I bought a 2016 Dodge Charger from Jeff Belzers. I live in NY and we were able to complete all transactions with only a few small bumps. The dealership did make good on any issue I had. I would definitely do business again with them. My salesman name was Bob Burke and he was great to work with. He made me feel comfortable buying a vehicle 1200 miles away without even seeing it. He was always very professional and friendly. To sum it up If you are buying a car make sure you give Bob Burke a call he'll get you the best price and treat you well.

bill kelly salesman was great, great follow up during the process, i took 2 weeks to get to buy. He always called back or emailed me with answers to any questions.. finance was great and easy.

I drove 5 hours with the trade in vehicle to purchase my new truck. The entire deal was worked over the phone! When I arrived I was warmly greeted and quickly taken care of. I'd recommend this dealer without any reservations. I was given all the time I needed to learn all the features on the new truck and all my questions were answered. Thanks again!

I recently purchased a new 2015 Dodge Durango Rallye. Jessica Gitch was our sales associate, and I was very pleased with how friendly, patient and professional she was. She went out of her way to help me reach the price I was looking to pay for the new vehicle, as well as get me a fair trade in price on my old vehicle. The whole experience was very positive! We had been shopping around for over a week looking at new and used Grand Caravans. After noticing the shortage of used vehicles and their relatively close price to a new vehicle, we landed back at Jeff Belzer's Dodge for the purchase of our new minivan. We are repeat customers of Blaine Dyson, he sold us our previous minivan in 2011, and this transaction was as smooth as our first. They have a no haggle pricing policy and a large selection. Their published price already beats Costco's negotiated price, if that helps you understand how competitive they are. Blaine is easy to work with and very knowledgeable about the different models they offer. I certainly recommend checking this dealership out.

Dave made purchasing our Durango a joy! He was very knowledgable and easy to work with. Dave was exceptionally helpful and not pushy. He really wanted us to leave with the vehicle that best suited our needs. It was after Christmas and the dealership was incredibly busy but he made us feel as though we were his only customers. We drove from Maple Grove to Lakeville to work with Dave and would do it again. He the only person I would buy a car from!

Went to Belzer service dept for an oil change and tire rotation. As I left the dealership my driver side front tire fell off. I purchased my Ram 3500 truck from them and this was the first oil change. They did accept responsibility and "fixed" the damage are far as I can tell (will take to an independent machanic to verify that). I was lucky it fell off right away because I would have been on HWY after next corner. Don't know what would happen to me or someone else if I lose tire at HWY speeds. Belzers did offer me a free oil change and tire rotation. Thanks but no thanks!!!!

I recently bought a car from Belzer and had a great experience working with Jeremy. He wasn't pushy and really helped me find the perfect truck. I would recommend both Belzer and Jeremy to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

My wife and I started looking for a new car and had a really bad experience at another dealership. We called Jeff Belzer's Dodge and talked to Gil Boyle. From the beginning, Gil was excellent and went above and beyond our expectations in assisting us to find a new vehicle. Gil made the entire vehicle purchasing experience quick and enjoyable. The other staff we dealt with were also exceptional, and we were very impressed with the quality of service and everything about the dealership (cleanliness, friendliness, etc.). We will definitely recommend this dealer to others and almost definitely be back for our future vehicle needs.

Mary Jo Andreasen far exceeded my expectations and was a key factor in my recent purchase. In fact, she also was instrumental in selling me two of my five vehicles purchased from Belzers over the past 12 years or so. As a once resident of Apple Valley, my vehicle list includes a Dodge Van, a Chev' truck, a Cadillac De Ville, aChev' Suburban, and now a Dodge Durango. There is no reason to believe that I willgo elsewhere for my next vehicle. Mary Jo showed excellent people person qualities, and knowledge of automotive presentations went beyond the level I would have deemed necessary to procure my purchasing dollar. She is an asset to Belzers and I hope she is still there when I am again in the buying seat.

For over 1 year I was interested in a very particular Dodge Challenger RT Classic. When I was ready to buy, I found it at Jeff Belzer's Dodge in Lakeville, Minnesota. I received the rebates from Dodge that I expected to get and even worked my financing through Blaine and Jeff Belzer's Dodge with an excellent finance rate. There wasn't any "funny business" and what they promised they delivered. For a major purchase, it was an extremely easy transaction.I would wholeheartedly recommend Jeff Belzer's Dodge and Blaine Dyson in particular.
