My wife and I bought a Landrover from Don Ledbetter and his team and are very happy. We own 2 businesses in two states and had not realized the benefit of IRS section 179 and were missing out! Don explained it to us and my accountant confirmed all he said was accurate, and next thing you know we bought a new Landrover through the business and got some massive, completely legal, tax breaks, and we LOVE the vehicle! We always buy through Don/his employees, regardless of where he works, as do most of his clients in the southeast. Awesome, honest car salesmen are hard to find, like contractors, so you keep calling the best! Thanks again Don and we will be seeing you soon...

We first visited Volvo on a whim, knowing we were in the market for a new car. We were looking for a newer used station wagon. The exact model we wanted wasn't on the lot at the time, but we kept his contact info. About a month later, we saw they had received the car into the store's inventory. We knew exactly who to call, because Lee was so helpful and courteous on our first visit. He met us right away and helped us quickly and easily square away our paperwork and trade-in. He was very friendly and courteous throughout the entire experience. Our sales person was new and did not know the vehicle. There was slight damage to the front bumper which they did fix, but lack of communication from the sales person and the sales manager lead me to the rating I have given. (Refused to even call me back) The only person who helped keep this from being a complete disaster was Chad Chambers, who helped go over the vehicle with me even though it wasn't his sale. He was very helpful and saved the entire experience for me. He was the only person who followed up with me - our sales person nor the manager could be bothered.

Overall, our buying experience was positive. Each representative we dealt with was professional and courteous. Any questions we had were addressed quickly and to our satisfaction. I dropped my XC90 off this morning frustrated with trying to have the sunroof repaired. David Elrod greeted me with a smile and seemed genuinely concerned that I was not happy with the service department communication. While through no fault of his own, he made things right! Spare key missing? "I will find it" he responded; Shuttle not available today? "I will get you a loaner" he responded; I even told him I had left the gas cap off by accident and it had triggered the check engine light, "I will take care of it for you". This is true customer service, and while the shop rates on these vehicles are not cheap, they can sometimes be justified when the service department goes the extra mile to make repairs less inconvenient to their customers.

I've always been leery of purchasing a new vehicle,and was in the market for a used Volvo XC60. When I located Greenville Luxury online at Cargurus.com, I was surprised to see how low their pricing is for new vehicles. I was able to buy new for not much more than used. I spoke with James on the phone and explained my price cap. He was able to match this over the phone, and gave me a very generous quote. I was cautiously optimistic at the price. When I arrived, I worked with Mariana as my sales/product consultant. She was fantastic! Fully knowledgeable on the vehicle, down to Earth and so pleasant to work with. I expected an inflated price, but was surprised to see it was exactly as discussed on the phone. No nonsense, and all my questions and hesitations were laid to rest. Both Mariana and James were very honest, legitimate professionals. I never once felt pressured for anything, and there was no haggling or unexpected sales pitches. A truly great car buying experience!! I love my new ride!

My wife and I can in to look at 2010 xc90. Car was priced well and dealer was even willing to fix a few wear and tear items at purchase. Max was our salesman and let us test drive several times and answered all our questions. He was patient and not pushy. He treated us as if we were buying a 100k car and not a preowned car. I purchased a 2006 limited edition Range Rover Sport supercharged new from the Greenville SC dealer. After I had decided to purchase and filled out the paperwork they told me a tree limb had fell on the car while the dealer owner had the car parked at his house. They said they had the scratches from the limb painted and that it was as good as factory and that if I ever had any issues they would correct them. Over the last year the clear coat has completely come off the hood and roof area, I guess wherever it was painted. I have visited the dealer and they will not do anything. My car has always been garage kept, there is no reason a vehicle should look like mine after 10 years. I have the special edition Vesuvius orange color with only a very limited amount ever sold in the US. Do yourself a favor and do not use this dealer. I have also contacted LandRoverUSA and was told they could not do anything since it was a dealer issue. I do not recommend anyone buy a Land Rover since the dealers cannot be trusted and Land Rover will not force their dealers to conduct business in a respectable manner.

When I am looking for a new vehicle, I consider not only the car itself, but the entire shopping experience. After visiting several car dealerships in two counties, we finally found Max Neal. It was completely different than the other dealerships in that Max really spent time with us to figure out what we wanted. We didn't feel pressured at all. I began my car search with JC back in the spring. By the time I was ready to buy my Volvo, I called JC who told me he had moved to a different department. Even so, he identified a car that had just come in that he knew I would love and turned me over to Lee's capable hands. The buying process was seamless. James came in and did his part flawlessly.After I got home, I noticed the temporary license tag had inadvertently been left off the car. Lee drove the tag to my home. Contacted Chad from internet sales about the 2016 Disco sport in Waitomo Gray to see if it was available. Car was still available and price couldn't be beat by a long shot. Put down the deposit and Chad went to work getting everything ready. Drove to Greenville from Atlanta the next Saturday and everything was ready to go. Signed all paperwork, got the lowdown on all the features and drove away in less than 2 hours. Highly recommend this dealership.

Chad was awesome. Contacted him via website on a Discovery Sport i was interested in. Great price and we closed the deal. Chad took the time to go over all the features of the car with me and even provided some insights he gained from initial drive testing. This covered spirited driving to full off road capabilities. Car was washed and vacuumed and ready to go when I got there. All papers were ready to sign and I was in and out in around an hour. If you are looking for a great price and outstanding service, give Chad a call! James in finance was awesome as well. He made sure we had everything to finalyze the paperwork before i got there and all paperwork was ready for signatures. They got me a great rate with no hidden fees or extras.

I expressed interest in a vehicle through cars.com. The sales rep reached out to me and we spoke. I let her know that I had just begun my search and the vehicle was missing a few items I wanted- mostly superficial items (the vehicle had cloth seats and I wanted leather). She sent me a follow up email letting me know they could replace the seats. I responded to let her know that I was fine with waiting for the perfect car and what my exact specifications were and haven't heard anything since then- it's been at least a week. Truth be told, she probably could have sold me that car had she been a little more assertive. I didn't feel like the dealership had any interest in cultivating me as a potential customer. It was like, well, she didn't want that car, so on to the next person.

