the check by next week I will take legal action but if I am forced to do that I will also contact the local media to make sure other people are aware of the unsavory business practices of Jack Madden Ford, Norwood so hopefully we can save someone else the headaches we have gone through with this company.

SHIFTY, SLICKSTERS...BUY ELSEWHERE First, let me say this was to do with the "Cash for Clunker" program. I literally have spent hours researching dealers on the internet getting prices and availability...very few dealers had the manual transmission Focus and I was willing to drive 270 miles plus tolls on the Mass Pike from CT to get it...buying an automatic would not just cost $815 but since the MPG is just a hair less, I would just qualify for $3,500 and not the $4500, making the automatic in reality become an $1,815 option.I called in late June and was told to wait until program started... OK, I did...the salesman, Aaron, a real slick fast talking, "cool mover and shaker" type, would constantly interrupt me when I was asking a question. He said he never got ANY of my emails,"must have gone into the spam folder"....H E L L O, if customer emails are not arriving either check spam folder or modify your mail system. He also very rarely returned voicemail calls.The initial price of vehicle, changed twice..we finally came to some agreement, but I had to physically sign some C4C documents and they would not release the new car until they "physically had the government money in their hands" Undaunted, I still was going to pursue this...I called to state I would be at their showroom at 9 AM the next morning...Aaron had left for the day; spoke with Pat Ford, sales manager who launches this one..."Oh we don't even want to do a C4C trade in over state lines" I was so annoyed all I could say was "Thanks Jack Madden Ford for wasting my time for the past month"Yes, I bought a Focus elsewhere and while I was waiting this whole thing out received an additional Ford Cash incentive in the mail for an $750 which could be used with ALL current incentives.If you plan to buy from Jack Madden DO YOUR HOMEWORK FIRST...then go elsewhere.

My reason for approaching Jack Madden Ford was due to a close friend's recommendation.Quite simply, working with Sean Evans at Jack Madden Ford was the best car buying experience I've had. He is their Internet Sales Consultant, and was prompt with accurate and direct follow up. Nothing that was stated during our email exchanges leading up to my dealership visit changed or was modified when I sat down with him to work out a deal. He was thorough in terms of preparation in showing me the exact vehicles (4) that I specified in my emails. Additionally, he walked through the options and details of each vehicle I was reviewing allowing to test drive all the vehicles.Overall, I would highly recommend Jack Madden Ford for a new or used Ford vehicle purchase and strongly recommend Sean Evans as your sales consultant.

Our experience with the folks at Jack Madden Ford was great.After several months of looking for a used SUV and dealing with various dealerships (and all there B.S.). We finally found a vehicle that we were looking for with the mileage and price we were willing to pay.After e-mailing Sean Evans about our interest in the vehicle, he returned a phone call to us the next day, then confirmed our appointment the following day to come and test drive this vehicle.Once we arrived at the dealership, we were greeted by Sean. Who was very professional and was wonderful to deal with. The vehicle was right out front and we took it for a test drive. Upon returning to the dealership, Sean explained everything about the vehicle, had our trade already appraised. After some negotiations with Sean and his manager (who was also very pleasent to deal with, we ended-up agreeing on a deal and we purchased a 2005 Ford Escape.After years of purchasing vehicles and dealing with all types of dealerships, salesman, etc. we must say the Sean Evans is the best. He is very customer focused and a pleasure to deal with. He takes the time to answer any quetions you have, takes time listen to what you have to say and is more than willing to work with you and not against you. If you plan on purchasing a vehicle, go to Jack Madden Ford and ask for Sean Evans. Total time we spent from arrival to driving away in our Ford Escape was about 4hrs which went by fast, because of Sean Evans.And the finance person we dealt with was also very professional and a pleasure to work with.

I couldnt agree more with the previous post. I went in for service, and Joe at the service desk was very rude and condescending to my husband and I. I initially brought my car in for repairs because there was a loud noise that sounded like metal to metal, and was told that I could "take it or leave it" when given the cost of repairs. I needed my car fixed, and it was pretty much held hostage at Jack Madden Ford. I had no choice but to go ahead with the fix. The manager, however, was very nice, although he didnt seem phased at the actions of Joe. I have delt with the young girl behind the desk previously, and she was very nice to me, even offered to give a discount. My advice, if you must go to this dealership to have your car fixed-STEER CLEAR OF JOE IN SERVICE DEPT!

