Called ahead days ago and had appointment. Arrived, man could not find my name and was rude. Got truck in to Service. Set for two hours inquired about truck, was done but nobody notified me. Man checked me out very pleasant and lady that helped me find my phone. Originally person that checked me in needs replaced.

Enjoyable if you have to have service. I was given the estimate for the item that needed immediate repair along with a list and pricing for other services I will need if I want to keep my 2000 Honda Accord up and running. No pressure to do more than what I absolutely had to. So enjoyable to not feel "pressure" to get more service done while it was in. Very appreciated!!

I bought my 2016 Accord earlier this year. Tony from Tony Alsaleh. He is the finest salesperson I have ever had to work with. I have only had to have the oil in my vehicle changed. Honda make a great car and there is little need for repair.The service department got me an appointment immediately and later quickly changed the oil in the vehicle. All great marks for this dealership.

The staff at Jay Wolfe are top notch. I will drive miles out of my way to take my vehicle to Jay Wolfe. Love enjoying the cafe novelties while waiting for my car to be serviced. My kids love the kid center too. For a mom of three energetic kids the kid play area gives me a piece of mind that my kids can play safely in an enclosed room without bothering other customers. Staff is sweet and very helpful.

I took my car in a few months after purchasing a new Honda Civic and the dealership refused to fix anything that was under warranty. My cruise control was not working and still is not working correctly.Experienced a lag in the transmission and still am. Notice a crackle in the right speaker. I was told by the service department they couldn't find any such problems. When did companies stop honoring their end of the contract without consequences. I know their would be consequences on my end if I were to stop making payments so I continue to pay for something I don't get and that is a quality car to drive!SincerelyLaurie Pfliegier

I wanted to take the time out to write about my wonderful buying experience at Jay Wolfe Honda. There are not enough words to describe how fantastic Jess Thomas was as a salesman. I had the opportunity to watch him service several potential buyers at the same time. Jess was literally sweating as he was running back and forth to make sure each potential buyer felt that they were important. It was because of his demeanor and pleasant personality that I gave strong consideration to the purchase of my new vehicle. I brought my car in for service for a failed battery as well as an oil change and tire rotation. The service employees are very nice. Their waiting area is spacious and professional. The food and drink are free. It is not vending machine food either. There is a menu and employees to prepare your order. I waited about an hour. The service costs are higher than what you will find at a non-dealer car shop, but that did not surprise me. All in all, it was a good experience.

I've been coming to Jay Wolfe for 29 years, first in their previous location and in their current location. I've bought cars there and I've had my current Honda Accord V6 for too many years to count. The service is wonderful. I have two favorite (as well as a back-up) service advisors: One is Steve Barzilla; the other who moved out of town many years ago, but has now returned to Jay Wolfe is Tom Turner. I've been able to count on both of these advisors to tell me when I should and when I should not have work done. They are always pleasant to work with and demonstrate the honesty on which I rely. The waiting room is the best I've ever seen, comfortable and welcoming. And it is always good to know that if my car will be getting a major service or a repair, that Jay Wolfe has always offered a ride to work or home when I needed or wanted it.

Great experience with the purchase of the car and would have given a 5-star rating if it had stopped there. Hands down better customer service prior to purchase and more money for my trade than other Honda dealership in the Northland. However, after the purchase I waited a few weeks for my title and paperwork to register my car to come in the mail. After two weeks of waiting I reached out to the dealership for answers. I called and left multiple messages with Amir and Josh in financing with no reply from either. I finally received a call back from Christina (?) on the Friday afternoon before Labor Day weekend, mind you I purchased the van on August 4th, stating they had my title and asked if I wanted to come pick it up or have it mailed. Called back, but for the fifth time, couldn't actually talk to someone and had to leave another voicemail, asking if I did come to pick it up, if someone would know where it was so it could be a quick process, but keeping with the prior experience with leaving messages, no response. I didn't end up driving to pick it up because I live an hour from the dealership and didn't want to get there and have them tell me that they didn't know where it was or that they couldn't find it, plus, even if I had, I wouldn't have been able to register my new car in time to be under the 30-day window. Didn't appreciate having to pay the $25 late fee when I went to the DMV yesterday to register the car.Again, felt great as a customer prior to and during the purchasing process, however one they had my check I felt they didn't much care to hear back from me.

Best car buying experience ever. The manager was true to his word and made sure I got the best possible deal on the car I wanted. The sales manager and staff were caring and thoughtful. When I went in they knew I had recently broken my back. Everyone went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. My salesman knew I was coming, and was waiting for me at the door to help me in. And the facility is really amazing. The complementary food area is outstanding. Just the best!

I had to have a new mirror on my vehicle. When the mirror came in, I spent about 1 1/2 hours waiting for the work to be done, but the wrong mirror had been ordered; a second order was made for the correct part and I was offered a discount on the installation. In the end, the work was done quickly. I have always been treated courteously and professionally at this dealer. They are honest and thorough. Highly recommend them for Honda service.

I recently purchased a new to me certified Honda CR-V from Jay Wolfe. Chris in sales and Amir in finance were terrific to work with. We were prepared to drive out of state to purchase a vehicle because we hadnt found a vehicle in the area like we wanted at the price we wanted to pay. Jay Wolfe was able to accomplish both a fair price and the vehicle we wanted without a lot of hassles. We picked our SUV up on a busy Saturday and even though we had to wait to finish the paperwork their customer waiting area made the wait very comfortable. Thanks for caring about your customers comfort while waiting.The only issue we had in shopping for our SUV has to do with attention to detail. Their detail department and/or service department needs to pay closer attention to detail. One of the CR-Vs we looked at had a big oil blob on the top cross member. It was a white vehicle so it really stood out when you opened the hood. It was apparent after some consideration that whoever changed the oil had placed the dirty oil cap on the hood bumper when filling the oil and old oil had pooled around the bumper. The other thing we noticed is the number of vehicles that had dried wax on their bumpers or other plastic parts. To me it is important for a dealership to present every new or used vehicle in its best light. This means attention to detail at every aspect is very important. It is obvious Jay Wolfe has thought about this attention to detail from a customer standpoint in many areas of their dealership but this is something that appears to be lacking in their used vehicle prep area.

Check in was easy. Unfortunately had to bring the car back the next day to replace the AC compressor. This was the second time I had to bring the car back for the AC issue. I wonder if it could have been caught before the car left the lot? I don't think anyone tested the AC system when we leased it. If a system test was done last year when we first ID'd the problem, then it's possible we wouldn't have had to bring it back a second time. Too soon to say the fix worked, want to give it a few more days. The check in and appointment were pretty easy to do. Staff is friendly and the wait area is really great. They were able to get the work done in half a day. For the third time, I'm making a negative comment about the people that wash the cars at this dealership. Seems almost comical at this point. Why bother washing the car if it isn't going to be done correctly? Think about it, three times I've had to say something and nothing has changed. I probably would have given a higher rating if they didn't wash the car rather than make an anemic attempt.

Tom was my advisor during my car maintenance. As we all know car maintenance can be expensive, but at Jay Wolfe, they are honest about their pricing while tailoring towards really knowing Honda vehicles. They have equipment specifically designed for Hondas and while I had multiple maintenance items done to my vehicle; it was a great overal experience. The only con was a slightly longer wait; but when working on my car, I'm not going to complain about that.

We were looking for a used Audi for my son and found one online at Jay Wolfe that was both within our budget and seemed to be very high quality. Regionally there weren't many options - if any. Since we live in Des Moines I spent some time over the phone with Jay Wolfe, to make sure the car was what we were expecting.The Audi was at a great pricing point they had a lot of interested buyers so we decided to drive the 3 hours to take a look as soon as possible. Obviously I wanted to make sure we didn't make the drive only to find out the car was sold and have to turn around and drive home. They were completely willing to put the car on hold, even though they had two interested buyers come in while we were on our way - because it was the right thing to do. That concept, "the right thing to do", has lost its meaning in many businesses and it was refreshing to see it - even if they were taking a risk that we would not buy.Our entire experience was amazing, from the reception and the food to the sales process and the close. The combination of a very well priced car with the low stress sales process and their willingness to potentially pass up a sale to deliver on an expectation of an out of town client made it easy to rate them as a FIVE STAR!!

My first complementary service visit after new 2016 Honda Civic purchase in March went well overall and my wait was made even more amenable by the dealer's preparation of a complementary BLT sandwich for me in the waiting room - a really nice, appreciated gesture. However, the very next day after the oil change and tire rotation, a tire pressure warning message was displayed on the dashboard. One of the tires was down 3-4 lbs. Filled it up myself and haven't had an issue since but slightly disappointing. Also, arranging for the complementary service was a little awkward - wasn't set up in advance in their system and I didn't have the 'coupons' that the salesperson was supposed to have provided to me at purchase time. But it was straightened out in ten minutes or so and I was told the complementary service is now in the computer so this won't happen again. Otherwise, I was out in about an hour (if I remember right) and everyone was very courteous and helpful.

I always have a good experience at Jay Wolfe Honda. Even though I had to spend quite a bit of money this time, they made the experience as painless as possible. The service writers are always nice and the concierge care waiting area is wonderful. And of course they always do a good job on my repairs. I just turned over 240,000 on my Accord and it's been a great car! This is the only place I'll go for any of my repairs.

