The very professional and attentive salesman, Mr. Pavel, took his time to listen and understand my specific needs and situation. It took less than an hour from the time I walked in the door to the application approval. They quickly worked with lenders and got me approved at a nearly 7% lesser rate than what my own bank had offer me. Super easy, flawless, and painless shopping experience. I would highly recommend anyone to at least stop by and look and talk to someone before buying elsewhere.

Bob made our car buying experience easy and fun! He was knowledgeable and reasonable with our expectations and made for an all out good time. I would recommend Jacob’s Mitsubishi to anyone looking for a car and ask for Bob! We will surly be back for our next car buying adventure.

Found the Audi I wanted at Jacobs Mitsubishi. The entire transaction was done from my home in Michigan. Pavel was the salesman and worked with me throughout the sale. Honest and professional, he personally would go and check on the car or take extra pictures whenever I had a question. Financing through them was a complete breeze with competitive rates. Flew down to take possession and drive it off the lot. Audi was cleaner than expected. Pavel knew exactly how to take care of an out of town buyer and made the experience perfect. Never had a worry about buying the Audi without actually seeing it in person first.

My experience at Jacobs Mitsubishi Dealership was wonderful. I did not leave in the car I originally planned on but Jeremy and Brandon worked hard to find the vehicle that fit just right! I really appreciate them for taking the time to work with me and get me into a new car so I can finally take my son places and just enjoy life without any hassles. Thank you Brandon and Jeremy ! Hands down from start to finish Bob Schmidt is the man!! we have three children and he busted out coloring books and crayons right from the start and kept them well entertained while mommy and daddy handled business. That alone made it so comfortable and easy to handle our time there. One of the many things I liked about Bob was he was very honest and upfront. There’s a lot of sharks in the car business but to us Bob was a Captain sailing us through murky water making sure we got what we wanted an needed for our journey. I’d like to Thank Bob for be a genuine human in this crazy world we live in. If your going to Jacob Mitsubishi ask for Bob and feel like Royalty. Again Thank you Bob, your the man and I now drive my dream truck!! More people should care for their customers as you do. Heart of Gold.
