Sales is what it should be, pleasant experience, no hastle, new and used vehicles. Now for the bad news! Service after the sale is far below par. I have taken several vehicles in to Jeff Hunter Toyota for service and sitting in the lobby with several other people, things seem to be fine. The staff is friendly and polite, all in all a pleasant experience. They bring me my keys and show me the paper that shows everything has been checked and is good to go. Except the fact that the air filters are under my back seat were I placed it this morning! This makes twice in the last two months. The service manager is just as polite as the rest of the staff and we have had a couple of discussions lately. Today he said he would handle it and after 20 minutes returned with another gentleman who informed me that he trains the shop personnel NOT TO CHECK THE FILTERS before 30k miles! Why? Because Toyota Care runs out at 30k? Maybe. But I will not go back to Jeff Hunter Toyota if they can't be honest with and take care of the people who trust them. They did go ahead and put new filters in for me and I thanked them accordingly. But I can't trust that those little check marks are getting or have ever been done and neither should you! I would advise after service you check, you never know if you are being taken care of.....or just being taken advantage of!

Had to take my car in for estimate of damages. The staff at the body shop was VERY friendly and helpful. Made the process so simple.

After 2 service facilities didn’t fix my AC I decided to take my 2007 Camry to Toyota. These guys did a great job Brent knows his stuff and along with Sean (sp) they explained everything to me. Thanks guys I’ll be back if I need help in the future.

If you want a fast, no haggle experience where you literally sign and go, then I highly advise you ask for Robert Stormer at Jeff Hunter Toyota. I texted him the car I wanted to see, it was ready when I got there. We agreed on price via text thereafter. Emailed him my financing , he picked me up and took me to sign my papers (since I wasn’t trading in I needed a lift). I was in and out in under 30 minutes. Remember his name, Robert Stormer. By far the easiest, fastest car buying experience I’ve ever had. Thank you Robert!
