I went to the dealership in Johnstown NY. I always hear the commercials and figured hey maybe they can help me. I drove an hour away was promised a gas card for making the trip never got it !. Also the place is just another scammy dealership if you have bad credit and not a lot of money down they are just like anyone else. The salesman Joseph I dealt with was a joke. They told me I could pay $700 a month for a used Chevy traverse with 70,000 miles on it with my trade and rollover debt those people are insane we laughed at them. Also they have no prices on used inventory because the price is different for every person if you have good credit they are cheaper. I called and complained never heard back from anyone. Seriously don't waste your time going to them they suck !Amanda

I recently leased a 2016 Chevy Equinox and am extremely pleased with the vehicle! I love the look of it as well as the gas mileage and available options. The service I received at the dealership was superb! Everyone at the dealership treated my family like....well, family. Our salesman was excellent! He was in no way pushy and genuinely seemed to care about getting us into the safest and most affordable vehicle. Overall It was an A+ experience!!

Had worst experience ever. Salesman lied to us over and over. They deal with third party on banks and hold financing themselves cause banks would never let you borrow that much on a vehicle. Then once have your money they won't help you at all,unless your looking for the door.

bought new truck in sept check engine light came on 3 times . I called numerous times service dept doesn't answer . Drove there dropped off next day light came on . Called for a hour straight no answer , place is a joke if Monday my truck not fixed right I will be contacting my attorney and newspaper to put story out .

First I would like to mention the exceptional service and help we received from the Sales Associate Chris Saunders - he took the time to not only explain in detail; but, made sure we understood what we were purchasing. We walked in there asking for a price on an suv. We explained we were paying with cash, sales person stated we still need to fill out a credit application. We were paying with CASH.. So he final realized and said we won't have to fill it out. So we asked for the price, he said he had to go check..... After 45 minutes still NO price. He brought the vehicle up to the building. instead as a courtesy. REALLY... We gave up and just left.

I would like to commend the entire front desk staff of the service department at Eagle Chevrolet. My husband has some medical issues, which unfortunately affect his memory and he sometimes gets his mind set on one thing and as they say, "makes a mountain out of a mole hill," This is what is happening with the Equinox. We bring it, explain what my husband feels is wrong and they attend to the matter. They treat him with respect, and compassion and put his concerns to rest. I am thankful that they are willing to go that extra step for the customer.

I have to call your service department and it takes long time for them to answer. I am on hold with your message playing over and over how you are all packed and ready to go on vacation and can't go for all the cars you have. I just bought one and when I have troubles with it I want service not sales. Your voice is loud and annoying. I would much rather have music or dead silence than to listen to that. My salesperson, Christine, was excellent, as was the finance manager (Brian??). I appreciated the upfront and honest approach and the fact that there was never any pressure of pushy behavior. While I am pleased with my vehicle and overall experience, I feel that my vehicle was not fully prepared prior to me picking it up. The interior was clean, but I feel it could have been dusted. The exterior was also clean, but clearly did not have a fresh wash or coat of wax/spray wax. I cleaned it myself and the traverse truly shined afterward.

I stopped to get the price of two used trucks and they would not give the price without me driving each of them. Can you imagine? They must take every buyer for a complete sucker who has no idea of the value of a vehicle. My advice is to do business with a dealership that ACTUALLY respects the costumer. Don't buy here, shady practices.

Our lease was coming up on our 2012 traverse, so stopped in to see what out options were and to test drive a new chevy and get a $50 prepaid visa card for test driving, had no intentions to buy or get a new lease, well victor, aka tony took me around the lot and he showed me the new 2014 traverse which pretty much had everything, he gave us some numbers and we said no, but he worked hard for us and we ended up with a new traverse after getting the number we were comfortable with, but more importantly is victor was a real joy to work with, great personality and a very honest person, yes a salesman who is HONEST, I would refer victor "tony" pagan, friendly and honest !

