If I could give zero stars I would. We wanted to purchase a car and called them at 8am. Told them we want to buy the car. Make it happen. 9:15am salesperson called and got all the info he needed. We live over an hour away and we wouldn’t get there until after 3pm and they close at 5pm. He had ALL DAY to get the paperwork done for us to just sign everything and leave. NOPE!!! He did not have everything done and had to drag our 3 kids with us to stand around and wait and we didn’t even end up getting the car. He wanted us to come back the next day!!! Asked for the manager and he wouldn’t even come out to talk to us. Terrible service. I would not recommend!!

Jack's Ford has a great staff and their mechanic shop is the best around. They take the time to talk with/educate you, they pay attention to the details, and they do the little things that make you feel like a valued customer. Their mechanic shop is efficient and has always been a reliable place where you know your car will be serviced properly the first time. I have nothing but positive things to say about them.

I've purchased 3 cars in the past from Jack’s Ford and have continuously had my cars serviced here. My car buying experience has always been quick and easy and the sales / service staff have always been knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Not to mention, the car selection is great! I will be purchasing my next car from them. Highly recommended!

Stopped to look at a jeep I was interested in that I found on line. Asked for person I was corresponding with through email. When I got there I asked him the questions I asked several days earlier that he said he would address by the time I got there. When I asked these questions? No answer. I got " I don't know?" " I don't think so" " I'm not sure" and we will have other vehicles. Really! Sad day for jacks Ford!

The people that work at this dealership are amazing. I was looking for a very specific used car, and happened to find one at Jack's, which is about 4.5 hours away from where I live; decided to take a chance and bought the car and when I traveled to pick up the car had my current card break down on the side of the highway about 2 hours away from the dealership. The area that I broke down in was very tiny and had no rental shops open and with no way of knowing how long it was going to take my car to get fixed I was stranded. I called Jack's to let them know what was going on (expecting that I was going to have to stay at a hotel until Monday and then come and get the new car). Greg at the dealer ship actually came to pick me up. Most places claim that they'll go the extra mile for customer service, this place truly does it! Everyone at the dealership was extremely nice and the whole buying process was simple and easy. I would highly recommend Jack's as the place to buy a car or have any work or detailing done.

Just purchased a 2012 f150 from jacks and could not be happier! The staff was very helpful and understanding. They even got me a manual at no charge which I greatly appreciated. I highly recommend them if your looking for a new vehicle.

I purchased the car of my dreams at Jacks! I had been searching for a C6 Z06 for quite some time and they had just the one I was looking for. Greg was great throughout the process, we had everything up and running so by the time I got there the purchasing process took no time at all. Very nice people at the dealer with a lot of nice cars!

I recently purchased a Ford Escape and found the salesman Greg very helpful and knowledgeable. Jackie was also very knowledgeable and helpful with the paper work. In all it was a very good experience.

I was looking for something different in a full size pick up truck, I'm sure glad Jack's Ford found me serching the internet. They sent me photos and specs on a Hopped-Up 2012 Chevy Silverado Crew Cab in victory red, 20"custom rims, 6"lift, custom seats... and a bunch of other stuff. I was really blown away when I went to Jack's and drove it! Everyone of the staff at Jack's were awsome, made my purchase very enjoyable. Bottom line is, if you are looking for a one of a kind vehicle you got to get to Jack's Thanks Guys!

I've been purchasing vehicles and/or getting them serviced at Jack's Ford for 20 years. Just bought a new 2012 F-150 from Greg Kirchner. Couldn't be happier about the experience. No hassle, no pressure, competitive pricing, and no games. Service department is one of the best around. Again, no hassles. All straightforward and honest. Never try to push any etra services on you that aren't needed. Best of all, whether it's Greg in sales, the service department, or Ron jack the owner, they value their customers, know you to see you, and treat you like a friend.

I've dealt with Jacks Ford for years and have found them to be very friendly and professional. I've always had a positive experience. The salesman Greg Kirchner was helpful and not the high pressure salesman you find at some other places.

I cannot praise the treatment we received at Jack's Ford too much. We dealt with Greg Kirchner on the vehicle puchase and he was very helpful and very professional. He went out of his way to make the experience easy and pain-free. He kept us up to date on the money transfer from our Canadian bank and all through the paperwork required for export. We will certainly contact Greg and the fine people at Jack's Ford when we look for our next vehicle.

Found the particular car on Autotrader, called and was still available. Talked to a very pleasant salesperson (Greg Kirchner). Drove 50 miles, saw and liked the car (2002 Chrysler Concorde LX), made the deal but, couldn't pick up until the following week end. Drove back up did the final paper work a drove the new car home. All went so well, the car looked great and sales and finance staff were all very nice. Great buying experience. Would recommend buying a vehicle from "Jack's Ford" to anybody. Very pleased. Even recieved a follow-up thank you card. First ever, since buying any car.

We finally found the Raptor we had been searching for (40 miles from our home). We drove to Jack's and recieved excellent customer service and will continue to do business in the future. Hello all, Taking a quick moment to share my recent experience (November 2011) purchasing a 2011 Ford F-150 from Jack's Ford. The product and the sales experience were both a pleasure. The entire Jack's Ford staff was great from sales all the way through the financing/paperwork. My sales rep was Greg Kirchner. Very knowledgeable about the vehicles, helpful, and low pressure. He also helped make the deal as financially feasible as possible. Post-sale, the financing and paperwork was quick and painless, they even contacted my insurance provider on my behalf-- basically I had to do nothing except leave with a beautiful new F-150. I've purchased several vehicles in my 42yrs, this was by far the best experience I've ever had. Highly recommended.