He was everything you want in a salesman...kind, honest, never pushy, thorough, incredibly accommodating not only to us but to our one year old daughter who was quickly running out of steam, and the thing I appreciated the most was after we left the dealership and experienced a small flaw in our car he had it fixed no questions asked (even though technically they were not responsible for it after we left the dealership). He is the type of person you know you can genuinely trust and we will certainly recommend him above anyone we've ever used to our family and friends! We look forward to using him again in the future! we took my wifes Volvo in for the 20,000 mile check up. it was a disaster. it took over two weeks to get the appointment. once we did it was a Friday at 2pm. At 5;30pm we had not heard anything so called to check status, phone rang several times no one ever answered. we called back about 5 minutes later a very rude person answered and talked about how busy they were. We then went to the dealership at 5:55pm to get the car and it was not ready with no explanation. at 6;20pm the car was finally ready and all the service person said was it had been really busy. no apologies or anything, he even laughed about it. I don't ever plan to visit there again after warranty period is up and certainly wont ever buy again there. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone

Saying that we had the "best car buying experience ever" wouldn't do it justice. From start to finish, we had great customer service in sales, financing, etc. Did I mention we brought our impatient 2 year old son as well? Instead of feeling like another "sale" who should be lucky to drive a Land Rover, we felt like we the most important part in the process Chad knew that we would be coming in from out of town and had set up everything we asked for; the model, different colors, packages, etc. James was just as helpful in the financing; giving us every option to choose from, explaining the good and bad of each (not just highlighting the good). Such a great experience shopping for a Land Rover. Everyone from sales to the money guys we're very accommodating and down to earth. Service center was a different world... About two months after putting a hefty payment down for a new vehicle, a small software issue occurred. I called multiple times and struggled to get in touch with someone to make an appointment. I finally got an appointment the next week with the understanding that I would need a loaner. I showed up and the first service guys were quick however after sitting and waiting for a loaner for 35 minutes, an old Toyota Corolla with stained seats arrived from some rental company down the road. COMPLETELY unacceptable after paying what we do for luxury. Beyond disappointed

Darren made this the best car buying experience I've ever had and set the new standard by which I'll judge all future deals. As long as I'm buying a Jaguar/Land Rover/Porsche/Volvo in the future, this dealership and Darren will be my first and only stop. He was incredibly responsive and communicated with me almost entirely via text like I asked. He didn't pressure me to buy the car and made me feel comfortable that it was entirely my decision. He answered all of my questions expertly, researched strange options that I was interested in, and was even patient with me when 3/4 thru the process I decided I wanted a different color that wasn't on their lot!Darren's also a true car guy and can tell you everything you'd want to know about any car on the lot (and likely just about any car..). At other dealerships I dealt with salesmen who knew less about the car than I did. Price negotiation was also the most simple and friendly process I've ever had! It was simple and I got a great deal! In the end, Darren and Jaguar of Greenville was a few hundred bucks more than my local dealers. I bought from Jaguar of Greenville and I'm xxxx glad I did. Great service deserves my business. Since the sale he's kept up with me and made sure that I was enjoying the car and answering any questions I have. Put simply, I can't understand why someone would buy a Jaguar/Land Rover/Porsche/Volvo from anyone or anywhere else.

Chad and I spent forever looking for the perfect rover to win my mom over because she was skeptical of the typical "rovers are not reliable " rumors we eventually bought a used vehicle that ended up saving my life in a crash. I hit a deer,flipped twice and slammed into a tree. I left without a scratch on me. Of all my car purchases, this was by far my favorite! I leased a 2016 Range Rover Evoque from Chad, and couldn't be happier. I knew I needed a car this month, but rushed the process due to the pending sale of my prior Evoque. I had met Chad a couple of months prior, so he was aware that I was in the market. Timing was perfect when he called to let me know about the holiday special. I went in the same day, and he had all of my options ready and waiting when I arrived. There was no pressure, simply facts and service. He was very knowledgable and patient. While I knew I wanted an Evoque, I wasn't sure options / color, etc, so he patiently dealt with me and my 3 friends who were shopping with me. Both visits that weekend were late in the day, yet I didn't feel rushed out the door. They were very accommodating in explaining my different options. They helped me understand what the scenario would have been if I traded in vs. selling my other car, even though they knew I was likely selling it. James ran my paperwork and came in on his day off to finalize for me! Very accommodating and friendly! My 11yr old now has 2 new friends in James and Chad. They were both awesome with him! Chad was very particular in assuring me that he'd have the car in tip top shape before we were done, and it looks like a million bucks. It was very personalized service! I am known to be a bit high maintenance, and Chad never flinched - made me feel like a VIP!! I would highly recommend both Chad and James to anyone looking for a great experience.

My partner and I have been getting my 2012 Volvo XC70 serviced at this dealership for the last year or so. Max scheduled an appointment for us and pulled three cars for us to see and test drive. Max was very patient and never once tried to pressure us into the sale. I met Max a few weeks ago, because I came to see a used car that was listed on the website. I wasn't sure what we wanted at that point, and it took a few weeks to arrive at a decision. Max was very patient and took me on numerous test drives. Max and William Duke (the GM) worked with my girlfriend and me over a period of 3 weeks to help us figure out what we wanted-- a slightly used Range Rover Sport with an extended warranty. However, there aren't a lot of these cars available yet (the new version came out in 2014, so there haven't been many traded in.) The team knew what I was looking for in terms of color, price and mileage, and they contacted me as soon as they had a car traded in that fit our requests. Everyone worked with us step by step and made it easy to buy the best car we've ever had. The whole experience was excellent, and I'd recommend Max and the team at Land Rover of Greenville. They'll treat you right, and will reward serious shoppers with great follow-up and attention to detail.

They were very friendly. They had a waiting room but little in the way of convenience items comp or otherwise. I had to get a key and a tire put on and it too an obscene amount of time. I know programming transponder keys takes very little time and so does putting on a new tire yet it took them several hours to do so. I did not appreciate that wait time and feel that it was unreasonable.

Mike Kulla is my primary contact at Volvo Service and has been for the past several years. He is consistently friendly and helpful and also maintains a high level of patience as he provides thorough explanations to my many, many questions. He promptly returns phone calls as well as calls with updates regarding status of repairs, findings, suggestions, etc. As a busy Mom, I also appreciate that Mike keeps me abreast of the various maintenance services due at suggested mileages; goodness knows flush-outs and tire rotations are the last things on my to-do list. His approach to upgrading services is always professional and knowledgeable, but not at all pushy or negative as other car dealerships can sometimes be. Overall, the entire Volvo Service Team (shout out to David Elrod, too, although he's all fancy-pants with Porsches and Jags now) is wonderful and worthy of ten stars if that were an option.