I will definitely return to this dealership for future purchases. Due to our business we were having trouble finding the time to make it to the dealership but knew what truck we wanted. I called the dealership and spoke with Salesman Harvey Humphrey. He is fantastic! He is very knowledgeable and professional. He totally made the whole shopping for a new vehicle experience EXTREMELY pleasant. Originally when I called - the dealership did not have the vehicle that we were looking for but Mr. Humphrey was able to find it within minutes, verified it's availability and had the vehicle brought to their dealership. He worked on getting us the best price and upon arrival he had all the paperwork completed for our signature, the vehicle was up front, washed, inspected, fueled and ready to go. I seriously have never walked in and out of a dealership in 30 minutes - this was by far the QUICKEST and BEST vehicle buying experience I have ever had!!!! Thank you!!!! I would recommend this dealership hands down.

When we first arrived, we told them what we wanted to spend on a truck, gave them the specs we wanted in the truck... the first truck he put us in was extremely over priced for the year and way out of our price range, when I told the saleman that we couldn't afford this truck he proceeded to inform us that even in his opinion it was over priced and that was because the dealership was trying to recoup the money they lost on it when they bought it at auction, you don't tell that to someone you're trying to sell a vehicle to!... We were not pleased. When we told them that we were leaving, they suddenly "found" a truck on the lot that would fit our budget and the specs we wanted... my husband loved the truck so we sat down to talk about numbers and told them we wanted to take it home that day.. we were then informed that the service department already went home and that we would have to bring the truck back to get an inspection and plates. I told them that we wanted the cup holder that belonged in the truck replaced (saleman informed us he gave it away to another buyer who's truck didn't come with one, again, you don't tell this to your potentials buyers).... We live 1.5 hours away from their location, they told us they would compensate us for the travel inconvience of having to come back for the inspection and plates. I called the salesmane once getting home that night to inform him that the driverside seatbelt latch was not properly latching. He said that they would have to order me a new seatbelt latch and told me that he had an appointment for me to come in for the inspection. I arrived the following Monday for the inspection and tags, I had an "8AM appointment" my truck was not taken into the shop until NOON! when I asked the service desk what was taking so long he says to me "I dont know anything about your truck being here for service".... needless to say I was there until 2PM waiting for an inspection and still had to come back AGAIN for the seatbelt to be repaired. When we arrived for the seatbelt appointment my husband had asked them to check the transmission line because he noticed a small drip, they ended up replacing the whole line without a problem (only reason for 2 stars). We were never compensated for any of our inconviences and when the check engine light came on well before the dealer warranty (90 days/4,000 miles) was up we called again to have them check the problem as it was still under their warranty. We drove the 1.5 hours for the 3rd time since buying the truck to have them look at the truck to find out that the information on their website stating that they opened at 11AM on Sundays was outdated and incorrect, they are not open on Sundays. So my husband called Monday to schedule an appointment for that week. So for the 4TH! time we took the drive out there for service at which point they informed me that it was simply a spark plug but would not be covered, I said excuse me but it's been less than 90 days and you didn't check them when you sold us the truck? To which he said but you've driven 4,000 miles in two months... I informed him that if we didnt have to drive out to their shop 4 times in the last 2 months for service that it wouldn't have so many miles on it! So he talked to his service manager and they said they would replace it this one time but not again, so I informed them I would NOT be doing business with them in the future. Never again will be buy anything but a CERTIFIED used vehicle... Eagle Chevrolet is a joke.

VERY HELPFUL!! We originally were looking to trade in one of our vehicles to purchase a truck. The next day the car we were keeping had the check engine light come in making it is so we couldn't trade in our working vehicle as we needed to have at least one car in good condition. Victor and the staff at Eagle were able to take BOTH of our vehicles and give us much more than we expected making it so we could buy the truck and a car!! We're beyond pleased with their service and going out of their way to accommodate us. We highly recommend Eagle Chevrolet.

I walked in there and asked for a miracle, and I feel like they gave me one. They gave me about 5 times what I expected to get for the trade-in, and helped me get credit approval that I didn't think I could get. I spent the majority of my day there, and through the whole experience Victor was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. He was also very patient with me even though I was very indecisive for a long time; he didn't once make me feel bad about that even though I am sure he could have been helping other people.

