I went here after work one day, just curious to see how much they would give me to trade in for my 2008 Mitsubishi Eclipse. I was greeted immediately by a friendly sales associate, Kirk Williams. Kirk understood I was just seeing how much they would offer and did not try and push me into purchasing that day. The patience of the workers there was excellent and they answered all of my questions with a good response. I ended up driving off the lot that day with a 2015 Outlander Sport and couldn't have been more happy with my purchase. They were flexible and let me come back the next day and retrieve everything that i left behind in my old car. Overall good experience.

I just bought a used car from this dealership. If I did not really like the car or my salesperson I would have gone elsewhere! They did not offer me anything and everything I asked for I did not get! I asked if the car had 2 keys and they told me they lost the packet that went with the car so they did not know. The manager told me on Saturday he would find it and have an answer for me by Monday morning. Monday morning comes around and I ask about the second key and the manager told me he didn't know that he would have to find the packet...wait a minute you told me on Saturday you would find it before Monday and now you are telling me you don't know anything about it??? We tried for a couple of days to sign the papers but there was an issue with the title, come to find out the manager inputted something incorrectly. When we finally make the appointment to sign the papers the manager tries to charge me an extra $1,000! WHAT?!?! We finally get that straight and go in to sign the papers and the manager does not know what he is doing and has to have someone come and help him! That person introduces himself and tells us it will take him five minutes to get the paperwork together and within ten minutes we should be done...an hour and a half later we finally leave! The manager told me he would put some gas in the car to help offset the cost of me having to come in so many times. He comes out and tells me that it is all gassed up and ready to go! We get in the vehicle and start it up to see that it only has a quarter tank of gas...I don't know about you but in my opinion that is not, "All gassed up and ready to go". I have never had such horrible service in buying a car. Again, if I didn't really love this car or like my salesperson I would have gone somewhere else. Great Salespeople but a horrible manager who does not know what he is doing!

I went to Jeff Schmitt mitsubishi to buy my car. The experience was great, the people were super friendly and very helpful, overall everything went well. The only downside was that they had only one financing guy available to it took a little longer than normal to get everything processed. Besides that I love my new mitsubishi lancer! and my sales guy was absolutely amazing. If you go to buy a car from Jeff Schmitt mitsubishi ask for Jimmy, he's great!

I just purchased a 2008 Tahoe with the help of Benito and Reggie J....they worked with me and found me the best payment plan and had me in and out in a very timely manner even with power outages from the weather while I was there. Reggie was very friendly and Benito didn't have me waiting around when I pulled up he was the 1st to greet me at the door. Pleasure doing business and I have been recommending others

I have no complaints with my recent buying experience at Jeff Schmitt Mitsubishi. I recently purchased a 2013 Chrysler 200 and got a really good deal I couldn't pass up. Aston did great with putting me in a car that fit my needs. I didn't originally go there for this specific vehicle, as I knew what I wanted. When I weighed out the pros and cons, it was a no brainer. I will definitely be referring people I know to them!

I was referred by my best friend after she bought a Regal from there. I had my mind set on a 2013 Malibu from another location, but they found an even better one & MATCHED the price. I was sold. All I needed was two pay stubs, ran credit and was qualified (even with hiccups on my credit). Unlike White Allen & their misleading advertisements, they truly work with you. Jimmy was a GREAT help. He even synced my iPhone to the MyLink Bluetooth. This dealership gets an A+. I will NEVER car shop anywhere else. I'll definitely be back in the future!!

I just recently purchased a used vehicle from this location. Took car in for protection and wanted them to also look at vehicle because seemed to have a shaking in front end. Still under factory warranty and also bought extended warranty. Was told by sales person he had to speak with manager and they refused to look at my vehicle! Told was taking to another dealership for a recall on that model and was told let us know what is said about the shaking! Cannot believe they refused considering its under warranty and only had two weeks. Really regretting now buying my vehicle from this location.

I went to this dealership needing a new car. Immediately I was greeted with friendly faces from the entire staff. Ryan Humfleet was the salesman who took care of me. He sat me down and asked me questions about what I was looking for and what not. He had plenty of options for me to look at before we even hit the lot. After I found the car that I fell in love with he sat down and started the process of pricing. He fought hard to get me the best price possible. I walked in with a number in my head and walked out with an incredible car! The warranty on the vehicles is the best I've seen. Take my advice and head to Jeff Schmitt Mitsubishi for your next car!