Although this might sound like a backhanded compliment, we have absolutely nothing negative to say about our experience. I went to Jay Wolfe to look at one specific vehicle. I was immediately greeted by John Moos and taken to look at aforementioned vehicle. He was very understanding in our need to not finance while we are in the home buying process and didn't try to push other more expensive vehicles on me.After my wife left work, I convinced her to look at the used vehicle. From the beginning of my car buying research, they were the ones who stood out most. I stated that there were non-negotiable items I wanted in my car. I was told I could have them. When I wasn't ready to purchase, I did not receive any pressure at all. No emails, no phone calls, they just waited because I told them I need a little bit of time. When I was ready they got everything taken care of. Never once did someone try to talk me into buying something I couldn't afford, nor did they try and sell me a car that didn't have all the things I wanted. Even when I thought I would have to give up some of the bells and whistles I wanted, he told me that he would get me everything I asked for and at the price I wanted. And he did it. I didn't have to sacrifice anything I asked for because he made it work. They even presented me my new car and had it in the showroom and when i drove it out they all lined up on both sides and clapped and congratulated me. It's cheesy but it was awesome and I loved it. I also get my first 5 oil changes and tire rotations for FREE. Oh, and the waiting area! Good golly I have never seen anything like it. A fireplace that is visible on both sides, with comfy couches, tvs, a kids area that is separate from the main area. There is a snack/food counter that has sandwiches, fresh cookies, chips, soda, smoothies, pastries, and lovely ladies working there that are so sweet and want to make you what ever you'd like to eat. Oh and all of that is complementary. Like, what the heck. Who does that? Who gives people waiting free foodie snacks and beverages and a comfy waiting area?! Jay Wolfe Honda does. I am so sold on this place I will never buy another car from any other dealer for as long as I live in this city. I seriously can not recommend them enough and I plan on shouting from the roof tops to the world. So my shout out goes to all the people who helped me get the car I wanted - Aprill, Savannah, Chris, James, and Josh. They are absolutely 10/10 will buy from again.

When I bring my car to Honda, I feel secure enough to do the repairs they recommend without feeling ripped off at a dealership. Lucas in the service department always goes over the issues with me. He takes his flash light out and starts speaking a foreign language. I have gone in for preventive maintenance on a higher mileage vehicle. Last time we looked at my spark plugs, transmission fluid and engine mounts. I want the car to feel safe and last, therefore when I tell Lucas do what you think it needs for the longevity of the vehicle, I trust his opinion. Thanks Lucas and Jay Wolfe Honda

I popped in to Jay Wolfe to pick up a replacement key I had ordered for my van after work two days ago, unfortunately it was after 6:00 pm so I wasn't able to get it that day. I noticed my favorite service specialist Lucas Kay was still there working so I went to say hi. When he asked what I was doing there and I told him he took my only key and took the key fob a part and fixed it up good enough for me to use a few more days as the key had actually broken off of the encase meant. This was great as I was nervous about it breaking off completely in my ignition. I also mentioned some shaking I was experiencing when breaking. He listened and explained to me what he thought the problem was and then asked if I had time to bring my van in the next day and leave it with him for a couple of hours. I was able to make time in my day and went in without any appointment and Lucas took care of me immediately! I totally appreciate Jay Wolfes concierge service but I decided to use the time while my van was getting fixed to go get my nails done up the street within walking distance...... Lucas offered me transportation for this.! Where do you find that kind of service? It is only from a dealership that knows how important it is! Lucas goes the extra mile every time! on previous visits he has spent the time researching and comparing different vehicles in the web for me when I was interested in a new vehicle (that I ended up purchasing from Jay Wolfe BTW), he has put me in loaner vehicles when I have needed service, he always explains in detail what work needs to be done and why and if it can wait awhile or if he thinks it needs immediate attention and he always goes over pricing before work is done, another thing he does is checks in with me while the work is being done to make sure I am being taken care of and to give me time updates. I have come to trust his recommendations! This is very important to me! Yesterday when I went to pick up my new key from the service department they told me Lucas had already picked it up for me. He totally took care of this issue regarding my keys and took the time to fix my old fob so when I left there I had 2 sets of keys on a power fob and he gave me the broken key back and showed me how to use it to unlock my van in the event I ever lock my keys in. I so appreciate him and the fact that he goes above and beyond every time! I have been impressed with Jay Wolfe Honda from day one but it was my first couple of visits and having Licas as my service representative that sealed my choice to continue to use them ongoing. Thank you Jay Wolfe for being a dealership that cares adopt there customers and thank you Lucas for being an amazing representative of this company and for being an awesome person in general!

After driving it - I began to smell cigarette smoke. I called Matt - my salesman and he fixed me up with their expert for eliminating cigarette smells. We purchased a 2016 Honda Odyssey, The car buying experience was great. What made the car buying experience great was the Sales person we worked with. His was Tony. He has been there for many years. I have met him over six years ago while in the dealership getting my car serviced. He never had sold me a car in those six years. However, every time I cam in to get my Honda serviced he always talked to me and treated me like family. During those six years I always looked the cars when I came into get my car service. Not once did he ask or pressure me into talking about buying a car but he always talked to me and treated me like he had known me all is life. My wife was in a accident and her car was totaled. It was time for us to buy a car and we went straight to Tony and finally told him it was time to time to buy. He gave us two or three suggestions, drove the vehicles, decided on the van. Tony was professional. We settled on a more than fair price in a matter of a couple of minutes. The transaction process was simple and professional. The financing was the same. We worked with Amir. The process was simple and professional and in a matter of 15 to 30 minutes the process was completed. Both simple and professional. Time we spent was a little longer that is only because they made us feel like family and treated like family and conversations sometimes were more about getting to know each other than the actual sales process. These are two great Individuals and I recommend that choose Jay Wolfe Honda as your next dealer to buy your vehicle and ask for Tony when you want to buy a car but more importantly have a friend for life. The same goes for Amir in finance. Thanks to Amir and Tony and the rest of the people at Jay Wolfe Honda who make the entire experience great including the people who work in the lounge to serve food and drinks to the administrative support and service center.

I freakin love Jay Wolfe Honda. I've been to Honda dealerships all over the country and this is definitely top 3. The dealership is 30 mins away from me and I pass several dealerships including another Honda dealership along the way but JWH is worth the trip. I don't mind going out of the way for excellent customer service. Drew Hughes is the man, Amir is awesome, and the ladies in the lounge are top notch! The other day I had a sandwich, some juice and a smores cookie all for free while waiting for my car *mind blown*

I brought my wife's 2015 Honda Accord in for its first oil change. The waiting room is more like a hotel lobby with great amenities. A little snack and a drink while you wait was great. Tay Lour and Bernard Cardello were great. I think it was Tay the caught that the process forgot to wash the car. He took it right back and had that done.

I got car for a reasonable price but, should have gone to another dealer even if it was 500 bucks more.I dealt with Adams James and Rothan Thol, I don't even know how they got good review in there earlier services. This is the worst Customer Service I have come across. I almost waited for 5 hours to get the car, they didn't tell me which documents to get and then all of sudden they started telling me about down-payment and some document which were not mentioned earlier (I spoke to them for 3 days before getting the car) By the time I got the car keys I lost the excitement of getting a new car.After I submit the document they needed, I had to tint the car windows and also detailing, I had a appointment for today morning 7:30 am I went there to return my car and get a loaner car, after 30 min I get to know that the loaner car was not booked, and asked me to come later!!! You should have dropped an email at least or a phone call, I wasted almost an hour time in the morning just to go there and know that there was no car!!!! Worst experience everrrrr!!!!!

In May of 2015 I needed to buy a car fast! My son had totaled my car..he had no license, permission, or insurance. Eventually my insurance covered it but I needed a car immediately since the rental cost was killing me. I lived in the neighborhood so I went to JWH in So KC. I walked the lot (after hours, so I could shop in peace). I met Matt and I shared my story. He was wonderful. JWH wanted thousands more than the cars were worth and after about four face to face meetings and even drawing up the paperwork I had to walk away. First, they did a bait and switch on me. The car that was delivered at signing was not the one I'd chosen. Their excuse was some other lady came and bought the one I was in negotiations on.LIE! The car was pulled around the back, not really out of sight for many weeks after I walked away. I believe Matt would have dropped the price to something reasonable but for pressure from above. I had $7000 in cash. The car was only worth 5K. If you go here only work with Matt. And stand your $ ground or they'll jerk you. Even more so on their 'reject' lot in NKC. Shop carefully.

Brought vehicle in for a couple recall resolutions. Was greet by staff and quickly helped. Staff offered to take me to work and son to daycare (they are next door to each other :)). When service was done their staff picked up (on time!) and care repairs were complete. No waiting again! Car was washed (albeit not the best car wash but I'm not marking down for that). Best Factors: Nice/Courteous staff, no waiting, and everything done on time.

I've driven more miles than necessary to get all of my maintenance done at Jay Wolfe Honda and I'm always glad I did. The service associates are friendly and many of them are the same faces I see each time, which speaks well of Jay Wolfe Honda as a company. The service writer explained the air bag recall to me, and the requirements that Honda had for my vehical. He explained my two choises, which were leave the vehical and have Honda provide a rental car or sign an affidavit that if I take the vehical home I would not drive it until it was repaired. I chose the leave and rental car option. The people at Jay Wolfe Honda were very helpful with getting my personal items out of my vehical, and getting my rental car. My only problem is the time I will be without my vehical until it is repaired.

Since I did not have other transportation I was pleased that I was taken home and picked up when my car was ready. My service advisor, Lucas Kay, could not have been more considerate and helpful. He explained things very clearly. This is the third time the air conditioning in my 2012 Honda Civic needed repair. I am hopeful now that nothing further will be necessary and was relieved that this was taken care of . When I need additional service I certainly will ask for Lucas Kay. He was great.

Called with tire problems, appointment offered for same day. Greeted by Melissa who listened well and established plan of action quickly and efficiently. When evaluation completed she came in delivered the results professionally and with a pleasant sense of humor. As they did not have the appropriate 2 tires in stock, I needed to return the next day at time of my choice. Next day Melissa checked the car in quickly. Though both days took a fair amount of waiting time, the lounge area is comfortable and hospitable with the amenities.

