Recently bought a jeep renegade and the transmission was slamming into gear... I brought my car here on a Monday and was given a rental. 9 days later I receive a call stating my transmission was fixed (5th time) and was also given the knews there was an accident. The accident according to Carl it was just the bumper and it will be fixed no problem. Husband and I decided we would like to see the damage and was before they sent it to a body shop. Upon arrival we were greeted by Dana who was very rude and just irritated by customers. He took us to the back where my car was and the bumper, wheel well, and quarter panel were all damaged. I told them that I was not happy that I am being lied to about the damage where they sent me to Kirk. Kirk was in the following morning and was very unaware of how or where this accident took place or by who. I told him what my assumption of how it happened to which he responded... Oh no your car was parked and someone hit it. But 5 minutes ago he said he had no idea how it happened? Wow. After a convo with Kirk I told him I now have concerns about the renegade and that I might want to get a different car that I did not crash he said he would do his best to help. Today I go in to speak to Jason the financial portion, where he says that our car isn't worth much (maybe because the accident they had with my car) and that we would be paying the same price for a used car with no compensation or remorse for what happened. According to him I am to feel bad for his employee who makes only $11 an hour and doesn't want to make an incident report for fear he will lose his job.Give him a raise then! In addition, he also asks me if I had seen the space they have for the cars out back? Its so small he says. So that's an ok excuse for people to damage my car? It makes it my fault for their tiny space and lack of budget for the employees? Anyhow, the biggest part... Don't call your insurance because they will report it to dmv and it will make the car less in value... Does that sound legal? Selling used cars with damage without telling the next person who buys it that it is in a car crash? It is damaged? If I have the chance it would be no stars for this place. Holt ave car dealers are more honest.

I did not like that you drive up and there is no one out to give you instruction on we're to go or what to do. You need to get out of the car and look for an employe ask and they tell you go inside and ask someone to help you! When I got my Jeep back after two 1/2 hours the cashier told me your car is out ther ask someone. There was no one I had to look for my car that was parked were they have the new jeeps for sale!

I waited two and half hours for a oil change!!!!!!!. I saw them park my car and waited 15 minutes to ask if I could pay and go. I was told the paperwork was not in. I waited an additional 25 minutes before they guy showed up and said it was done. Got there at 7:00pm and left at 9:30pm

When I went in looking for a new work van, I didn't think they would have what I wanted. Freddy told me that he would find one somewhere out there. He called back a couple hours later and said he found just what I wanted, a Ram Promaster high roof long wheelbase with Bluetooth and a backup camera and a sliding side door. They had it there and all ready the next day at the price he promised me and even found out that I qualified for another rebate because I already owned another commercial vehicle. Freddy made the process very easy and was a pleasure doing business with. Not too many people can say that about car sales people, but I sure can. I have all my service done here and keep coming because they are honest in their recommendations. The service techs are always considerate. However I will say the wait times are considerable, even for oil changes. My last visit was one of the shortest at 1 1/2 hours. Recently I needed a battery and the wait was going to be four hours so I went to Sams club. I do recommend ontario chrysler as the best available.

I drove up to the service area and before I could grab my stuff and jump out of my truck I was greeted by one of the service members. I told him why I was there and we went in and filled out the job ticket. I brought my truck in to have a part replaced and figured I would be there for at least a couple hours. I went to the customer lounge to wait and get a cup of coffee. By the time I finished drinking my coffee my truck was finished and waiting for me out front. The whole process took less then 45 minutes. GREAT JOB Jeep Chrysler Dodge RAM of Ontario.

I have a 2011 Ford truck and a 2005 Jeep Liberty and once a year I take them to Jeep of Ontario for a detail job . I just had my Ford Truck done , it cost $ 125.00 , but it was worth every penny . It now looks like the day I bought it new , inside , outside , and under the hood . I don't know how they can do it that fast and that good , but I recommend them highly . I saw an ad on a Black Tahoe, rushed in the same night to look at it and fell in love with the truck. The personnel from the start were great, professional and polite. We took both our vehicles in for service. My wife's 200 Chrysler for an oil change, and it was done in 30 minutes. My Ram 2500 was in for recall service, and it was done in a little over 3 hours. This was huge for us as we live about 1.5 hours from dealership. Jose was our service advisor and he did a great job getting us in and out. We bought both our cars at this dealership ( a year apart ) and have not regretted it for a minute. JCDR of Ontario is professionally operated and the staff has always made us feel like we are valued customers. Thank you again for wonderful service.