Jeremy, our salesman was awesome, he exceeded our expectations. Both in terms of the car we left with AND the service that we recieved. George was very friendly, helpful and thorough. You know you're dealing with a great salesman when he can sell you two cars in one day! We were already pleased with our previous sales experiences at Eagle, but this one took the cake. The salesperson managed to set up a truck he wanted us to buy, so that we could drive it home and get the title of the other vehicle purchased. Of course we liked it - it was five years younger and 70,000 miles newer. Soooooo we bought it. Would you believe Eagle gave us a 50-inch LG plasma TV because we bought two cars in one day! It was a long day but the outcome was great. Thanks Eagle!

I purchased a used vehicle from Eagle in 2010. When I bought the vehicle it had a mark on the passanger side. Which I got an IOU to come back & get it fixed. Which I did within the first 30 days after purchasing it. While it was in for service I did have a couple other concerns with the vehcile. It was noted to the service dept, that the vehicle was quite loud & smelled like antifreeze from time to time. Eagle had my car for probably almost a week with no communication from them about the progress. Finally after calling them we were able to pickup our car. We were told (plus the receipt noted) that the water pump was replaced & so were the two mufflers. The smell was no longer lingering & the car was quieter. But over time the car got louder and louder. After taking it to a local shop, We were told the mufflers on the car were more than likely original & that they both had to be replaced. So that telling me that Eagle Chevrolet never replaced my mufflers. Probably never replaced the waterpump either.

My husband and I had been to other dealerships looking to lease a new vehicle, they wanted to either sell us something used and out of our budget or the trade in value they had given us was too low. Upon recomendation from a friend we went to see Harvey. We had a great buying experience, he didn't push us into something that we didn't want or need. Although the paperwork took a few minutes longer than expected, we drove home that evening in our new truck.

Harvey worked with us to get our family into a Chevy Traverse. We were interested in leasing and he helped us to do that, even with poor credit. I went into Eagle Chevrolet yesterday with the thought that I might have a chance to buy a new vehicle. However, I also thought the process would take few days so that maybe by next week at the earliest I might have my vehicle. I was absolutely astonished at the customer service in the sales office. As soon as I walked in was greeted immediately by Victor. Told him my price range, and he took me right on the lot. Cleaned off several cars from snow and started showing me many different cars. Went for a test drive in a Volkswagen CC Sport. I loved it!! Victor went through everything with me. By 4:30 p the next day, I was driving my new car off the lot. He went on YouTube about the car and and showed me what every button did and meant. A great experience!! Thank You Victor!!!

Don't buy a vehicle here.. If your honest on the GM survey as we were they will refuse to work in your vehicle. (Our aveo went in for warranty work and the paint job was damaged. They fixed it but the car sat down there for 2 days. After numerous phone calls with no returns to see if it was finished, had to drive there and get the keys from a salesman because the service dept. went home 10 mins early). Luckily the warranty is through GM, so any Chevrolet dealership can work on it. We bought the car because the dealership is close by. Unfortunately for GM we are NOT buying another GM product. Its a waste of our time to have to take the car to another dealership in another town when there are other brand dealerships close by. I hope this is helpful to those of you looking to buy from eagle.. My first car came from here when it was Bramer Chevrolet, but there is no loyalty to the customer here. Oh, by the way... they still are sending us propaganda to come in for service on a car they refuse to service.. makes sense rite? We even went in to talk to Mr. James Provenzano about this...but got no were.. Lesson learned...DON'T DRIVE EAGLE Josh Loveless