Incredible! From the second we entered the lot, we were greeted with friendliness and respect. Kris, our salesman, made us feel welcome throughout the entire process. He explained all of the features of our new Pilot, as well as walked us through the sales process while treating us like old friends (and not just a customer.) Brad helped us understand the financing and the extras we could sign up for. My wife and I loved being "clapped out" by the entire sales team as we drove of the showroom floor.

I never dread going in for anything at this Honda dealer. I had an appointment for an oil change and leak. Melissa took care of me. She had to order the part so I came in the next day and left my car. Another issue occurred and another part needed to be ordered so I left the car there. Melissa promptly offered a loner car which I accepted. She said it should be ready by 10:30 am the next day. She called at 10:29 to say it was ready. I get several coupons for services at other Honda dealers around me but I would never go to any other. They are aware you are there and offer help if you need it. The waiting room is amazing. Go hungry because there is lots of food, complimentary, of course.

This is our 4th vehicle at Jay Wolfe and Diane has been fantastic! Easy to deal with and none of the needles back and forth. The dealership is clean and modern. The only reason I would not go five stars, is the after sales pressure for adders and last minute full court press to sign up for them. This is for all car dealers. It sours what is an otherwise smooth transaction. Consumers hate this part and I would encourage dealers of all manufacturers to come up, with a better way to communicate post deal adders in a way that is not so miserable or last minute pressure pitch to consumers.

Bought a new 2016 Pilot Elite here after a bad experience at another Honda dealership up north previous evening- for about $1000 less; and without much haggling. I had extensively researched prior to my visit with the knowledge of what I wanted and what range of price the Pilots were selling for. I was treated with respect, without pressure. They felt it was worth keeping a customer for long term by not haggling over $500. I did not like spending more time and emotional energy haggling over $500 either, so deal was stuck rather quickly. This is my first Honda and service facility seems as good as or better than the luxury car dealerships I have been to before.

Once again i was blown away by the quality of Customer Service and repair work done at the Jay Wolfe Honda Dealership! I contacted them regarding a problem I was having with my 2012 Honda Odyssey Van, which I purchased from them. They had me in immediately and I was taken care of by Melissa who is one of my two personal service specialists. This in itself is one of the reasons why I favor this dealership over any other place..... they make it personal and give every customer red carpet service! I have come to trust my service specialists! Melissa had the issue diagnosed in minutes and let me know that my problem was covered by Honda and had me in a loaner vehicle and out the door within about 25 minutes. I didn't have to ask for one! she told me the problem and let me know it would be three days in order to have the parts in and get it fixed and then asked for my license and proof of insurance and said she had me good to go and all would be taken care of! Sweet! I have my vehicle detailed there on a regular basis because it is roughly $85.00 and they do an exceptional job way better than anywhere I have ever had it done at for much less! So I asked her to schedule a detail while it was in shop to save time being that it would be there for three days and I had a loaner. She got it scheduled and guess what when I went to pick up my van she had it all done and looking and smelling great again and said there was no charge this time it was on her! I have never experienced this before anywhere! They had also checked on a couple of other things that my warranty covered that needed to be done and when I left Jay Wolfe I paid a total of $25.00 for my deductible! Thank you Melissa for being amazing and turning a stressful situation into an enjoyable experience! I appreciate you!

I just took my car to Jay Wolfe Honda for its 70,000 mile checkup; Lucas was my service advisor, and did a great job! He took care of all my requests for the service, including ordering a new oil dipstick (which he put in for me--not an easy job, since the handle of the old one had broken off) and getting my transmission fluid changed. The dealership has a nice waiting area with coffee and pastries and other munchies available, so I could be comfortable waiting for my ride. All the work was done in one day, and I'm back on the road again, thanks to the guys in the service department!

Steve Barzilla is the best service advisor. He understands my customer preferences and is always straight forward with recommending repairs. He lets me know what can wait and what should not. We have always had a great experience at Jay Wolfe Honda. Our relationship started in 2006 when my daughter needed to replace her Honda Civic, which had been destroyed when someone slammed into her. We went to Jay Wolfe and she got another Honda Civic. I was so impressed with the way we were treated, that I started using their service department for my 2003 Honda Accord. I have never had a complaint about their work or the way I have been treated. Every time I take my car in for service, Tony, the salesman who sold my daughter her car, greets me and asks how she is doing. When it came time to buy a second car, we went to Jay Wolfe and bought a 2013 Honda Pilot. Our salesman (Kim) and the finance guy (Amir) were both knowledgeable and pleasant to work with.

Kim helped us with the initial purchase, and it was almost the best experience EVER. I would rather take a sharp stick to the eye than trade a vehicle. Kim changed my mind on that feeling. Unfortunately, the experience went downhill a little from there. I usually work with Steve, but this time I worked with Melissa. Both of these folks are great and knowledgeable. They know I want the work done properly and they also know I am on a budget and do not want to be "upgraded" all the time like other dealers try. They are honest about upcoming repairs. I also feel like this is the best place to go for an oil change or car repair because they treat every customer with respect. The "waiting room" is actually set up more like a cafe. They have free wifi so I can work on homework while they work on my car. They even wash the car for free at the end. Unless you are your own Mr. Fix it, why would anyone go anywhere else for car repairs?

The dealership facilities are pretty nice, and accommodating to families with children. That's the only good thing I can say. If you are looking for a used Honda I would defiantly recommend you steer clear of Jay Wolf Honda. The finance "manager" will not take no for an answer when it comes to selling his extended warranties. He was extremely pushy, and finally fooled me on to purchasing the warranty telling me it would only extend the length of my loan by three months. I relieved my title work in the mail the next week and much to my surprise he had actually extended the loan six months. I was not happy about this. I have contacted the dealership to try and get ahold of the "finance manager" and surprise surprise he will never answer his phone or return any of the voicemails I have left. The receptionist who directs the incoming calls at this dealership can not get anyone on the phone to talk to me. Do not expect anyone at Jay Wolf Honda to care if you have any problems after the sale. Customer service is definatly not a priority.

We bought a used car for our 2 high school daughters, so we were looking for a good, relabile car and also a teaching experience for them. We came away with both. Chris (sales) and Amir (paperwork) were both great to work with, helpful but not pushy and very professional including our daughters in the communications. We would have appreciated a heads up/clearer explanation of how long the final purchasing process would take. We had to wait an hour to get in to sign the final paperwork and take the car home...on a weeknight with high schoolers who have homework and other commitments, this was frustrating and we would have planned differently had we known. But overall, a great experience and definitely recommend.

Robert Magana has been my advisor for most of the service visits. Never had I seen him without a smile. He is very to the point on what should be done, how long/how much it will take. And, granted, timing can vary some but both ways (faster or longer). But in the end, he somehow makes it all worthwhile and makes you feel appreciated.Glad to know that his service was recognized and he received promotion. Job well done.

I only have good things to say about this dealership. They were referred to me a few years ago when going to purchase a new vehicle. I ended up buying there and have continued to have my van serviced there ever since and just bought a new / used car for my daughter two days ago. I didn't have to think about where I was going to look as I would not go anywhere else for service or purchases. My Regular service specialists are Lucas Kay and Melissa Davis they totally cater to me and even though I know I am not they make me feel like I am their only customer! I had the joy of working with and purchasing the car for my daughter from Kim Mohammadi who again gave me excellent service and was professional but personable! He introduced me to Josh Pop to work on the finance end and I experienced the same thing professional but personable! They truly work as a team and cater to customer service which as a business owner myself I appreciate. Customer service, integrity, product and efficiency are the main things I look for as a consumer and I refuse to spend my hard earned money anywhere but somewhere that meets my criteria. As for integrity I received a call yesterday from Josh Pop who called me and said he decided to run numbers again and came back with better financing which lowered my monthly payment by $25.00 a month! He didn't have to do this as I had left there happy with the financing but he decided to go the extra mile and try something that was completely unexpected! How is that for customer service? Thank you Josh! One more thing I left there giving a hug to the people I worked with.... I'm not going anywhere else! Besides a test drive to duplicate the issue, Lucas went the extra mile and sought out other drivers of the same make and model on the internet and found and fixed a problem that had occurred for a while with a software update that he said was greatly needed..Other repairs were done that were needed for other issues at an earlier date with the hope that the intermittent problem would be fixed also. Unfortunately those repairs did not fix that particular problem. Thank you Lucus for digging deeper and stopping the occasional shuttering on accelaration . Great service being shuttled to home and back also. Very thankful for such good service. Satisfied Honda Oddesy owner for almost 15 years. I love the concierge service!

the main reasons for service - new tires, alignment, and oil change were performed timely and the costs were reasonable. the scheduled service was also performed timely, but was a bit pricey. however, they did find a need for rear brake pads that was reasonably priced and performed timely. they accomplished the service before noon.

I went in for an oil change as usual. They did the routine inspections, and found that my front brake pads were almost completely worn down. I was planning a trip the next week, so I was thankful that they found the issue. It cost less than I thought it would, so even though it was an unexpected expense, I am grateful that the issue was found and replaced.

I brought my Honda in for an oil change and airbag recall repair. Melissa is very cordial and efficient yet friendly. She brought a couple of things to my attention (getting very close to my 100,000 mile checkup) but wasn't pushy at all. My car is 9 years old, and we have gotten all our service done at Jay Wolfe (including bodywork at the KCK location after two accidents) - always highly satisfied with the service and treatment I receive.

I had to take my 2007 Honda Pilot in for oil change. Needed a couple more items done... Lucas was very understanding that I was on a time schedule and got me taken care of right away. He got me settled into the lounge area where you are greeted an offered a variety of drinks, snacks, and meals while you wait. It is extremely nice to know they care. Its like a feeling of home with all the smiles. Lucas does an amazing job. I have dealt with others that do the same thing that you don't get elsewhere. Thanks Lucas!

