I recently purchased a Jeep Wrangler from Jack Powell and it was the best buying experience I have ever had. My sales manager was Oprah Blythe and words can't describe how helpful, knowledgeable and friendly she was. Because of her, the entire process was painless and I actually had fun. Bought a pre-owned minivan from Jack Powell Chrysler. This dealership has an impressive inventory of vehicles, and their website made the process of finding the vehicle quite easy ... year, mileage, colors, equipment, features, etc. We worked with Doug Downey, and he did a great job of sorting through the vans that hadn't made it to the website. What do you do when you must be at a Funeral 168 Miles away and suddenly your only transportation has a SERIOUS unknown hick-up and warning lights. I have a Mobility Disability, a Service Dog and obligation miles away. It's the end of the Month and I have less than $300 to my name, it takes $500 minimum on a debit card to rent a car, what do you do? I placed my hat in hand and took it to the top and all I received was compassion. I purchased my 08 Ram 3500 Megacab new from Powell, they helped me through repairs after a major crash (no my fault) but during the "Bankruptcy Slowdown" at Chrysler. The Powell Dealership / Family also serviced my Old Truck 96 Ram which now has 228,600 miles on the original engine and transmission. While I appreciate I have a good amount of "History" with the Dealership; I've watched and listened to how they treat others and on this day, with me they took it to an unprecedented level. I was put in an "In House" rental, my truck was diagnosed while I was gone and the ONLY reason the "Quality of Repairs" is 4 Stars, not 5 is Manufacture Electronics design issue - they weren't able to isolate the problems without dropping the Transmission, something I have to find a way to pay for - that's not their fault! Most of all, even when the news isn't the best - they didn't try to underestimate the possibilities. Honesty is always the best policy, that's what I got. I hate funerals - I would have REALLY Hated breaking down along the 15 or 10 on my way into the Desert. Thank you Jason, Sarah and Amr for your help on a very sad day! MDL

Buying a car can be daunting! I went to three dealers until I found Jack Powell. The other dealers followed the old school hard sell technique that did not work for me. I worked with Brandon at Jack Powell. He made the process easy. I felt like I got a great deal and now have my awesome Jeep. I would definitely buy another car from this dealer.

I have had lots of bad service over the last 10 years and now im ready to travel to another dealership. I dropped my 3500 off on a tues with a leaking radiatorand they didn't check for leaks till thurs afternoon (it only takes a few minutes to pressurize the system) then a new one had to be ordered and wait for it to come in. this is a work truck and when its down so am I. called the sevice adviser to see when it will be ready and cant even get a call back. this is just one of dozens of time that I have been unhappy.

Arthur Paine is the man. I bought a 2010 Challenger from him. He showed nothing but courteous and professionalism the whole time I was there. Amber Ross was also the a MVP of the night. She was quick and outstanding. I usually have horrible customer service coming from car dealers but, these two made the experience a one to remember. Benny Cannis, Fleet Mgr and Internet Sales - listened, helped me purchase the vehicle I went in for, and made the purchase efficient and easy. The whole process from test drive to finance paperwork and out the door only took about 2 hours, considerably less than any prior vehicle purchases I've made. No pressure, just very pleasant, helpful assistance. I would recommend a call to him if you're in the market for one of their brand vehicles.

I appreciate the quick turn-around on the oil changes and inspections. It makes my day go a lot easier. My only problem was that I don't know exactly when major engine work is supposed to occur and what that all involves, but I don't think that's a problem with Jack Powell. I think Jeep should give us a book for the glove compartment that give the details on that. As for Jack Powell, nothing but a great experience.

Really made deal on line and this made our life easy. Love our new RAM 2500, and dealer made it quick and easy to purchase. Loved that they washed it and filled it up with fuel when we picked it up. Purchased a Chrysler 300 new in Arizona some years back and we had to go straight to the fuel station so enjoyed the old fashion purchase experience.

I didn't by my car from Jack Powell but they still treat me like a valued costumer. Everyone is incredibly friendly and the service rep doesndoesn't takes care of the payment, you don't have to go see a cashier to get your car, I love these guys. Cars.com listed the cost of my 16,000 service at over $100, Jack Powell did it for under $50.

I have been having my Dodge van serviced at Jack Powell for several years - the service is excellent and the employees are friendly and courteous. Last week I traded my van for a used vehicle. The salesman, Zeek Mota, was very personable. The vehicle I purchased is in excellent condition and I purchased it for a very reasonable price. The finance department was amiable and efficient. The dealership is clean and attractive. I highly recommend Jack Powell as a dealership.

We bought a Rubicon Hard Rock Jeep at this dealership and are very happy with the entire experience. Got a fair deal and did not feel as though we had been put through the wringer to get there. Our salesman Brandon was a solid upfront kind of guy and who can ask for more than that when buying a car?! On our drive home in our new vehicle my husband said to me "you know I actually really liked our salesman and I can't ever remember really likeing any car salesman"....! Would we buy again from this dealership? Absolutely....!!