Toby Hayes is friendly, efficient and excellent at his job. I found my 2013 Chevy Sonic in the color I wanted and was able to immediately take a test drive. I LOVED IT! Larry and everyone at Eagle Chevy were so great to work with. They made our car buying experience so easy and convenient. I had previously given a good review for this dealership. I have since changed my opinion. The salesman, was okay but, he did lie to us about certain things. Firstly, I informed him, I did not have a down payment and, my trade was all I had to work with. He said that was no problem because, they were giving us a $1000. voucher and, THAT would act as a down payment! That was a lie because, they were insisting that we give them some cash! After telling him several times that I didn't have cash, I was refused for the car I wanted. He then called back and, told me, they could put us in a different car for less money. I said fine. Then I asked how much they were allowing us for my trade. He said, $2500. Lie #2! After we decided to buy a 2008 Ford Focus, he said, they would go through it with a fine tooth comb! Lie #3!! Less than 2 weeks later, it was back in the shop with both front wheel bearings blown out! They fixed them. Most of the trouble I had with them is the finance department. They released the car to me before they got their money from the finance company. Big mistake. Our credit was much less than perfect, I understand having to jump through hoops to get financing! They didn't have all the paperwork they needed so, they were annoying us every day up until today! The crap we went through was way too much! Even for someone with terrible credit!

In recent years I have lost faith in GM and their service departments, I have always owned a GM car or truck and was seriously thinking about another replacing my current truck with another manufacturers product. I had a warrantee issue fix with this truck by another dealer only to have the same issue come up and was told it could not be repaired under warrantee, so I inquired at Eagle and Jason did some leg work and got the necessary repairs done and done quick. It has changed my opinion of GM and has instilled a new found faith in Eagle Chevrolet. Thank You Jason!!

I have been pricing New Trucks for most of the Spring. I have looked at GMC.and Chevy trucks. stop at a Dealers in Cobleskill. and in Nelliston both in New york, and they just could not give me the right price for my trade, and low intrest rate needed to get me in a New Chevy Truck.most would not give the a decent price after i said i was pricing. So I seen the TV AD and liked how Eagle Chevrolet in Johnstown N.Y. talked about the great pricing and incentive they offer .So I decided to drive over and look at the Chevy trucks and to just price. When the Sale Professional Harvey A Humphrey asked how he could help me ,I said i was looking to price Chevy trucks and if the price was right Buy one. I visited Eagle chevrolet to purchase a car and found the exsperince to be that of no other dealership I have visited in the past. I will contiue to do busness with eagle chevrolet and will recomend all my friends and family. From the first phone call I spoke with Bonnie Meher and she set up the appt for me to meet with her sales staff. Upon entering the dealership my wife and I were met with freindly sales staff. I met with Victor pagan who was very pleasent to work with. We looked at there used vehicals and felt no presure at all. We had purchased a vehicle about 5 or 6 years ago from this dealership so we are repeat customers; if you will. In the days following that purchase (2001 Subaru Legacy / Outback wagon) we began to have some serious problems with it. The dealership attempted to figure it out, but it was one of those things that only happened once in a while. Well finally, I had to take it back to the dealership via a tow truck because it could not be driven safely. This time they could see the problem as well and they found that there had been a recall on the cars for that particular problem. They then followed up and the maintenance was done free of charge at Goldstein Chevrolet in Albany. I had to go there to pick it up, but the car has never given me any problem since. I also never got a bill for anything from Eagle Chevrolet, although their mechanics serviced it as well as what they shipped it to Albany. For this purchase, my husband and I didn't understand that a lease would work best for us, and rather than letting me talk myself out of the best deal, both Jeremy and Frank were instrumental in breaking the information down so that we could better understand and therefore, appreciate the terms of a lease. I would recommend my family and friends to Eagle Chevrolet, hands down, anytime. Thank you!

Considering that I absolutely hate buying a car, I was very pleased to be able to work with such a polite and accomodating team of people. The car I was hoping for was not on the lot but through a lot of phone calls and his time Rich was able to get the exact car I was hoping for. From the moment that I walked into Eagle, every employee wanted to help. From the guys in service all the way to Peter... I had an issue with my Saturn, and they tried to find a loop hole in order to have it fixed. Once we exhausted all options we had found there was no way around me buying a vehicle...the one i had just wasn't safe. The team at Eagle put me in a great safe vehicle that i could afford!

