Kyle was the service agent who helped me with service of my car. He was excellent! He addressed me on my arrival and then when it was my time to be helped he answered all my questions and car concerns. On pickup of my vehicle he again was excellent! My car was even washed and vacuumed this time around. He’s the type of service employee Land Rover needs more of! Will definitely be coming back to hunt valley again for my service needs! Ebony

A HUGE "Thank you" to Amanda Heath, my sales guide, for being such a great help/resource through the buying process. From prior car-buying experience, I was worried that the process would be long and drawn out but she worked with me to make it a very pleasant and respectful transaction. Everyone at the dealership was very gracious and I would also like to also thank Rob for reaching out to me to set up the encore delivery process. I really am very pleased with my purchase and very glad I went to this dealership rather than the one closer to where I live, where I was completely ignored, hence my decision to drive 20 miles further to Hunt Valley.

If you are looking to buy a car do yourself a favor and skip this one . Took them 2 hours to find the car I wanted (2 cars actually -every sales mans dream)And after these 2 hours they transferred me to someone else....who asked me again the same question I've answered !!! After all I hade 4 cars I wanted to get the price for the lease and the sales person refused to get the price -he said I needed to choose-"well how can I pick if I don't know what the price is !!!" Total waste of time !

Buying a new Range Rover Evoque was the easiest smoothest process ever! Pamela was by far the most amazing sales associate I have ever worked with. The customer service was outstanding. Pamela met all of our needs and made car buying an easy process. We left the dealership feeling like we made relationships and bonded with people who worked there opposed to leaving feeling like you got ripped off or that they didn't truly care. The Sales Guide was extremely knowledgeable and patient. However, problems occurred that I felt were not in his control. My representative called and collaborated with a Land Rover Hunt Valley representative before my arrival. When I arrived to lease the 2015 Evoque, as agreed, things changed on Hunt Valley's behalf. I still arrived without a trade. I put $5,000 down. I had a 715 credit score and I came to lease what had been discussed. Based on that information, a rate was quoted to my representative, but when I arrived, I was given a different rate. Even after Hunt Valley's representative was collaborating with my representative on the phone, while I was still in the showroom, I was not given the rate originally quoted. Dismayed...I left empty handed. I was called the next day and given an even higher rate on ordering a 2016 with the same amenities, plus a few more. With time running out on my previous lease, I agreed on the 2016. It took several days for the 2016 to arrive. As my Sales Guide was reviewing the controls again and introducing me to the new amenities, I noticed a few things that I really liked about the 2015, were NOT in the 2016. Dismayed yet again...I left empty handed...even after I paid the $5,000 and all of the paperwork was signed. The next day I received a call from my Sales Guide stating that they NOW agreed to reduce the price on the 2015 that was discussed with my representative before my arrival. I did not have a pleasant purchasing experience. Let me be clear, very clear...the ONLY reason I purchased the Evoque from Hunt Valley was BECAUSE of my Sales Guide, Kenny Watson.

From buying the vehicle from Mr. Paul Mitchell to all of my service needs. Everyone is always courteous and friendly. The service managers are very knowledgeable and helpful. The young lady in the loaner car dept is fabulous. My family and I are customers for life. Never have I been so satisfied with a dealership. In December of 2015 I found a 2012 Range Rover Sport Supercharged listed online on the Hunt Valley Land Rover website. The dealership was upfront in disclosing that the car had been damaged in an accident (hit a deer). After a few days of mulling over the car I decided to make an offer. Apparently Pamela Keys and her manager Gary (Greg?) were not happy with my offer. I let them know I was a serious buyer and if they didn't like my offer to please counteroffer. For 48 hours after making my offer I tried to contact Pam to find out the status of my offer and at what price they would be counteroffering. On the 3rd day past when I made my offer they politely let me know that someone else came in that day to test drive the car and that this other buyer would have first priority to buy the car. I was very upset and asked why they had ignored my calls and requests for a counteroffer. I expressed that it seemed unfair to sell the car to someone else while I was trying to negotiate the purchase price. At that point I even offered to pay full listed price for the car. The Manager Gary (or Greg) was extremely rude and basically told me I was out of luck and they would call me if the other buyer decided against buying the car. Their attitude and treatment was extremely unprofessional and rude. On top of all the rudeness 2 days later they called me asking if I still wanted the car, their 1st place buyer didn't qualify. By that time I had already purchased a different car. Buyers please be aware that this dealership, in my opinion, does not conduct themselves in a professional manner or value doing what is "right". Caveat Emptor...