Great experience buying a car here. Dealt with Savannah LaMar for internet pricing quotes and she was great in terms of coming to bottom line best pricing.This is my first new car and Tony Alsaleh, my sales representative, made it very seamless and stress free. He guided me through the process and paperwork requirements. I had outside financing, but that wasn't an issue at all, whereas most other dealerships would push you to apply for their financing. I was out of F&I office in half an hour thanks to Brad Wolfe, finance manager. All in all, great experience. I would recommend going to Jay Wolfe for their car purchase any day.

I would give this five stars except for one thing. My car is always returned to me with the headlight setting different than the one I use. If I don't think to change it back to automatic, I find myself driving at night without lights! Obviously unsafe, as well as inconvenient.It should be a routine for the service people to return the vehicle with the same settings it came in with. (I suggested this last year, too, but there was no change.)

I continue to get reliable, very good service from Jay Wolfe Honda. My 2002 Odyssey now has 176,000 miles on it. This week I brought it in for the airbag recall, oil change, tire rotation and brake service and a couple of minor electrical things (made my appointment online which was pretty convenient because I did it late at night when I remembered!). I thought I'd need new brake pads, but they were able to machine grind (not correct term) my rotors, which saved me $$. I was happy to get all this service done for less than a car payment, which makes hanging on to this car very attractive. Driving it home, I could tell it was running so much better.

I recently purchased a Honda Accord from Jay Wolfe Honda (Sept 30th) and came away very impressed with the entire staff at this dealership. Chris Hansmann was the sales person I worked with and he was terrific - very knowledgeable about the cars, very thorough with walking me through all the details on the car and the new features, and very efficient with the entire process. Brad Wolfe helped me through the financing and was also terrific to work with. All in all - a great experience and I would highly recommend using this Honda dealership over pretty much any other place here in KC - I have used the other places and Jay Wolfe is far superior. The customer lounge is of course terrific with the great customer service and free food!

I really appreciate the customer service that was provided by Courtney Walker. She not only went out of her way to ensure I understood the work that was going to be done, but she also printed out my updated insurance card and put it in my glovebox. WOW! Just amazing. She also advised me when my extended warranty period would be expiring in order to proactively re-establish it prior to the expiration. I had to have some warranty work done on my 2015 Honda Fit a/c. It wasn't getting very cold. They got me in the same afternoon and after a total of a 2 hour wait in the service lounge (including a free made-to-order panini and blueberry smoothie!), the problem (a leaky pressure valve) was fixed, and I was on my ice-cold way. Shawn was friendly, professional, and kept me updated about the progress. I also have closer dealers, but have always had the best service at Jay Wolfe Honda.

I decided to give Jay Wolfe Honda a try after buying my last 2 Hondas at a different dealership in the metro area. I was unhappy with the way I was treated at the other dealership and I was extremely pleased with how I was treated at Jay Wolfe. From my internet inquiry to going to the show room the experience was terrific. I was assisted by Chris Hansmann assisted me and was extremely knowledgeable about the car features and options. I was extremely pleased with the price (much better than the dealer I've used before) and never felt uncomfortably pressured to buy the add-ons at the end of the process. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful. I have a great new Accord EX-L and couldn't be happier. I will definitely buy my next Honda here!

Coming from a sales background always makes it hard to buy from a sales person and having sales experience in cars is even worst. I have to say I was not impressed with the internet sales person, but when I got to the dealer ship the staff was amazing. We were very satisfied with our recent vehicle purchase. We spent time with Steve on a Saturday afternoon and I did not feel pressured to make a decision. We told him we'd be back and we were after finding that they were willing to work with us and 'earn' our business. We actually went through the purchasing process with Diane and she was great as well. She was knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Amir helped wrapped everything up with financing and was efficient at getting us the information we needed.Overall there was no pressure to buy or add options, etc and we apprecite that. I've been a Jay Wolfe Honda customer since 1989. I recently had my 2003 Civic in for 90K service, the passenger airbag recall, a state inspection, and door switch replacement. My service advisor was very friendly and courteous, explained everything, and provided an accurate cost/time estimate. They had me on my way by mid-morning. We went to Jay Wolfe Honda due to the air bag recall. I had expected for there to be a longdelay in getting an appointment, but we were given an appointment within days. The check-inwas extremely efficient and quick, and the waiting room was furnished with many comforts for the customer. Shuttle service was available but was not required for us. They were able to complete the work within the time allotted.

I took my car in to have them look at my auxiliary port as it was no longer connecting to my phone and for an oil change at the Honda dealership. (one of my least favorite things to do because they always try and sell you more) Sure enough the service man told me my car was due for an A16 - meaning an oil change and a rear differencial fluid change. Then he told me there were past services that I had declined that they really needed to do "sooner rather than later". He said they base their services needed off of what the Honda computer in my car is telling them. I told him that everything they told me my car needed I had taken to my mechanic that I have been using for 9 years and my dad has been using for 20 and my mechanic told me my car did not need these services done. So I told him that I was going to pass on his recommended services and that I just wanted the oil changed and I wanted him to take a look at the auxiliary port to see how much it would cost to fix. The serviceman called me a few hours later to tell me that the auxiliary port was going to be about $170. He also told me that there was "coolant leaking everywhere and I need a new water pump because this one could burst at any moment, and that my mechanic had put the wrong spark plugs in my car and that I need a valve adjust otherwise I am going to end up replacing my valves." He said the main concern was the valve adjust and the water pump because "my water pump could burst at any moment and then coolant would gush everywhere and that could ruin my engine" The new water pump and the valve adjust was going to cost me around $1200.00I chose to deny their services and told the serviceman that my dad would be coming to pick the car up tomorrow. He told me that he was going to have to make a note in their system saying that he felt my car was unsafe to drive (he tried to get me to rent a rental car while they fixed my car and I denied that).I told him he could go ahead and make that note and I would still be having my dad come pick my car up in the morning. My dad went and picked my car up and the serviceman explained everything to my dad that he had explained to me. My dad then took my car to our normal mechanic and explained to him everything the Honda serviceman had told us. My mechanic kept my car overnight and put cardboard under it to monitor the "leaking coolant", he also checked my spark plugs and valves. He called me the next day and said the cardboard was completely dry and my waterpump was perfectly fine and not leaking coolant and that my spark plugs and valves were also fine. (my car had been driving completely normal before I even took it to Honda) He did say my car had a blown fuse that he had gone ahead and fixed. I was relieved to hear that my car did not need $1200.00 worth of work to it and even better, my mechanic didn't charge me because I've been a long time customer. Due to my experience with Honda and their service man trying to tell me I needed $1200.00 worth of work done to my car when I actually needed none I will no longer be using their services even for something as simple as an oil change. You are supposed to be able to trust your car dealer that they would know what you car needs and when it needs it and that has not been the case. Everytime I have taken it in for an oil change it's always "needed" several hundred dollars worth of work. Hondas are not cheap cars but they are supposed to be reliable which is why I purchased one. I will seriously consider if I ever even want to purchase a car from Honda in the future if it is always going to require several hundred dollars worth of work everytime it needs an oil change.

I was very happy with my service at Jay Wolfe Honda. Melissa helped us from the start. My Honda is old and has many miles on it (202,000) to be exact. If I were a salesperson and someone brought in an old Honda, I would definitely be concerned. How many things are wrong with this car??? Melissa understood, however, that I wasn't ready to let go of my old car and she was sensitive to all the care it needed. We discussed the issues and the time it would take to fix it along with the cost and I am happy to say that the car is running well and they finished it in the time frame they had originally predicted. I feel confident that I will be driving my old car for many years to come. It wasn't inexpensive, but I had also driven it for years without any servicing to speak of. I was happy to receive the expert service and to have my car back in the shape it used to be. I plan to drive it for another 202,000 miles!! Thanks Melissa and Jay Wolfe Honda!

Due to a medical condition I have not driven my 2004 Pilot for the past 8 months. As I anticipate being able to drive within the next few weeks I contacted the Jay Wolfe Honda service department on Monday morning to make arrangements for a battery assessment, oil change and thorough check of the engine compartment due to evidence of critters having spent the winter months under the hood. I explained that I would have the car towed to JWH, but would not be able to pick it up myself. Service Adviser Shawn Klein assured me that this would not be a problem. In addition to the services requested he indicated that my airbag recall could be taken care of as well. Shawn called me the following morning when the service was done, reviewed the findings and assured me that a JWH service employee would deliver my Pilot to my driveway. Many thanks to all at JWH for such service.

JC Prats (General Sales Manager) went ABOVE and BEYOND to earn my business. Customer service across the staff was top notch and exceeded my past car buying experience in every area. The Customer Lounge is the best I've seen in Kansas City. My drive time to the dealership is about 40 minutes away and I could easily drive to a much closer dealership, but my car buying experience was so outstanding that I will make the drive back to have my vehicle serviced at Jay Wolfe. Jay Wolfe has serviced my 2007 Odyssey since I purchased it there. I've been very happy with the service from Jay Wolfe and would love to buy my next vehicle from them, however, I am not happy with my Honda ownership experience. My vehicle has very low mileage for a 2007--only 84,700 miles, however, I've had to have extensive repairs way over and above normal maintenance. I've had to replace motor mounts, timing belt/chain mechanism, power steering pump, and I'm on the 3rd battery. I purchased a Honda based on their reputation for quality and reliability, but that has not been my experience. Sad to say I will definitely be looking at other options (like Toyota) for my next car purchase, but again--I love the service I've received from Jay Wolfe Honda.