I stopped by to see what Jeff Schmitt had to offer that would fit in my budget. I was met by Jordan Clift. He showed me a car but he saw I was not very happy with it . I mentioned to him I would consider a pickup truck and he told me about one he had in mind. He answered all of my questions and concerns. He worked with my wife and I to get us in a nice vehicle that is within our budget. We will come back to Jeff Schmitt and ask for Jordan for our next vehicle.

The salesman bret was very helpful and worked with me for over a week because my schedule with work and kids he even brought a car from one of there other lots down so I coul test drive it. Gabriel Jones, the salesman that made my buying experience easy! Came in to buy a vehicle cash and ended up saving money financing that I didn't think I could afford! We recently bought a 2012 Nissan Altima. Barry (salesman) was incredible to work with, but the rest of the team could use some work. We called the dealership and told them about the car we were interested in, and we gave 24 hours notice of our arrival. When we arrived, the car was filthy, and had trash inside. Barry removed the trash so we could test drive the car. Once we decided to purchase the vehicle, we were offered the undercoating/Scotchgarding package, but we politely declined. However, when we were presented with the initial purchase agreement, it had been written back into the total price. Barry was able to get the purchase agreement re-written in quick fashion, and we were able to move forward. Barry sent the car to be detailed, but when it came back, it was far from clean and ready. Barry had to strip all of the old tape and residue from the windows, and he had to fill one of the tires with air so the alert would cancel in the car. Honestly, if it wasn't for Barry, we would have taken our cash elsewhere.

After spending the day going to several different dealerships looking for a car for myself, I was feeling defeated. Then we came to Jeff Schmitt in Fairborn, OH. We were approached by salesman Charlie Stevens with a friendly smile and handshake. I told him what I was looking for and he went right into showing me cars that were in my specifications. At no point did he (Charlie) ever try to show me a car that was not within my budget or desires. I never felt pressured or as if I was getting the "sales pitch of the day". He made the paper work process very easy and understandable. And after a short time I left that evening with my new Kia Forte (exactly what I wanted), a great payment that was well within my budget that I was planning, and the secure feeling in knowing that if I had any questions or concerns that I had good people to go back and talk to. We are a military family and have moved around quite a lot and have heard many horror stories of the car buying process, but with Charlie Stevens and Jeff Schmitt Mitsubishi, there is nothing to be afraid of! I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!! Thank you for everything!!!

So after going in to trade in my old car, we worked some numbers and apparently Brett got confused on what i was trying to tell him so in the end the price was way more than what I wanted to spend. He called me the next day, and I told him if you can't make it this price then I don't want it, sure enough he ended up getting me what I wanted. The kicker is that when he handed me the keys, I asked him where the second set was and he said oh, let me go find it. There was not a second set, he said this should be no problem and that if I come back tuesday the key guy will make one for me. I called the next monday asking if brett had set me up yet for tuesday, and he said no but we can do that. It has been about 3 weeks and I have yet to hear back from them, also my blinker light has gone out not even owning the car one month. I dont think they are a bad dealership, just make sure you check everything before you buy your car so you don't get hosed like i did.

We went knowing what we was looking for (Dodge Avenger) They went above and beyond to get the car we wanted! They didnt try to talk us out of the car we wanted, of corse they gave us tons of options but we wanted that specific car and thats what they helped us get. Brett was great to work with. He was friendly and helpful. He even came in on his day off to let me test drive a car I was interested in. Over all a great experience from beginning to end. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Great selection and good prices. If anyone is looking to buy a new or used car, talk to Brett. He will be sure to take care of you. The only downside to this car buying experience was that the manager was condescending and generally not very friendly.

We went to Jeff Schmitt Auto looking to purchase an automobile. We were so pleased with our day there. We came home with a brand new Chevy Cruze. The salesman that helped us was Brett. Even though he had not been there for a long period of time he still knew what he was doing and if he didnt he found out the answer very quickly. After we had purchased our vehicle, I went to work and told coworkers of my experience at Jeff Schmitt Auto and one of my coworkers went down the following week and purchased a used vehicle from the Miamisburg location, they too had nothing to say but good things. I am 45 years old, I have purchased 8 vehicles in my time and I have never been treated as good as what I was there. Thanks to all at Jeff Schmitt Auto!!!