OK....caveats. I am not the easiest guy to sell a car to....I tend to over-research stuff and tend to know as much if not more than the sales folks. It is also not easy for me to 'pull the trigger'. Another caveat---no real experience with service area yet...but here goes. Always been a Toyota guy (2004 4 Runner and 1996 Rav 4--bought brand new and still have them) Always liked the look of the LR2. Yeah i know that it was being discontinued in favor of Discovery, but i just liked the seating position and visibility and "utilitarian" feel of the LR2 over the Discovery. Must have been back and forth to Hunt Valley 6-7 times. Had the usual Land Rover reliability trepidations...My "unofficial" sales guy was John Conley...until he bcame my OFFICIAL sales guy. Extremely knowledgable, patient and helpful. Kept coming back, test driving, talking.....no pressure. Settled on certified pre-owned LR2 that they were using as loaner but that had been in showroom since i started looking. Process was pretty easy (a small price discussion--but isnt there always?). If you are in the Hunt Valley area and are at all interested in a Range Rover or Land Rover, go see John. (Pam the internet salesperson was great as well). If you get the same service that I got from him, you wont be sorry. Went he extra mile...........

My experience was horrible. I certainly hope anyone who is in the market for a Land Rover product and dealer reads this before they go to this sub par dealership. They sold me a 2012 epoque coupe with 46k on it. i drove with my husband from VA Beach VA all the way to MD to purchase a Land Rover they had in inventory. Boy was I scammed! I took a quick test drive and came back and bought this truck. I should have known something was up when I couldn't get the remotes to work. The. They replaced the battery's in the remotes so they could work. Getting ready to take the 6 hour trip home in the new 43k epoque, I noticed the fuel gage was reading empty. Naturally I was checking it for gas mileage since I just purchased it. I called the dealer. I said this vehicle looks to ha e electrical problems. Ms Keys was so silent on the phone I could hear crickets chirping. Then her response was, well it has factory warranty. I'm sorry but I didn't spend 43k on a vehicle to have problems. I bought this truck June 2nd. From June 2 to June 19 I have been left on the side of the road with a vehicle that would not stay started on the interstate with my family over 900 outside. This dealership pushed me to purchase an extended service contract they called me left voicemail messages and they even emailed me in regards to an extended service contract and I see why now. To make matters even worse on June 19 the fuel line ruptured underneath the truck leaving my car unable to be driven . To the point where my vehicle had to be put on a rollback tow truck and jerk off the truck because the tires were locked and could not been put in neutral . I was then told by the vehicle being jerked up and down the rollback that I could have transmission issues with my car in the future . I called the dealership that I purchased my land rover from and they told me they were concerned about what I would be driving my vehicle was being repaired which I thought would be really funny actually. So as of June 19 my vehicle has been at the LanRover repair facility marking today's date July 5th. It started out with fixing a simple fuel line that came off the bottom one half a tank of gas was on the ground telling me that if I press the auxiliary button I could spark the fuel pump causing the truck to blow up, to the fuel tank has to be replaced the fuel sensors have to be replaced as well as this truck has several major electrical issues some that are so detrimental that they don't know if this vehicle can be repaired . Needless to say I contacted the dealer in Cockeysville Maryland who has informed me that they will do absolutely nothing to help me when I asked to switch out of this vehicle into another comparable vehicle they told me no they would not help me when I asked them for a refund they told me no they would not help me . I strongly urge anybody who is anticipating purchasing a vehicle from this dealer that you research and look at horrible experience that I have had these people are less than desirable and certainly subpar when it comes to service

I went to this dealership to purchase a new range rover sport. the salesman John was very helpful, professional, and nice with the whole processes. I would recommend anyone to this dealership. I have approximately 24 videos of the light issue I have been having with my car which has spanned over 18 months. I have had to take my car into the shop (in Annapolis) more than 10 times regarding this issue. They have, for years, thrown their hands up and said they couldn't find anything. I brought my car in for the light issue around Christmas for the first time to Hunt Valley. It is not much into January and less than a month later and I believe we have made more progress on the issue than over 18 months at Annapolis. LEON actually wanted to find the problem. Asked more questions and showed more interest and concern about the issue than all of the customer service reps, manager, and technician combined from Annapolis. Leon gave me his cell phone and personal email to see the videos and pictures and to call him upon the same issue. I did, not 72 hours after leaving your shop. He was attentive and made an immediate appoint ment for him' just to take a look'. He was able to capture some data which he, as well as I, believes puts us closer to finding out this issue.This issue has not only been extremely frustrating, caused me doubt in my so loved vehicle, but also used a tremendous amount of my time (probably over 20+ hours not to mention being without my car for days on end). I feel like Leon actually cared and was respectful of all mentioned above. Leon, certainly goes above and beyond -- and for you - that is priceless. For me that is a 10 in the customer service. Thank you!