I got a notice for a passenger side air bag recall. My wife was all nervous about riding around in the seat that may get her hurt. I had to take care of this immediately, or you know the rest, If mama ain't happy, ain't nobody happy. So I took the car to my dealer, without any notice, walked in and they were getting a lot of folks in to have the same thing done. I was fortunate that they had the replacement part in stock. It took awhile to get it done, as several people were ahead of me, but I wasn't going home without that new air bag. That would have been a fate worse than death. I really appreciated the fact that the service guys felt sorry for me and found the time to get my car taken cart of. This dealership has always been first rate with me. they are nothing but the best. I've been coming here for 10 years and have never had a complaint.

After much research on which one to replace my 1997 Accord with 251,000 miles, that will last the rest of my life, we settled on a new Accord EX. I emailed out my need to each dealership in the KCMO area. The exact car was simply not in KCMO. Jay Wolfe Honda was the first to respond with exactly what I wanted, and at a REALLY good price !!! She has been very professional, pleasant and helpful each time. She was knowledgeable and helpful in getting the things done that needed to be done to my vehicle. I would recommend her to family and friends. After finding out all the service I needed on my vehicle, Courtney asked if I had lunch and offered me a snack. The Staff preparing the snacks were very pleasant and accommodating. They did not have the chips I preferred on the counter, but offered to look in their stock to see if they had it. The waiting area was very relaxed and accommodating. Even though my wait was 1 1/2 hours, it did not appear as though it was that length of time.I find the wait at Jay Wolfe Honda to be the most pleasant experience I have ever had while waiting to get my vehicle serviced.

After being completely disappointed by service at the State Line Nissan Dealership we were honestly ready to hang it up and go home at 6 pm on a Monday but then we happened across Jay Wolfe Honda and decided to stop in and check out the CR-V. Steve Pozin approached us and asked if we had any questions, we said we were just looking and he said let me know if I can answer any questions and then let us be. We decided we would like to drive the vehicle so we asked him some more questions about the little SUV. He answered every question I could throw at him without a second thought. It seemed I couldn't stump him. He was quite knowledgable.Kris Puszynski took us out on a test drive while Steve helped another customer finish their buying experience. Kris was extremely helpful and if you ever see the plaques covering his office walls you will quickly realize he is extremely experienced! He was very pleasant to work with, and had a very cool accent to boot :)!I feel like perhaps we may have been a bit spoiled having Steve and Kris help us! Generally customers only have one sales person taking care of them. Anyway by the time we finished paperwork it was about 10 pm and everyone was quite tired(especially my wife), but Steve and Kris stuck around right up to the end to answer any questions and even brought my wife some nuts as she was just about to go down :)I could not be happier with our experience at Jay Wolfe and all the help we received from the wonderful staff. If you ever have the opportunity to purchase a Honda I would highly highly recommend doing it at Jay Wolfe. We live over 2 hours away and will be sure to purchase there again.

I arrived and was met as I was getting out of the car. I explained what I needed to be done to get the car ready for our trip. Lucas wrote it up and answered all my questions. In less than two hours, the oil was changed, air filters were installed, the tires were rotated and the alignment was done. Everything I asked to be done was completed. Lucas walked me out to the car and we checked it over. Everything was great and I was on my way home less than two hours.

I called mid-day to schedule regular service for my much-loved 2004 Civic Si Hatchback, and they got me in the same afternoon. That's already big. I told Justin when I arrived that I hadn't been as happy with my previous visit, and he was very responsive in the discussions we then had about the car, what it has had, and what it might need going forward. I'm not a mechanic but I'm not stupid, and so our conversation was in depth and thoughtful, especially in the way he followed up on a query about a tiny oil leak, the absence of a clear source, and the most likely explanations for it. I was in and out in exactly the amount of time he had suggested, and for exactly that price -- within $5. In the meantime, I also had a generous (and very tasty) waiting time in the customer lounge. Wonderful people there. Thank you to all!

I am a Costco member and called for Costco pricing and spoke to Jayson Szymaszek. He was absolutely fantastic. He gave me the internet pricing but told me on the Pilot I was looking at I could get a better price in the store. I told him I was on the road and could stop by in about 10 minutes but it would be 30 minutes before closing time. By the time I got there, 5 minutes, Jayson had already told Tony Alsaleh, one of the salesman, that I was coming. Jason met me when I came in, introduced me (and my family) to Tony and the sales manager. They offered us food and beverages. Within 5 minutes, they had given me the keys to a Pilot Touring and my family and I (no staff) were off on a test drive. This surprised me. I must look trustworthy or they really thought my Odyssey with 217k miles was a lot of collateral. When we got back they gave me the pricing and it was very competitive. We had to leave to get to a birthday party and I got no pressure about it. Jayson and Tony were understanding and asked if I wanted them to follow up with me. I said yes and Jayson and I spoke/emailed several times over the next week or so. I had advised them I was really wanting to wait for the new Pilot but was a realist and knew that I could get a much better deal on the 2015 and was ready to buy if the deal was too good to pass up. They ended up providing that deal with no real pushing from me. The only issue was that because it is an outgoing model, they had limited stock and didn't have the color we really wanted and didn't have anything to trade another dealer to get it. Long story short, I ended up buying from another dealer who matched Jay Wolfe's price. I spoke to Jayson after and he was very understanding and so was Tony. I actually dreaded this call a bit because they had both been so awesome. However, they both understood that I keep cars a long time and needed to be happy with my purchase. I am happy with my car and Jay Wolfe is actually responsible for the great price I got from the other dealer. I recommend this dealer and they will be my first stop when we are ready to buy another car. I was sad I didn't get to buy from them. I got treated fine by the dealer I bought from but Jay Wolfe really goes above and beyond.

My daughter advised me to go to Kim re getting another car. He was very patient in helping me understand which cars had certain features. In no way was he pushy and I appreciated that. Roberto Magana handled our case with professionalism and honesty. Our issue was odd sound and vibration on acceleration and we suspected an exhaust leak. Your service department found that it was an air filter that had not been replaced properly. The filter had been replaced by an oil change shop and another independent repair shop could not identify the source of our problem. The independent repair shop initially contacted Roberto and paved the way for us to bring it to Jay Wolfe. It was an easy fix, but rather dicey in identifying. Roberto also determined we needed our tires aligned. Overall, we are very pleased with the service we received.

I am a single mom on a budget, so buying a newer car was no small decision. I started my search on the Internet and Savannah was courteous in making sure not to bombard me with constant e-mails. When I finally did arrive to JW, a couple of weeks later, I was greeted by her and she led me to Chris, my sales rep. Chris was phenomenal.! He was helpful, professional, engaging and knowledgeable. He worked with my budget and was never pushy. At the end of the day, I wased to Josh, the finance manager. I have owned several cars before, but I've never financed one, so he made sure to go over every detail with me. Very nice and professional. The ONLY reason that I did not give my experience 5 stars is the fact that from the moment I decied on a car, I waited over 4 and a half hours to see Josh in finance. Although the customer waiting area and concierge service are great, that wait is too long.

On a Friday afternoon, I searched on the internet for the ideal used car within 200 miles of my home. The best fit was a one-owner civic at Jay Wolfe Honda in Kansas City. I inquired about the car through their website and received a response on my cell phone from Lauren. I called her and she assured me that the car was everything it was advertised to be. Saturday morning I spoke with the salesman Kim, and just by speaking with him I felt very comfortable in placing a deposit on the car to hold it for the 3 hour drive. My wife and I made the drive, test drove the car, was shown the vehicle's service record, and feel we paid a fair price for a fantastic, clean, reliable, used car. Thank you to Lauren, Kim, and the finance manager Amir. Oh, almost forgot, they even fed us dinner while we were waiting our turn in the finance department. Service was done in half the time I was quoted. The staff was thorough and very courteous. They offer complimentary refreshments while you wait and the waiting area was very roomy and clean. I would definitely recommend this dealership. The only person I talked to was Roberto Magana. I could not submit the survey unless I checked one of the names listed but Roberto's name is not listed. I've been taking my Honda Civic Hybrid to Jay Wolfe for years, and had a wonderful experience recently.In February, I had to have some work done, and then about a week ago I started noticing a leak coming from somewhere under the hood.When I brought it to the dealership, Roberto Magana was my service advisor. I spoke with home about the recent service done and the new leak, and he promised to have the technicians thoroughly assess the car. He called later that day and explained what they had found: the sealant applied during the recent service had failed and needed to be reapplied. He asked if I could leave the car for a few days, as the best course of action would be to reapply the sealant, have it thoroughly dry, then fill the reservoir and test the seal. I agreed, and two days later was able to pick up the car.I very much appreciate Roberto's dedication to diagnosing what was wrong with my car and devising the best solution, even if it took more time. By the way--there's no leak now, and they did not charge me for the work (as it was related to the prior service).What a great experience!

I wanted to get a used car buyer's inspection done on a car I was interested in buying. You inspection price is $30.00 dollars higher than any other dealership I have used in the past 2 years. Your service rep who answered the phone was rude and short. And he wanted to charge an additional $170.00 for 2 diagnostic tests that would cost the dealership absolutely nothing. You guys are a rip-off. I will never recommend your dealership to anyone.

I have been hunting for the right car for my wife. We found what we were looking for at Jay Wolfe Honda. I had done a lot of research and the pricing of the vehicle we were looking at was extremely fair considering the excellent condition the car was in. I was given plenty of space to check out the car with no pushy salesmen! I love that. Just give me room to make my decision, and that was what happened. I believe I got a fair bargain, quality car, and had a great experience getting to know Kim our sales man. Josh was our financing agent. I enjoyed the time spent with him going over the details. I was pretty familiar with process and so it was easy for me to understand what was being covered. When we begin looking for our next car, this is the place I will start and hope they have in what we would be looking for at that time. The only thing I would have liked to have changed what some of the wait time. We drove in from a little over 1 hr away and this dealership was busy. This was the only thing that took away from our experience.

