I recently bought an F250 Super Duty from Jala Autosales. I was a little leary since several days up to tha point I had been shopping for an extended cab long bed, which apparantly were hard to come by, and every other place was down playing them trying to sell lower end vehicles. Jala had a Lariat at a very good price. I worked with George and Dennis (relaxed and easy to work with) during the time, although I met the entire sales team and mechanics. It was one big family type of group. All of them were great, but George was the man! He stood by what he said and made things happen. It was a very smooth transaction and he even got me a better rate than My bank was giving. Didn't think he could do it but he found a way. Excellent service and very friendly experience. I would highly recommend them. Shop first then stop by and visit them. You will not be sorry.

I have been searching for a 50th anniversary edition Corvette for over a year. The car had to be perfect with low mileage and within my price range. I saw such a car at Jala Auto sales on cargurus. I sent my Son to look at the car a couple of weeks ago because I don't reside in Sac. I finally traveled to Sac and just went to the car lot to check out car myself. I didn't have the down payment because I was waiting on a check. Carlos showed me the car and let me take it for a test drive, George said he could get me in the car with no money down. Both men were very courteous and professional. George did in fact get me the car with no money down and the process took approx 1 hour. I have purchased new cars and the process took 3 hours. This was the fastest transaction ever. And, I got a decent percentage rate. I highly recommend Jala Auto Sales. I'm the proud owner of my dream car with a low payments. Thank you.

I am not a fan by any stretch of the car buying process. That changed when I stepped onto the lot of Jala Auto Sales and met George. He was kind, funny, personable and not pushy!! I found an infiniti that I really liked but asked if they would mind having a mechanic inspect it before we made the purchase. They told me no problem and even took te car in for me and picked it up when it was done. It needed very minor repairs and without me even asking, Carlos told me they would fix them with no trouble. I arranged to pick the vehicle up the next afternoon- upon arriving, the car had been cleaned inside and out, repairs fixed, and I was greeted with a friendly smile from George. This was the best car buying experience I've ever had and I would recommend anyone to these guys. Thank you!!!

Dont go here. They have NO customer service. I found a car on their internet site. I email them to find out if the car was still available and was told that it was. I told him what I had to trade in and he wanted pictures, which I sent. I then filled out a financing questionnaire. I was then told the pictures came through. I then waited for some type of answer. Now, I live 8 hours away and it was a car that I was looking for including the color, so I just cant pop on over and test drive the car and work out a deal, but was assured that they do deals like this all the time. I waited until the next day and texted them to please give me an update. NO response. I waited another 3 hours and ask again for an update. Finally I get a response that said Sorry about the delay. I spoke with owners. Were not going to be able to do business thank you for your patience. What??? I text back asking is there a reason, twice. Still no answer. Had a willing buyer, but NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TOTALLY IGNORED A SALE.

I purchased a 2005 Tahoe and I am very happy. My credit is challenged and I didnt know if I would get approved or not but with the help of George and Ali., they made it happen. They made me feel secure with my decision. I recommend buying from Jala auto anydau.
