I HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR A CAR FOR 2 MONTHS AND WAS GETTING TIRED WITH ALL THE RUN AROUNDS AT OTHER DEALERS. I CAME IN SAW THE CAR THAT I LIKED AND DROVE HOME WITH IT. THE NEXT DAY I RECEIVED A CALL FROM MIKE THE FINANCE MANAGER AND RECEIVED A SHOCK. I THOUGHT HE WAS GOING TO TELL ME MY LOAN WAS NOT APPROVED. INSTEAD HE SAID THAT IT WAS OK AND THAT I NEEDED TO COME BACK IN BECAUSE THE INTEREST RATE WAS LOWER BY 2 POINTS. I WAS SO HAPPY THAT WAS THE FIRST TIME THAT HAD EVER HAPPENED TO ME. HE IS ALSO A VERY FUNNY GUY WHO LIKES TO MAKE YOU LAUGH. I WILL BE BACK AND SEND MY FRIENDS THERE. THANKS ALOT GUYS AT JEEPSTER

I have been shopping for a car the last 6 months. I have frequently visited jeepster auto sales in costa mesa and surprised at the quality of their inventory which I find it to be beyond exceptional, especially compared to other dealers and vehicles in orange county. customer service is great, that is the reason why I came back to buy from Charlie and all the good people of jeepster. definitely will recommend all my friends and family here.

Finally, a dealership that actually delivers on its promise. I found the car on the internet after searching several sights. It was the absolute nicest car as the best price. I bought it for my wife on out 20th wedding anniversary. The car was EXACTLY as promised on the web, only better. This was the most streamlined purchasing process I have ever had at a car dealership. The people there went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and secure. Charlie was super friendly and professional, and provided all of the information needed to make me feel like I was being well taken care of. I came all the way from L.A. to purchase a low mileage Mercedes, which turned out to be more than I expected - spotless. I'm very happy with this dealership and would highly recommend it to anyone.

I've bought new Mercedes and pre-owned Mercedes for 30 years now, and it's always with some trepidation that I walk onto any car lot, but I must say that the entire staff (Charlie, John, Annie, and Gary) made the often uncomfortable activity of buying a car as pleasant and professional as possible. My wife and I were treated with the courtesy, respect, and fairness that is usually missing from major sale items these days. I attribute that to the fact that the people I mentioned have over 100 years experience in the car dealership industry, plus the fact that they enjoy people and their work. Would I buy another car from these people? Absolutely.

Car buying at Jeepster Auto Sales was a pleasant experience. The sales representatives dont push for a sale. They did let me check through the care by my personal mechanic. I left the shop to compare other cars but went back to Jeepster and we struck a good deal on the car. The financing manager doesn't want to sell you unnecessary options. Never did any review before but thought this would be helpful.

I found this dealer through internet search after searching for the the best price and car that I am looking for. Also, they do provide in-store service as well. This dealer could get me the online current lowest price match to the specific car I was looking for and car-fax as well. I get a deal with add on comprehensive extended warranty with a small fraction of money just to avoid any future costly repair in this luxury car. Good thing to stop by this dealer.