I called to ask if they could help with an object embedded in my tire. Lucas said to bring it right in and went ahead and got a replacement tire on its way while I drove (slowly) to the dealership. The wait was still a little long, but that was because Lucas recommended a second tire because the tread on all tires was getting low. And I went with his recommendation. But they were able to do the regular maintenance during the wait so that saved me another trip. Bottom line - a friendly, positive experience. (And the chocolate chip cookie was good too.)

We've been using the service department for routine maintenance since moving to the area roughly 2 years ago and have been extremely pleased with both the friendly staff, the quality and efficiency of the work, and the awesome waiting area. I scheduled a oil change/ maintenance check for my Honda. When scheduling I asked ~how long would it take. When I got to my appt. I was told that would take ~1.5 hours for the oil change because of many unscheduled services that showed up and they had to see those cars because they have been waiting 3 hours. That truly did not make sense, someone that has an appt. cannot be honored the apt hour because "too many unscheduled services prior to my apt hour". So what is the point of scheduling a time to have your car seen? Even thou the staff apologized for it, it was lost trip for me. I was on my lunch hour, I was not able to have my oil change done. It was not a very good experience to have on my first time taking my car to the Jay Wolfe Honda for maintenance service.NO APPOINTMENT COMES FIRST

My wife and I have purchased many vehicles over the years including Honda's and this was the best experience ever. We always try to research our next purchase and after narrowing it down to the Pilot and Highlander asked for internet pricing. Jay Wolfe was the only dealer the respond with an actual price. The other Honda dealer on the Kansas side along with the local Toyota dealers bombarded we with e-mails and calls trying to set up an appointment but would not give a hint to what I should pay. Savannah Lamar in the internet dept. helped me like no other would. Nicest group of people and no pressure throughout the entire experience from pricing to looking at many vehicles during a snowstorm to financing.

I'm a long-time customer of Jay Wolfe Honda and always bring my 2005 Civic Hybrid to them for maintenance. The last time, there was a small oil leak which I opted not to repair right then--shame on me--as it resulted in a failure of one of my O2 sensors and a total bill for repair and replacement of $1200 (for the oil leak and the O2 sensor). Ouch!!BUT--while the car was being worked on--they also found a cylinder head plug that needed replacement AND an airbag recall--both were taken care of AT NO EXTRA CHARGE! AND they included a complimentary battery test and alignment assessment!Kudos to my service adviser, Melissa Davis, for being so proactive and making sure that everything could be taken care of in one visit, and for including the complimentary services to ease the sticker shock of the final price. That's the kind of service and attention to detail that will keep me coming back! Thanks so much!

I have used Jay Wolfe for years and the customer service is always excellent, the repairs timely and the updates to the waiting area make waiting for that work a pleasure (although there are too many TVs and no "quiet area" for those wishing to work rather than watch/listen to the inanity and vacuity that is daytime television). The is no pressure to have more work done than necessary and the whole experience is probably as painless as these things can be.

When I arrived for my 8:30 apt Courtney met me at the door.I informed her I was there for an airbag recall and that I would pick my car up in the late afternoon based on the 2 1/2 hr they told me on the phone it would take. Courtney mentioned they could get my car in immediately and it would only be 30 to 45 minutes. The night before our visit to Jay Wolfe, we visited another dealer in the area. Before we drove the car they wanted name, address, phone numbers, email addresses, etc. Then they seemed to be playing games with us. At Jay Wolfe, we were able to drive the car without giving any information. And the price negotiation was very easy. Kris, our salesman, was very knowledgable and we did not feel pressured at all. The price was $1500 less than quoted by the other dealer. This was the best experience I have had buying a car.

From beginning to end, I had a great experience with Jay Wolfe. This is the second vehicle I've bought from there in the last 10 years and both times, I've had excellent service. Tyler Codilla was our Sales Consultant and he was great! Very friendly, very knowledgeable, and very patient. I didn't feel too pressured at all. Him and his manager did everything they could to ensure I received everything we wanted in a family vehicle and stayed in the price range we needed to be. We had our child with us during our initial visit and again while I was making the purchase and everyone was super friendly and they have an AWESOME play-room and little cafe. In addition, my phone was low on battery and they found me a phone charger to use. I mention this because sometimes, the little things like this also make a really big impression!! They are always fast, efficient and very pleasant to deal with. They always tell me exactly what it needs, what they are going to do and how much it will be - also how long it will take. Lucas (Luke) there has helped me so much to understand it all and is really exceptional in his work I think. Their customer lounge is wonderful also. Everyone was very friendly, from the person who scheduled my appointment to the Service Advisor. I called 30 minutes before my appointment to inform Jay Wolfe that I was running late and to ask if I needed to reschedule, but was told that if I could make it within 15 minutes of my scheduled appointment that would be okay. That information was very helpful and appreciated. My only complaint is about the coupons. I scheduled my service appointment within days of the maintenance wrench light appearing on my vehicle. Unfortunately, I had not received any coupons from Jay Wolfe, so I had to pay full price. However, this morning (September 25, 2014), I received several coupons via email that I could have used for my service! I specifically asked my Service Advisor on September 22nd about the lack of any coupons, and he told me Honda usually sends them out around the time they anticipate you will need service. Well... unless some previous coupons somehow went to my spam folder, I didn't receive any coupons until today, which was too late!! I'm not exactly blaming Jay Wolfe for how the coupon thing worked out, but I must say I'M KIND OF FEELING A LITTLE RIPPED OFF RIGHT NOW! Jay Wolfe service isn't exactly cheap. I hope this does not become a pattern!!

I had been shopping around for pricing to get my timing belt replaced on my 2006 Honda Accord that I recently purchased. My wife and I lease new cars every 3 years from Honda. We love Honda's and found that we get much better customer service from Jay Wolfe Honda than the dearest ship that is closer to our house . We leased our last cars from Ross Yamamoto at Jay Wolfe and had a great experience. No games, just good honest salesmanship. I was contacted from Honda that Ross was no longer with Jay Wolfe so when I was emailed that our leases were coming due soon I responded. Amir Akbaria responded back to me. I let him know that exact cars I wanted to lease and the prices I was looking for. My wife and I had a 2:00 appointment with Amir yesterday and we drive home in our new cars a few hours laster. When we were in the Market for purchasing a new Mini Van a close friend highly recommended Jay Wolfe on Warnell and 103rd St. Kansas City. From the very moment of entering the dealership we were impressed by the level of service and courtesy it was a great experience! We bought a 2012 Honda Odyssey that we continue to have serviced there because we wouldn't even consider going anywhere else. I have my own service guy that I deal with each time (Lucas). He's amazing! He has taken the time to teach me things about the vehicle and always keeps me informed of what is going on. When they are finished with servicing they wash it and then Lucas escorts me to it, there's no handing the keys over and pointing to where I can find it at this dealership. The service advisor, Robert Beaver, told me what issues had come up on our 5500-mile trip and how much it would cost to take care of them. This was in addition to the regular maintenance and oil change and checkjs.. He ordered a module for installation and said it would probably be there the next morning (Tues). He called Tues morning and said the module had arrived, I drove out, and it was installed . And I was able to eat breakfast at Jay Wolfe Honda also with lots of choices.! It was my first experience with Jay Wolfe and using USAA buying service. It was a real treat to go through this experience and I am glad I did it with Jay Wolfe. our sales agent was Amir Akbarnia and he was the best salesman I have worked with. He answered all of our questions and helped us through the process. When it was complete he asked us what it would take to get the deal signed, and your management gave us a good compromise to accept or deny. We chose to accept. there where no arguing or confrontational issues that happened at other dealerships.

My Honda Element keeps driving back to Jay Wolf Honda for any necessary service. It doesn't care to go anywhere else. Seriously. And whilst the Element experiences expert care, I enjoy a modern, spacious customer waiting area. The service employees are professional and knowledgeable; they have always answered all of my questions and have been patient with me (I like to understand HOW things work, and sometimes can ask a LOT of questions). My husband takes his Honda Civic to a service provider closer to us, but I am content to continue taking my car to Jay Wolf Honda.

Robert has been an excellent, courteous, efficient contact for us. We have had our Odyssey in more times that we'd like of recent, and Robert has been very helpful and kind in getting our vehicle fixed, retrieving the carseat out of it, and making sure we are well taken care of. Even though I'm not sure we can say the same about the mechanical work being done, as the vehicle seems to need to come in right after being repaired, Robert has always gone the extra mile in assuring our satisfaction. After a week looking/visiting dealers- I went to Jay Wolf. They were extremely busy, so I returned a different day. Amir, the sales agent had already spoken on the phone, also took care of me. I was on a budget, which NO other dealer seemed to care, but Amir jumped in and got me a car with pmts. below my Max budget, and the car i had desired from the beginning! Needed to trade in my old Nissan Maxima as the car that got me through college for an affordable, newer one that'll last me through many military moves. It was a little nerve-wracking since I'd heard stories on how difficult car dealerships can be, but the service I got here was pleasantly surprising. I went in knowing pretty much what I wanted and definitely felt like they did their best to adhere to that. I did specify I wanted a slightly used car, but the first one I was shown was brand new. I also had an issue later with the transaction where their system wanted to round up to the nearest dollar, and that sent a red flag over to my bank which caused some set-backs and confusion. But, overall, I felt very well taken care of (they even fed me lunch~).

I recently took my CRV in for the first oil change and tire rotation. I was very impressed with the level of customer service. The people were all friendly and I enjoyed the concierge service while waiting in comfort. Although my service was routine, I appreciated how I was treated. Jeff Gray did a nice job of handling my request and getting me in and out with ease on a busy Saturday morning. I wasn't totally sure of the process given it was my first service visit, but I was thinking my car was going to be washed after the service, but it was not. It could have been due to the threat of rain showers the morning of my visit. It was not a big deal to me. Thanks for the great service.

