Friendly people, just don't seem to take care of business with a new customer. It may be different with existing customers, but I wasn't impressed. They did deliver the vehicle, but I paid what they was asking and it wasn't ready to be sold when i went to buy it. 4 days later i got it with a half a tank of fuel and little less than half full of Def fluid. It is a used vehicle, and they did service it and detail it. It was missing all the hubcaps and the front wheel simulators when I looked at it at the dealership. Before I drove it, I looked in the back floorboard and there was what looked to be all of the hubcaps and simulators that were missing on the truck. He said they sometimes take them off while sitting at the dealership, so they dont get stolen. When i got the truck, I was still missing 3 hubcaps and 1 simulator. Looks like the little lady that traded it in gave them some hubcaps off of a half ton truck? I don't know, possibly, I didn't study them while they were in the floorboard. I just ASSUMED they went to the truck. That was my negligence. Also, the truck had 86,000 miles on it, on their website. When I drove it, I noticed it had 103,000 miles on it. No explanation really. Then there were some missed calls and forgotten texts. I finally got a printout of the service and parts they did to it. They did all of the normal filters and oil change, wiper blades, a couple rotors and brake pads, and a tire sensor. I have a tire pressure sensor that isn't reading right now. My guess is that may be the one they replaced? There is also 1 more filter they might could have replaced..... I have a message on the display of the truck when I got it. I wasnt even sure what it was. Then I happen to notice a "perform service" pop up on the display when I started it once. That got me to punching around on the display and I found out that envelope on the display is a message, and it says "perform service". From my research, it looks like it may be the crankcase vent filter. No big deal, 50 or 60 bucks and I'll put it in myself. That warning may have came on while they was delivering it, it's possible. They might have even changed it, if I had asked, maybe not, but by this time I was already disappointed in all the little things, that I was done dealing with them. It's just the simple things really. I'm sure all of this could have been avoided with a little more attention to detail and a little better communication. Do you really think I wanted to spend the last 30 or 45 minutes writing this, I didn't, but it sure made me feel better. People read these reviews, if I sway 1 person away from doing business with you, that's thousands of dollars out of your pocket. You probably could have made me happy with just a few hundred more dollars and better service. Nice doing business with you. P.S. Needless to say, that Jay Hodge Dodge plastered on the mudflaps, tailgate, and license plate is long gone.

I've had a very pleasant time taking in my vehicle. They fixed everything that I requested in a very timely manner. My Pilot is driving better than ever. Thank you for doing such a fine job and being dependable and standing behind your work. I'm extremely satisfied and will recommend you often.

Today my husband and I bought us a Ram Truck, excellent service and great salesman along with Len Stuart help put us in a very nice used truck that we love. The worst experience ive ever had, they love putting the screws to single women. I would never suggest this place to anyone. They will scam you worse than anyone.
