I couldn't say better things. Rick went way out of his way to help me get this car. Above and beyond the call of duty. The buying process was made easy and quick and smooth. The car was in terrific shape. I love the car. Great place. I really trusted Rick what a nice and genuine guy.

We recently bought a 2013 Ram C/V Tradesman Van from Jay North in Springfield. We were very pleased with the service we received. The staff was very friendly and responsive to our companies needs. The van was very nice and well maintained. The dealer had the vehicle very clean, oil changed and ready to go when we needed it. We will definitely recommend Jay North to our friends and family. We will look here first before buying anywhere else.

I had been looking for a 2008 0r 2009 Trailblazer LT for over a year and a half, maybe longer knowing exactly what I wanted. I had pretty much exhausted my resources as I in fact myself could not find or able to buy one that met my expectations. I was lucky enough to find Jay North Auto on the web and had looked at it online for days not knowing how their inventory may in fact be. I looked at 4 units the day I drove over and looked at this one right before close. Rick let me look on my own because I do not like to be pressured anymore than I pressure my customers. I drove it, was very much impressed, he shared with me the Carfax and their in house service records of all the recon which was minimal because SUV was very nice. We discussed the deal the next morning, was very happy with the price and picked up 3 hours later. I would recommend this fine establishment to anyone who wants a quality used car at fair market price and feel totally satisfied when they drive off. Hats off to RICK and the staff!!!!

I was looking for a used Chevy HHR for my business. I found one at Jay North Auto, and even after the cost of a flight from Jacksonville to Dayton and fuel for the 14 hour drive back to FL, I saved quite a bit of money. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and professional. I can't say enough about the car. I talked with them in detail about the car, and was confident it would meet my needs. If anything, they understated the condition of the car. It looks great and runs perfectly. It made the drive back like a champ. I consider myself rather demanding when I'm spending hard earned cash with someone. Both this dealership and the car exceeded my expectations. I would not hesitate to buy from them again or to recommend them to anyone,whether they be local or long distance.

We purchased a trailer through Jay North Auto. We had not heard of Jay North prior to this time for the trailer we wanted, Jay North was the closest dealer which was a good 75 miles away from our residence. What a positive buying experience we had throughout the whole process. What struck us the most was no matter what employee we were dealing with through out this process, you were made to feel like you were always dealing with Jay North himself--There was a genuine interest in your being fully satisfied. We would have no reservation in recommending this dealership.

We purchased a trailer through Jay North. What struck me throughout the whole process is that the genuine interest from each of the employees in wanting you to have an excellent experience from the initial contact to making sure you are satisfied with your purchase and the all-impostant follow-up; i,e, wanting to make sure you are completely satisfied. In this day and age where "slickness" prevails Jay North genuinely conveys that they truly enjoy what they do and most of all they are there to guide you in making the right decision.

Bought a used car at Jay North; found the salesman honest, willing to deal, and responsive. I know the mechanic does a very good job. I would recommend this dealer to anyone who is looking for a good quality used car at a fair price.