First of all I would like to thank all of you for a wonderful experience. I really appreciate Gabriel in sales he was very kind and not pushy at all. I am thankful for Rick in financing for trying his best to get us the best deal on a loan and he did. Our credit is not the best but our income is good so they worked with someone to get us the best deal on the car. I do not recall the gentlemans name but he greeted us when we first walked inside the door. We also saw him as we went to leave with our new car. He was so kind and said God is Good and yes he is...thank you! Those words you said meant so much to me and I thank you.I just thank everyone again for the kindness you all showed us. We have had our 2012 Cruze for a day and we are loving it.

We had gone to a smaller lot looking for a car and wandered over before hours just to peek without expecting to find something in our budget. Our salesman Aaron was just getting to work and came out to greet us before the dealership even opened. He was very easy to talk to, down to earth, and not the least bit pushy or over excited which was a huge plus for us. He had good things to say about his team and seemed very positive they could help us get into something reliable and within our budget. Skeptically we told him which cars we were interested in and why and he explained which ones he thought were the best choices and why. We all agreed on 1 that stood out above the rest and we drove it as soon as the manager opened the doors. Of course we fell in love with the car and being a certified dealer we knew we could trust it. We were still skeptical about financing and crossed our fingers. The finance manager was able to secure us a loan just over what I wanted to spend but it was still in our budget! Being a Sunday he wanted to make some more calls so we bought the car and found out the next day that he was able to get us a better deal! He saved us an extra $80 a month with a different lender that hadn't been open when we were looking. So not only did they work their magic in finding us a lender but they took it upon themselves to get us the best deal possible. The sales team was friendly and were not the least bit pushy. The service team made sure my care was safe for my family. I also got top dollar for my trade in. I couldn't be happier. I love my new car and I had a wonderful experience despite a bumpy credit history.

We were made a deal on a vehicle and were under the impression that a warranty was included in the negotiated price. while we were signing the papers for financing we were informed that the warranty was an extra $3000.00. This did not set well with me. I was ready to call off the deal and take my vehicle and go home. I don't know the Managers name but he came in and apologized and worked some numbers and cut the price of some things and saved the deal. I eventually left with the vehicle satisfied. Well, it has been 2 months since I purchased the vehicle. I was promised an Owners Manual for the vehicle that I purchased and still haven't gotten one yet. During the deal being made on the vehicle, I was told the warranty would be 3 years 36,000 mile. When I got it in the mail it is for 2 years 24,000 miles. They also told me the vehicle had a clean car fax. Maybe in their eyes a wrecked vehicle is a clear car fax. These people with out a doubt are the biggest con men I have ever dealt with purchasing a vehicle. They don't return phone calls, they blow you off and always find a way to blame someone else instead of fixing a concern or problem.It is with out a doubt the worst experience I have had purchasing a vehicle.

I needed a car right away but wasnt sure what to get. Sales staff was very helpful in showing me options, & I loved the used outlander I test drove. I was uncomfortable buying it because I really wanted the full warranty, so I did some online shopping & found a good price on a new outlander at another dealership. I was going to go there, but I felt bad about the sales staff at j s doing all the work & not getting a sale, so I called & told them what was up. I was asked to come in, & they said they were going to beat the other dealer, which I thought was great. They showed me the car, & I repeatedly asked if it was exactly the same as the one at the other dealership except for the color. I was told yes it was the same, and they offered a better price, so I was on board. And then the contract came out & I saw that the car was not the same model year. They say they thought they told me - think I'd remember that detail! So they lowered the price a bit more & I took the car. I really like the car, & I'd still have taken it if they'd been honest about it. But since they weren't, I drove away with an unpleasant feeling. Yes, mistakes happen, oversights occur, but when someone repeatedly asks if vehicle A is identical to vehicle B in every way except color, you'd think an admission would be made.