All of the employees that I spoke to were terrific. My service person was Matt, he did a great job describing everything that was being done to my jeep. The parts were in on time and when the work was done, they were nice enough to wash my car. I also really like the fact that they are one of the few places left that had a shuttle service.

I was looking to buy a new Jeep Patriot with 5-speed manual at Jack Powell but, they simply did not have much in the way of inventory for this model with the configuration I needed. So, I purchased from another dealer several miles away. That said; I brought the Jeep into Jack Powell for a minor warranty repair. I was quite pleased with the professional service department and friendly staff. The fix was done correctly and timely. Our service advisor Scott was top notch, who communicated with us the progress with our vehicles status. Was also impressed with the quality of the vehicle wash upon delivery.

Had a very nice car buying experience at Jack Powell. The salesman was informative about the product, but was never pushy about the sale. During the process, both the salesman and the floor manager, made the experience feel easy. The finance person was to the point and didn't waste my time trying to sell trivialities. Probably the best and easiest car buying experience I have had in the past twenty years. Will returning there to buy my new truck soon. Definitely recommend Jack Powell.

I was looking for a used car on a budget for my mother. OPRAH was the most energetic, upbeat sales rep I have ever encountered. I told her what car I wanted and for what price. She brought out her manager, PATRICK, who was completely matter of fact in the pricing. We agreed on a fair price with no games, although the car wasn't certified or cleaned yet. I figured that this might not work out in the end, but it did. They put all there people on the car to get it showroom perfect by the end of the afternoon, and my mom drove away in the car she wanted at the price she could afford. What's better than that?

Went to jack Powell looked for a Ram 1500 saw three others first than found my truck, sales man Doug was patient with my family looking and discussing each Ram. Not at anytime did I feel rushed or pressured, trust me after I got a price and doggs card I went to get toleit paper and baby bottles after that I was back at Jack Powell making the deal!! Now sitting here on the couch I never felt more happy for a purchase than right now and trust me that Ram is a Great truck.

There was nothing spectacular or awful about this place. The whole process of buying a car here was fine, I would rate it higher if they didn't try any of the standard tricks that come up during sales. First I will say that I was happy with the service I received. I am a crappy credit client, but they were able to secure financing for me without to much trouble. The finance woman, Suzie was very nice and friendly. She was instrumental in getting me financed. Sean my salesman was nice, a bit new, but still a good guy and when you get him off the "Sales script" is a pretty good guy, that seems to actually want to help people get into a car. Gavin the salesmanager, struck me as a bit sketchy, but that might be because he is the Sales Manager. Amr, the repair shop manager(?) was nice, and honest. I bought something other than Chrysler, and he was very honest with me to suggest taking the car to a specific dealership for my maintenance because they would know better than his people. The downside - I am pretty sure the car has been sitting on the lot for a few months. I don't think very many people looked at the car; however as soon as I sat down to start the buying process another salesman asked Sean for the keys to show to a customer. Sean made a remark about hoping he could get me in the car before someone else bought it. I have a friend who used to sell cars for Land Rover, he told me they would do that to customers who were on the fence. The funny thing was, I wasn't on the fence. I already told them I would buy it at asking price if they could get me financing. During the "Negotiation" phase Sean and Gavin both mentioned to me that they couldn't lower the price because it was already reduced. I already told them I was willing to pay the asking price if they could get me financing. I know my credit sucks...you have more bargaining power when you have something to bargain with. Overall, the place was fine. Would I recommend to a friend? I don't know, if someone I know was going to this dealership I would share my experiences. I don't do business with enough car dealerships to form an actual basis of opinion. I wouldn't not recommend it. The dealership was clean, it was air conditioned, they have a giant screen tv in the waiting area, and a theater area for kids. They detailed the car before giving it to me. The detail people did a great job outside, but the inside was ok at best. There was not much attention paid to the corners and crevices.

I went recently to get my car, a 2013 Dodge Dart Limited checked out and to address a issue with my radio. I was met with a friendly smile and 'How May we help you' attitude. I also like that everyone who has helped you before knows you, will greet you as a friend and valuable customer. After an hour I was greeted by a rep who gave me a brief low down on what was looked at and told me she's purring like a kitten. In other words nothing wrong all checked out great. I also got a friendly send off as I left in my car. I love this place a lot best one I've been to and will always count on this place to help with my problems. I was involved in nasty accident in 2009 and my truck was totaled. Gary Block invited me to check out a new Dodge truck. I was there 30 minutes when he found the perfect truck for me without any hassle or pressure. The buying process was stress free and very quick. Love my new Dodge Dart!...and getting 35 mpg! Mostly, though, the buying experience was pleasant and quick. Craig and Ashley teamed up to get me a great deal to roll with. This is one of many cars I have purchased in my life and I was impressed with the fact there was no series of ongoing deliberation or tension, as is common to car dealers, in coming to terms. Just a simple negotiation and a handshake! Al, the manager, really made it easy for me. Their commitment and service is the reason this is the fourth Dodge in my garage put there by Jack Powell.