Best car buying experience ever!! I went to another Jeep dealership near my house the day prior and it quickly reminded me why I typically hate buying a car. The next day I emailed JCD of Ontario and Freddie A. emailed me right back and quickly called soon thereafter. We worked out a deal over the phone on the exact same car that the previous dealership said they had in stock, only to find out they didn't when I arrived :(!!! The payment was less and they gave me more for my trade. I wanted to surprise my wife with the car for Xmas and had no way of doing it now because the excuse/reason I had of taking her car the previous day was wasted when the other dealership messed it all up. My wife would easily catch on to what I was doing if I tried to take her car again! But, no fear.... Freddie was there to save the day! Not only did he have me in and out of the dealership in 58 minutes (world record for car dealership paperwork),but he also offered to drive 25 miles to my house at 8pm and have the car in my driveway with a huge bow on the hood and then drove my trade-in back to the dealership in Ontario and didn't arrive back until after 9pm!!! Santa ain't got nothin' on my man Freddie!!! In less than 24 hours I went from confirmation as to why car dealerships and salesman have the reputation they do, to believing that not all people fall into the sterotype that precedes them. Freddie was more than great and he followed up with a call a couple of days later as did the dealership - and not a recorded call either... a real, live person!I highly recommend JCD of Ontario and I would assume the great management team there hires only the best sales team, but if you want to know for sure what you're getting.... ask for Freddie A. and you'll be in the best hands - 100%.

This is the second car that I have purchased through this dealership. I had a good experience both times. I use Costco buying when purchasing a car. the staff is always helpful and they do not push you into making a purchase like other dealerships. I leave the dealership feeling good about my experience and purchase which is uncommon. I would recommend this dealership to anybody.I used the service once on my Challenger and had a good experience with them as well.

It does seem that this dealer monitors the prices pretty closely to ensure that they do not remain on the lot for very long. I was treated quite well by Ken when I came out for the test drive, and appreciated him filling up the gas tank!I would definitely recommend this to friends.

If I could give no stars I would. I am very very disappointed and upset by my experience with Gary Miller at this dealership. I purchased a used 2013 Toyota Scion XB. In a nutshell, he did work with me whatsoever in negotiation with the vehicle price, however I decided to go ahead and purchase the vehicle. However after negotiation and literally in the middle of signing the contracts for the vehicle, he starts to mention how he cannot locate the second factory key to the car. He however tells me how he promises to contact the previous owner to locate the key. After hearing absolutely nothing for a week and a half, I emailed Gary, and he replies in a very condescending way that he was very "upfront" and clear that there was not a second factory key, which was a complete and utter lie. He didnt even mention whether or not he tried to contact the previous owner. After I replied to see if he at least tried to contact the previous owner, I received absolutely no response whatsoever. I emailed Gary multiple times, and then started calling the dealership, and every time I reached a staff member, after waiting 10 mins they replied he was "busy". I started to realize he was just ignoring me, and blowing me off. I talked to several staff to let them know I wanted to talk to the manager, that I was extremely upset, but the response was they will get ahold of Gary and that he will get back to me the same day. After 7-10 calls over the span of 2-3 weeks and leaving messages I finally gave up. Honestly I am a very easy going nice guy. I usually never complain about a situation unless its warranted. I felt taken advantage of and lied to.Absolutely ridiculous, rude, and unprofessional. Ive never, ever taken the time to write a review for absolutely anything, but it has made me feel obligated to write as many bad reviews as I can against JCD of Ontario. Gary Miller is the worst salesman Ive ever had to deal with in buying a car, period.

