I Purchased a 2019 Ram 1500 in February 2019 and have brought it back several times for various things and I have never had a problem with the service department. They are always prompt, courteous and efficient. They maintain contact with me and let me know how things are progressing and when I can pick up my car they call me or text me. They treat me like they’re happy to have my business and want me to be completely satisfied. I love this dealership and I will continue to bring my truck there for service as the occasion arises.

I purchased my dream car, a 2017 dodge challenger. She may have my dream car had to be a Dodge. They’re all sweet and all supportive when they’re selling you the vehicle trust me I know. As soon as I drove it off the lot, I went to take it for its first free oil change, and they refused to do it stating it wasn’t written in the contract. You know the contract I’m talking about, the 4 foot long seven page contract that they failed to enter in what they promise you and then don’t stand behind it I should’ve known right then and there. My car now has 23,200 miles on it I needs a fuel injector replacement and is leaking oil. Surprise surprise, they don’t want to be responsible for that either. It’s either I take it there for a cost of diagnostic and out-of-pocket repairs or I just deal with it. I tried to get a hold of the service department for over 10 days, with no reply. I then threaten to bring the news with me, and amazingly I got a phone call back. Of course they’re still not gonna cover it. I’m a woman in my 50s I’ve had many many new cars, use cars and cars in general throughout my life. I can promise you, never have I ever had a car at 23,000 miles have this much repair necessary. Ever.

Believe the negative reviews. I recently bought a new Jeep Grand Cherokee L here because it's the closest dealer to my home and we usually prefer to take it for service where we bought it. The sales experience was fine, but within a day of getting the car we realized a tail light wasn't working and the interior was missing some trim parts. It took TWO WEEKS of going back and forth between sales and service to get them to take the car in, and granted they gave us a rental, another week to get the tail light. We are still waiting on the trim pieces. Kicker was they'd parked our brand new car outside under a tree and when we picked up it was covered in tree mess. You would think they'd be apologetic of a new car having issues out the gate and would at least think to wash the car? Nope, not a single apology! Sad thing is we signed up for a service plan which means I have to come back. Great vehicle, but wish we had bought elsewhere. There are other Jeep dealers in the area.

We purchased a vehicle a month ago and the sales team were very nice and gave a ton of information. We filled out all our paperwork and went home with the vehicle. Later that week the finace office needed more information which is no problem. Later in the second week they start asking for my Husbands business income and of course he was uncomfortable with that and started questioning why since this wasn't a company vehicle and has nothing to do with our income. My Husband had to go out of town and they started getting irritated. Next my Husband start eyes asking questions but was going to bring the paperwork just to move on. Well that's when he got a call from Tony to be there the next day and bring your Wife. When he questioned why and what was going on he got nasty with my Husband and just said it would be best and save us both a lot of time to be there. My Husband and I ran up there the next morning early in which We live an hour away. My Husbands business lost money as well rearranging jobs. When we get here of course Tony is not there not the person who worked with our financing. Another guy helped us and he was awesome and very nice. Basically what was going on was they thought we were denied our loan and after a month of having the vehicle planned to take it from us. Had Tomy just told us what was going on during the phone call we could have informed him that we have a car note sitting on our counter with a letter saying we got a smaller interest rate that the contract we had signed. So when Troy went and checked on that he realized that we were correct and that we were approved and he was very sorry. My Husband has tried to contact Tony and of course he is not as eager to return a call as he is when he wants you to buy something. We never got an I'm sorry or anything from him. It was stressful, embarrassing, and a full waste of time and a loss of income for out family when my Husband lost a client to make sure we were there.

Had a good experience purchasing a vehicle here. The service department leaves more to be desired. Calls do not get returned, most of the time you are leaving voice mails for no one. Kept my vehicle three days when a blower motor went out on a new vehicle, no rental or loaner vehicle was offered, had to involve the Chrysler/Jeep corporation in that one.

