This family-owned, independent dealer, not only delivered car in question to the pre-purchase inspector of my choice, they addressed top ten safety, mechanical, and appearance items ASAP. All issues were taken care of in a timely manner.My son took delivery of his first car, a BMW, on schedule learning much in the process. These gents EARN your business through patience, mutual respect and doing what they promised. I paid full price. Take your hard EARNed $$ to JC Auto!

I bought a used 2003 Toyota Tacoma in September, after a thorough search for the past 3 months. I had little to no expectations walking into JC Auto for the first time - but it was quickly apparent that honesty, fairness and attentive customer service were core values of the business. Moises was willing to negotiate a fair price and then committed to having all the necessary repair work (minor) done to vehicle before the sale - at no cost to me. I inspected all the work and it was done correctly and with care. I'm a very meticulous buyer of vehicles and I frequently do my own repair work - JC did the repairs correctly and caught small issues I didn't initially see. 4 weeks after purchase a small leak appeared and Moises was more than happy to do the repair for free and to reimburse me for the part, at no cost to me. He also provided a quality loaner vehicle. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend JC auto for any vehicle purchase - the entire experience surpassed every single new or used car dealer experience I had over the previous 3 months. Quite possibly the best used card dealer in all of Massachusetts.

I went to JC auto sales with my daughter so that she could purchase her first car. They had a very good selection of vehicles to choose from. Moises was a great representative for JC's. He suggested a local financial institution that had a very good first time buyer program. With Bill of sale in hand my daughter was financed within a half hour at a great rate. Moises stated that he wanted to keep the car for one day so that his mechanic could go through the car thoroughly , get the car inspected,registered and fill it with gas. They also put on two brand new tires in the front at no extra charge. The car was ready when they said it would be. I highly recommend this dealership.

I saw a 1997 Honda Accord for sale. It only had 93K on the odometer (very low for a 1997). I called Moises and he told the car was available. I went down that afternoon and drove the car. I thought it was in very good shape and put a deposit on it. The next afternoon I brought it to my mechanic. He checked it out and it needed a couple of things done. Moises and I reached an agreement on the price (I told him I would have my mechanic do the repairs) and he reduced the price. The cars was ready for me to pick up and Moises offered to "lend" me his dealer plate so I could bring my car home (very nice of him). Moises was very honest and I would recommend his dealership to anyone looking for a good car at a reasonable price.

Do not make an appointment with this dealer. Had one for 2pm a week in advancd and emailed the day before to be sure that vehicle was still available and that everything was all set to go told them I just wanted to be sure as I live over an hour away, got email back everything was a go. Had already told them the vehicle I had for trade in done mine and my cosigners pre approval forms on there website earlier in the week to get there at 2pm for my appointment to be told the people sitting there had just started paperwork for the vehicle they said they had just came in about 1/2 hour previously and they sent me an email well if I love an hour away an mail 1/2 hour before appointment is not going to help. when I wrote back to said email I was told they thought it was me well you had my name and all my info my once you saw it wasn't me should of told them someone was on way with appointment but if it fell through they could wait or come back after like they expected me to do they wanted me to sit and wait to see if the kids stuff would go through and if not then I could look at the vehicle. They then proceeded to just send me on my way and not even ask if there might be any other vehicle they had I might of been interested in looking at which then atleast I wouldn't of wasted 2 hours of my Saturday for nothing...I will not return to this place I was obviously very interested in the vehicle to go through the trouble of not only pre qualifying myself but a cosigner as well and driving that far for a vehicle. but its ok ill gladly take my business elsewhere