We had heard the advertisement on the radio regarding the possible discount given when purchasing a vehicle. We visited the dealership and we were very happy with the customer service we received. We spent quite a bit of time, looking at different trucks, working with our salesman to get just the right deal for us. We ended up getting a new truck and we couldn't be happier. The truck is just what we needed and we feel we got a good deal on the price. We will definitely return to Eagle Chevrolet when we need to purchase another vehicle!

On February 17, 2013, my husband and I went to Eagle Chevrolet in Johnstown, NY, looking to trade up in vehicles for economic reasons. This was the fourth purchase for my husband Gary, from Eagle and that is due to the excellent selection they have in stock, the professionalism of the entire team and the follow through on behalf of the sales representative after you become a customer. We browse the lot even when we are not in need of a new vehicle due to their inventory. Three years ago, I was looking to purchase my first Equinox and they went to great lengths to make my experience a good one and to find the right vehicle for me. As a result, we purchased two vehicles on February 117th, my husband bought a Cruze and I purchased an Equinox. We are both very happy with our vehicles. Larry Flood was our sales representative and he spent so much time assisting us in picking the exact right vehicle and making that it fit our needs. Frank Bellinger worked with us regarding financing and we gave Frank specific perimeters of what our financial needs were and he did everything he could to meet those needs so that we were happy and owners of our new cars. When the time comes I will be back shopping at Eagle Chevrolet, I know my husband will too and I have recommended them to family and friends.

i have been looking for a new vehicle for a while. I have bad credit for starters. I went to Denooyer Chevrolet first. Was "approved and ready to go" anyways 5 days later still no calls and vehicle. called Denooyer everyday. Then finally was told needed more down payment. They never gave me a price on trade in and the finance manger was more like a loan shark for the mob. I was treated poorly to say the least. Mind this is after I told them about all the family and how many vehicles were purchased there So I said forget it. Too much of hassle for nothing. Got the run around and was never offered other options. So I have been hearing the advertisement for Eagle Chevrolet. So I decided to take a look at their inventory and took a ride out to Johnstown from Cohoes NY. Myself and my wife walked in and was immediately greeted by a young man. unfortunately I don't remember his name and he introduced us to Harvey. We sat with Harvey and explained what we were looking for and also what happened at Denooyer Chevrolet. I originally wanted to purchase an impala. Harvey showed me a Malibu because that was my second choice and also my price range. He said I have a 2012 Malibu right outside with 10,000 miles. Took it for ride and that was it ,I found my car. Harvey started the paperwork process. Harvey comes back with offer number one and I said the rate and monthly payments were too high. Harvey goes and comes back with another offer. Payment cheaper and the trade in price was out of this world. I traded in 2003 Chevrolet Trailblazer and got 7100 dollars , suv had over 120000 miles. Harvey took 200 on the spot for down payment and said come in on Monday with the other 800 for 1 total of 1000 down and the car will be ready by 3 pm. Received a call from George Vickers finance manager and said he needed some more info and that he as working on a better rate and payment. I arrived at 4pm and there was the vehicle out front waiting. Signed all the papers and they even put a full tank of fuel. This was the easiest purchase of a vehicle , I have ever made. I would recommend Eagle Chevrolet to everyone. They do all the work and make it easy. This new vehicle is our anniversary present to one another. So this make it a special purchase. So if you need a new vehicle Eagle Chevrolet is the place. They stand by their word. James Provenzano is a dealer for the people and so is all of his staff. All of his staff is kind , courteous and helpful. it does not matter who you are. Everyone is friendly. Thank you so much to all of the staff at Eagle. I purchased my 2nd Car from Eagle in January. We waited until we had everything to post a review because our salesperson was very nice. We thought we would be giving an excellent review. However, It's March and we still do not have the title to our car and when we went to put in the direct deposit with the voided slip they never turned it in. We never knew until we got the letter from the bank saying we never made our payment. I have emailed the salesperson multiple times to try to find out where the title was. I was even going to go to the DMV myself to get this fixed. Now, we have to deal with the bank because they never put in the direct deposit slip.I don't get it, what happened to all the paperwork that we filed? Did it jut get tossed aside and forgotten about? We did refer 2 co-workers here. One purchased a car and they did mail us out the $50 check. The other co-worker decided not to purchase a car from them. We also did not have these problems when we purchased our first car through them. That transaction was smooth with no problems. Not this time. I have no idea what is going on.