I bought a new Grand Cherokee a few months back. Buying process was pretty horrible. Car was delivered with over 2,000 miles on it. Not sure why I went through with it. I needed to close the loop. Mistake #1. Brought a perfectly running vehicle in for an oil service. Mistake #2. Asked them to rotate and balance the tires. Mistake #3. A few days later 5 service code errors were on the computer. Some show as major. Their only solution was for me to leave the vehicle for a diagnostic test. That would take all day. They wouldn't even take a few swipes at it to clear the codes. I was able to uncover the root of most of my issues with 5 minutes on the Jeep forums. These guys have no clue. Their mechanics did not set the air shock system to a setting that would allow them to change the tires with out the system freaking out trying to level tires that aren't on the car. Blew out circuits, over loaded the battery and hopefully nothing else major when I take it to a different dealership. Life is too short and your time and money are too valuable to work with these guys.

I've purchased 3 Laredos since 2009 and had considerable service work performed, experienced about two short comings such as a leaking oil filter, crankcase overfilled twice, which they were happy to correct. The biggest problem is that until recently Jax Chry. Jeep. is the only dealer convenient to me and many others in Jacksonville, no fault of theirs though. They have a new dealership at the Regency which helps. So far I have been satisfied with our purchases. The last two were made with Salesman Steve who was very patient in fact he spent the day with me when I purchased the 2014 Laredo for my daughter. Steve worked with me on the 2015 Laredo purchase, these two purchases were about a month apart. Both of the trade-ins were in the service center and the other in the body shop waiting on State Farm who lollygagged around for over two months gettting my '09 repaired, in other words I had the disadvantage on both trades, however I walked away on both trades satisfied, while at the same time the trade-in was still in the shops inoperable. It is convenient to purchase tires at this dealer, they back them up with a road hazard warranty that they back 100 %. In over 50 years of purchasing the family vehicle I have been satisfied with the deal simply because I knew the vehicle that we wanted and the price I could afford and the amount I was willing to pay for it. We are very happy with 2015 Laredo, it performed with 28 MPG, 80 % Hwy and 20% street driving on the first tank of gas which was filled by the Jax. Chrysler Jeep dealer. On the 2nd tank it is averaging 22-23 MPG on street driving, mostly University Bvd.

I had a great experience at Jacksonville Chrysler Jeep Dodge. I walked in late in the day and was helped by Darius (salesman). Darius was awesome! He was super helpful in showing me everything about the Jeep Wrangler Unlimited, took me on a great test drive, and answered all my questions. He then worked out a great deal for me because of my current military service and membership in the Florida Bar. I am currently off at training and the dealership also agreed to hold my car for me while I am away at training. Doug, the finance, is also great and super helpful. He walked me through everything I needed to know about my auto loan and followed up with me later. Overall, I really recommend this dealership (especially for Military) and look forward to working with them in the future.

My husband referred me on the new Chrysler 300 C 2013 and I referred him on the Dodge Sport 1500, 2014 Truck rendering us $100.00 each on the purchase of two brand new luxury vehicles. We just purchased our 5th vehicle from this dealership, from 2006 up till 2014, all brand new. We would like to continue coming and purchasing from this particular dealership. I know fair is fair, we are not asking for a favor. We want them to continue to adhere to their transaction agreement or incentive. I would like to interject that the two salesmen Kevin and Alan were absolutely phenomenal, courteous and exceptionally professional. While we were in the Business Managers office Mr. Michael Brandt on 10/1/ 14, completing the paper work on the Chrysler 300 C, Mr. Brandt told us if we return and purchase another vehicle, and purchase a second Maintenance Agreement we would receive $500.00 off of our best negotiated price for that vehicle, of which turned out to be the Dodge Ram 1500, 2014. We returned a few days later to purchase another vehicle; it is a Dodge Sport Ram, 2014. We used the same financial individual. On 10/7/14, we returned to see Mike to finalize our transactions. We asked about the $500.00, and he stated, We are still entitled to it. Rance came in the office and Mike mentioned it to him, Rance told Mike no that he had no more money to give. I asked, What do you mean is this not a promotional enticement? And why are we being denied? When we were told otherwise, Rance said I cant! We are loyal customers who purchased in good faith, and believed what we were being told. We have proof of this promotion that was sent to us via mail as well as the Referral incentive. I spoke with Rance, okay, lets make a deal, you give us$ 100.00 each for the referrals and I will forget about the $500.00 or vice versa. He again said no, he didnt have it. I said, Go to the powers to be (Mr.Terry Taylor or Mr. Ken Kovacs) and see if they will negotiate this agreement with me. Hey! Service is terrible , no return phone calls , Service managers out of touch , bought 2 cars from them sales staff is ok , where they drop the ball is in the service dept , 5 separate occasions service let me down , over full on engine oil twice .when busy they will not do vac and wash and the the straw that broke the camels back . engine oil leak , found oil filter leaking and loose , called service manager no return phone call , called again the next day and asked if he was in and he was not but he had been there earlier in the day. They have sealed their fate with me them and Dodge