He is so very helpful and his customer service is wonderful . I drive over 1 hour and 30 min. to come to Greenville Volvo service department and the main reason is Mr. Kulla . I am always treated with the up most respect . They gave me a great price, and shipped the car right to me. Unfortunately. the car was in an accident, and totaled. No one was injured, After Settling withthe insurance company, I called Darren. 1. "Sid Kachole" should not be at management level in any luxury car dealership, he is unfit for a salesman; he is more like a dorky service guy at a mitsubishi or dodge collision center2. I was recently shopping for a new vehicle and came across Greenville Luxury's website. They were advertising Volvo V60 Cross Country's at a discount that no other dealer was able to match (believe me, I tried). Sid Kachole was my primary contact at Greenville. He was professional, courteous, and patient throughout my decision process. In the end, my decision came down to a vehicle at Greenville and one at a competing dealer that was closer to me. Neither had 100% of the options & colors I was looking for. I ultimately decided on the vehicle at the other dealer because I thought I would get more use out of the options on the vehicle, and the dealer was a lot closer to my home which made delivery easier and cheaper.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sid and Greenville Luxury to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. I called and spoke to Mike in reference to scheduling a regular maintenance on my 2013 Volvo. I brought my car in on a Saturday afternoon, and met Mike Kulla. This was my first time visiting Volvo of Greenville since my old volvo was a 1995, and the last few years, my husband changed the oil, etc. Mike was very nice, and even honored a price quote that he gave over the phone which was lesser than amount. He directed me to the Lounge which had a TV, couch, and chairs. I was able to access the internet on my lap top while I waited. There were free snacks, and drinks in the lounge for the customers, etc. When my car was ready, Mike came to the lounge to get me, and the time expectancy was close to what he told me. Overall, I was very satisfied with my overall service. Thanks Mike! See you next time.

Scott,I think that it is pretty ridiculous that you would charge me another diagnosis fee to see why my vehicle is making a new noise since you fixed my car that it was not making before you all put your hands on it. You tried to justify the noise by getting the technician to agree to something he couldn't definitively say was wrong with the car by asking him the same question over and over and each time he said no. You left me a voicemail telling me my bill would be $100 more than what you originally quoted me. This reminds me of the first time I brought my vehicle to you in May of 2014. You said you would check to see why my passenger headlight kept going in and out and let me know. You took my car back for an hour and they fixed it without my saying so and then tried to charge me. You gave me your card and said sorry this 1 is on the house. What could have been a bad situation for you, you cleaned up well. You had my car for a week this time before looking at it and then I had to rush you the rental back which was such an inconvenience. Spartanburg is not just a skip and a hop away from Greenville plus fighting the traffic which you empathically agreed with on more than one occasion. But it didn't seem to matter because you recommended I bring it back in Thursday when the tech returns to have him look at it (and pay the fee). You didn't have time to clean up the car which you said you owe me from the diagnoses appointment. Not to mention communication between you and your colleagues is minimal. You have me come there on Monday to drop my car off, you're not there and no one has a clue why I'm there. Working with you and Land Rover of Greenville has been nothing short of a headache. My past experiences with the have not been desirable. Customer service is a quality most companies seem to pride themselves on. I have not gotten that impression for this company. All that to say... Smh at a lost for words. Now I have to take my truck elsewhere to get the other issues fixed. Im sarting to wonder if I had purchased my car from there if Id be treated differently.

I searched online for months for a used 2014 or 2015 Volvo XC60 with very specific requirements as to powertrain, interior & exterior color, options, etc. I was very particular about condition, mileage and cost; hence, my search was not readily successful and perhaps approaching a state of futility.Last week, it finally dawned on me to try a new Internet search for a NEW 2015 Volvo XC60 and I found that Greenville Luxury had EXACTLY what I wanted and at an advertised, discounted price that was only a few thousand above some of the used vehicles I had been following online for weeks. I made an e-mail inquiry late one evening and very soon the next day, Maggie Forrest responded to my e-mail. Later that day David Hanna, Sales Professional, at Greenville Luxury called me back and I committed to purchase the vehicle over the telephone.The next day, my wife and I drove from Atlanta to Greenville, SC (260 miles round trip) and our new 2015 XC60 was ready for us. The Finance Director, James Clayton, negotiated with several lending institutions on my behalf before we arrived and had arranged 100% financing for us at an astonishing 1.64% APR. On top of that, they advised that we would receive a $1,000 loyalty bonus from Volvo because we've owned (and will be keeping) a 1998 Volvo S70 (now with 200,000 miles) since 2001.David took us on a test drive and then carefully explained and demonstrated all the technology features of our new XC60 and set us up for Volvo On-Call. The buying process with David was extremely pleasant and he patiently and thoroughly answered all of our questions.The bottom line is that this is a great dealership and their employees are courteous and accommodating, and really work for the customer. Volvo makes fantastic vehicles and test drives of 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe and Acura MDX just did not have that "solid Volvo feel" to us. I have several Volvo dealerships in the metro Atlanta area that I could have pursued for a new vehicle but found that the service and price available at Greenville Automotive were unbeatable and well worth sacrificing a day's vacation and a 4.5 hour round trip. My only regret is that their service and parts departments are too far away for us to reasonably utilize. In 20 years when we MIGHT consider another new vehicle, we'll be headed to Greenville, SC!

My wife and I drove up to Greenville to look at the Range Rover Sport and the Range Rover. We drove both I believe 3 different times all within a 24 hour period. Our Salesman was Chad Chambers, and he was patient, knowledgeable, not pushy/salesy and just a down to earth guy. Said differently, he was great to work with. It was the experience that I wish I could have every time I buy a car. In fact, if I buy another car within their dealership's brands, I will definitely be talking to Chad even though it is an hour and half away from me.

Yesterday I purchased a vehicle at Greenville Luxury and the experience was excellent. Sid Kachole took me for an extensive test drive to be sure everything about the car was satisfactory, and also explained a lot about how to use the features of the car. I had an on-going issue in which has finally been handled. It has taken several months (7), several complaints, and several trips to the dealership. I must be honest and say that I personally believe things could have been handled much more efficiently and effectively but somehow I "slid through the cracks and fell by the wayside." I am still somewhat angry and question the cause of the delays but grateful that finally there is a happy ending. I would like to thank Sid for going above his duties insuring that the problem was handled. Without his help, I think I would still be waiting and complaining. I can't say just how grateful I am!

I apologize for this review being late but I thought I posted it a month ago but never verified the link. Anyway, I purchased a pre-owned luxury car from Greenville Luxury. A week after my purchase, I found an issue with the car that was not under warranty but had been missed in inspection. This issue was 2,000 dollar+ in price to repair. Mark, David, and James assured me they would take care of it. A week later, brand new parts were installed on my car at zero cost and I was even given a loaner for the day. I was very happy and relieved to not have to pay that much after just buying the car. I will refer anyone I know and return for my next car at Greenville Luxury.