I recently purchased a 2008 HHR SS from a private seller. A few weeks after buying it the transmission starting acting up so i brought it into eagle. When i walked in the service department i was very nicely greeted by Jason. He offered me a loaner car while they diagnosed my car. Jason called me the next day and informed me that i needed a new transmission, and he already ordered it and my car should be done in just a couple days at no charge because there was warranty left on the car that i didnt know about. My car was done in just a couple days and theres been no issues with it since. Thank you to jason and the Eagle service depatrment for making that a very pleasurable expirence.

Overall great experience! Highly recommend Larry as a salesperson. Very attentive and knowledgeable. I shopped around for a while at other dealerships and was able to find a fantastic car at a great price. As a single woman buying a car can feel overwhelming and intimidating, I didnt feel that way at all at this dealership. I know the price was great when comparing it to other dealership I almost purchased at. Larry even stayed an hour past closing time to review the features of my new car! I brought my Yukon Denali to Eagle service department for quite a bit of work. It needed service, minor body repair, and detailing (lots of detailing with a 7 year old very messy boy). I was given a loaner while my car was being serviced. I was informed along the way as to its progress and at what stage they were at with the car. Estimates were on the mark and the car when I got it was running and looking great. Any issues that arose were quickly handled and dealt with they even replaced a headlight (I bought the light) free of charge on a separate visit. They have taken good care of me and loyalty is a two way street. They have been wonderful to me and as a result will continue to get my business. Thanks for taking care of us.

I was attracted to the "Dealer for the People" slogan and Toby and Frank definitely lived up to this. Bonnie contacted me to set up my appointment and was very nice and professional. Toby Hayes was absolutely wonderful making me feel as if he had my best interests in mind instead of the commission he would receive. I received a call from Emily (internet specialist) advising her that i wanted to come in and see what my options are to trade in my vehicle and purchase a used. She set up an appointment on that particular saturday. We arrived at Eagle Chevrolet and went browsing through the lot. Saleswoman Andrea came right up to us, very pleasant and informative and offered to see what we are interested in and what she could possibly to for us. We took a few vehicles for a test drive and was not able to get into the vehicle that was my first choice. Andrea suggested alternate options, she guided us out to the lot to look at a particular car and i decided to take it for a test drive. I fell in love with the vehicle. Andrea did her absolute best, actually above and beyond to help me finance the vehicle and in my monthly price range. We took the car home on Monday. As I was driving home in the new vehicle, Emily called to see how my appointment on saturday went and i told her i was driving home in a new car, she was pleased as was i. I would most definately deal with Andrea again, she went beyond to help me out, she showed enthusiasm, professionalism, and just went out of her way to make the customer happy. In fact, i have already referred her to other family members.

