I am frankly surprised Jaguar-Land Rover has not yanked the dealership from these shisters. On the sales front, they promise everything and deliver very little. I have owned Land Rovers/Range Rovers /Jags for more than a decade and never have been so disappointed. We recently moved to HHI and serviced our vehicles there... They can't even replace brake pads without screwing them up! We were put on the highway with insufficiently bled brakes, nearly causing a serious accident. Mistakingly, we thought it was a one time thing and recently purchased a high end Jag... It had a few bugs to iron out, but HH Jag insisted they would take care of them. Stupidly, we trusted them and closed on the car. Nearly Three months out there are still issues on a $65K used vehicle ( having been in the shop almost FOUR weeks). Go elsewhere, avoid this dealership.

After the great experience at the dealership getting my first maintenance done on my car we were invited by email to the Spectre sneak preview in Pooler! It was really nice and just proved the dealership goes out if there way for their customers! Thank you Jaguar of Hilton Head SC for the great experience! Dealerships need to follow in your steps! Regretfully, I do not like the 2015 Land Rover LR4 I purchased at JLRHH. I contacted the dealer and was told that under the non-export agreement I could not sell on the open market or trade the vehicle in at any dealer, other than a LR dealer. If I did so, I would risk being fined 7,500.00 (but potentially up to 10,000) if the vehicle was then exported within 366 days from the date of purchase. The dealer did offer to buy it back - for 8,000.00 less than I had paid (45-days after purchase and with only 1,111 miles)!Big Mistake!

Very nice atmosphere very willing to make sure I got the deal I was happy with:) I never felt pressured, the car I was suppose to get was not what I was expecting so John the salesman worked to get me a car to take back home with me! Nice job John, Thank You!