"I was here on Saturday November 7th 2015 for an express oil change. However that express services is false advertisement when you have to wait about an hour to even get checked In and then another hour plus for the actual service. They have you waiting inside your vehicle before you are assisted. I have other options from Vegas to Southern California but I chose Chrystler of Ontario, however after today's experience I might reconsider visiting your facility. I've been a loyal customer for 5 years. I believe your services department has some areas of opportunities. You can't run a service department with limited staff specially on a busy day like a Saturday. Time is money, specially when you are here on vacation and need fast and reliable service. I hope my feedback is an eye opener and provides you with advise to better assist you strategizing in deliver exceptional customer service in the near future. "

At the end of September we were shopping for a new truck and looking to trade in our 2011 Dodge Ram 1500 that was part of the Fiat/Chrysler buyback program (faulty recall that forced the manufacturer to buy trucks back with incentives). I connected with Joe and William (Cubby) in the fleet sales office and they were wonderful throughout the entire process. The truck we were looking for (Laramie 2500 Diesel Black Edition) was really difficult to find, there weren't any left in CA. So we got with Joe and Cubby who placed an order straight to the factory for us. The pricing was excellent (better than the pricing on many dealer's lots!) and we waited EXACTLY 30 days! We were informed it could take 6-8 weeks to get our truck but it took exactly 30 days and we brought it home. Finance process was easy because we brought our own financing, but it would have been easy to take dealer financing also. Leo took care of all the paperwork and was a pleasure to work with. Pricing on extended warranties was the most reasonable I had ever seen. They accepted the recall buyback certificate and we got $4K total incentives on our new vehicle. They helped us set up our entire Uconnect including registration so that we drove off the lot knowing how to use everything. I can't say enough good things about this dealership and Joe and Cubby in particular! We are customers for life!

I went all the way from Seattle, WA just to buy my car (Challenger 2015)to Ontario CA because i was recommended by family that live in Cali. I heard ALI HAS the magic finger when it comes to getting the best price in just a couple of hours. As soon as i got off the plane the paper work was ready all i went to do was sign and i was out the door with my new car. I know for now on that is the family Dealer. He will always be and I'm for sure going for my next car!!! I RECOMMEND TO ALL TO GO TO Tahir Ali!!!Best customer service, best monthly payments, best interest rate. He had little to work with. This was hands down the best car experience I ever had, my sales woman was "Jen", she got me a lower payment than I expected with extra coverage and warranty that I did not expect. She even got my down payment to be one third of what I thought I had to pay. She gave a whole nother name to going the extra mile. The finance manager was Leo, he rocked in the office. This is the second car that I have gotten with this dealership, I am NOT going anywhere else from now on.

My wife and I came into your dealership on Saturday in order for her to test drive a Dodge Challenger. Our sales rep was Adam Tahan. I had test driven a Challenger the prior week before along with 3 other of your competitors. My wife took a test drive with Adam and then we sat down with him and talked. We really had not made a decision and in fact were going to test drive a different car later that afternoon. We told Adam that. Later in the price discussions, my wife and I decided on the car that we wanted and it was the Challenger. This decision was made partially due to how well we were treated by Adam, He was friendly and knew a lot about the car and its features. Freddie is the best salesman ever. Enjoyed purchasing my 1500 Eco diesel from him. Quick and easy and right to the point as I like it. I leased a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee in December of 2015 from this dealer. While the acquisition process was painless (largely thanks to Costco), attempts to get service have not been. At the time of acquisition, I was told that schooled service was with out charge and that all one had to do was to call to make an appointment. For over 2 months, I tried to call the service center, the service manager and the GM with no results and no return calls. I tried the website which allegedly permits one to make appointments, however that aspect of the website doesn't work. Finally, my wife got through and was told that "no appointment was necessary" for oil changes, DEF addition or scheduled maintenance. As a medical professional,I work long hours and people depend upon me to be available for emergencies as well as for routine care. Unfortunately, I took my vehicle in for service this morning and was told that the wait for service would be a few hours. WHen I inquired about the possibility of an appointment, I was told that they didn't make appointments. I explained to them that I had already had to add DEF so that the vehicle would start and that I really needed to get back to the hospital. The service advisor stated that he would take it back personally and have it out within an hour--an hour an one half, at most. At an you, I check ed back with them and was told that the car should be done in about 15 minutes or so b/c they just got it up on the rack. Suffice it to say, that several check and over another hour later, they finally pointed me to the cashier (apparently Jeep is not upscale enough to treat customers the way that the German manufacturers do) telling me that the car would be out front when I returned. A search around the customer parking and 2 trips to the advisor later, the tech pulled the car up to the parking space and told me that I would have to wait for the advisor b/c they had "paperwork" to complete. The advisor was out with another customer and the other advisors refused to help (even though they weren't busy) b/c "my" advisor was there. Needless to say ,this is a horrible way to treat one's customers and I would NOT recommend this dealership to anyone. I do not know if the other Jeep dealers are more professional in their customer service, however if Jeep truly wants to move upmarket and play with the big boys, they are going to have to step up their customer service game and not try to make you feel as if you are imposing upon them for service. In addition, Jeep should be clear that routine maintenance for leased vehicles is NOT included. They want to charge you for what most manufacturers include in the package. GO ELSEWHERE.

