I came down to Naples and my two month old 2017 Jaguar was dead. I needed jaguar roadside, once at the dealership Sergio was extremely helpful and accommodating. He addressed all concerns and suggested a solution so we don't have further problems when coming down to FL.

I took my new F-Pace into service due to the check engine light coming on. Michael Cabrera instantly put my at ease by understanding the problem, but more importantly, his team had a solution to the problem. One primary concern for any new vehicle that I purchase is always service, because I will spend more time with the SA than the sales person. Thanks again for the outstanding service!

Jaguar has been my dream car since I was a child, I was entering a new decade (age) I said if not now than when. I walked in the dealership meet Torrey and that was it. She worked hard for me, got me the best deal for my needs. Made if fun and exciting and in two days I drove off with my 2017 XE Jaguar. Everyone was so pleasant. Torrey is an amazing salesperson. She was like my friend whom I had known forever.Then, two days after my purchase I receive the most breathtaking exotic floral arrangement. Very impressive to say the least. And the services just didn't end after the sale. Jaguar offers so many wonderful perk, for example, free carwashes on Saturday with a full brunch line up. And a complimentary Encore Specialist who will either come to your house, work, athletic club or you can just go to the dealership and will answer any questions you have on your new jaguar.

The level of Service provided was so outstanding that I doubt that any other dealer could or would even attempt to duplicate the effort. To say that Michael C. went above and beyond does not begin to describe the service that was put forth. He took charge completely of my situation and completely managed every step from initiation to successful completion. To say that I was in awe of how positively I was treated as a customer and will never forget the above and beyond exceptional service provided by Michael C .Some companies give only lip service but these people live Service at their core If I could I would rate this current experience 5+ even though your highest is 5.

Sergio quoted a figure I agreed upon. When I picked up the car he explained that he didn't have to replace all Jaguar wheel decals since he was able to find a replacement for the one missing. I left paying less than quote. That is good news.

I visited this dealership in mid December to drop off my faithful friend of 10 years (2003 X Type Jaguar) for repair. The service department was very accommodating with efficient handling of my vehicle as well as offering unlimited drinks and snacks from their very nice complimentary on site cafe. I was also offered a ride home in lieu of waiting on my vehicle in the event I needed one. My husband ultimately dragged me away from the service department (kicking and screaming) and into the showroom with the suggestion that I part with my beloved 10 year old Jaguar and consider finally purchasing a new vehicle. I am not a big fan of "change" and was not very receptive of the idea. The sales staff however were unlike any I have ever encountered at previous dealerships as they were not at all pushy and were genuinely interested in helping us gather information. The sales staff (Don and Torrey) clearly understood that I was not ready to purchase a vehicle at that time and did not attempt to pressure or convince me otherwise. We left that afternoon and returned to the dealership on New Years Eve, working with both Torrey and Don in search for the only Jaguar that I would consider trading my beloved old friend for, a metallic red XF 3.0 model. Both Torrey and Don worked together along with their sales manager searching the entire State of Florida, for the exact and only car I was looking for. I really appreciate and was grateful for their respect and courtesy in not trying to push me into another direction. We were unable to find the perfect vehicle on that evening, (most of the other Jaguar dealerships in Florida had already closed), however I was promised I would receive a call the next business day as soon as the inventory at other dealerships could be obtained. True to their word, my perfect vehicle was located and delivered to the Naples dealership, a few days later. The vehicle arrived from a dealership across the State on time and in perfect condition. My new car (2013 red metallic XF 3.0 Jaguar) has already far exceeded my expectations with it's peppy performance, and beauty. The excellent service of every person we encountered at the Naples dealership was a much appreciated bonus!. Thank you Naples Jaguar for a perfect, stress free and very happy experience. In addition I have been promised life long free Saturday car washes, including unlimited treats from their fabulous cafe! I plan to be a frequent visitor.. thanks again!!! Michele D

The dealership could not have been better. We had an issue with a shimmy in the steering wheel. They were on it immediately and made sure it was corrected to our satisfaction. They called us several times to keep us appraised of what needed to be done and they once completed, called us again to make sure everything was fine. They were extremely efficient and friendly and I would highly recommend them to my friends.