All the staff here has a great attitude. They made the purchase of my wife's Land Rover fun like it should be. They gave us a price over the internet and nothing changed when we got there. I leased a Range Rover Evoque from this dealership and I was sold on the safety features. A few weeks later engine caught fire and stared smoking causing me to be stranded in D.C. They picked up the car and told me they "fixed" it a few days later. They said it was a minor issue. I asked for a different car and they refused. In fact the representative YELLED AT ME and was insanely RUDE!!! Now they are trying to make me pay the lease on a car they have been holding because I am disputing it's safety. WORST DEALERSHIP. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I tried to order a new car from this dealership, and after seven months I still have no car and have been largely ignored by the sales consultant unless I initiated the contact. I was recently told by the dealership that the car was expected to be delivered about one year after it was originally ordered. I spoke with another dealership who said that the explanations I had received regarding the delay in my order were not consistent with their experience with this particular vehicle, and they were shocked that I had not yet received the car I ordered. You can draw your own conclusions from my unfortunate experience.

I ordered a new Rover Rover and never received the car. The latest communication from the dealer was that I could expect to receive the vehicle a year after I initially visited the dealership. I spoke with other Land Rover dealers and they were shocked about my experience and said there was no reason why it would take that long to receive a new vehicle. No one at Land Rover of Hunt Valley has expressed any concern about the inconvenience this has caused me. I could care less about the car, but the thing that really bothers me is the fact that the information they had been providing was not consistent with what other dealers were experiencing with this particular model. Land Rover of North America has been equally unhelpful. If you want to avoid the hassle and actually end up with a car, I suggest trying another Land Rover dealership.

This is my wife's first new car in 10 years. Her previous car was a Mercedes and it was good to her but it was time for a new one. She had seen the new convertible displayed at a casino while we were on vacation and feel in love with it. Unfortunately we didn't win that one. She loves her new car,and I must say the staff were all professional and easy to deal with. The facility is what Id expect from a luxury car dealership. I would recommend them to anyone in the market for a new Jag or service.

This dealership is a joke. I would never recommend anyone to purchase a car from them. I came in to purchase a new land rover and found one that I liked. I went to my bank to finance the purchase. Once approved, I went to the dealer with the down payment and letter from my bank on authorization on the purchase. Steve, my sales adviser immediately got another salesman - not even a manager, who told me that I had to fill out a credit report and have their finance team review my credit. I ask why and they could not explain the process to me; just got rude and started to raise their voices. WTF! I am purchasing a 100K car and this is their idea of customer service. Worse experience at a car dealership. I own Mercedes and Lexis and never had such issues. They want my money. I guess these guys do not. I would never recommend this dealer.

I was in negotiations to purchase this vehicle for a couple of days. Went up and spent 3+ hours in the dealership, test driving, and speaking with the sales rep. The next business day, I call to agree to the deal and was told someone was in the store purchasing the vehicle right now. No call or contact from the dealership after my time was spent in their store and traveling an hour for this specific vehicle. We had just spoken not 3 hours prior - the sales rep knew I wanted to purchase the vehicle and assured me that he would let me know if anyone was even remotely interested in purchasing the vehicle. Imagine the disappointment when I believed I had finally met a great used car salesman with honest tactics. I'm in sales as well and would never undercut a potential customer or client in this fashion.

Was looking for a low mileage Jaguar XF not more than two years old and still under manufacturers warranty at the right price.. Looked on ebaymotors and Hunt Valley had a car which matched the specs I was looking for. I spoke with Pamela Keys and the car I had found did indeed match what I was looking for. We discuused the details and agreed on a price. Pamela was outstanding, made the entire transaction very easy and she personlly delivered the car on Monday. All of the paperwork was taken care of and the interest rate is great. The car lookslike brand new and handle superbly. Now I must hope for reliability and trouble free motoring, not always a Jaguar srong suit!Pamala told me to ontact her immediately if I had any problems and that Hunt Valley would be there for me.Great job Pamela - thanks!

I love my new Land Rover. I drove over an hour to get here and it was worth it. John was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The Mangers were very nice and the process moved quick and professionally. Facility is nice and clean,including the bathrooms. I drove a pretty long way in traffic but the deal and service made it well worth it.

I had spoken with Pam Keys your Internet Sales Manager on Monday about a car that I was extremely interesting in purchasing. I was going to drive over from Winchester, VA that evening but she told me that the car I saw online wasn't ready yet and she needed a day. She PROMISED me that she would call me first thing and I would drop everything and drive to Maryland to make the purchase as soon as the car was ready. I was delighted, as this was the exact car I was hoping to purchase. Yesterday morning (1 day later as she requested) I emailed to see if I could go pick it up that evening and she replied "Sorry but it was sold yesterday". What's up with that? I am so upset!! It was a slam dunk sale for your guys - ugh!

