After buying new the past 15 years I wanted to buy a used truck to have lower payments. Charlie and Ray were great! They had a good selection of trucks all of which were in great shape with descent mileage. They found me excellent financing that beat my credit union rates. I am very pleased with the entire buying experience.

I won't repeat all of the other 5 star reviews because I can't say it much better than those already have, so read those. The best vehicle buying experience I've had in 40 years. Great selection of nice trucks, no pressure, fair price, truthful, go out of their way to please, etc. They set the standard of how it SHOULD be done. Will definitely look to Ray and Charlie before anywhere else the next time I am in the market for a used vehicle.

Charlie and Ray are great. Came in to look at a couple of trucks, the one we were most interested in did not meet their requirements. Went back to check on ones we had seen earlier and found the perfect truck! Our mechanic said he would buy it if we didn't. Really good people.

I have admired the after market accessories installed at Jarboe Motors. When I needed new tires for my 2015 F-250 Superduty, I decided to talk to Ray and his crew about installing a suspension lift kit with new Rancho shocks and 35" tires. Ray was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He knew exactly what I was looking for. Jarboe completed the work in good time and at a good price. My truck looks great! Thanks Ray and gang. V. I brought a GMC Yukon from Jarboe Motors, My experience from just calling via phone regarding the vehicle was very pleasant the owner Ray was very helpful from the first point of contact. They were very honest and straight forward about everything. The atmosphere was very relaxed. Jennifer was very professional and thorough and well as one of the other gentle who's name I can't recall. They seem to pick there vehicle meticulously with only the best on the lot, and good reasonable down to earth prices. I will definitely recommend giving them a try if your in the market for a nice vehicle at a great price.

I went in to Jarboe Motors and instantly was created with respect. Great customer service. They had a great inventory also. They have a high reputation for bringing in quality vehicles. There was no hassle and I was out the door with a great vehicle. Highly recommended!!!

Charlie and Ray are very easy to work with, Charlie is a great sales person and a tough negotiator but in a good way ... These folks are very helpful and buyer friendly; they are willing to assist even once the ink drys and the bumper bumps the curb unlike many other car businesses. I have sent information of this establishment to others including my brother.

Ray goes above and beyond unbelievable customer service. My family has purchased 2 vehicles from Ray and his son Charley. My first was a 2003 ford excursion 6.0 with 140,000 miles on it. Its like a new truck no problem at all. My second was my 18 yr old sons 2005 ford f250 6.0. Ray went way beyond anyone I have ever met in this industry to get my son in his truck. My son had one problem with it called Ray it was taken care of no questions asked. I live in Millersville Md with plenty of other dealers within 5 miles of my home they will never get my business I will travel to Westminster any time I need a vehicle. So if you want a good vehicle take the time and go see Ray , Charley, and Rays Dad I will just call him the Ninja of the business. Oh cannot forget Rays wife she stayed until 10 pm during the week so I could pickup my Excursion. Great people .

Stop in and was looking around on the day after Thanksgiving. They were supposed to be closed. Ray swing in to check on something and seen us there looking at an suv. He let.us test drive 2 and we chose of them. He then stayed even later to get us finance and get the Thoe we have picked out clean up and filled with gas so we chould take it home that day. I recently purchased a 2008 Navigator. The overall experience was wonderful very smooth not like the car dealership that I'm used to dealing with. I dealt with charles and ray and the communication was on point as well as the Suv I purchased any question I needed to know was answered right away. MY Lincoln navigator was very clean inside and out and all serviced and ready to go. I plan on dealing with this family owned business mainly because of honesty, how comfortable they made you feel during your car buying experience and the quality of vehicles they have on the lot. I definitely will be doing business again in the future with Jarboe Motors.

They have a personal touch. Excellent sales staff. Nice bunch of people. Had a great time talking to the owner about ford trucks. He knows a lot about ford trucks. He help me fix a problem, that was not covered under Warranty. Great people to deal with.

My husband recently found "his next truck" at Jarboe Motors, a used Dodge Ram F250 that had all the parameters he'd been looking for. I'm so pleased that he found it at just this dealership, as Ray, Jenn and Charles all gave us the kind of above-and-beyond personalized service that big dealerships just wouldn't be able to match. We know that we'll need to replace my car in the next 4-6 months and there's no doubt that we'll be heading back to Jarboe's for it.

Had a personal touch that bigger dealerships simply cannot compete with. They give very fair trade-in values and do not charge a ton for their lifted trucks. My wife and I are very happy with our purchase.

I have been to plenty of dealerships to purchase both new and used cars and Jarboe was an amazing experience. No pressure to buy anything, just normal chit chat about the vehicle(s). Had a great time talking with the owner about cars and trucks in general. Jarboe even repaired something that wasn't covered under the warranty but was still within the warranty period. Haven't had a problem with the vehicle cause I know Jarboe looked it over and made sure it was running great before putting it on their lot. Great Dealership and I have told others where i got the vehicle and recommended they look there for their vehicles.

This was the best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. We went to look at a beautiful truck and the owners of the dealership were pleasant and not pushy. we thoroughly inspected the vehicle on our own and test drove it with no issues. we took our time and asked questions and then proceeded with the buying process. it was quick and easy and the owners pretty much did everything that we needed them to do to get us in this truck. I will buy the rest of my vehicles from them without a doubt. Thanks Jarboe for finally making my truck buying experience a good one. by the way the owners are very friendly and helpful.

I had a very good experience. I had been to several dealerships and lots and felt pressured and bombarded with emails and phone calls. my experience with Jen was very good regarding her giving me knowledge of financing, loans, credit etc. she explained to me in great detail the importance of having your own credit and not relying on your spouse. She made the process very easy. after purchasing my Jaguar the headlight burned out and they fixed it at no cost to me. I have 3 teenage daughters and will be on the look out for future cars form Jarboe Motars. Jen and Ray are the kind of people you would want to know outside of business. I look forward to doing business with them in the future. -one thing that helped me make my decision was that ray is a ford/ jaguar mechanic

I bought a f-350 from Jarboe. ~60 days after the sale it would not pass PA inspection due to some minor issues. Jarboe stepped up and sent me the parts, that are not under their warranty. Thanks Ray, I appreciate it.