The service department (Joe in particular) have clearly never had any Customer Service training. The interaction with these people begs belief.Without going in to the details of our experiences with these clowns, let's just say that they appear to have done work that didn't need doing, clearly didn't do work that should have been done under warranty and when asked any questions about their proposals/quotes basically got pretty abusive.We kept going back because we bought the car there, but after the most recent time where my wife was lied to and when she asked for clarity on something got no explanation and was basically told to settle the bill and go, we will not be going back there for service and will certainly not be buying another car from Jack Madden Ford as a result.You would think they would have some understanding of the direct connection between sales and after sales service, but apparently not. Amazing just how short sighted they really are.I don't tend to post reviews on my experiences, tending to let things go and move on, but people need to be warned about this bunch, so felt compelled to actually write something.....Do not go to this place for service unless you have no other option (i.e. you breakdown right outside it) and if you do have the misfortune to be in there and the guy you speak to say's his name is Joe, then excuse yourself and come back in when he isn't there....

We wanted a stick shift Escape because it can be towed 4-down behind our motorhome. There were only a few cars in that configuration in MA. One was at Herb Chambers, not our preferred color, but as we told the dealer, the price would determine the sale. We told them the price we wanted to pay. Chambers folk were polite, gave a decent price for the new car, but refused to give a good trade-in allowance on our car. Went to Jack Madden, while on the test drive I told them of the price I wanted. This time, they took a close look at my trade-in, agreed to its value and we quickly closed the deal. They not only gave me the deal I wanted, we did not have to do the traditional auto-dealer-dance that I had to go through at Chambers. The Madden folk went straight to my number (well, one sales manager go-round-revisit, but they didn't take excessive time.) They had the car prepped and ready for delivery that evening and we closed the deal within about 3 hrs from when I walked into the door.

I purchased a new car from jack madden ford. it was a new model,being released from ford a few days earlier. the salesman was surly, saying the market for this car was over list,but knowing this was the first of this model they had, this was a lie. when i picked up the car, no one from service or sales was able to put the plates and and review the workings of the car. The finance person was finally able to put the plates on, but was not able to review the working of the car.

Great dealership!! Super friendly and willing to work with you!! Couldn't be happier I went there. I got a limited version instead of an SEL and I got it for $85 dollars less a month on payments than any other ford dealership offered me on an SEL car. They also gave me more money for my trade than any other dealership I went to. If you don't go here have fun paying more money for not as nice of car that you will get at Jack Madden.

I saw an ad on the internet for a 2001 Mercury for 7999I went to Jack Madden Ford to see it.Me and the salesman started talking and I liked the car because of low mileage.We sat down and discussed pricing and I did bring the ad with me just in case.I loved the car.The salesman quoted me a price of 10999.I was shocked so I showed him the internet price.He took it for 7999 and I bought the car but I had my doubtsI drove it for 3 weeks and it had some minor problems.I took it back to be fixed.The salesman said not to worry(lol)I rented a car from them till it was fixed(silly me).They never worked on it that day.It took them 5 days to fix it.for no charge but the salesman lied to me about the rental.He said not to worry.I talked to the General Manager and he said that I have to pay for the rental I WILL NEVER BUY another car from them again.I was treated very bad by the General ManagerI took my car and left the dealership and I will not return

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP.Paul J...aka..."Splinter" was the true epitomy of a shady carsalesman and makes me embarassed that I ever once worked in the industry. I was looking at a truck, so I asked the price (knowing that I had the online ad printed), out of the clear blue sky he says $21,000 (the ad was $17,991). I didnt want him to come along on the test drive, he said that wasnt an option (he even threw the dealer plate inside the front windshield and deeply scratched the plastic above the steering wheel).He assured me that all services had been done and that the truck needed nothing, this was not true. It dangerously, yes dangersously pulled to the right, the breaks pulsated, and there was a burning smell accompanied by smoke coming from under the truck on the passengar side. I asked for the service records, he assured me the work had been done and refused to give me a copy of the services that "had" been done. The truck had not even been cleaned.After reaching for the stars on the truck price, Paul Jabil and sales manager tried to steal my trade. Kelly Blue Book in fair condition was $8250, they offered me $4000 for an almost excellent condition vehicle.After the "take an hour to fill out a few lines of paperwork" and "dont give him his trade keys back" along with the old school approach to selling cars, I walked out.....something my gut told me to do when "Splinter" first appeared on the scene.It got to a point where I was extremely angry, and wanted to speak with a sales manager...who was in plain view in an all glass office. I was told he was unavailable. Needless to say, I never bought the truck, and will never buy a car there, or let anyone I know buy a car there.Good news travels fast, Bad news travels faster....write that down Splinter.

