AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE! We went into Land Rover Bellevue after previous stellar customer service from them. We were actually returning to pick up our license plates for the vehicle we just bought. We were in negotiations for a new used car and they initially raised the price by $500, which was disappointing enough, but we specifically asked for clarification and they stated that was the price for the car minus the taxes. We actually asked twice and was given the same answer - but when it came to actually purchasing the car they refused to honor their price and added doc fees, license fees, and taxes (which we were fine with the added taxes). So I guess a couple hundred dollars was worth Land Rover Bellevue to lose a customer for life. We have a Land Rover, and were purchasing another Land Rover, I’m certain they would have made back any potential losses in service fees from us over the next year or so. All in all they raised the price of the vehicle 27% from the agreed price, I’m not sure what happened to building good rapport and customer loyalty. For us it’s not really about the price - it’s about the principle and not feeling like you got ripped off when you drive off the lot. I was willing to accept a few car washes or an oil change so we could leave the dealership in good standing. I wish them best of luck in their future endeavors, but I’m not spending another penny there ever.

Customer service in the SERVICE area has not been it's normal A+, I would say maybe a solid C at our last service. I always make it clear that I am driving close to 3 hours - 1 way to get my annual service. This is the second service in a row when they inform me that they might not have time to do the proper upgrade that is due. This last service, she informs me that it may take 2-4 days to complete the scheduled upgrade of my entertainment system and that the rental car only is good for 2 days .... and I already drove 3 hours - 1 way to bring it in, so therefore I had to schedule another trip within the month to finish the service and stay a few days (at my own expense). Not very informative and not very professional.

The service here is beyond even the lofty expectations for Jaguar, Land Rover. I had an emergency situation and Alina got me up and running again within a day even though they were fully booked already. I was worried going to the dealer would be overly expensive, but the owner had recently created a program to get competitive with independent shops for older used models. So I got the amazing best in class service and perks that go with Jaguar service but at a reasonable price comparable to a basic shop. Highly recommend going to this dealer.

I recently purchased a used 2011 Mini Cooper Countryman from Jaguar Land Rover Bellevue and have had such an awful experience with the vehicle.The first day I owned the car, I noticed the speedometer on the car was not synced with the digital speedometer of the car. The digital speedometer of the car was ten mph off from what the analog speedometer on the center console of the car read. I immediately called the dealership, in which their sales rep. said he would get back with me the following week. As the digital speedometer was correct, I thought okay, no problem, I'll wait for your call. Fast forward to a month later, and over five different phone calls with no resolution when I am driving down the road and the entire computer system of the car shuts down and reboots. In between that month of waiting, I took the car to the Mini dealership (who are incompetent themselves) and they had no idea how the readouts were incorrect and wanted to charge me $360 in labor in order to open up the unit and inspect it. After the car reboots, I get about ten miles down the road and the clutch goes out on the car (which I also inquired about in the service inspection I did with Mini after I purchased the car). Mini says that these two occurrences were simply coincidental. First, the clutch needed replaced ($3600) and the champ navigation system on the car had overheated, causing the electrical failure. (After research, the Champ navigation system is simply the radio navigation system located under the speedometer). After this unfortunate event, and without a mode of transportation on a vehicle I just paid $21,000 for, the sales manager, Micheal, finally gets back to me about the car. All the dealership could do was to provide me the phone number of the original business, Northwest Motors Limited, that changed out the speedometer as this car was previously Canadian. I called this business, which claims that they did nothing but replace the speedometer and they are not liable for the damage to the radio/nav system ($1700). After speaking with them, we finally came to the conclusion that they installed the wrong part on the car. In order to fix the car, I would need to drive the car to Mount Vernon, over an hour away from Seattle. Is my time not worth anything? Why am I made to deal with this issue when it was an original issue on the car that I had been addressing since the day I picked the car up?!Besides this, I was also told today that the car will need new brakes and rotors within 5,000 miles. Within two months of owning the vehicle, I have found out that the vehicle needs over $6300 in maintenance. As it is a used car, I understand that it will need more maintenance than a new vehicle, but the lack of service and inattentiveness of this business is very typical in the car business. If you are looking to do business with this car dealership, I would recommend you steer clear!

My Range Rover had had the same problem for 2 years since I got it. The service manager got involved and tried to finally fix the problem. The conclusion was that it wasn't fixable. There was a problem with computer codes and they tried with Land Rover USA helping them to figure it out. The conclusion was that they couldn't do it. I was very disappointed in the fact that I got a "lemion" however, it is not the fault of the dealer. I bought the car at Scottsdale Landrover.

Had the car towed due to electrical malfunction. Turned out that the battery had a bad cell. They assessed the problem and had it fixed a few hours after the tech got it into the shop. It was returned washed and vacuumed. The service manager kept me informed all thru the process.

They truly put customers first and provide the best communication (on cost and tehnical details of the repair) that I've experienced.In the case of this specific visit we worked together to accomplish a non-standard installation of an OE part that is a different size than the out-going version, and that interfered (physically) with an off-roading accessory I had installed. I appreciate everything they do and the way they take care of me.