We went to buy a Chrysler 300C and could not come to terms. High pressure and no customer service. Tried to LOW BALL us on our 8 month old Dodge by a LOT. When went to get into our call it wouldn't start because the ABS went out. The problem is that they would NOT try to get us home rent us a car or anything. Our car was at they front door. So the next day we went to Melboune, FL to Gator Chrysler where we got the BEST service and price that you could ask for at a dealership. Just ask for Richie and he will take care of you. It's worth the drive.

Bought a new Jeep Patriot from this dealer. This is the 4th vehicle we have purchased here because of the price. They usually come up with a great deal, but always come up with a very high price to start. It's amazing how they can miraculously knock a payment down 10% or more when they think you are going to walk. The go through a ton of salesmen, so quite obvious that they put a lot of pressure on them to make a sale. Be prepared to spend quite a bit of time there once you decide to buy. It takes forever to get in to see a finance guy. Buying a car takes 4-6 hours at this place. You can get a good deal here, but be prepared to play their games and spend some time.

If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. Worst attempt at a car buying experience I've ever had. We went into the dealership multiple times to look at the same vehicle and every single time we would ask where roughly our payments would be at, the number increased. We were then promised below a $500 payment on a brand new vehicle and went through the whole process of picking one out to be told at 5 o'clock that they were waiting to hear from banks, but would call in the morning with the results. I called the dealership back the next day at 1 o'clock, since I still hadn't heard anything and the manager who answered the phone was rude and sarcastic. This car dealership is a waste of time and if you can avoid going, I would. I will never be back to this rip off of an establishment again.

This place will say anything to get a sale. They will sell cars that are not ready to sell and train their good sales guys how the beat around the bush to make it seem like it's not a big deal. I should have read the reviews before coming here. They used all the sales tactics and always pushing you to get it. I unfortunately bought a car which was not even working. They sold me a car that wasn't ready. They put me in a enterprise rental. I paid a $25 deposit and pushed to buy coverage per day plus GAS! After 4 days still couldn't deliver a working car! They kept on stalling and giving me the run around. I had no problems with the sale guy Connor and the finance guy Paul. I did have a problem with the used car director, John. He is unprofessional by attire and attitude. Who wears a hat and shorts in a professional setting? He has zero customer service when he "took over from here" to help me out. He called to let me know the car was ready and getting detailed so I went to pick it up. Guess what! The service manager told me it's not fixed and we don't know when it will be ready. I was waiting 40 minutes before even being acknowledged by him. He has a put up your guard automatic defensive type of personality and was down right disrespectful. I've never felt so disrespected in my car buying experience. He didn't offer me a solution or even tried to put me in a new vehicle or another one. No solution. No customer service. Could not deliver me my car. I canceled the deal because he failed at giving me a time frame and didn't own up to this as a "director" but instead threw his team under the bus. I bought a new 2014 Ford Edge Sport at Bozard instead. Do not buy from JCJD!!!