On Friday June 19th I sold my car without having a new one picked out. After visiting 2 other dealerships I ended up at Greenville Luxury by chance. It was very close to their closing time but I was in great need of a car. We were greeted by David Hanna with a smile on his face. I quickly explained my situation and need for transportation. Unlike the other 2 dealer ships he was eager to help and let me look/test drive as long as I needed. James Clayton walked out to the car prior to my test drive and explained that most of the finance companies had already closed for the evening but if I found something I liked he would be happy to handle the financing end in the morning. The test drive was such a great experience with David answering all of my questions. Once returning to the lot James explained he had communicated with a finance company that by chance had an employee who was working a little late that evening. Within an hour of the test drive I was on the road in my new car with an extended warranty and a payment lower than my previous one. I cannot say enough nice words regarding my car purchase and plan on never purchasing a car at another dealer ship. He promptly got my information and wrote my work order,.. absolutely no waiting...The car was finished in the time estimated, AND it was washed and vacuumed..We live an hour away from the dealer and had an early morning appointment, so we left our house without breakfast.. Mike told us of their "PIT STOP" cafeteria on the premises....We had a real good breakfast better than any fast food joint... This dealership is GREAT !!

Having never purchased a new car online, this was a somewhat new experience for me. When I arrived, David Hanna helped throughout the entire process from initial test drive to explanation about features and benefits as compared to other models I have been testing. The knowledge and constant support for questions helped to make this an easy decision to finalize the purchase. At conclusion, James Clayton made the financing process so much easier than I have ever experienced at other dealerships.The entire process took less than a hour to drive the car off the lot (being that I had already purchased and sent in paperwork before arriving). I drive an hour just to have my 10 year old Volvo serviced at Greenville Luxury. The staff LISTEN and are concerned about my well being as well as for me to be happy with the service. I bought a Volvo because the Buick dealer kept brushing off any comment I made about necessary service to the Buick. I had another mechanic fix a taillight - it took over an hour; the Volvo dealership completed similar work within 15 minutes. The staff recognize me (and the car) as a person, not just as a number. I would not take my car elsewhere.

Great experience I called the dealership after I found a car on cargurus.com ...negotiated a price with Mark (the sales manager ) over the phone arrived a week later on Saturday for a effortless sales transaction with Vlat (young very personal gentleman from Russia) . I bought a used Range Rover (sales staff were great) that was rear-ended 3 weeks later. I had it taken to the dealer's body shop after the accident - 3 months ago. Multiple phone calls, missed deadlines and they still don't have any idea of a completion date - after 12 weeks! Damage wasn't bad enough to total the car but there was welding. Strongly advise you find an alternative, the shop seems incapable of handling Land Rovers .

Our engine light went on and we scheduled service at the dealership. While there they performed our routine maintenance and found several issues which were fixed. On the way home, the engine light came on again and we called service when we arrived. They sent a driver the next day and left a loaner car. It was an intermittent oxygen sensor and it was fixed the next day. They delivered our car and it has work fine since. They couldn't have been nicer and went out of their way to ensure we were satisfied. I would highly recommend them.

I was traveling from Atlanta to Charlotte yesterday, hit a pothole on I-85, ripped 2 tires and had to be towed on a flaatbed to this deaoership. My wife and I had a fantastic experience with the guys at Greenville Luxury. We live in Washington D.C and were a little apprehensive about doing an out of state purchase. Also, this was our first used car purchase so even more uncertainty. But Sid and David took great care of us. They were extremely responsive to our many requests. They laid out all the information we needed and were transparent throughout the process. They were also extremely patient with our many requests and gave us all the time we needed to evaluate and decide. At no point in the process did we feel like we were being rushed for a sale at all. When we got to Greenville, they also took great care of us. David picked us up from the Hotel we were staying at. And once we were done with all the paperwork, they also gave us a very nice loaner car to go get lunch with. By the time we got back, everything was taken care of so we could just drive off. Post sale service: my wife ended up forgetting her coat at their store and remembered only after we had gotten back to D.C. Once we contacted David and Sid, they promptly Fed-Exed the coat to us, no questions asked. I knocked off one star on the customer service was because there was a slight delay where I didn't hear from their finance department on something I was looking for. But they apparently had the wrong number - so understandable, but still not perfect. In the grand scheme of things, this was a very minor miss. Overall, great experience with the folks at Greenville. The next time I'm in the market for an auto, I'll definitely be giving these guys a call. Prompt, helpful and most importantly trustworthy.

I searched the internet for a good deal on a gently-used, Certified Pre-Owned Panamera S, and found the car I was looking for at Porsche of Greenville. After exchanging a couple of emails the previous week, I called Darren on a Monday morning. After a quick conversation, he involved Mark and we had a deal. Although I wasn't looking to finance the car, James got involved and offered a rate that was too good to pass up. The Panamera was then delivered to me on Tuesday while I was visiting my vacation home 240 miles from Greenville.The process could not have gone more smoothly. From first conversation to delivery, my expectations were met or exceeded. This was the first time I bought a car sight-unseen, over the phone, but I had done my research and was comfortable with the deal and the dealership. I can confidently recommend this dealership and this team to anybody!

My wife and i were searching for a Certified Lexus GX460 in white and the only one within 200 miles of our house in Atlanta was at Lexus of Greenville. We were a little apprehensive about purchasing out of state, but after speaking to sales consultant Mino and the preowned manager Marlon we made the driver over. Both Mino and Marlon along with sales consultant Amy were a pleasure to work with. The entire experience was great and the professionalism that the dealership showed was outstanding. After this experience we will definitely consider Lexus of Greenville for all of our future purchases!

I found a 1 year old Subaru Forester online at this dealer for a great price. I talked with their internet salesperson, Sid, who told me about the car and agreed to hold it for me until I could make the 268 mile drive there. When I arrived the car was as described - paperwork went smoothly - I was in and out in 90 minutes at a great price with a full tank of gas. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and straightforward. These folks are worth the drive.

We met Darren on a very cold February day when we first started our car search. We were looking at Jaguars and Darren Martins braved the ice cold wind with a smile on his face while we took a few test drives with him. After that he was available by phone to answer any questions we had. We were also looking at Audi's but Darren's personality brought us back to the Jaguar Dealership. We met with him again yesterday (he was finishing up some things but two people greeted us and let us know he was on hiis way. Warren was especially nice and helpful during the short wait). We were undecided about the vehicle we wanted and when we pulled up we saw a Range Rover Sport that really caught our eye. Again, Darren allowed us to take test drives without rushing us or pressuring us to make a decision. We both loved the Range Rover Sport and that is the car we purchased. Even the financial process was a good experience! Thanks Darren for all your help! Great teamwork by the dealership.

Darren was very courteous and respectful. He patiently allowed me to probe the used vehicle they had in stock. He was honest about his lack of knowledge of cars and showed curiosity in my method of madness checking the nuisances of evaluating the condition of the vehicle. At no time did I feel rushed in this purchase nor pressure to buy. I had intended to donate my used minivan (KBB valued at $600), but Darren suggested to have it appraised and, to my surprise, they offered $1200 for it. Darren said that the reason for the high value was that they were wanting to give the best value to the customer, regardless of the condition of the vehicle. Also, I did my research on the vehicle I was looking at and was prepared to negotiate the price. Darren came back with the a price at the lowest end of my acceptable price range to purchase with cash before we negotiated. He made it really simple and I purchased the vehicle with the out the door price that was lower than what I was expecting to pay. After driving the vehicle for a week, it has been a good transaction.