I bought my car in for service on 4th - Oct -2005. My car had 47551 Miles on it when I brought it in. After doing the initial check, my service advisor (Joe Todaro - 7499) told me that the car's transmission liquid should be replaced as it is very thin and the color doesnt look good. He also recommended that I should go for 30,000 mile service. I trusted the advisor and went ahead with his recommendations. Following are some of the repairs that were done on the car that day:30,000 Mile lube and adjustment serviceAnti-freeze replaceXT-5-QM Fluid - Transmission oil changeFuel Filter replacedFour wheel alignmentBalance tiresReline front and rear brakes and machine front brakes I was charged a whopping amount of 1100 dollars for this service.Most of the things done were not visible so I trusted the mechanics to do the job right. The only thing I noticed was even after the alignment and balancing the car was not stable and used to pull in one direction if Steering wheel is not held tightly. I ignored this concern for a while. On March 31st (With 51900 miles on the car) my wife bought the car in for Oil change. She got the same advisor again (Joe Todaro), she told my wife that the car has serious problems and the anti-freeze smells and the heating coil is damaged. The advisor scared my wife and she agreed for them to diagnose the problem. Since she does not understand much of the technical terms in car, I called up Joe to find out what the problem was. Joe was very rude and unprofessional and was reluctant to tell me about the problem. He even told me that my family is in danger if I drive this car. I advised him not to touch the car and we took the car out of your garage. I took the car to Framingham Ford and asked them to check for Antifreeze smell and heating coil. They told me that everything if fine. But during their diagnostic they told me that the transmission fluid and fuel filter needs replacement. I was shocked to hear that because I had just replaced those things at your shop less than 5000 miles before and these things usually run for 30000 miles. This made my concerns more valid in thinking that I was cheated when I bought my car for service for the first time.

Arrived with appointment for service of "check engine soon" origin. Turned out to be an air pump. This part would take a few days, no problem . While there I bit for the "60,000 front to back" service for about $500. I made some assumptions that this would be a real look over of the car, my fault. It really was a $500 oil change. Given a "loaner" for day. I was charged $25.00 labor to change a rear brake light as well as $4.00 for the part. Work was not done. I was charged for a quart of ATF - car is a standard. I was not called when car was ready. I arrived at dealer near 6PM on my own. Was closed. I was forced to keep a loaner overnight. The loaner folks were great. <br><br>Returned to get air pump a week later. Reminded them of the brake light. Was still not fixed when car presented to me. Fixed in 10 minutes then, remember, $25 labor. <br><br>So...for my 60,000 checkup I got an oil change, gas filter change, ATF in a standard, washer fluid. No diagnostic (again I assumed, they never stated that).<br><br>Would not go back. Service did not explain anything to me and "it happens" was the response when I asked about the lack of a phone call.

Purchased a new freestyle limited three weeks ago Nov. I requested that they send me a copy of the sticker showing that I had anti theft device for insurance purpose. (sticker was not available) I have not heard from them since I E-Mailed them a week past.<br> My wife went to the dearler ship on a rainy day when they were not busy (Sunday) Was stopped by a saleperson who asked her what she wanted? She informed him that she wanted some instructions on using the overhead DVD player. He suggested that they go to the car so that he could explain the procedure to her. After several minutes he told her that he did not have much time because he was having coffee. He then left her alone in the car and went to have his coffee. Not only did I buy a car from this dealership but I helped my son buy a Ford 150. (Big bucks)<br> I am 72 years old and have bought many new cars, never have I received such negative cooperation from a dealership. <br> All I can say is I have a Ford in my present, but I can assure you that I will not have a Ford in the future.

drove car in for service because of a whine and bad smell coming from the ALT. $400.00 later, picked up car and whine was still there. Well I almost made it home.......had to have car TOWED back in. My wife called during the day to find out what was going on and to tell them what happened and service manager says "listen lady, if you want to give me attitude you can bring the car elsewhere"<br><br>WILL DO!!!!

This is the first dealership that we stopped at before our purchase. I went there knowing what we wanted and what price, etc. They brought me everything BUT what I asked for, constantly insisting on TEST drives (which I didn't take) I tried to say over and over that I am interested in numbers on the vehicles they have listed. He said that he would get a FORD car and ride us to one of the other lots where they kept cars. We waited 1/2 hour (still not car to ride us there) I am already aggrivated but offered to drive this so called sales person there to show us, when we got to the first lot they had nothing in what we were looking for. He thought an Explorer Sport Trac (was and Explorer or F150), Need a say this salesperson was at least 40 years old and claimed to know cars. When I got back to the show room, he wasted MORE of my time trying to rip us off on prices, etc. They DONT have what they advertise for, that is your typical ploy (in the newspaper) to just get you in!!! So Buyers beware!

Let's call this "could you please speak up". 1997 Explorer, 5.0 V-8 with full-time AWD. Vehicle has always had a high speed whine from the front drive assembly, however, when it became unbearable I took it in for service (along with some other usual Ford problems). Service Manager was understanding and said he would get his best guy on it. Fast forward to pick-up date. Service Manager calls to say vehicle ready. Upon arrival was told that no whine was heard by ace technician. Not too happy, so suggested (polite for "demanded") that we (Tech, Manager and myself) do a road test. Picture this: Tech driving, Manager in front seat, and me in back going down Route 1 at 50 MPH with whine very noticible. I comment to the Tech - "hear the whine?" to which the Manager tells me to speak louder because the Tech is hard of hearing! Last time for Explorer at Madden Ford.