We knew which vehicle we wanted to test drive, the price we were willing to pay, and feel that our experience was what we had experienced before. The service at this dealership is a cut above. The service was great and they took me in without an appointment. The only issue I have is that I had to go and ask when my car was ready. Waited 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. They have a great waiting area, coffee water and tvs to watch. Could of used some snacks such as bagels or some type of snack to eat. They do sell snacks, but outside of that Ontario Jeep is great for service. Will go back and car serviced there in the future.

1st I want to talk about Francisco Lopez at Jeep Chrysler Dodge of Ontario from the moment of meting us at the lot looking at my next car he was so professional and polite never feel the push from sales person like other dealers asking you how much you have for down payment like Kia a cross stress from Ford "just saying"This was the easiest way to get my car and no hassle they ask what I want and they did deliver, so happy with my car and I only have 3 day with it. Excellent service. Spoke to the fleet manager, Matt on the phone. We let him know what I wanted and what price range we were looking at. When we arrived, he had some vehicles lined up that we might be interested in. Very personalized experience. Felt no presure. We did purchase one of the vehicles and are very pleased. All the personel are very professional and polite. Definitely would recommend anyone to visit this dealership.

Searched the web for a specific model we wanted. emailed the dealer on eve of 4th of July. Matt Antrim called me immediately and assured me vehicle was available. The day before another dealer in Riverside called me back saying the vehicle he was going to show me had sold; I was really upset since the night before we had made an appointment to see the car! We searched the web and made contacts, who has the time to drive around and find a car. Frankly it was the holiday but Ontario Jeep dealer acted immediately and asked if I wanted to see it now(it was 730pm they were closing at 9pm)We drove out the next morning and met Gary Miller. Gary was efficient,competent and knowledgeable about Nissan 4WD. Communication was clear and we had a trade in. The offer was fair. All in all we were back in Pasadena by 2pm.

I did some online research on the dodge dart before coming in to test drive one. I checked a few other places to check prices and even went to Carmax to see what they had on the lot and what they'd give me for my trade in. I want satisfied with what Carmax was offering so I went to chrysler, jeep, dodge of Ontario to see what they had to offer. Not only did Oscar Arreola beat the sales price Carmax had on a used 2014, but he got us into a new 2015 with upgrades that the used 2014 didn't have such as a camera, navigation, and bumper to bumper lifetime warranty. He even got me $500 more for my trade in than what Carmax offered me. My experience here was awesome and the process was easy and problem free. Oscar was honest and fun to work with. He went over the numbers and answered all of our questions. In all, I highly recommend this place and if you're looking to buy a new car, go see Oscar Arreola.

I had came in a few months ago to look at buying a Jeep and things were going well until it came time to purchase the Jeep I wanted. I was told that with my trade in I HAD to get the lifetime warranty, paint protection and vehicle tracking or they would not be able to get me approved by the "banks" for my loan. I was also told that if I was still unsure of the deal we had 5 days to come back and return the Wrangler and we would get our vehicle back. I decided to come back on Monday to return the Jeep and was told they had already sent my vehicle off somewhere else and I could not go back on the deal even though it was in writing that we could get our vehicle back within 5 days. When I told them I wanted to talk to a manager I was told he was not in that day. I strongly advise not going to this dealership for purchasing a vehicle and your better off going somewhere else. I love Wranglers so much but unfortunately this dealership makes me regret ever getting one because of the lies they tell people to get them to purchase a vehicle from them.