I took car in with a service light on, a noise under the engine on start, and a fear of hundreds of dollars in overdue repairs and maintenance. Surprised to learn it was a missing clamp causing noise and only basic servicing required. Happily paid my bill which was hundreds less than I feared it would be and drove off in a car running much smoother than that very morning! Service techs friendly and respectful and free shuttle was a wonderful feature. Super comfortable waiting area!

All in all, buying my new Odyssey took 3 visits of 90 minutes each. One to test drive and get a price, one to start the paperwork and pick the exact van to purchase, and one to do the financing and go over the new car. Not a hassle at all! Kris Puszynski was friendly and no-pressure. He knew all about the features of Hondas and was happy to help us pick the model that best fit our needs. Our primary interaction was with Amir. He is a very knowledgeable sales person who adds an air of personal service to the sales experience. We came into your dealership with a deal for Toyota's set to go. We were just doing due diligence by looking at Honda before we purchased. Your cars, of course, are good and compare/compete very evenly with Toyota. Amir did a great job of flipping us to your side of that equation. He affirmed each micro decision along the way without ever pushing us to purchase. If my wife liked white, he'd say, "white's a great color. I like that. I sell a lot of them." If she liked silver, he'd say, "silver is an excellent choice, it will never be out of style. I sold one of those yesterday to someone just like you." He took every opportunity, and created some that did not exist, to serve us during our excruciatingly slow decision making process. "Can I pull a black one up for you to see," or "we have a blue one on our other lot, can I take you to see it," or "can I get you a drink or a sandwich," and even shuttled me from my house to the dealership.Amir is passionate about the brand and about car sales. You should give him a raise.Ryan served as a happy face as we traipsed back and forth across your sales floor. Someone else we 'know' so we feel comfortable while we spend too long at your dealership. That additional ambiance is important to the shopper experience and something we did not encounter at other locations.In short, our experience at Jay Wolfe had more to do with buying your cars than the comparison of the brands. If we had gone to ONeill, for instance, I suspect we would be driving Toyota's today.

The best part about this service center is that you see the same people working their year after year. Working with Tyler Codilla and Jason Dodd was the most enjoyable vehicle purchase that I've ever had. Tyler knew everything about the Jeep that I purchased and was able to answer every question I had. He was well informed and made some extra inquiries with another dealership regarding some particular Jeep items that I had questions on. Tyler took time out of his evening to answer questions when he wasn't working and email photos of the vehicle to me as well. Jason did a great job as well. He answered all of the questions I had regarding existing warranties, the dealership warranty, and the after market warranties. He was a pleasure to deal with on the purchase. Because I was from out of town, he explained the service opportunities that were available at their other dealership that I live near. He was very experienced and there was no delays in finalizing the paperwork. The guys really did an amazing job and I can honestly say I'd definitely purchase another vehicle from them without question. It didn't have the same feel of other dealerships that I had dealt with in my search for a Jeep. Other dealerships applied more "sales" to their attempts to sell vehicles. With over 90,000 miles on my Honda (original owner), Mr. Beaver took the time to review my service history so as not to suggest areas of service that I did not need because they had already been done (timing belt, for example). The work that was done was done efficiently and within the time predicted. They also noticed the state of my tires. In all, I feel my car was was well taken care of, in the same way I would take care of something in which I was expert at diagnosing, cleaning or fixing. I bought my car at this dealership in 2004 and have taken it back for all service. A record is kept of everything done and as a result, even with all this mileage, my car is running great! It may last me forever! I deeply appreciate the expertise and thoroughness my car always receives at this dealership's service department. Of course, I always think I wish it were less expensive. That is human nature. But I do get value for the time and effort I have expended through the years that I have used the service department at this dealership.

this was the first time we have dealt with Jay Wolfe Honda or owned or leased a Honda. We got a nifty Honda Civic and fell in love with it immediately. We have always been GM or Chevrolet people. Think that has passed by the wayside. We absolutely love this car already. Had lunch at the dealership and my husband can't wait to go back and try the sausage and biscuits for breakfast. Over all it was a delightful experience. No lies, no false hopes, no waiting around for ever. By the time we were done with the paperwork the car was cleaned up and ready. I was at the dealership for an oil change which was done promptly. The staff was very friendly and seemed to know their jobs. I would only offer these very minor suggestions: 1) Invest in subscriptions to a few decent magazines for the waiting area and keep them current. Not ALL of us are 'married' to a smartphone. 2) I did not appreciate the fact that when I started my vehicle I was blasted by loud rap music from my radio. The people who move the vehicles should be instructed to leave the radio alone. (Mine was powered off when I arrived at the dealership).

I was there to have the oil changed. First time at this dealership because this was a new car for me- I had a different company with my old car. Once I was there they were very welcoming and explained all that they were going to do. I has tried to set up an appointment through the web site, but there was not a good description of what the differences were between the $50 and $100 service. Perhaps making that more clear on the website would be helpful. They told me how long it would take, and they were true to their word. They offer a free car wash and a free snack bar with just about anything you'd like to eat or drink. Never experienced that before. It was nice. I am glad they are close to my home- they will be the place I bring my car for all it's service needs.

Jeff was a blessing. Jeff is the best service advisor I have ever dealt with. About a year ago I took my car to Lee 's Summit Honda, where I bought it because it was making a horrible noise when I would accelerate from a dead stop. They kept my car over night and the service manager and the mechanic drove the car and could not figure out what was wrong with it. They told me since my car was over five years old, it was normal for it to make these noises. I took the car home and continued driving it. Over the course of the next week, the noise got worse. I didn't want to take it back to Lee 's Summit Honda. I called Jay Wolfe Honda and I spoke to Jeff. I explained the situation to him and he told me that he thought he knew what the noise was caused from. I immediately took it to him and he opened the hood and checked my oil. It was almost three quarts low. When I bought the car I was told not to change the oil until my monitor showed 15percent oil life. That day, my monitor showed 40 percent oil life. Jeff saved my engine. I can't thank him enough. I now take my car to Jeff. I am no longer a Lee's Summit Honda customer.Thank you Jeff!

After I'd been there 2 hours - my service guy came in and said I needed to get a 4 wheel alignment - soon. Told me it would be another $99, I think, and take 45 min to an hour more. I wish he would have come in an hour before that. Also, they said they'd wash my car - which they did - but it wasn't impressive. Still dirty and bugs on the front. Last week we leased a new (2013) Honda Accord. A service plan was also purchased which necessitated taking the car in for some special coating which is designed to help protect the finish from scratches, etc. It was emphasized that it was advisable to leave the car for several hours after the coating application in order that it would "cure" well. We left the car with them at 8:00 am, being told it would be ready at 4:00 pm. It was not ready at 4:00 and was still being worked on. As my husband had an evening appointment, they hurried to finish by 5:00. I wonder if this left enough time for the curing process which earlier was deemed to be so important. On returning home it was discovered that a key was left in the car which did not belong to our car. On calling the service department no one seemed to be able to identify the key or why it was in the car. After some discussion we were asked to bring the key back to the dealership and we would be given a free oil change. We declined as our evening plans had already been delayed and we felt it was their error which should be rectified by them. Ultimately a salesman was dispatched to collect the key. We might have been more charitable if we had not already experienced frustration with the dealership. This was our first experience with leasing which was related to them. The business office did not do an adequate job of informing us of the ins and outs of licensing, taxes, titling, and other details of leasing. Everyone at Jay Wolfe seemed more interested in telling us of their new cafe service, complete with menu, rather than pertinent facts. This required several phone calls to the dealership in which we learned of a lack of communication between departments. A question posed to one department elicited the response, "We don't know anything about that. You will have to check with XXX department." A minimum of info at the least should be part of every employee's knowledge. Jay Wolfe is a model of inefficiency that I would not recommend to anyone.

In early April 2012, I purchased a used Pilot and traded in an almost new Acura and I bought a service contract from Jay Wolfe Honda. Despite repeated requests, I have not received any paperwork about the deal: the service agreement contract, the contract for sale, the trade in value proof. I cannot license the car, get a refund on the old license plates, and the dealer keeps charging for service. I cannot get a copy of the paper trail after talking to sales in the Acura, Honda or administration part of the dealership. At first it was because they said they wanted a copy of the hard paper title (but it was an e-title in KS so I couldn't have had it in the first place). Eventually I was told I shouldn't have purchased a car out of state. This dealer is blocks from the state line and markets to KS citizens. The dealership has also charged me for service on the vehicle as I couldn't prove I had a prepaid service contract. I have asked for the service contract and all documents for months in writing for months. Today the excuse was "I'm waiting for it. I will get it to you ASAP." I signed all contracts there. I don't understand why providing a photocopy is so hard.I honestly cannot understand why they won't give me copies of the paper documents still. I have been stopped by police for not registering the car in a couple states and cannot get what I need. The service contract paid for has not been honored at all. I paid $1000 and so far got nothing for the service contract.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. ALL OF THE CARS ARE ABOUT $5000 OVERPRICED. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I test drove a 2008 Honda Fit and was given an insulting offer of a price on the car. They started at $16,307 for a 2008 Honda Fit!!!! $16,307! Ridiculous. They did the typical dealership BS and said oh we have this and that in the car, and we cannot come down any. They dropped to $14,552 immediately but would not budge from there. A comparable car at any other dealership would not have even been priced at $14,552 to start with and there would have been room to work. In fact, when I pointed out that Kelly Blue Book was no where close to that even for dealer retail in the condition, they tried to scrap together some comps, which took over 20 minutes, to which they came with 2 cars at other Honda dealerships, which were already price less than the $14,552 they quoted me. And this particular Fit had dents all over it. Yet, they would never even negotiate. He kept saying it was certified and they have $3000 in repairs in the car. First, if you have that much in repairs you expected, you would not have paid much as trade in anyway. But in actuality, their mechanics do all the work and the part are at cost, so $3K to them is chump change and maybe worth $600 in repairs. Just realize they try to talk up everything.Please people, BEWARE! You are not getting a good deal at Jay Wolfe. In fact, you will get taken if you buy from them! You can save 3, 4, or 5 thousand dollars by going somewhere else. Just do your homework and don't let them talk you into something that is not what it seems.