Yesterday morning (1 day later as she requested) I emailed to see if I could go pick it up that evening and she replied "Sorry but it was sold yesterday". What's up with that? I am so upset!! It was a slam dunk sale for your guys - ugh!

I was very pleased with the service I received from Frankel recently from the Land Rover store. My Land Rover need an interior piece replaced but they didn't have in stock. Its was still in its new car warranty and they said they would order and call me when it came in. Jeff not only called me when my part came in but came and picked it up from my work,replaced the part and dropped it back off to me later that evening. I appreciate how he went out of his way to make in convenient for me.

These guys are awesome.One of their competitors practically threw me out of their dealership citing it was too early to get me out of my lease into a new one. So i called Frankel, they brought me in, although the deal was a bit challenging, they pulled it off thanks to the manager Brendan. All the staff was friendly.They have provided me with great service every time I take my car in for service. Make sure you go and see them for your new Jaguar.

I started taking my Jag here for service about 4 years ago. I found the service department to be honest and fair. My car was always done on time and i never had any issues. The waiting area I must say is the nicest Ive ever seen. Because of the service department I decided to buy my new Land Rover from Frankel. Kenny was nothing but professional and answered my many questions. We negotiated a fair price and I decided to go ahead with the purchase. Brendan the sales manager was also helpful and polite. I highly recommend Frankel sales and service departments.

UNBELIEVABLY rude & unprofessional....When looking to purchase a car from them, 'Brad' in Sales told me the ones in which I was interested were "out of my price range" (though I had not yet had a conversation with them about price ranges); when I asked to test drive a particular model that was being advertised as available on their website, I was told I could not test drive it b/c it was parked out back b/c the owner wanted to use it for several days; when I asked how the various off roading mechanisms worked I was simply told I "wouldn't need them." After months of promising to get the Range Rover I desired in stock, they never followed through so I ultimately purchased my '08 Range Rover at another Land Rover dealership --- & got it for the same price that Hunt Valley Land Rover was demanding for their '06 Range Rovers (of the same mileage, condition & amenities). Regarding repairs, the multi-point inspection reports have contradicted themselves (one visit showing my tires were in dire need of replacement & the next time that they were in excellent condition (when in fact I had done nothing to them since I could tell they had plenty of tread left). On multiple occasions when I got my car back, the ivory leather interior was covered in grease & grime. Service Advisor Jeff Sine has been the WORST ---- he wouldn't/couldn't provide answers to my questions nor was he willing to try to track any down, he kept giving me the runaround. He also would never be up front about the estimated time needed to repair the car (repeatedly promising to have it ready "the next day" but it would ultimately take 2 weeks and he wouldn't call me to give me any sort of heads up when he said he would). And he has spoken down to me each time in such a condescending manner that I am DONE. I will never go back. I don't care how much hassle or extra money it will cost me to go to an alternate dealership or private autoshop ---- It will be 110% worth it to spare me the horrible experience I have to endure at the Hunt Valley Land Rover dealership.

This was the best purchase experience that I have ever had in buying a car. The owner was very hands on and helpful in the process The dealership was clean and very well run. The sales people and the new car get ready people were polite and friendly.

I had an appointment for service on Monday. No one ever called me. I called late in the evening and was told that they were just taking my car in to be looked at. This was very strange as it was close to their closing time. Tuesday, still no call. I called them late in the day and again was told that they were just now taking my car in to be looked at. Wednesday, still no call. The excuse this time was the mechanic was out sick. Thursday I had to again call them and the service representative had a lot of trouble figuring out who I was or what was being done to my car. They finally did some work on the car and I went in late on Friday to pick it up. They didn't have the car ready and I had to wait for quite a while before they could figure out what they were doing. I picked up my car but had to leave my other car on their lot and pick it up the following day. First thing Saturday morning Paul Darby calls me at work and wants me to get my other car out of the customer parking area. I guess I wasn't considered a customer. Amazingly rude staff, BAD service and the work they did, well, the car still has the same problem. They will never see me there ever again!

This was one of the most pleasant car buying experiences I ever had. Not only was John a gentlemen, he listened and helped me choose the right car for me. He acknowledged my financial situation, gave me an excellent deal on my trade in and came in exactly on target with my monthly payment. Did I forget to mention the entire dealership worked as a team and this made the whole process a very positive experience. From the financing to the Manager I was treated with the utmost respect.