I met with James Curtis at Jack Powell Chrysler and immediately he addressed all my comcerns. Not only was he able to get me into the car I wanted, he negotiated a lower interest rate for me. The entire process only took about an hour and a half. James' patience, professionalism and efficiency was very much appreciated.

I have been involved with Jack Powell Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram, for ten years or more. I purchased a 2004 Dodge Ram 3500 in 2004 and always bring it to Jack Powell for any major service, oil change or minor repair it may need. My Ram currently has over 294,000 miles most of which had a 30 foot gooseneck horse trailer behind it. It has never let me down and is performing at a remarkable 22 plus miles per gallon on the highway with a full load of horses. Amr was especially helpful, professional and courteous. I would not hesitate to recommend family or friends to Jack Powell. By the way, my Ram would be a great advertisement for the toughness and dependability the Dodge trucks have to offer.

When I got my Jeep ( 1 year old, used) from another dealership I initially had it serviced there but after a couple of services I became dissatisfied with them. I tried another Jeep dealership on the coast as it was convenient at the time, but after just one time I ditched them. I tried Powell's and have stuck with them the last 3 years, and won't go anywhere else. You can trust them, which is more than can be said of some dealerships - I value that more than anything. They have recently remodeled and it looks great.

I have been back and forth purchasing different vehicles here and there from different dealerships. I have purchased for myself at least 7 vehicles from Jack Powell in Escondido. Every time without fail I have been given a great deal and no hassle. Recently I worked with Bruce White, he was straight forward and informed me of an awesome incentive I never knew about.... Lifetime Warranty! If I had known this before I would have purchased a newer vehicle sooner and not gone to any of the other dealers for any of the other vehicles I purchased for different individuals. The process was easy and clearly explained to me. Nubers were written down and I was able to review them at each step. Contacting the fleet manager led to a quick agreement on price and options. Car was loacted and brought by the next day. Credit history was rough but was able to locate adequate financing given circumstances. I would recommend giving Jack Powell a first glance for a car purchase.

My salesman was Tyler, a very nice young man, who answered any and all questions I had. He even offered (after the sale) to feel free to call him with any questions I might have in the future. I felt like the dealership was a nice friendly place. Better yet, I got the Jeep of my dreams -- a loaded 2009 Rubicon. I even met the owner -- Jack Powell (I bet that can't be said for most dealerships). Everyone I met was friendly and helpful. I would definitely do business with them again. Jason was very welcoming and didn't give us the typical car-salesmany kind of pitch. I had no credit and was looking for a low down payment and low monthly cost. I came into the Dealership looking for a Jeep Wrangler. My attention was turned to the subject matter expert in the wrangler department Bruce White. He was a very easy to work with knowledgable salesman. He made my overall knowledge of the Jeep wrangler increase and was a very easy going salesman never pressuring me. All in all great dealership

I just bought a Dodge Dart from Jack Powell. Ashley G. was extremely helpful showing me their inventory and explaining the differences between all of the different models and options available. She was very patient with me and never hurried me along to close the deal. I visited Jack Powell at least four different times (plus a couple other dealers) trying to decide on which car and what options. Once I made my decision, Ashley found a perfect match for me and had it prepped and waiting for my test drive. Everyone I met or worked with at Jack Powell made me feel appreciated and respected my time. Ashley and her Mgr Hassan, crunched the numbers and made me an offer I couldn't say no to! I love my Dart and am very happy with Jack Powell.

I didn't purchase my vehicle from this location but I do come here for service. I don't return to the selling dealership because of lack of customer service and pricing but find Jack Powell to be very reasonable for a dealership. The service advisor, Ethan, is a pleasure to deal with. I am always treated with respect and not as a dollar sign. More than likely will purchase here if I get another new car.

- Service department was unable to find scheduled appointment. - Work was done on time and as estimated. - First time in 2 years (5+ appointments) service rep (Jerry Gould) took the time to go over work completed without having to ask. - This was also the first time in a long time that a service rep (Jerry Gould) actually took the time to listen vs. interrupting with what they thought I wanted.

Bruce White was my salesman. He was very helpful and gave great customer service. This was my first car purchase and he gave me a lot of useful information and was straight forward. Overall i felt that he helped me in all my needs and concerns. The other staff was also very nice and helpful. The facility is very nice.

Had great customer service from start to finish. No high pressure selling tactics made the difference. To be honest, I got a better number for my trade-in at a competitor, and a slightly better price on a comparable car. Still, I didn't go with that car/offer because they were very...lets say "aggressive". When I came here and told the salesperson that I needed to think about their offer they said that was fine and let me leave without hassle. that's what sold the car. Ashley (our salesperson) was partcularly helpful and went above and beyond throughout the experiance.
