WE purchased a 2017 sierra. Everyone at Janzen is so nice and accommodating. Ron our salesman is great and everyone is so nice, from the financial girl to the service people. We keep coming back!!!

Took my vehicle in for a fuel pump issue and it was replaced in 2009 with GM parts that have a lifetime warranty, had problems again in August 2015 went back to the dealer and was told without paperwork they won't stand behind the warranty even though they spoke with my extended warranty company and was given the information of when the previous repairs were performed, including date,mileage,repair order # and the part number. I will never recommend this dealer or GM product to anyone

I bought a car from Janzten's and it was one of the easiest, most pleasant experiences I've ever had at a car dealership! Roxanna Costello was an amazing help, she had everything prepared and was very knowledgeable. If I ever need a new car or car help/advice, I know where to go. By far the best dealership in Enid.

We bought a used Nissan Pathfinder from this GMC Dealership. We live 250 miles away and it was by far the best car buying experience we have ever had! If they were a Nissan Dealership we would only buy from them. Period! Roxanna had all the paperwork ready for us when we got there we basically signed and left to head back home. She actually got us a better rate then what we already had.Best experience ever!

Our sales woman, Roxanna Costello was excellent. She provided great service and answered any/all questions we had. The facility itself was very nice as well as the process of trading in our Infiniti SUV. They gave us a reasonable trade in value with the Infiniti. The process in proceeding with loan took a little longer than expected especially since we had been pre-approved and had a check ready. The reason was the financial department was making sure we got the best possible interest rate. Our sales woman even followed up the following week as well as 2-3 weeks later to make sure we were completely satisfied with our new Yukon XL Denali. I did have to call the financial department for proof of prior loan with the Infiniti being paid off as we never got that from the previous loan company, TD Auto Finance. The lady that helped me, was very nice, easy to talk to and faxed the necessary paperwork immediately. The dealership over all provided excellent service. We did recommend the dealership to my Mother/Father in law and they purchased a SUV from them 2-3 weeks later. I would however, not use the previous loan company, TD Auto Finance in the future.

This had to be one of the most painless car buying experiences I ever had. Great price on the vehicle being purchased, plus very equitable trade in value for my old car, plus outrageously commendable credit/loan terms. All this inside one hour of total visit time at the dealership. Roxanna and her sales team members made this positive buying experience possible. A good friend of mine recommended that I give Janzen GMC a try. I can't thank him enough. You folks at Janzen GMC rock! Thank you and I will be back when the time comes. I would recommend Janzen GMC to anyone looking for a great deal on a new or used car or truck.

After exhaustive research I located a used pickup in my price range at Janzen Motors. I contacted the sales dept., was put me in touch with Roxanna. Because I lived about 150 miles away I requested and she was very helpful in sending me pictures and further descriptions of the vehicle so there would be no surprises. I made an appointment with her to test drive and did make the purchase. The process of test driving, price negotiations and paper work took about 45 minutes. The check I wrote was for the purchase price, no fees, extra charges,etc. (I paid the sales tax in my state of residence). The sales and office staff was courteous, "low key" and very helpful. I have recommended them to others and would buy from them again if the opportunity came up.

I purchased a 2013 GMC Terrain from Janzen GMC in December of 2013. The buying experience with Janzen GMC was easy and hassle free! I had located the Terrain on line and emailed to obtain more information, I received an almost immediate response from Roxanna. All of my questions were answered quickly and completely. I went to Janzen GMC and drove the vehicle and it was just as described by Janzen GMC. The purchase was very quick and easy and the vehicle in great condition when I picked it up. I have purchased my last 3 vehicles from Janzen GMC and I will I will purchase my 4th vehicle from Janzen GMC in the future! Overall great experience and would recommend Janzen GMC to anyone!

The sales person met me in the parking lot. opened the yukon and let me drive it. we went inside and within less than 30 min we made the deal. my husband faxed some information and insurance. I went back the next day and picked up the vehicle. It was painless. The sales person showed me how to use all the new accessories. I love it !!