I just purchased a used vehicle from this dealership. I went there to look at two different Subaru Outbacks. I test drove the first one, and wanted to test drive the second one (which had a flat tire and was parked in the back corner of the lot where they had to move at least 7 different vehicles to get to it). They allowed me plenty of time to test drive the cars as it takes a while to get to the highway from the dealership. After test driving the first one, they had no problem at all with moving the vehicles necessary, and fixing the tire so I could drive the second one. I ended up purchasing the second one. At NO point in time did I feel any pressure at all by any of the salesmen!! Moses was absolutely wonderful! I had concerns that the timing and accessory belts weren't done on the vehicle (maintenance records only went to 75K miles, and those belts are done at 90K and the vehicle had just over 100K miles), and Moses told me that they automatically do them if they find that they weren't already done. We went down a list of repairs that I wanted done to the vehicle. Moses made sure that they were all completed and told me that the timing and accessory belts had already been done (they were new when the mechanic looked at them). Since I had to get my car inspected for RI anyway, I asked my normal mechanic to verify if the belts had been done, and he was able to verify that they had. The car has since been vin checked, registered, and inspected with no problems at all. In every aspect of the car buying process, JC Auto Sales was a great place to deal with. It was very nice to go somewhere where there was no pressure to buy any particular vehicle, and we were allowed to take our time on the test drive without feeling like I was putting the dealership out in some way. I will be looking for another car in about 8 months or so for my husband, and I will DEFINITELY go to JC Auto Sales first! An awesome experience all around. I find buying a vehicle to be a very stressful process, and they made it easy as pie. I will definitely go to them again, and would recommend them to anyone.

I recently purchased a 2003 saab conv. from them. Moses was extremely helpful through out the whole process as I had a problem registering it. The car was in extremely good condition and the price was more than fair. Iwould definitly consider them when buying another auto and would reccom them to my friends. I would give them a 5 star rating

I live 130 miles from the dealer in another state.I was looking for something specific and found it at JC's. I sent an email from the Cars.com site and Moises replied to me 1st the next morning. I asked for more detailed pictures which he sent right away, and, the pictures were of the things I would have wanted to see - small scratches etc. that all 6 year old cars have. He was upfront with me, negotiated in good faith and followed up in a timely manner. Moises also went out of his way to provide me with all the necessary paperwork so that I could register the vehicle in New York and transfer the plates. And, when I showed up to pickup the car the following week it was spotless (aside form the pollen because I was late !) and full of fuel Finally, Tony wrote me a check on the spot when I realized my check was for too much.The car was as advertised if not better and everyone I came in contact with were friendly and pleasant. I am very satisfied and I would travel the 130 miles again to buy another car from JC, Tony and Moises. 4 Stars for sure. I'm to OCD to give anyone a 5 !!

I am not a paid reviewer and have no relation to anyone at JC Auto. We are VERY PLEASED with everyone at JC Auto and would definitely do business with them again. Moises and Antonio treated us very fairly and honestly, and did everything they said they would. My son traded in his 2005 Audi A4 Quattro sedan (Moro Blue, listed for sale on their lot at the time of this writing) for a 2004 Audi S4 - the 340HP 4.2 V8 with 4 (yes, 4) timing chains. German love performance & complexity, I guess. This is the 4th used Audi A4 (now S4, too) of this generation (B6 chassis) that Ive purchased for a family member so Im very familiar with just about every issue known to Audi vehicles, especially as they near/exceed 100k miles. We live in NH and had to make a total of 3 round trips to finalize everything due to NH vs. MA titles, registration, credit unions, etc. Each time, Moises and/or Antonio waited for us approx. 1 hour past closing due to traffic. After we settled the deal, the S4 ended up needing front brakes (rotors and pads), valve cover gaskets, a coolant reservoir, a 4-wheel alignment, and an oil/filter change - which is 9.5 quarts (!) of costly, synthetic oil for this V8. They had all the repairs done before we picked up the car, which must have cost them at least $250-300 in parts alone, never mind labor. The car was also completely detailed when we picked it up. It is a wise move to buy a used car in MA if you live in NH because you are covered by the MA Lemon Law, plus the car has to pass NH State Inspection, as well. Our mechanic is a 20+ Audi-trained technician who also happens to own a 2005 S4 (same body/engine), so we asked him to inspect the car as if he was buying it for himself. The car needed a tie rod and 2 lower ball joints (common for an Audi with this many 113,000 miles) in order to pass inspection. I called Antonio and emailed a copy of the estimate, and he was willing to pay for the parts, which was a very fair compromise as it would be a pain to bring the car all the way to MA again, for JC Auto to repair it themselves, which was well within their legal right/obligation. Antonio mailed a $300 check as promised, and we had it in our hands in 2 days. So, they ended up sinking between $550-600 in parts alone (WAY over $1,000 if you include labor) into the car AFTER we signed the purchase & sales paperwork. I realize that everyones situation is different, but they went above and beyond to satisfy us, in our opinion.