They even went so far as to say "no one in Missouri or Kansas" would offer us more than what they did. WRONG!!!!! We went 15 minutes across the state line to Olathe, KS to Frank Ancona Honda and bought our new 2013 Honda Accord for exactly the price we wanted to pay for it as well as got the higher price needed for our trade in. Anyone who buys from this dealership without checking with Jason Heard or Tony Yi at Frank Ancona Honda would be fools!

Worst Car Shopping Experience Ever.My wife and I had been looking for over a month for used SUVs when we had the misfortune of winding up at Jay Wolfe Honda. The car we were looking at was priced higher than what we wanted to pay, but the salesman did tout the fact that this SUV had AWD (all wheel drive), not just 2WD, and he went on and on about the benefits of AWD, thus justifying the price of the SUV. We negotiated the price down to something we could accept, along with the sales manager. However, when we looked at a print-out of the SUV's specs, we noticed it was listed as 2WD instead of AWD. This was not a deal breaker for us, and we probably would have still bought the car for the negotiated price, but at that moment, the salesman and the sales manager both began to downplay the value of AWD, and asking us stupid questions like "What do you need AWD drive for? Did you know that in a year's time, AWD is used on average of 13 times?" Now that the SUV magically lost its AWD, they made it sound like it was just a nuisance. They lost the sale that night not because the price was not right, but because of their slimy way of covering their oversight. A simple apology would have sufficed.A week later, the SUV was still there, and we decided to see if Jay Wolfe Honda would honor the price they had negotiated with us. We had to deal with a diferrent saleman on the phone, and we didn't want to come if they would not sell the car for the agreed price. He claimed that the manager was busy, but if the sales manager had accepted a price offer, he would honor this. So we drove all the way from the Plaza with the expectation that we were going to iron out the remaining details based on the previously agreed price. Upon arrival, we were informed that the first salesman was no longer with the dealership, and we had to go over all the details previously discussed WITH the sales manager, who sat on his xxx in his office the whole time we were there. The new salesman started the entire negotiating process again. He did the usual back-and-forth with the sales manager (who never showed a tiny bit of courtesy to even come out of his glass-enclosed office to shake our hands or say hi). The new salesman then reported that his manager did not remember saying he would sell the car for the price we had agreed upon. After a long schpiel from the new salesman about the value of this SUV vs. others on the internet, we had to press him to answer the simple question of whether they were going to honor the agreed price or not. He said they would sell the SUV for $1300 more than our price. They had actually negotiated the price higher than their first counter-offer a week before.I know there's a lot of dishonesty with which we have to endure when negotiating with car dealers, but this experience topped our list of MOST SLIMY--worse than any of the stereotypically "seedy" car lots.

First, let me start by saying that my salesperson Chris was GREAT - very good guy who spent a lot of time helping me decide on options. It was the 'back & forth' interaction when I actually wanted to purchase, where he had to get the manager (whoever that was - never saw him) to approve numbers that Chris then had to present to me. They offered a stunningly low offer on trade in, exceptionally high (insulting) finance rates, and no break on price. This, at a time of year when every other dealership out there is working with clients or offering other incentives. I was even willing to come back & try again, since my salesperson was so great - but his arrogant management apparently doesn't need any new business. wow! The car business must be so good right now that Jay Wolfe needs no new clients. I'll never go back & will always tell anyone who will listen about how bad it was. If the management had a legitimate reason why they could not present a fair deal, they should at least have the guts to come out of their office (don't look at the "man behind the curtain") and face the customer - don't make my good salesperson do the dirty work for you! I think if you want a Honda, you should shop elsewhere.

I approached my purchase of a new Accord with some concern based on past car purchases (20 or more) but I was very pleasantly surprised with the internet contact with Josh Hedrick at Jay Wolfe Honda. He was knowledgeable and quickly gave me a very good price to consider making sure he reserved an opportunity to consider my view on the price. He was available to meet with me at a convenient time. Meeting him at the dealership I found him to be helpful and very straight forward with information. He presented his offer to me in writing as soon as he had a chance to value my trade in and the offer was very good. Better than my research had led me to expect. The value on my trade in was fair and I negotiated a slightly better amount with no games or long discussions. I drove away with the car the same day I visited the dealer. The car came with the exact options I wanted to have and it was obvious that the dealership had already understood the needs of its customers in ordering vehicles from the factory.I was impressed with Josh Hedrick's professional and knowledgeable approach. It is apparent that the management of the dealership selects quality people to provide service to their customers. I have never had a better new car purchasing experience and I would recommend Josh and the dealership to any persons seeking to consider buying a Honda. The car performs well and gets much better fuel mileage than our 09 Civic, which is a big plus in today's economy. I would strongly recommend Jay Wolfe Honda to anyone.

I was actually looking for a used 2011 CR-V and called Diane Thompson (got her on her day off). She worked with me and I got a new 2012 CR-V for just a couple hundred more than the 2011 model with 5,000 miles on it that I was looking at. Second new Honda I bought from her. What a pleaseure.

This is the 6th car we have purchased from Jay Wolfe Honda. We have had outstanding service from the day of sale throughout the maintenance of the vehicle. Service is very important to me--I have never been disappointed in the service. The sales people are never "pushing" as I deal with them--often giving it much thought before I purchase. The Jay Wolfe Honda Team was a pleasure working with. We are very pleased with our new Honda and look forward to a long term relationship with this dealer. We have purchased automobiles in many states including Kentucky, Texas, California, Colorado, New Jersey and now Kansas. This was the best experience we have had in this endeavor. I rated my experience as "great" in all categories because it best describes it. Both Kris and Jason were very friendly and willing to explain every aspect of my new lease. I felt at ease with both of them and enjoyed the entire experience. They offered me something to drink and also showed me their newly expanded waiting area that offered all sorts of refreshments. While they were completing additional paperwork, I had the opportunity to enjoy the accommodations. I was so impressed and pleased with them that I referred a friend to them who is in the market for a new car. I gave the info to Kris and gave his name and number to my friend who plans to go there tomorrow.I was grateful that they took care of some paperwork for me that expedited the sale. I could not believe how smoothly everything went and how accommodating they were. Now I am enjoying my beautiful new Honda knowing full well that Jay Wolfe will always have my business and that I will continue to refer them to my friends and family. After all, that is the greatest compliment and rating I could ever give.Rock on, Jay Wolfe!!

We bought our 2002 Accord from Kris, and when it came time to replace it, Kris was our choice. Kris is the consummate salesman, and having been in sales myself (aircraft) for 10 years, I can appreciate his outstanding approach. Kris Puszynski was very open, honest, and very helpful in providing me with all the information needed to purchase our new vehicle. He was very patient and never pushed or played games with us. He made us feel at ease and was always respectful of us and our decision. Kris helped provide us with the best deal for our new vehicle and our trade in. I spent the majority of my time talking with Kris through email and his personality and dedication really showed through and my wife was surprised how well I spoke of him without even talking with him, then she met him and said I was right on. I would be willing to spend a little more just to deal with him and Jay Wolfe Honda (even though it wasn't the case.) I trust him and his supporting crew and will recommend them to everyone I know that are car shopping and will return to them for our next car.

I had fun spending money this time. who knew! I do like a discount and I do like to negotiate, but it didn't happen this time. it was - here's the price if you want it. Phil was great! easy-going, enjoys his job, knows Honda, knows the product, professional, friendly, brought coffee in for all the evening staff. That speaks highly to me. I came in to have service dept. take a look at what I thought was an accelator problem. The tech was kind, polite, professional, knew the product and drove it plus another one, to compare. how kind of him. he just wanted to make sure he had verified his thoughts before sending me on. and - he told me if I have any concerns, anytime,come back, that they are happy to help and ready to serve.thank you. and thanks to Phil for selling me the confidence of Honda family.Marla Thompson

Jeff Gannon was very helpful. Although this was my first financed car purchase, I felt at ease with Jeff and his associates. I was most impressed with Jeff's call a week after the purchase- simply checking in. I believe it's important to feel at ease when buying a car. In my case, I had only two weeks to find a car and was exhausted from all of the internet searching and used car lots. It's worth noting that Molle Toyota and Jay Wolfe Honda were the only two dealers that I felt I could trust based on the carfax reports and staff. Both dealerships offered great cars, affordable financing, and friendly/professional staff. I believe that Molle could have offered a similar deal, however, Jay Wolfe Honda happened to have the car I wanted at the time. That said, the warranty (12 month bumper to bumper), 2.9% financing, and of course Jeff's patience and initiative sealed the deal.Thank you!

Beware of this deader. The finance person is an A** H***. We paid the car in full, he started out friendly, tried to sale us extended warantees, we decline, he change his whole attitude around, what a Jackass. The saleman sold us the certified used CRV in on the whole "waiting game"; they waisted our time. Plese beware, read other reviews online before attemp to do bussiness with Jay Wolfe Honda.good luck shopping.

Horrible Dealership, bully's customers, plays games with competitive pricing on trade-in vehicles. Offerred $5,000 below market value on a my vehicle and would not neogiate at all. Was told, "At $3.50 gas we don't want to try and sell that gas gussler." Had planned to lease new 2008 Honda Van and trade my 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee with 60K miles.