Excellent experience with Mark Saunders buying a 2010 Toyota Highlander I found online. We flew down from the Bay Area and Mark picked us up from the airport and took us to the dealership. The process for buying the car was fast and efficient (on a Wednesday). To top if off, they gave us a full tank of gas for our drive back up north. Everyone we interacted with was genuine and I didn't get the "sales-y" feel from anyone.

Went there looking for a used dodge for our daughter Never bought a used car before they made us welcome Went there with a budget In mind for daughters first car they met our budget Sales person victor was easy To work with Director was great and friendly. Finance was awesome didn't try to sell us junk we Didn't need. In and out total in 2 hours. No complaints other than the new construction junk Made it hard to initially figure out where dealer was and oh yeah bathrooms needed attn. toilet paper empty and does not belong on the floor. Figured I was being fussy but when your 16 year old daughter Says great experience other than holding the door that wouldn't close with my foot and reaching to the floor for toilet paper. Lol. Would go back.

I went to this dealership to look at a Chrysler 300. And I purchased a Charger R/T instead, however I was unaware of the diffrence between an RT max and RT road and track. When I found out the difference I returned the RT Mac and got an RT road and track. However when I got the road and track I asked if it had GPS and I was assured it did. When I went to use it to my supprise I found that it did NOT have GPS. When I asked about the option of having it installed I was told I had to pay 3k for it to be installed. When I asked why I was told it had GPs they admitted their mistake and politely told me that there was nothing they could do about it. The sales men at this location do not know enough about their product to be selling it. I had to show them what a road and track was in diffrence to a Max. (That was a 30 minute arguement) I would suggest going to another dealership that knows it's product better. I have had 5 employees of mine who has purchased a dodge or Chrysler and they were all told by me to go somewhere else for their purchases.

A waste of a Saturday afternoon with LIES, LIES and more LIES. I called ahead of time and talked to Fred Arvayo. I asked him if the car was still available and if price was negotiable. Fred told me car was still available and that price was negotiable. I asked twice about pricing being negotiable because I live 1 hour drive from this dealership. He confirms, yes price is negotiable.I arrived at dealership check out the car and everything was to my satisfaction, we then sit down and start talking numbers. Remember what they told me over the phone about price being "NEGOTIABLE" will they refused to negotiate anything. They LIED just to get me in the door. They also tried to pressure me into submitting a credit application through them even though I told them I had financing from my bank already.Watch Out for There Dirty TricksBe careful they have a "Mandatory Credit Check" regardless if you have outside financing like I did. One salesman told me because they recently had a vehicle stolen and another one tells me its for Patriots Act. Both are lies, a credit check is not required to buy a car from a dealership. They just want to run your credit app through there lenders because they make a good chunk of there profits when you finance through them. I was ready to buy the car that same day but they lost a sale (and possible word of mouth advertising) because of there LIES, LIES and more LIES.

My husband and I are an older retired couple that travels around the country sightseeing with our two dogs, our Dodge truck and our travel trailer. We have seen many things and visited many places. This summer we were traveling through southern California and had the unfortunate occurrence of our truck breaking down. My husband was able to identify the part that was needed (a fuel Line). We found that Jeep Chrysler Dodge of Ontario, located in California had the part in stock, so we limped our way there. When we arrived my husband went in and purchased the needed part and was asking about borrowing tools, we were directed to the service manager who to our pleasant surprise went and got one of his technicians and had him replace the part for us. We offered to pay and they would not take anything.I have to say we had heard stories of people breaking down and being taken advantage of because they are travelers, in this case it was the opposite the people at Jeep Chrysler Dodge of Ontario were more than helpful.I can say if we are ever in southern California and need anything for our truck we will stop on and say hello.Thank you again to the Jeep Chrysler Dodge of Ontario team, especially Justin, Brittney and Kirk.