We recently purchased a 2014 Jeep Patriot , Rashaad was our salesmen and he is amazing. I have owned my jeep for right at a month and its in the shop for a 3rd time. It seems to have a leak somewhere that cant be found which leads to my headliner becoming so soaked that its dripping down into the trunk space. I must say Jeep is doing their best to get the matter handled but its still frustrating. So much for my "new car" smell.

This is not anything I am to excited about but thought someone there should be aware that I had my 2010 Diesel serviced and less than two weeks later my washer fluid ran out. Not like I am going to make the 80 mile two hour round trip to get it filled but had thought it was included in the service. I guess the next trip I need to get the details of what is supplied and check everything behind you like I would do at these street corner express places.

There is not another Dealership that I would go to buy a car. I have bought more than 50 cars in my life and each time I buy a car from anywhere else but Jacksonville Chrysler Jeep Dodge I feel as if the process is such a headache I just want to leave...Most of the time I do...The quality of the Ram and the Charger and now my New 300 have renewed my faith in the American Car makers...Thank you to Mark, the sales Manger, and Mohammed my sales rep now 6 times over, and a Special thanks to Ken...Even when there seems there is no deal you find a way....The food is great too, and when I had to have my truck painted the body shop returned my truck to its new glory since the car wash destroyed it.....This is the place to buy if you don't belive me then come see for yourself.

After reading the reviews, I was a little hesitant to take my car into the service department. Those worries proved to be totally unfounded. Dropped my car off at 10:20 am, the service advisor Al, told me it would take about two hours to complete. I needed to get back to work, he introduced me to one of their shuttle drivers who dropped me back off at work at 10:45. At 12:27 Al called and said my car was ready, he sent the shuttle back to get me, I picked up my car at 12:45. Was back to work at 1:00pm. On the drive back to I noticed they had cleaned/vacuumed the car and even shined up my tires. They did all this for a Recall repair. I paid nothing for the repair. Everyone I came in contact with was courteous and professional. NOW THAT IS SERVICE.

I bought a new Jeep Grand Cherokee and I must say that my sales associate, Ira Smith, was one of the best that I have ever worked with in my car buying experiences. I came into the dealership a couple of months prior to the purchase date and was impressed with how well I was treated by Ira and the sales team. At that time I was only looking and was not hassled and pressured and it was a nice experience which isn't the norm when car shopping at most dealerships. I told them that I did not want to be bothered by pressured calls, but that when I was ready to buy I would let them know. I beleive I received a follow up call, but basically they respected my wishes. When the time came and I was ready to trade and buy I went back to the dealership and again worked with Ira and that day was able to complete the deal and left in a new vehicle. It was nice to finally go to a dealership and work with a professional, friendly and knowledgeable sales associate who genuinely listened to what I was wanting and not pushy. I will say that JCJD needs more car sales associates like Ira!! It was my initial visit to the dealership and working with him that brought me back to actually purchase the vehicle. Well,I bought a 2013 300. I love my car the sales man was awesome ,but after no-one calls, and asks u anything,that's it. But my friend just bought a Toyota Camry .... The owner treated us like gold his wife,and twins were even there they bought us lunch,gave her samples of leather conditioner for our car and I don't have a Toyota. The way they treated her and me made me wish I would have bought a Toyota from his dealership now she had an awesome buying experience and they still call to make sure she's still happy with her purchase.And even with an apt. I'm in there alllllllllllllllllll day .

Since moving to this area in 1998, this is the fourth van we have bought here. On 1/15/2013, my wife and I stopped by dealership to have the Service Department check on an apparent rattle in our van. (We had no intensions of buying a new vehilce at all!) While waiting, I looked up our previous salesman Dennis, who is now a floor manager. We exchanged greetings and after some discussion about new improvements on newer vans, Dennis introduced us to Salesman Justin Sontag. He showed us some new 2013 vans and the new improvements.We explained that we were not in the market for a new van but we looked anyway. We were inpressed with a 2013 Chrysler Touring model. Justin and Dennis discussed a "deal" for this particuler Van. After talking it over with my wife, she recommended that we take it as it was to our "advantage" to trade. Justin Sontag was and is a very pleasent salesperson to deal with. At all times he was very knowledgeable and professional and at no time applied any "pressure to buy". That is what we look for in a dealership. Thats the main reason we have bought 4 vehicles from Jacksonville Chrysler CJD.

