They were very great to work with. Josh went above and beyond to find what I was looking for. I will be recommending everyone I know go here for a new or used vehicle. Taylor made the financing process easy as well. All around great atmosphere and people.

Recently I was traveling across the country and started experiencing the engine light coming on. While in Springfield I could not get any dealer there to even take a quick look at my problem. I kept expanding my search and calling Ford dealers and when I talked with the Service Manager at Jay Hatfield he told me to bring it on in and they would take a look. When I arrived the Service Manager himself hooked up his little gadget and read the engine error code and was able to provide valuable insight to my issue. It was so nice to have someone take a moment to help me out while far from home and worried about continuing my travels. These guys Rock and Roll like no other Ford dealer I have every experienced. If I lived closer I would have all my service work performed by them forever! Many Thanks Jay Hatfield Ford Service Manager!!!

I had a great car buying experience thanks to the folks at Jay Hatfield Ford! David took great care of me. He gave me all the time I needed to inspect the vehicle, no pressure at all. He was very helpful with any questions I had. These folks price their vehicles to sell! I bought my vehicle from this location last year, after having a bad experience after the location was sold to Jay Hatfield, we stopped to look at a pick up and did not expect to buy a vehicle, but after dealing with Anthony, and his professionalism and knowledge of the vehicle we ended up buying a new Escape. When we decided we needed something a little better on gas for my husband daily commute, we went up there to look at a Chevy Cruse, but I did not like it, David showed us the Ford Taurus and we test drove it, my husband like it so we bought it. Thanks to David and Anthony

We couldn't be happier with our experience at Jay Hatfield Ford in Sarcoxie. David & Anthony took great care of us all around! We didn't have to deal with the "pushiness" from the employees here that we have experience at other dealerships, yet they were all extremely helpful and knowledgeable whenever we had questions. Definitely recommend giving these guys a visit! :)

Our first stop shop!! Found a truck my husband and I both agreed was " the truck", and with the help of David Harrison and the rest of the Hatfield team we drove home in a beautiful Ford. Couldn't be more happy with the service!

I recently stumbled (literally) across Hatfield Ford on my way to Joplin while shopping for a new truck. I worked with a young man there named Josh who could not have been more helpful. He took me through everything on the truck I was looking at, taking time to explain how everything worked. I was skeptical about the active park assist feature and they even went to the trouble of setting up a real live demonstration. I was afraid to try it fearing I would hit a car. Josh my salesman and just generally awesome guy was happy to drive for the demonstration which was quite amazing. In a new Ford Truck you needn't ever fear parallel parking again. He encouraged me to try it for myself. With me in the drivers seat a flawlessly parallel parked the new F150. At Hatfield they understand buying a new vehicle is not a nothing thing. They take the time to help you understand all the features and options on the vehicle, helping to make sure its just the right fit. If you are considering a new or used vehicle it's worth the trip to go see Josh at Jay Hatfield Ford in Sarcoxie. They're friendly, genuine, polite, low pressure and they'll take the time to help you in absolutely any way they can. It definitely is a dealership with a small town, family feel to it.