From the minute I walked in the door I was greeted and accepted a person not just a dollar sign. We explained to Aaron what kind of car we were looking for and in the price range we were looking for. He went talked to his boss showed us a few cars and than we found the car we fell in love with. His was very nice, knowledgeable in what he was doing, friendly. He helped us in every way that he could to get us into the car that we wanted. He was not worried about making a dollar off of us. He wanted to be in a car that we wanted to be in and that would could enjoy for years to come. Allen got our payments right around where we needed them to be. They took their time with us and we did not feel pressure at all, unlike some of the other places we had been. He was a great guy to work with and I would recommend him to anyone that is in the market for a new or used car. I hope he is still around selling cars when I need another new car. Purchasing a car at Jeff Schmitt in Fairborn was a great experience. From the second we stepped onto the lot, Gabriel was there to greet us. Not only was he extremely patient and understanding with us, he went out of his way to help. I get off work really late and Gabriel actually met me on my lunch break at another Jeff Schmitt location closer to my office, JUST so I could test drive a car. We couldn't be more grateful for his committment, professionalism, and superior customer service. Behind the scenes, Allen Prather did an excellent job relentlessly trying to find us a lender that would give us the payment and interest rate we needed, which, I admit, was no easy feat. We're so thankful for his hardwork and the fact that he waited after hours at work JUST so we could make it to sign the paperwork. Overall, we couldn't be more pleased with the staff at Jeff Schmitt. We highly recommend this dealership!

I bought my car from Jordan Clift. I actually got to this location in error, as the car I was interested in was at another one of their locations. Jordan was really friendly and helpful. He tracked down the Chevy HHR I was interested in and then drove me to the other location for a test drive. I was concerned that I might have to start over with a new sales person, but Jordan was able to handle the sale back at the Mitsubishi lot. He handled everything and I was able to complete the negotiations and drive the HHR home that night. Great service Jordan!

Amber did a great job! We arrived near closing time on Friday and she helped us anyway to get set-up with pre-approval for our financing. We came back on Saturday to purchase a vehicle and she had several already chosen based on our talk the night before. It was a quick decision b/c of her preparation and we were done with the entire process of chosing a car and completing the paperwork within 2 hours. The finance officer was also very nice to work with and guided us in our decision for financing since this was our first time using that method to purchase a car. We are very happy with the car and the service we received.

I purchased a new vehicle in april. I washed the vehicle for the first time on menorial day and noticed that there were some problems with paint. There were overious places where bird dropings had been left too long on the paint, it had lots of scratches and chips in the fenders and doors. I have already made four trips to the dealership and still are no farther with getting the problem resolved. Twice they have sent the vechile back home with me with a promise to call me in a couple of days to discuss what they will do. They never call. I end up calling them. I am getting upset with dealing with these people. I will call them again tomorrow because they have not called me as they said. Thanks for taking this complaint Ralph Parsons

The salesman was excellent I would buy from him again however it seemed like no one would do the final paper work for him to sell the vehicle to us we were there 4 hours .My credit is very good so I know that wasn't the reason. To me it seemed that the others were trying to get us mad and walk out losing the sale for Robert . The only reason that Jeff Schmitt got our sale was because Robert kept talking and kept us calm.So we thank Robert Terrill for working with us and keeping us calm so we could have the vehicle we wanted.

This has to be the worst overall experience tharbive ever had with a dealership. Maybe they're great at selling new cars, but they couldn't certify a vehicle to save their life. After confirming that the vehicle that I purchased had several problems it took me.more than a week to get a hold of some one with any power to handle the situation. Their response was mistakes happen, when two or three things are wrong I understand that but when the vehicle has a laundry list of problems that's not a mistake that's carelessness. By the end of this whole experience I am absolutely disgusted by this place and hope that GM will pull their franchise because they don't deserve to represent quality when they can't v Back it up.

My husband and I walked into the dealership thinking we would be turned down for a car loan. Gabe did a wonderful job in finding us a good car for a fair price as well as securing the financing. I would like to start off my review by saying that our sales person, Aaron Right, was newer and still has a lot to learn. He was friendly and helpful, but seemed to get slightly irritated with us when the "dealing" wasn't going the way that he wanted. Aaron was not mean or disrespectful at all, he just seemed a little frustrated at times. One other thing that Aaron needs to refine is his terminology. He kept referring to things being "retarded". We still bought a car from him, but to some people using that word would be a deal breaker. On the other side, Aaron gave my son money out of his own pocket for my son to buy a soda out of the vending machine. It is not that I do not like Aaron. I truly think he is a diamond in the rough and will grow with experience.As I have already stated, we still bought a car from this dealer, and it seems to be a very nice car. Jack, the finance manager, was also very kind and helpful. It was obvious that Jack was very organized and knew what he was doing.If you need a used car, I would suggest looking to see what you find at this dealership.