I bought a 2012 jeep grand Cherokee SRT8 and the same day I bought it the stereo went out and other electrical problems started, drop it off for service and after 3 days I had to call to find out if it was ready, I finally picked it up and on my way home it went out again. Worst technicians ever. Made me waste my time and the hole dealer is so hard to call and talk to any one. Worst experience ever.

Jeep, Chrysler Dodge of Ontario I will never purchase anything, parts or cars from Jeep Chrysler Dodge of Ontario. There has been MANY reasons and today was the back breaker. I was treated like dirt from your service manager. 1. In 2006- My Dodge Durango I took in two weeks before Vacation and your service manager promise 3 days. After the 17th day and allot of phone calls I got the Durango back the night before a family vacation . A rebuilt transfer case. 10 hours later my family went on vacation and two hours after we were on the grapevine with a front drive shaft issue waiting on a tow truck. We had to tow it to Haddad Dodge in Bakersfield. We had plans and couldn't wait so I bought a new 2500 mega cab diesel. So that so called fix by Ontario Dodge cost me $35.000 (New Truck) + $695 (Haddad Dodge fixed drive shaft) Plus what I paid Ontario Dodge to fix it in the first place ($$$$$$) 2. Every time I take one of my 3 Chrysler's to your shop I have issues and most of the time I get put to the back of the line or even forgotten. I left keys in the drop off box for an oil change at 5am and at 5pm I went to pick it up and they never checked the drop box. When asked about my truck, the answer was what truck. I said the one I drop off at 5am for an oil change. Their answer was, we forgot to check the drop off box, sorry.3. After the 2rd time taking my truck to you to get my AC fixed, it always took longer (by days) then I was told and I had to take it back cause your Tech didn't put the Bezel on correctly and the knob to the sterio was blocked. 4. Last night I called and asked about an oil change and the answer was "Ya bring it in the morning and we'll have you out in an hour. I got there at 7am and Victor is telling me it has to stay all day for an oil change and fuel filter change. 7am to 5pm for an oil change!5. I have had a broken seat bracket for 2 years. The last few times I came in, I asked to have it fixed and it never gets looked at. You can see the issue how and why it broke from standing outside, but I was told it has to see a tech. I said you can see why and how it broke from right here. I asked if they can order it so I don't have to wait and you could have it ready and he said no. I need my car for work and cannot afford to leave it at a shop that clearly has no clue what they are doing.

We ended up dealing with Christian Martinez by accident and it was the greatest "accident" to ever happen at a dealer. He never pressured us, spent as much time as needed, answered all of the questions we had and stuck with us during the process of closing. Several weeks later, we were interested in purchasing another vehicle and shopped around online and spoke to many other dealerships. No one could match the deals that Ontario Dodge posted on their website. Christian was again patient as we took another few weeks to decide on the second vehicle and stuck with us the whole way through.On top of dealing with Christian, the dealership made it simple by showing the bottom line price online, without the issue of "qualifying" for certain discounts. It was for everyone, not just the elite few.

Ali was very responsive during the whole shopping experience. He guilded me through the whole process and made it the BEST car shopping experience I have ever had. Ali really knows how to go above and beyond to make a car shopping experience World Class. I was over 300 miles away and can tell you that the drive was worth every minute just to deal with Ali. After purchasing over 12 vehicles in my life I can say without question this was the best and fastest experience I have had. Internet buying is the only way to go. Chuck, their internet sales person, told me over the phone he had one chance to sell me a car and he took full advantage of that. No BS, just straight talk. The other dealers were jacking me around even through email and phone calls wanting to negotiate and play games. Chuck had the best deal through edmonds.com based on TMV (true market value) not that MSRP crap. No other dealer came close to that price (TMV) and they got me the color and options I wanted. To make the buying experience even better Doug in Finance got me a great rate and he too was a straight shooter- didn't try to sell me stuff I didn't want or need. If I said no he just moved on to the next item on the checklist without any pressure. Total time spent at dealer was under 45 minutes including a test drive and signing papers. Internet buying through Edmonds.com is the only way to go. You can find out who really wants YOUR business.
