Awful customer service. They have my car for over 2 days for something minor as replacing coolant sensor. No communication on when the car will be ready, I have to keep calling them to get updates. No one return your call. I made a mistake on buying extended service there. Can't wait for it to be over so I can take my car elsewhere. They DO NOT care to communicate so you can make alternative arrangements. I have to cancel all my appointments for 2 days. Stuck at home with no form of transportation. TAKE YOUR CAR SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! They don’t appreciate your business.

If you want to make an appointment for service 2 weeks in advance, then drop your car off for 3 days, not hear back after multiple phones calls from said dealership only to hear back after 4th call that day to hear “we are just getting to your car because we are busy” and then not doing what you originally made the appointment for - then this is the perfect dealership for you!! Wow - what a bunch of incompetents. Left two messages for General Manager to call me but he is afraid to call me or he is busy golfing. Zero stars, moons and any other oracle.

Dan was my sales person and he was extremely helpful. He was very knowledgeable and was pleasant to deal with. At the end of the day were able to make a deal and the transaction went very smooth. I’d strongly recommend using him.

This is our 4th Land Rover and our first time at LR Fairfield. Dan Pinto was our sales person and he was very professional, patient and supportive. The buying process went as smoothly as possible and I would highly recommend Dan and the team at Land Rover Fairfield!
