I went to the dealer and a sales person were busy...so I was about to leave when chris (sale person), approach to me asking if need some help. He answered all my questions fast..He knew all the technical issues. I had different choices to buy a car..but I must say that Chris was one of the main factors..for me to buy a evoque.It was a real pleasure to do bussines with him. Thank so much chris!!.

I went into to the dealership to see a car that was advertised and was told " (when I called to ask I was told it was still there to purchase). Sorry that car is now being used as a service vehicle". While disappointed I decided to look at other cars on the lot. I did see another car that I liked and wanted to purchase after reviewing the information on the price sticker on the car. When we sat down to make the purchase the salesperson came out of the back office and told me "he was sorry but the manager said that is not the correct price, we did work on the car it is an additional $7000.00 the paperwork was on his desk". Really? This is not good business. The sticker was on the window in the car. The car in the same area with all the others but when someone wants to buy it , the price is not as advertised. So we received two separate stories on two cars we liked. Needless to say we left.

Andrew N. is a top-notch salesperson. i had almost given up on looking for the perfect 7-seater, looking seriously at one of the redesigned BMW X5s. I originally did not want a Range Rover, because I had driven some older models, and they did not have performance or driver characteristics that I wanted. But on a lark, I called Andrew and talked with him over the phone about the new Range Rover Sport, including performance; maneuverability; AWD handling; differences between supercharging, turbocharging, and natural aspiration; etc. He convinced me (without any pressure), to come for a test drive. And wow, what a surprisingly fun car the new generation RRS is. I spent several hours with Andrew on multiple different test drives, under a variety of road conditions. He knows his cars and the specifications -- we spent quite some time talking about the tradeoffs between the V6 and the V8, handling and power. He let me test drive the cars hard, which helped convince me that the RRS really could perform. I spend a lot of time on my car-buying research. Andrew was thorough and detailed, just how I like it. And there was no pressure at any time. He made the whole buying experience a lot of fun. I would definitely buy a car from him again. Note on my location: I purchased the car from Andrew while he worked at Fields Land Rover in Chicago, before he transferred to Jacksonville. (Yes, this is still the same Andrew N.) Andrew also has a strong command of the various traction modes and the AWD system, which was important for me in Chicago. Finally, he also let me test the car to its real limits on snow, during one of the test drives.

What a fantastic experience! The story starts by locating a perfect used car online which Land Rover Jacksonville had on the lot. One phone call and I was connected with Dan Beyette. With a limited time to make the purchase before flying out of the country for a few weeks; I was driving down to Jacksonville 2hrs the next morning. Avoiding my local Land Rover Dealer and the unpleasant experience I had the previous week. Arriving at the dealer Dan had the LR4 ready and waiting to test drive; he understood my timeline and won me over with professionalism and honesty. When Dan promises you something he will always deliver. Terms of sale were met and in less then a few hours I was back on the road in my Certified Pre-owed LR4. Jaguar Land Rover Jacksonville has a customer for life thanks to Dan Beyette and Fields Auto Group team.

I purchased our Certified Jaguar XJL from this dealership less than 2 years ago. Each time I had to take our XJL in for regular service or any kind of campaign service, the experience has been nothing but "Spectacular". From the time of purchase to the appointments made, the team never seems to miss a beat. I want to give kudos to Mrs. Cindy Coleman, my service representative, who is the "BEST". She is very responsive and gives clear understanding on any services needed or performed on my XJL. It is apparent that she works closely with the service technicians. The service technicians do a great job on servicing my XJL and return it looking like showroom style. If my vehicle needs to stay overnight for any reason, the dealership (Cindy) provides me with a loaner that is equally impressing. It is a great pleasure to talk/work with Cindy as she is such a person where my wife placed her in her category as a "WOW (Wonderful Outstanding Woman). With the time I have known Cindy, I can tell that she treats all of her clients the same. Cindy, keep up the great work and see you on my next visit. I also want to give kudos to Mr. Randolph Harris, III, who was my sales representative and a very respectable individual. He never misses an opportunity to greet me or my wife whenever we come into the facility. He is someone that I will always recommend to anyone to seek out when they visit this dealership in Jacksonville. It is nice to see that everyone at the dealership has a smile on their face and ready and willing to assist. The customers' lounge is so relaxing and accommodating to conduct work related business while waiting. The entire facility is very clean and refreshing. The service received from this Jacksonville Jaguar dealership always goes beyond my expectations. Therefore, I will always recommend this dealership as the one to go to if you are interested in purchasing or test driving a Jaguar or any of their vehicles. Thanks for the great service experience!

I have been having my Jaguar serviced by Matheny for over 10 years. I would only take it elsewhere if the Service Rep, Cindy Coleman goes elsewhere. She is the most knowledgable and helpful person I have ever met in the industry.