Extremely satisfied with customer service from start to finish. Before I arrived, I called the dealer ahead of time to let them know I was interested in test driving a vehicle. They had it gassed and ready upon my arrival. The salesman, Mr. Hanna, was polite, professional, and very customer oriented. I did not want to test drive the car in a crowded area so he recommended back roads that had less traffic. Mr. Hanna assisted me through the whole process and even helped to set up the blue-tooth feature the car had. I am very satisfied with my experience at this dealership. All of the staff members I encountered were phenomenal.

My wife has been driving a Jaguar XJ8 for about 10 years with a good experience. She has had her car serviced by this dealership with excellent service. I (her husband) gave her a 2015 Jaguar of her choice for her birthday. She ended up choosing a 2015 XF as it was about the same size as her old XJ8. She had her mind made up on color which was not at the dealership. The salesman, Chad Chambers, went to extraordinary efforts to locate a car she liked locating one in Florida. It was at the dealership in four days and she is very happy with the car. Chad has been extremely patient in explaining all the new things on the car which are many Chad could not have done a better job in service and follow up after the sale.

I need replace my accident car. I choose volvo definitely for the top safety, after a comprehensive review, 2015.5 xc 60 is my first choice. Searching local dealer in charleson sc, the price is out of my acceptance range. I have to seek the car around north/south carolina, no dealer could fit my goal until i have known greenville volvo from the internet review. When I contacted here, Darren Martin gave me the price what I want, he is not a salesman just your friend, he knows the way how to save your money. Although i planned to purchase 2015.5 T5 drive E, due to inclement weather, I could not get my car on my schedule, he found T6 replacement, also gave me a good price, furthermore they reimbursed my rent car expense from charleston to greenville. Darren is knowledgeable and has explained me in details about the function of xc 60. Everyone here is friendly and eager to help, I will introduce the dealer to all my friends.

Our buying experience was excellent. We drove from Canton,GA to purchase a used car mainly because they had the model we wanted at a good price. The whole process from dealing with Mark Crain on the telephone, Chad Carlton on the test drive and Sid Kachole for the paperwork went very smoothly. I needed a new windshield for my 2015 Range Rover Sport. Scott Roach in Service was diligent in getting it replaced and taking care of me with a new loaner in the process. It took several tries (success on the 4th shipment) as the initial three windshields arrived damaged. It was somewhat of an ordeal for everyone, but made easier on me due to Scott's attentiveness. He even had my car detailed as a way of saying 'thanks for your patience'. How could anyone be upset when the dealership goes out of its way to make the customer happy.

I was hoping to buy a nice 4wd system car with a decent space and which can take me to places which my Infiniti G37 never managed. I went to a few dealers looking around for that and narrowed down to Range Rover Evoque. Our sales guide was Chad Chambers who was amazing in his tech knowledge about the car. He is one of the most enthusiastic guy who spends quality time to explain very niche information about the car and it's capabilities. He is all up for discussions and shares his personal experiences with the brand and makes you understand it's true capability. I highly recommend you to go to him if you really want to know about land rovers!! Sid and James Clayton both were able to provide me a good price and also suggestions on the new car and as well as made the whole process of paper work pretty simple and both were pretty helpful and fast to respond even after sale of the car which I truly appreciate. Overall a nice experience with the dealership who did not urge me to get the car and gave me enough time to think and decide.

Had mud flaps that I forgot to order with the car, and a personal emblem installed. They did a good job, everything was installed correctly. The only thing I did not like: I was charged 3 hours labor and the whole job only took 2 hours (from 10 AM to 12 PM). Not a good introduction to the way they'll (over)charge their customers.

I shopped for a Volvo at our local dealership, with very little satisfaction. I searched for other Volvo dealerships in South Carolina and Volvo of Greenville, about 110 miles from our home came up with this fantastic internet pricing, and saw the "CAR" for my wife. I responded to the internet request for information, and got a call on Sunday early afternoon. Now I know the dealership was closed on Sunday and was pleasantly surprised to be contacted, and was told since I could not go up to the dealership that day, I would be contacted to set up an appointment for my earliest convenience. Sid sent me an email that evening and with a few emails back and forth, as well as a conversation on Monday, we had stuck a fantastic, unbeatable deal. Sid gave me all the particulars, we arrived Tuesday morning at 10, and by 12 were on our way with my wife's new 2015.5 xc60 T-5 platinum at the exact price as advertised. We had problems with our manifold and compressor with our Land Rover. We took it in to Land Rover of Greenville. They asked if we wanted to take a loaner vehicle which we declined. I guess we should have as it took longer than expected for our vehicle to be finished, but it was finished. It's been a learning experience.

My experience started by trying to drop of my 2007 XC70 at the Dealer off-hours on a Sunday morning for an unexpected round of services. I was greated by an enthusiastic young man, Darren who assured me that the David is the service department and he would work together to get my car back in working order, mentioning that Volvo of Greenville was the most aggressively priced dealer and perhaps I might consider a new car. I thought, sure... make me an offer I can't refuse.... Well, Darren did. By Tuesday evening I had options for car repairs as well as two very competitive deals on two 2015 XC70s on the lot. By Wednesday evening, I was driving home in a new 2015.5 Volvo XC70 something I was not at all considering just 3 days earlier. To my surprise, the offers were straight forward and honest. Haggles and pressure are not part of Greenville of Volvos sale plan, as I quickly learned that the goals at hand were for Darren to keep me happily in the Volvo Family, and for him and his collegue Sid, in the finance office to sell great cars that make their clients happy. I acutally enjoyed the past week working through all the details and taking delivery of the new car I didn't know I needed.

My intial visit to Greenville Luxery was for some unexpected service to my 2007XC70. When I dropped the car off on a Sunday morning, I was greated by an off duty sales associate, Darren who enthusiastically greated me and let me know that he and the Sevice Department, David would look into my car issues, and work with me to get resolution and potentially get me into a new car. David is great, and had serviced my car in the past... it just wasn't in the cards this trip. I will be looking to David for any future services needed in the futureI was admittedly skeptical, but by Tuesday I was armed with options for repairing my car as well as offers on two new XC70s on the lot. Lets just say, Darren lived up to his introduction and the offers were as aggressive as he claimed they would be on that Sunday morning. By Wednesday, evening, I was driving home in a new 2015.5 XC70 something I hadn't even considered shopping for just days earlier. Darren was straightforward and honest, enthusiastic and pleasant to work with. Sid in the finance office, was calm and collected (even when the printer jammed up at 8:00pm with my anxious 3 year old was camped out in his office. Both of these gentlemen were patient with the process, eager to politely perform their expertise for the benefit of "the client" (me). The bottom line, these guys want to sell cars, and be credible so they can grow their professional careers. It was a pleasure to work with both of them. If I had to buy another car next week I would call them up with out hesitation, tell them what I was looking for and do another deal.