Traded for a used SUV. Generally happy with my vehicle, except the service engine soon light came on after only 5 days of owning it. After some convincing, they agreed to pay for half of the repair, leaving me with a 116 dollar bill to get it fixed. Still better than nothing. Dealing with Gabe was fine, although it became clear he didn't really have the power to sweeten my deal. Overall, I give them a neutral rating. I expected some hassle, and I got what I expected.

Our search for a gently used convertible Mustang led us to the friendly and courteous sales team at Jeff Schmitt's Mitsubishi used car lot. We were impressed by the wide variety of makes and models on the lot, but we were there to see the snazzy black Mustang with the red interior! We made a total of three trips to see, and ultimately, buy the car. Barry, the sales mgr, has succeeded in assembling a true "team" of sales associates, as evidenced by every one being attentive, friendly, and willing to help us each time we came to see the car. From arranging our first test drive, to readying our new addition for its trip home with us, the effort to make our auto shopping experience a smooth, pleasant, and efficient one was obviously a top priority for all involved. We would like to thank Tom, Tim, Aaron, Jack, Gabe, and Barry for their assistance in the sales process, and Allen for his finance prowess that made the "fine print" easy to read and understand! I bought my Lancer from Jeff Schmitt Mitsubishi because they had the best deals. I found them on Autotrader. I live an hour and a half away from the dealership, but the drive was worth what I would be saving. I worked with Robert Terrill during my purchase, and to this day I am still getting friendly emails from him asking how things are and giving me service reminders. I can have my car serviced at any dealership which is nice. All in all I have had a great experience with this dealership.

I researched the vehicles available online for several months deciding on what kind of car I wanted to look at. I found the perfect HHR, and contacted the internet sales department. They responded quickly and we set up an appointment for me to come test drive the car. I quickly confirmed my research and we sat down to go over the numbers. I never make a big purchase like this immediately, and when I told them I wanted to take their final offer home to think it over, they were very respectful and not pushy. I crunched the numbers and found their offer to be very fair, and called the next day to set up an appointment to finalize the deal. Unfortunately their internet was down, so we did a spot delivery. However, the first deal fell apart due to the bank not approving it. Not the dealer's fault, they actually stepped up my trade allowance to make the deal go through, which resulted in my payments going down! I definitely feel everyone I dealt with was working hard to make this a great experience. When I am ready to buy again Jeff Schmitt will be my first and only stop!

I had been searching for a replacement vehicle for a long time when my search landed me into the Jeff Schmitt Mitsubishi show room floor. I met with an amazing gentleman named Rob Terrill who walked me through many different price points to first find the price that best suited my monthly payment budget I had alotted. He went to another dealership location to find the vehicle that best suited my needs as there was nothing on the lot that was catching my eye and it was a perfect match! He actively listened to my goals and worked rigorously to make sure I left with nothing but the best customer experience possible! He made sure to be swift and precise as I had a four year old son who was becoming more and more impatient and even offered to purchase a snack and beverage for my son out of his own pocket long before he ever knew he had a guaranteed sale in house. We came in looking for a car. We had what we were looking for in mind but figured it might be out of our price range. When we met with Gabe, he was so polite and encouraged that we should always go for the stars. So we told him that we wanted an Impala, decent mileage, a low down payment, yet we needed a lower monthly rate. After looking through a few cars we stumbled on the car that we were looking for in the first place. We were so HAPPY to come in, feel respected and more like family then just a cash holder; get exactly what we were looking for. The best feeling was knowing that we were working with a dealership that specializes in working with people, for the people, and making sure we get exactly what we came in there for. If it wasnt for Gabe, we probably would have gotten the worst kinda deal possible from a "buy here pay here" and would have a broken, busted car. now we not only have an amazing car but we have people we can depend on to help us through this whole process of buying amd maintaining a car. We were not looking to buy a car the day we went in in fact we had had a not so good experience with the Mazda Dealership owned by the same company the day before. We found two interesting deals that look to be a good fit and were greated by the manager who assign us Rob as our salesperson. Rob bent overbackwards to make our sale happen. The purchase process was the most streamlined and least stressfull of any car that we have purchased. They gave me what I was asking for for my trade in sight unseen and worked the deal we wanted for the car we wanted. In the end we drove out of there with "used" car that only had 5K miles on it and felt like we made a new car purchase. Highly recommend this dealership if you are looking for a used car or a new Mitsubishi. The sale person was very personable and we hope to do business again with him in the future. Thanks Rob