Hats off and kudos not only to the dealership but to Andrea Maines and Emily Borge. Two weeks ago I contacted Eagle Chevrolet via their website and before I could get out of the internet, I had an e-mail from Emily. While responding to her e-mail, I received a telephone call from her. I told her I didn't have the best credit in the world and didn't want to waste anyone's time if they could not help me. The next day I spoke with her and she assured me that her dealership could help me out. I went there that afternoon and when I walked in the showroom door I was greeted with an awesome "hello" from Andrea. It was all uphill from there. I looked at a few vehicles and no matter which one I saw, Andrea was right there with a wealth of information and knowledge about each car. She is very intelligent, cheerful and "knows her stuff" about the cars on the lot. I found a car I was interested in and within three hours I was driving home in a new vehicle. She worked with me to get me a payment I was confortable with. There was absolutely no pressure at all - just bottled water, popcorn and a cheery attitude. I saw a vehicle I wanted and she put me in it. I have dealt with many dealerships over the years and have never encountered one as friendly and comfortable as Eagle Chevrolet. James Provenzano advertises that he is a "dealer for the people" and I found that out. As long as he has people employed who are as awesome as Andrea and Emily, he will never have to worry about not having customers to sell cars to. When I left the dealership, I left with hugs from two people that were strangers to me but treated me like I had known them all my life. Andrea and Emily keep up the awesome work and you will both be great successes. Thank you, both and Mr. Provenzano for standing by your word. For the people credit approval process really works and Larry Flood was an awsome dealer he found every possible way there was to get me a great deal. I went in looking for a vehicle because my recent vehicle got totaled out and I had been without a vehicle for 4 weeks and told Larry my story, he got me a vehicle right away and while I was waiting for the paper work to get done he lent me a vehicle from the lot to take home so I didn't have to rely on anyone for a ride. Harvey was a great salesman,we were looking for a SUV for our extending family and he told us about a few that he would recommend and then let us keep the car overnight to really determine if we liked it. After keeping over night we decided to go with it. We had a 94 honda accord that only ran whenit wanted to with over 225tousand miles on it and they even gave us money towards our new purchase. Harvey did a great job and was not pushy at all we gave him certain guide lines and he was able to meet all of them, including putting us in a brand new 2013 safe 5 star rated car with a payment under 280.00 a month. We went in to trade a 2006 Ford Explorer for a used car. Andrea showed us some great deals. We then talked to Rich the sales manager about turning in our Nissan Altima also. He said it might be beneficial for us due to our situation so we then brought that car back. I just bought a new cruze and Harvery Humphrey was an excellent help getting me in the exact car I wanted at a great price. He was extremely friendly and patient and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I will definitely being going back to him in later years.

I visited Eagle Chevrolet for the first time last week and now consider myself a customer. They diagnosed my problem with the electrical system on my 2001 Chevy Suburban and had me fixed and back on the road within the hour. That is why I will go back for anything I need when in the Johnstown area and would even schedule a visit to the area when needing to get my truck service again. Thanks to Jason Craver who greeted me and got me started and Pete Provenzano who oversaw everything and followed through and up. Also a special thanks to Emily for being so nice while I waited.

Harvey Humphrey at Eagle Chevrolet was fantastic to deal with. He arranged a test drive for us, with 2 different models of the Equinox to be sure that we were happy. He promptly completed all of the necessary paperwork, and answered all of our questions. This is our second time dealing with Harvey and Eagle Chevrolet and we look forward to doing business with them again.

Toby was a great help for us. We had set an appointment and were told to see George the sales manager. We drove just over an hour to look at there cars and see if the ads Ive been hearing were true. When we got there we were greeted by Toby and he brought us in to see George, we explained our situation and we were assured they could help us get a car that fit our payments. Toby showed us the cars that they had and we picked the perfect car. There ads are true, they gave us $4,000 more for our trade in than the dealers by us and Frank the finance guy got us approved and a great rate. We have sent them 2 of our friends and they both got new cars. Thank You Eagle Chevy,

When we arrived we were greeted right away. Chris the sales man was awesome. He worked very hard to get us the deal and trade in we wanted. we drove out of the dealership with our new car that day. THe finacial manager worked hard to get us the best rate for our financing. I will recomend them to everyone I know.

Service and parts representatives were cordial and cooperative. The dealership stood behind its repair work. Once, a used part placed in my vehicle was not operating properly and they replaced it without any cost for the part or labor. All other repairs have been fine. I believe they properly maintain and repair vehicles. I recommend the dealership to prospective purchasers and persons needing vehicle repair work.

Larry was very friendly, helpful and made our purchase so easy and fun. We've recommended him to several friends and hope they stop out to see him. We drove an hour and a half to eagle chevy, after being assured on the phone that they could get us into something in our price range. We got there and they couldn't do a thing! Offered us some ridiculous deal over a hundred dollars more a month than what we told them we were looking to pay for a 5 year old truck. They tried to tell us we were being unrealistic, we would never get into a truck with our price range. Well let me tell you, we left went to another dealer and not only did we get into a truck, we got a lower payment that we had hoped. For the people.. yea right. They up your trade-in which is wonderful, but they also jack up the prices of the cars/trucks. Never again. Huge waste of time.