My wife and I stopped by the dealership last Sunday just to look at some Jaguars. Although the dealership was officially closed, Darren and Warren were there. Darren was extremely helpful and showed us several cars. We test drove an F-Type coupe and an XK convertible, and ultimately decided on the XK. Darren's enthusiasm and concern were instrumental in getting us into the car that suits us best.Sid was very efficient in guiding us through the paper work. Darren has been very helpful in answering our questions and getting answers to after sales questions. Tommy was very knowledgeable and helped us figure out how to set up the navigation system. If you are looking for Porsche Dealer look no further!! After being disappointed with the local Dealers I reached out to Porsche USA and learned about Greenville Porsche...WHAT A Difference!!! I went in for service on my Turbo S and between Tommy and Jordan I was treated with respect, honesty, the appointment and service was completed in a timely manner and Jordan even took time to go over every thing that was being done ( major service). Tommy was great in that he took time to communicate with me making sure when the car was dropped off that I knew when it would be ready and that I had transportation. While I was there I ordered a new GT3, Wayne Lake is truly a Porsche Ambassador, the order process went smoothly and the communication kept me informed. Recently My new GT3 came in and again I was treated with honesty and respect. when I got there to the complete the transaction every detail had already be completed so the process was seamless. I usually do no write post, but with so few really great dealers out there and my love of Porsche I think it is important to share my experience.

I live outside of Columbia SC, but decided to search a wide area to find a used car with a budget of $13k. Most of the choices I found in my search were not very attractive...until I talked to Darren at Porsche/Jag/Volvo/Land Rover (Greenville Luxury). I figured a place like that only sells super expensive cars, but like Darren told me, the Luxury part of their name is also about how they treat their customers. Darren and his managers Sid and Mark searched the whole country to find the best car in my price range, had all the paperwork ready for me, and Darren even drove it all the way down to Columbia because I could not make it up to Greenville to get the car. The car is absolutely fantastic, and even though it was only 13k the way they treated me made me feel like I was buying a 100k Porsche. I definitely recommend Darren and Greenville Luxury to anyone.

Bought a 2015.5 Volvo XC60 on 12/31/2014, had hesitated to go since this dealer is 250 miles away from me. Great experience with Porsche of Greenville. Went to look at a newly arrived used turbo and met one of the salesmen named Grant. Great guy, knows his cars and has a no pressure attitude. Test drove the car but not ready to evolve to a PDK so the search continued. Grant continued to look for me and kept in touch while I was on the hunt for a 6 speed. Did not ultimately purchase a car from this dealer but the experience was excellent. Will definitely look here first for future automotive needs.

My wife and I were looking for a car to replace our Mercedes. Wayne was very helpful and seemed to be very knowledgeable with the Volvo product line and helped us sort out between the different models available the one that fit our need the best, an XC70. Since a vehicle with the options and color choices we picked was not in stock anywhere in the US, we had to order it from the factory.- When the vehicle was delivered Wayne, Michael and Sid made the transfer of paperwork, the appraisal of our old vehicle, loan application and approval as easy and smooth as possible. After that Wayne explained the function of most of the cars electronics and functions in a clear, understandable way and told us if we had any questions once we used the car to please contact him. If need be, we will.- Great buying experience. We'll be back if we need another car!

I found my used Porsche on their web page. The description on the web was accurate. I could hardly believe my luck because what I purchased is a very rare car ten years old with 12 k miles and history. Wayne Lake helped me put the deal together. I tried to be a a Corvette guy but there is still a world of difference. I have owned Porsche's for many years and miss the cars and the people. I was experiencing a couple of "issues" with my new 2015.5 Volvo XC70 recently. It seemed I couldn't get my outside mirrors to fold, they seemed loose, and they didn't tilt in Reverse gear. I thought I had programmed them properly,...having programmed them repeatedly,...(at least eight times).....Well, you know when you do the same thing, the same way, and expect a different outcome,...that's the definition of what ???...Anyway, I called the Service Dept. and spoke with Mike Kulia. We arranged an appointment that was convenient for me... Upon arrival at the dealership, I was pleasantly greeted at the door by Mike. He remembered discussing my "issues" previously and gave clarity to my concerns...A loaner car was arranged and I was out the door in minutes...The next day Mike called me, told me the car was ready...Mike arranged for Miguel, a Volvo Technician, to assist me in dealing with those "issues" I had with the mirrors...It seems that my "issues" were a result of operator error !!!..I am very pleased with my experience at Greenville Luxury and will recommend them to my friends...Glenn Turgeon

I have a 2014 Cayman that I bought there. After about 10 months, it developed a mysterious rattle in the back end. I took it in and left it. They could hear the rattle, but they couldn't find it, and so eventually they took apart the entire back end and reassembled it. It took a LONG time, but they persisted, and now the car is blissfully quiet. I was ready to give up. I'm glad they didn't. It's a great car.

I purchased my Volvo XC 60 from Mr. Grant Renfro of Greenville Luxury Auto. He explained in great detail, all the features and advantages of owning the XC 60; he was very informative without being "pushy" or "high pressure." I had made arrangements beforehand to drive from Knoxville to Greenville. When I arrived, the car was fully prepped and parked outside awaiting my arrival. I was not subjected to the usual bombardment to make extra purchases such as extended warranty insurance, etc. Grant was very willing to discuss any concerns I might have had. The final price was very competitive, actually it was lower than all the other dealers where I had priced the same car. Grant also followed-up with me after the sale, to see if I had any issues. He is a true professional; it was a genuine pleasure dealing with him.

I have lived in the area all my 61 years. Providing transportation for my wife, 4 children and myself has required us to buy over a dozen cars in the past 15 years. We always dreaded the process, mostly because of the added pressure from pushy salespeople, to an already stressful situation. Recently, we needed to replace a worn out car for one of our college aged children. I located a used vehicle on the internet that was exactly what we were looking for however, it was a little over our budget and was located at Greenville Luxury Group. My first thought was these people sell Porsche's, Jaguar's, Volvo's and Land Rover's. There is no way a working class guy is going to be able to purchase a car from these people. I thought I would be met at the door and immediately turned away. Much to my surprise, Grant treated me just as if i was there to purchase a new top end luxury vehicle. I don't know how but, Grant, along with the help of James, not only listened to us but, worked for us until they got the price to within our budget. It's still hard for me to believe we were able to purchase a very nice used vehicle from Greenville Luxury Group, at a reasonable price, and the entire process was relaxed and comfortable. We never felt the least bit pressured from Grant or James and we know how hard they worked to get the price down to an amount that was within our budget. Thanks again Grant and James!