I was looking for the car I've always wanted and it turned out to be at chrysler jeep dodge off nursery field. I then called for availability and spoke to John who was very friendly and assured me he would wait for me to come see the car. John stayed two hours passed closing time even though I was already being helped by the financing dept. John stayed until I left driving my new car. I later had to get my windshield replaced. All through this process John was very easy to reach whenever I had any questions or concerns. John is a very personable and friendly individual. I felt like I was being helped by a friend rather than a salesman.

Have had multiple problems with a new Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. All management does not return phone calls at either location. Left 2 messages on two different occasions for the GM at Baymeadows location and still waiting on a phone call back from their Arlington location after talking to Tommy the GM at that location. He was going to speak to the other GM and let me know. After waiting 3 days I showed back up to the dealer but but they hide out in their glass room and avoid problems. After standing there for 15 minutes I asked the receptionist how long it will be as I was just watching him sit there. She called him again and said I would have to leave my number. Management at both locations makes it impossible to file a complaint or get to a higher level. That is my reason for this review. Lack of service for the past 8 months has finally put me over the boiling point. Chysler Corporate has apologized greatly for the lack of service from this dealer and Chrysler is working with me on a replacement Jeep since service is not able to repair it.

I understand occasionally something goes wrong. I am not writing this based on one thing. I purchased a 2013 Dodge Dart in January 2013. I have complaints about the sales people, the service center, and the management. I have never had such a terrible experience. I have purchased four other brand new cars in my lifetime, and this dealership is the worst at everything, and their product is below standard as well. I would list the exact details, but I don't have the patience. It is now May 2013 and after trading in my original Dart for another one, I am still having problems with the dealership. I would stay far away from CJDR Jax!

We left the dealership yesterday because of typical car dealer pressure - BUY TODAY - The sales person said "let me go get you a brochure for the vehicle" - surprise surprise it was a stall tactic to keep you in the showroom for "let me go get my manager" - will never return or even think of buying a vehicle here. Just seeing all the managers sitting behind the glass all looking at you - really puts any potential customer off. Sales person was unprofessional - We are buying a vehicle from Ford - no pressure - very professional - and sold the vehicle based on knowledge about the car.

Being around the staff makes me just want to hang out with them because their so happy, friendly and curtious. They were all very professional and there was no high pressure sales. I just went in told them what I was looking for , they located the vehicle, and informed me of all the features. The salesman was very helpful and even took my motorcycle as a trade in. They have Harleys for sell at this dealership, do you believe that? Their really nice motorcycles and even have a Harley trike for sell. I am getting a little older and the weight of a motorcycle was getting to be too much for me being a female but I may just go back and buy that trike. I will definately come back here to purchase in the future.

I went in to get a close look at a car was interested in and to take a test drive. I let them know upfront I was NOT going to buy a car that day. They insisted on appraising my car for trade in and promptly insulted me by offering half what NADA and Kelley Blue Book list. Both the salesman and the sales manager were both quite pushy and would not give me an offer in writing. I understand they want to make a sale but they also have to respect the customers wishes.

I bought a 2013 Jeep Cherokee. The brakes were bad on the car which caused the car to vibrate when I applied the brakes. I called the dealership several times but no one would return my call. I finally just took the car into service on my on but never received a call back from my salesman. Second, the vehicle was sold to me with only 1 set of keys. I was told that another salesman took the keys home with him and they would overnight the keys to my home address. I called many times and even left two messages with the general manager but no one returned my call. I still have a car that is only two weeks old and only one set of keys.