The dealership itself was nice, but it was the salesman who made it for me, he was friendly,honest, and willing to go the extra mile. He made buying a car a much more friendly process than i have encountered before and when it came to the signing and financial part of it he was ready to go to bat for us no matter how difficult the request was he was willing to give it a shot. Jordan is a great asset to Jeff Schmidt. The prie was acceptable but it wasn't the cheapest place around but the sales staff was willing to do what they could to help. The finance manager was very helpful as well and was able to come up with so many options for us to get to the monthly number. overall my experience was good and would recommend this dealer and salesman again.

I was very pleased with my purchase on 2/15/12. Tom greeted me on the lot on Wednesday when I just stopped to look at what inventory they had. Tom put no pressure on me and answered all of my questions. I came back on Thursday and test drove one car and loved it. I had a price in mind that I wanted to stay under and Tom, Barry and Dan worked very hard to accomodate my price. I am entitled to a GM discount but choose to do business with Mitsubishi as I love their product. This is the 7th car I have purchased through Jeff Scmitt Auto Group. Thank you to Tom, Barry and Dan for a great experience again!

After testing driving the Mazda 3 that I bought from Jeff Schmitt Jordan waswaiting to talk to me more about the vehicle I wanted to purchase. After going to his office he did everything he could to get the price of the car down to what I wanted to pay. I was very happy with their service and they went above and beyond and had a remote start and keyless entry installed in my car. Since I have left the dealership I have recieved phone calls from Jordan making sure that I was satisfied with my purchase. Jeff Schmitt was an awesome place to buy a car and their service continues way beyond just the purchase of a car.

I purchased a new Lancer from Jeff Schmitt Mitsubishi and the sales experience was typical, but where they stood out was the service after the sale. The salesman was friendly and helpful. I had done many hours of research on the smaller 4 door cars and had come to the Lancer as the top pick to test drive. I was happy with how the Lancer performed and made the choice to buy it. In working out a price and discussing the options there was a mistake made on what options the car had. The mix up on the option did not come to light until 3 days after I had taken the car home. I brought the situation to my salesmans attention, and he took it to his manager. They could have put me off and ignored my situation, but they said from the first conversation that we would come to a solution. The salesman was upfront with me and his manager, and there was no hesitation in fixing the situation. The staff at Jeff Schmitt worked with me and we came to a very satisfactory resolution. I would recommend Jeff Schmitt for any of your car buying needs.

It was a great overall experience. The only suggestion I would make is that you go over all the costs in detail before printing out the contract since that needs to be clear beforehand. Everyone I dealt with was extremely friendly and the customer service was exceptional.

My initial connect with Jeff Schmitt was a phone inquiry during the week of January 16. Through this inquiry, I came into contact with Karma Ross. She answered all my questions about the new Lancers and invited me to come in and test drive a new Lancer. I did so on Sunday, January 22. During this visit I met with Ms. Ross and Dan, a sales manager. I had not intended on a purchase that day and wanted to think about my upcoming new car buy. Throughout the course of the week, I continued to internet shop for a new Lancer. After making several phone calls and negotiating a price, I decided to return to Jeff Schmitt to work with Karma. On Saturday, January 28, I spoke to Karma via the phone and stated I would be in around 1 pm to purchase the Lancer, I had driven the week before. My experience once back in the dealership was overwhelmingly lengthy. In fact it took over 4 hours to sign the paperwork in order for me to drive away in my car. I do not clearly understand what took so long. I do understand that the traffic count seemed high and everyone was busy helping others; however, I wasted my entire day waiting to sign a few papers that literally took 10 minutes. Ms. Ross was very apologic; however, her portion of the business had moved onto the next man, the sales manager. Dan was seen numerous times running from one end of the building to another-he seemed to be running ragged at his position Saturday. Barry, another manager, spoke to me and we have come to a resolution on the issue. I only wished that my exceptional experience with Karma had continued throughout the entire buying process. I was disappointed to see a man sitting at desk behind doors marked "private"- who was rarely seen in the showroom where literal chaos was taking place. I would expect that a dealership as large as Jeff Schmitt, could have called for help from perhaps another dealership of his in regards to finalizing in the finance department. Ms. Ross's customer service was exceptional, she is a patient salesperson who I enjoyed working with. She clearly understood my goals as a new car buyer! If the need arises in the future to buy another vehicle, I will return my business to Ms. Ross. If I could offer a few recommendations to this dealership-it would have to be a lesson on teamwork...a demonstration from the top of the chain to the ones who are helping to line your pockets-your sales people. I would also recommend replacing the stained tan carpet as well as a fresh coat of paint with some vibrant colors for others who may have to sit in the same closet space staring at white and gray walls for an entire afternoon. The interior appearance of your showroom should have the same standards that your employees are held too.