I did a European delivery, which is placing your order with the dealer in the states, and picking up the car at the center of the Porsche universe in Stuttgart Germany. I was visiting my daughter at CLEMSON UNIVERSITY when my car would not start, not ever being mechanically inclined I panicked and started dialing AAA/Volvo assistance line, etc. fortunately for my wife and I we were still covered by Volvo assistance but even better yet (being a Saturday afternoon, and we were to leave for Massachusetts early Sunday morning) Greenville Luxury was not only open but had service until 5 PM. From the moment the tow truck let me out at Greenville Luxury it was nothing but professionalism and pleasantness. I was on my way back to CLEMSON within an hour, able to make tailgate party for the football game and returned safely home on Monday. Called and told Dennis I was interested in coming and test driving a Cayenne. On Monday when we arrived Dennis was with a customer. Wayne jumped in an answered my questions.. Meanwhile a Macan caught my eye and I asked for a test drive. After test drive I was hooked. The Macan I drove had the Alcantara seats. I did not like the suede. They had a Palladian Macan with Ventilated/Perforated Leather seats. I was hooked. Karla Chickering is very knowledgeable about the 2014 S80 T6 that I purchased and helped me understand all the new tech stuff that is in this auto. I kept the first Volvo, a 2000 S80 T6, fifteen years and enjoyed every minute being the owner of it. Took a 2001 V70 for the fuel pump recall. 4hrs later it was fixed. They cut the liner in 2 places under the seat. Not a big deal, but could have been avoided if they would have taken out a couple bolts. They pump is very easy to get to under the passenger seat. So, given the 4hrs it took, I wouldn't have thought they would take short cuts and cause more damage to the interior of the vehicle.

Maryann helped me out when I bought my first Land Rover. I've driven Jeeps for years and went to the Jeep dealership to buy another, wasn't treated well, and ended up at Land Rover. Succinctly expressed, my experience at Greenville Luxury was truly exceptional. This was primarily attributed to working with Sales Consultant, Warren Sterling. From the outset and even weeks after taking delivery of my new 2014 XF 3.0, he has been a consummate professional thoroughly attentive, responsive, courteous, and forthright. I really appreciated his consultative selling approach as he focused on my needs and requests rather than pressure tactics (and questionable hidden agendas) I had experienced while conducting my due diligence with 4 other Jaguar dealerships in the Southeast. Indeed, I forwent doing business locally and travelled 90 miles to Greenville Luxury.Warren makes the client feel like there is no other person more important than him/her. That level of personalization underscored my line of thinking that I dont look to do business with the dealership, rather, I look to do business with the person. Warren Sterling exemplified this notion, and in light of successfully and expediently overcoming a minor hurdle or two, he unequivocally demonstrated that he was serious about earning my business. This impressed me and further made me feel good about the process from negotiation to taking delivery of the vehicle. As an example, Warren drove from Greenville, SC to my residence in Charlotte, NC to pick me up and drive back down to the dealership when my Jaguar had arrived for no other reason than to make it more convenient for me during this important process. (The car I wanted with my exact vehicle specifications was located and transported from Florida)Moreover, I believe that the numbers in the deal needed to make sense. Based on my own homework and previous experience, I found that negotiating with Warren and Pam Tatum (General Manager) was surprisingly flexible and fair. At no point in time, did I feel any games were being played or that I was being up-sold. I had gone to another provider to have a light changed: it took 2 hours. When I had a light changed here, it took less than 20 minutes. A few years ago my husband was in hospice. The service people and techs were concerned about the safety of my car and tires, and did not want me driving it home or waiting an extensive period. They gave me a loaner to bring back the next day. I feel that they want the best for the customer (me!). They go out of their way to give good service.

When I inquired about a vehicle that I was interested in I received a quick response from Warren. I drove down from the mountains of NC New Year's Eve to look at the vehicle. When I arrived the car was waiting on me to drive, they handed me the keys and said drive it, no salesman no pressure! After agreeing on the price it seemed like the whole dealership was working on the paperwork. In and out in about 2 hours and they have agreed to meet me halfway for me to pick up my Boxster. We were initially able to browse the lot without the immediate pressure of a sales person. Although the particular vehicles we were looking for had been sold in prior days (and their website had not yet updated) we found a vehicle we liked. We test drove it, and after looking at other dealerships we decided to purchase it about a week later. Dennis was our sales representative, very nice and informative. Thank you Jessica, Todd, Pam, Jim, and Robert!!!I found the color I wanted at this dealership. At first I didn't feel like pursuing it since it is over 500 miles away from my house. I sent a casual email to them asking for their bottom price. I quickly received an email back from Jessica with a fair price. After reading all the reviews here, I decided to give them a shot and am I glad I did. I flew over two days later. Todd was kind enough to come pick me up from the airport. The dealership is gorgeous! While I was waiting for my car to be ready, Jessica came over to meet me personally. Then Todd stopped by several times to make sure I was comfortable. Later on Pam, the General Manager stopped by to apologize it was taking a little longer than expected. She just wanted to make sure the car looked immaculate before I bought it. I had no issues with the wait. Especially when I saw the car. It looked perfect. Meantime I met with Jim from finance to finish the paperwork. Took all of 10 minutes and was just as pleasant as everyone else. Just a great experience all around.The next day I had a question for service and was put in touch with Robert the Service Director. He was also extremely helpful and professional and took care of a small issue.I also had to get in touch with Todd and Jessica and they were just as responsive as ever. Made no difference that I had already purchased the car. I even got a call asking me if I got home ok!I am just amazed how everyone I met at this dealership was so nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. It made the trip well worth it. I drove home for 8 hours with a huge smile on my face amazed at how great this team treated me. I highly recommend them. I went to Volvo of Greenville with the intention of buying one vehicle and ended up with two. I was originally there to purchase a Volvo S80, but the staff gave me such a great deal on trading in my older Volvo XC90 that I just couldn't pass up the opportunity. The entire staff was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I had pre-approved financing from my financial institution at a great rate and their finance department was able to beat it. My sales representative, Dennis, was awesome. I felt that he was very knowledgeable about the product and I also felt that he gave me great advice based on my vehicle needs. This is one of the first car buying experiences that didn't make me nervous that the dealer was trying to hide something or mislead me in any way. I have been a loyal Volvo customer for sometime now, but this is my first experience at this dealership. This will be my dealership of choice from now on!!! I'm still waiting on my Volvo key chain and hat for buying two Volvos in one day!

