Neil, did a phenomenal job in explaining the differences between the Range Rovers and allowing us to test drive/get a feel for the overall comfort and features of each. He wasn’t high pressured and we felt he was looking out for our best interest in finding the perfect Range Rover sport for us. The purchasing was seamless as we were able to do majority of it virtually and then we were in and out with 45 minutes. Thank you Neil and Hendrick!! Looking forward to continued great service! 😊

From start to finish buying a car at Land Rover Charlotte was an exceptional experience. Rick Mallory was honest, pleasant, and so very helpful throughout the entire buying process. His knowledge and expertise was appreciated which led us through a seamless transaction. Sam was fabulous at explaining all of the wonderful features the car possesses and was pleasant and knowledgable. The process exceeded all of our expectations... the customer service was top notch and I got to go home in my dream car!

I chose Gary Buss as my Service Representative for the simple reason he listens to what I say. I needed breaks for my relatively new vehicle. However, I'm on a budget in which I plan for scheduled maintenance as I anticipate they will occur. Gary gives me the consideration I need in making the most prudent choices by listing what absolutely is necessary at the time and what can wait. I own other vehicles in which the service reps attempt to sell me products and services I neither require or need. it is most disconcerting. Gary Buss professionalism, discretion and attention in providing excellent customer service is why I have chosen to comment.

Buying my SUV was the best ever!!! The staff was pleasant, friendly, and respectful. The best experience and customer service with my agent Mr Will Smith. He was very patience and understanding of my needs and issues. I could explain my concerns and he fully was honest through this process. Buying a vehicle is a trying experience but I truly enjoyed this event. Customer service is Excellent!!!