I came in to buy a car found what I wanted and Dave Temple took me and showed it to me and they worked with me as much as they could and was WAY better than what I thought they would.. After getting approved for the car I was wanting he took me over to fill the paper work out and that is where I met aaron lairmore where he went over every paper and fine print with me.. After getting all the paper work done he had the car washed and cleaned up for me as they also filled up the gas for me.. I HIGHLY recomend going to them as i will do the same thing in the future.. There are a lot of choices to purchase a used car and I recommend refraining from doing so with Jeff Schmitt Mitsubishi. We recently purchased a 2008 Ford Focus. From our experience: They will pressure you, to the point of lying, to use their financing, attempt to sell us services you don't need (read the contract very carefully, had I not it would have cost me an additional $2K) and they will fail to stand by their sale if something goes wrong afterwards. We drove an hour to this dealership because of the "advertised" good reputation. A few weeks after the sale my wife was in the area and scheduled an oil change, repair of the interior carpet which had pulled away again (it had been "repaired" when we purchased the vehicle) and an overall maintenance inspection. When my wife picked up the car she was handed a multi-point inspection and the keys. She noted the carpet wasnt repaired and was given no good reason why it wasnt done. The inspection sheet noted the wipers were amber and had question marks in regard to the rear brakes. She was sent on her way without any further explanation or offered any options to reconcile these issues. This dealership promotes their company as a caring, up front business that a customer can count on after the ink dries on the purchase contract. This certainly was a factor for us in choosing Jeff Schmitt in the first place. The car allegedly had an extensive inspection prior to being dubbed sales ready. How can the brakes go bad so soon after purchase. Why was it so hard to fix the carpet? The first time? The second? Why werent the wiper blades replaced? Why wasnt my wife given an assessment on the brakes? All of these items were corrected at our expense. I wrote a letter to the CEO of the dealership expressing these concerns and received no response. As noted there are many choices out there and given those choices I would not recommend this dealership. You may get service consistent with their brand message or you may not. Why risk it? I received an email the day before yesterday from the sales person who sold us the car requesting I post a review. Well here you go.

Needed a newer car and we went in there just to look and maybe test drive to see what would work for us. We told Tim our needs and desires and even though we were looking for a used car, Tim did a thorough search and came up with several models that would work for our growing family. Tim spent all evening with us and even drove us to another family lot on the other side of town to look at a new arrival. That was the car we wanted. Thanks Tim.

This was absolutely the best car-buying experience I've ever had in 44 years. I cannot think of anything that could have been better about it, short of them giving me the car outright. Initial ad for vehicle lacked interior pics. or description. A slow response (10 days) to my inquiry also resulted in getting wrong information about the interior color. A later ad with more pics. revealed it had an entirely different color scheme that would have been acceptable.

It was arainy crappy day. The time was still taken to go out in the rain , look at the cars. Drive the cars and do all of this with typical spring weather. I was there to get a key made with for my Eclipse. I was just looking around. I have been looking at different dealers, and all of the cars from Mitsubishi. I was really not going to buy one. I was made an offer and asked "what it would take to put me in that car" I drove. I told them what it would take. I got 2 of 3 and signed the deal. I choked on the purchase....just buying something new. But I am very happy and working on getting everything done for my first ever... brand new car.