*firstly* Notice that the Porsche of Greenville website links to their general Toyota of Greenville dealer rater listing. This should be enough to give you a hint.I purchased a Porsche 997 Turbo from Porsche of Greenville (AKA, Toyota / Volvo / Jaguar of Greenville). My initial experience with Mike Gribble was fine, and he was a reasonably courteous sales person. I began to get a bad taste in my mouth when a "showroom, immaculate", Porsche Certified Preowned Vehicle (CPO) had broken cupholders, and an unhooked seat back. I also noticed a whining sound from the engine, but since I'd never driven a Porsche 911 before I thought it was normal. I was told the cupholders were an oversight, and that I could go to another dealership to have them fixed. The navigation system hadn't been updated for several years, but I was told I would be shipped the current navigation DVD.I purchased the car feeling mostly good, if a little uneasy about my $82000 purchase.Then the fun began...I brought my car for a post purchase inspection (PPI) and was told that my rear brakes were less than 50%, which is the limit for a Porsche CPO. In fact, they were about 40% (!) This is a ~$1200 job. The Porsche master technician performing the PPI also noticed instantly that the engine was making a whining sound. I stated that I'd heard in before, and thought it was normal. He stated that it was not, and that it was a serious issue, likely having to do with an engine pulley.I brought my car to Georgia's largest Porsche dealership, Hennessy Porsche for evaluation and repair. After *3* days I was told that the engine did in fact have an issue stemming from a pulley that was damaged and simply not caught or repaired during CPO. I was also told that the rear brakes were well under 50%. The Hennessy Porsche techs said that they could not believe it was a newly purchased CPO car, and had to check and recheck to ensure I had a CPO warranty.About a week later I had to bring the car in to Hennessy Porsche for another engine-related issue. It was there for another three days.I then decided to write to Michael Burgess, the general manager at Porsche of Greenville. I wrote a level headed e-mail stating what had happened and asking his dealership to cover the cost of the rear brakes. I was told in a tersely worded reply that the brakes were 50%, and that was that.I wrote back asking why the pulley had a major issue, and the cupholders were broken, and the seat back was unhinged. Asking if, given these items, the brakes could have been less that Porsche CPO standard.He stated that he did read the e-mail, that he and his neighbor had driven the car, and didn't hear anything. He then went on to state that a pulley being "out of spec" isn't part of the CPO certification process, but engine noise is. He then stated that he "stood by his tech" and wasn't going to do anything about it.So, this is pretty much the name of the game with Porsche of Greenville.---------------------Here is *my* suspicion. I believe that Porsche of Greenville will certify a Porsche for sale knowing it is well under spec. They will then sell the car for the increased price that a CPO warranty commands. Once the car is sold, it's Porsche's problem. Think about this. My hundreds, if not thousands of CPO repair costs now come out of Porsche Corp's pocket, not the dealerships. It's sad, but they'll probably not get caught doing this. They'll play the "he said, she said" card, and continue with this practice.---------------------

Jeff was very responsive in my initial text messages to him and came in on his day off to meet us to look at a specific car. It was the first and only vehicle I test drove and we decided on the spot to purchase it as I knew it would not last long. Jeff knew we were in a rush as it was lunch hour and my husband had to get back to a meeting and I had to pick kids up from school. He arranged for someone to drive my husband to his meeting so that I could quickly finish up paperwork. He then helped me quickly clean out my trade-in. He was very attentive, personable and very easy to deal with. We were greeted by Jeff Fowler at the door and were very lucky to stumble upon him as our salesman. He had a very customer centric approach and was extremely friendly and made sure our small children were welcomed and entertained. We felt absolutely no pressure from him. We bought a 2008 Lexus RX350. Jeff was my sales guy. I called and confirmed vehicle was there before arrival. I then went over to take a look at the vehicle and Jeff met me and offered me a drink. He then moved the vehicle out of the parking space to get a better look at it and then also offered me a test drive. After driving the Lexus I knew I wanted it and so I talked price. It was priced reasonable but I made an offer which they then took. The sales staff was very friendly especially Jeff! I highly recommend Volvo Of Greenville. My experience with Volvo, Jaguar and Porsche of Greenville was rewarding especially given the lousey contacts I had been dealing with in the Honda community. Jeff Fowler initially showed me a Honda Odyssey that was a trade in and also some of the previously owned Volvo XC90s. He was knowledgable, friendly, dilligent but, not pushy. I felt more comfortable with him than with any previous dealership. Thanks to his constant updates I ended up buying a Nissan Armada from an associated dealership and I plan on buying a Volvo from him in the future. I found a vehicle on cars.com that I was interested in potentially purchasing. When I called the number on the listing 877-724-2910 I immediately changed my mind about considering a purchase from this facility. Long story short - representative immediately began "qualifying me" for a vehicle, wouldn't give me the name of someone that could help, placed me on hold and never came back. I called back, then was placed on hold for 18 min. then told that I would have to call another number. I've sent an e-mail to the manager listed in another review and called - left message. Hopefully someone will find out what horrible customer service they have at the Greenville location. Absolutely horrible experience and I never even stepped in the door!

First time I went there was for body work, it took them OVER a MONTH to repair the front fender and replace the bumper. After a month I offered to just pick up the car and take it elsewhere, they finally completed the work in three days. 33 Days to repair body damage is UNACCEPTABLE. 2nd Issue - they sold me four new high performance tires that lasted ONE YEAR- 8,530 miles. When I went back I was told they didnt have a warranty because they were high performance tires. I told them I would have never purchased tires without warranties; I was told most Jaguar owners arent concerned with cost. I would love to have clients to which money is no object. So if youre not rich dont bother to go to Jaguar of Greenville, they think everyone has deep pockets. Now that Asbury Group owns Jaguar of Greenville, I thought I would give them another shot at servicing my car. I emailed through the web site after hours requesting an appointment, waited two days, No response. The web site states the service department opens at 7:30so I started calling at 7:30 and continued calling until they finally answered the phone at 8:15 only to be told, no openings today and they Might be able to get to it tomorrow. If they can't even answer the phone promptly, I could only imagine how long it will take to repair the car. As long as I live in Greenville SC I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER JAGUAR, EVER! Jaguar of Greenville is run by the most inept and arrogant team I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with.

Found one used car on Auto Trader, drove out 30 minutes to Volvo of Greenville to look at minivan. Shannon Ninan was the sales associate, very friendly, knowledgable, and not pushy. While there we also purchased a used VW for our daughter. Two car purchases in one day was a huge deal for us, Mr. Ninan made the transaction a relaxing and easy process. He also made sure our kids had a drink and showed them to the tv room. We felt we were given the same personal care buying the two used cars as we would have received if we had been buying a high-end brand new car. That means a lot in today's economic climate.