We drove from Syracuse to Johnstown to purchase this vehicle as we find you can't beat their customer service or price with any of the dealers around our area. James and Harvey both go above and beyond to make sure every need/desire/request is met and thensome. We find that their ease of working with a very pleasant experience.

I was greeted immediately, was shown the car I asked to see - was not what I wanted, so was shown other models until we arrived at a decision. Everyone was very helpful and provided great customer service. I have purchased 5 other vehicles from others dealerships, felt hassled and pressured. This was an enjoyable hassle free transaction.Very pleased with deal I was offered and how it was handled. Will go back to this dealership again and definitely will refer others there.

Me and my husband just purchased two vehicles from then and they were absolutely amazing. They took the time to explain everything to us and to make sure that they gave us the best trade in price they could for our current vehicles, while staying where we wanted to be with our monthly payment. Anything that we needed or wanted fixed they went out of their way to make sure it was done as soon as possible and were very friendly! They were kind enough to give me a rental car to take home while they serviced my new car and even drove an hour and a half to drop my car off and pick up the rental! They are definitely a dealer i will be doing all my business with we have never found anyone so friendly and accommodating as we did with our salesmen Jon Fahd, he was very helpful and patient with all the questions we had!

I've had very, very good experiences at Eagle Chevrolet. I've purchased several vehicles over the past few years, and I'm very happy with my new vehicle. I've never had a problem with my service visits. In winter, I had an accident and I called Eagle. I drove it to Eagle and they checked out my vehicle, and gave me a loaner car right away. The people at Eagle are very good to me. They are very helpful. I find it a pleasure to come here.

They could sell ice to an Eskimo. SUCH A HOAX! I cringe at EVERY radio advertisement that I have to hear James Provenzano and his broken promises. All just to lure you in to get your money whether it be in the lemon they sell or the repeat visits to the service department for them to not fix what you ask or they say they are going to do, OR for it to be returned with an issue it didnt have prior to leaving it with them. I even wrote the regional and district management a three page letter detailed with our horrific experience...Their response...They can only have concern for GM Certified vehicles and that being ours was a Nissan, James has free range with no penalties...REALLY?? I was told General Motors would call to follow-up as protocol, as well as the sales manager for Eagle Chevrolet. That was in May of 2011. No further contact has been madeagain...broken promises. I was warned to stay away and I didn't listen. We ended up putting in another $1,500 into a truck that we were promised if our mechanic found any issues, Eagle Service Dept. would take care of it. SO NOT THE CASE. Then, we got it put in our face that we didn't purchase the Eagle Advantage. WE WERE TOLD ALL NECESSARY REPAIRS WOULD BE TAKEN CARE OF WITHIN 90 DAYS. Five trips, an hour from our home, we still lost our shirts on the vehicle.

The friendly and courteous people of Eagle Chevrolet have always been top notch on our visits. No one likes to bring their vehicles in for maintenance or re-calls, but Mark and Jason will make sure that you will get the fastest turn around with quality work. I have also purchased a vehicle from this dealership, and have highly recommended others to them because of their courteous staff, friendly atmosphere & willingness to make a deal.

Came in off the radio. They offered me $4000 more for my trade. I bought a 2008 Saab 9-3 Turbo. Love my car and the service I received!! I definitely recommend you check out this dealership. You won't be disappointed!!

The staff at Eagle has always been the best. Everyone is always very friendly and they try to help you in any way they can. They are prompt in getting back to you in the parts department on what a service would cost and service gets you in as quickly as they can that works with your schedule. I just wish they were closer to my home. Kudos Eagle Chevrolet.

Have always had above and beyond service everytime I deal with them. We bought 1 car and 1 truck and would do it again!! Sales Department was not pushy and the owner James was and is always available and wonderful to deal with!!!!