Firstly, I bought an expensive Range Rover, all cash, about 8 years ago. The salesman was attentive, even genuinely excited for me. The owner popped in several times, even reducing my price unasked. Fast forward, I just bought a $11,000 used car and financed it. It was an easy sale, I saw the car online, took it on a 10 min test drive and started the paperwork. I was given an interest rate of 6.99%. I went in to sign the papers the next am and the rate was 12%. I was surprised and said I needed to take a minute to think. It was like a light switch. I got an angry, condescending text from the salesman telling me I was lucky they got me financing and that I needed to go back in and sign. Despite the text, I signed the next am. No one knew where the car keys were and I waited 20 mins for another salesman to let them know he had the keys. He referred to me as 'that lady'. They are so classless, yet arrogant now. The salesman never followed up to thank me or see if everything was okay. It was a demeaning experience dealing with Jaguar Land Rover of Bellevue.

I purchased 2 cars from Autocenter NW in the last year. They own Mercedes of Seattle, Bellevue Bentley, Land Rover Seattle and Jaguar Land Rover Bellevue. I first purchased a 2014 RR sport and then a 2011 Jaguar XJ. The customer service at this particular store was extremely poor. It was so bad that I drove to the Lynnwood store even though I live in Bellevue. I periodically took my car to the service dept here in Bellevue for convenience due to the fact my Jaguar was in the shop more than 15 times in less than 90 days. Each time my car was in for a new issue and the same idling issue that never was resolved. After finally getting fed up, I contacted Jaguar Corporate and the Attorney General. While I was waiting for a resolution from the corporate, I took my car in for a car wash and the Service manager Rahim Sheikh informed me the owner says I am not allowed back at either store Land Rover Seattle or Jaguar Land Rover Bellevue.

I recently had a strange experience buying a used Range Rover from this dealership. One would have expected that Jaguar Land Rover of Bellevue dealership would not employ the same tactics as observed in the industry. This expectation comes from the mere fact that they charge a 10-15% premium on selling a used car. During the negotiation I was informed that the car has gone through several inspection and EVERYTHING works. They also told me that the vehicle comes with duplicate key and user manual.A day later I was informed that duplicate key and user manual can't be located. They key cost $585! Also there were tons of issues with the electronics, the car was back for serve center the next day!So the verdict is that go in with your eyes wide open, don't assume that you will get anything better due to the fact that they are reputable dealership.

Dealership failed to honor a 'We Owe' after purchase of a Certified Preowned LR RR Sport for a second key. I was never notified that the key was ready nor of the process to obtain one. At this time, they are using the excuse that the We Owe is valid for only 30-days. After three attempts to resolve through the sales associate, Brian Adelsman (who escalated to management), I am disappointed.

I bought a smart car from here. Felt a little bit out of place buying such an inexpensive car at a place like this and thought I wouldn't get a nice treatment but Tony the salesman made me feel comfortable and I got a very good deal on an almost brand new Smart Car. Layla was awesome and the sales manager Mark Brent was helpful.

I was looking for a 2013 Ford Raptor and found one at Jaguar Land Rover Bellevue. I spoke to Paul a sales rep earlier and unfortunately was not able to make it in before he left for the day so they gave me another sales rep. First off he was extremely awkward through the entire process of looking, and test driving the truck. When we returned I made him an offer on the truck and within 2 minutes he came back and told me that there was an offer on the truck already. I was a bit shocked considering we had just returned from the test drive and no one had been looking at it or was even in the dealership at the time. He then told me that I could make an offer for more than the other offer which was the price of a brand new 2014 Raptor. I asked him how exactly from the time we went on a test drive to sitting down there was an offer that was accepted by the manager, yet no one said anything. He told me that another sales rep was being dishonest and a customer came when we were test driving it and he put in the deal. Again a bit shocked he just looked at me and said "What can you do"? I will never do business with this dealership.

I had a rough idea of what I wanted to buy, but Brian, the representative who handled my purchase, found the perfect car for me. It wasn't an instant process. He was in constant touch with me and did his very best to work around the week or so I took to pool in my resources. The Range Rover I purchased is pretty much the car of my dreams and it was Brian's keen eye that spotted it in the inventory!On the day of my final purchase, Brian was out, so Paul, another representative was present. He too was pleasant and patiently explained all the functionalities of the car, in great depth.I can safely say, having interacted with two representatives, this place has a very knowledgeable and polite staff, right from the receptionists to the sales representatives and the financial and legal team! :)JLR Bellevue gets my 10/10!

Really liked Isaac and he wanted to close my deal. Mark the Sales Manager was really no value in the process. I love my new car and love the free car wash. Process was typical of most dealers on day of purchase, nothing special.

Beyond the gorgeous inventory, the first thing I noticed was the zero pressure, genuinely friendly environment at Jaguar Land Rover of Bellevue. Isaac Hicks has been most kind and professional and I feel very lucky to have him as our dealer. He has true, extensive knowledge of the Range Rover brand- which, after talking to a few different sales people at other dealerships, is a bit of a rarity. In addition, both Mary and Layla in finance have been a pleasure to work with!

I purchased a used 2008 MDX from this dealer that sells cars from $50k to $500k and expected to not get much attention or respect. I was treated like a King and followed up with. I forgot the Sales managers name but we worked a very fair deal after only one offer. The car was driven to my mechanic by the staff to be checked over as subject to my mechanics approval. The car was clean and ready for delivery at the agreed on time. I expected a big sales pitch to buy an extended warranty and clear coat etc. which I have always hated the finance departments from other dealers.The finance manager Layla was simply no pressure, no hassle, I was in and out in 10 minutes. When my ship comes in I hope to buy a new car form this dealership someday. Scott M.
