I was looking to purchase two used cars, one for my son and one for myself. We we upfront that my son had a specific class of car in mind preferably an Acura RSX-S. He eventually found the one he wanted from a private source. Kevin Combs was very helpful and kept in touch with us through the entire process. With that car purchase out the way and after a bit of a break we noticed an add for a FR-S. Since I had a pretty good idea what I wanted and a cherry used FR-S had just come in I went in for a test drive. I loved the car so I bought it the same day. A minimum of hassle at a reasonable price which was just what I wanted.

I originally went there just to look at the used cars then was approached by a salesman to was trying to convince me that he could get me into a new 2015 and led me to the new car part of the dealership. I was very clear about what my budget was and told him I did not want to get a car where I couldn't afford the payments. The finance manager then came and tried to assure me he could get me into a brand new car as well but as a lease. No matter how many times I told them that it was out of my budget and I only was there to look around to see what they had I felt like they were just trying to get a sale and take advantage of a female by herself at a dealership. Before I left they tried to make it seem like I wasted their time when in reality they just would not listen. I finally just walked out that is why I like smaller dealerships better.

George was really great to speak with. He had an incredible sense of humor, & his professionalism was on point. There was no pressure. My salesman was very informative and knowledgeable about the cars I was interested in. In, fact everyone was friendly. When i returned to buy the Versa, the sales manager did all he could to give me a great deal and the finance manager worked hard to get a lower interest rate for me. My salesman, Shaun Wightman, went out of his way to explain all the workings of the car and even helped me set up the bluetooth with my phone! He also helped me transfer all my belongings from my old Nissan to my new one.

Another customer wanted the vehicle that I had my eyes on but they were there before me although I was paying in cash the other customer had to finance so I waited to see if their credit was approved. Awesome service department. The on-line scheduling is great. Everything can be accomplished without waiting on the phone just to set up an appointment. Chad Boise service manager was awesome, professional and straight up with all of the information and questions. This was truly one of the best experiences I've encountered at a dealer service department. I've found a new place to do my business with. Can't say enough about Jeff Schmitt Nissan!

Matt Salyers was PHENOMENAL!! He made a great first impression, when we pulled up it was pouring down rain, and he still came outside to help. He was very welcoming, and had an amazing personality! He continuously said "I will," not "I can't," like we had already heard all day looking at other car dealerships. He found us a car to look at right away, and was 100% honest about everything, it was very obvious he wasn't in it for the money! He continuously made us laugh, and made my experience as a first time car buyer amazing. He was very helpful and detailed throughout the whole process, and answered every question thoroughly. He communicated with me, and kept me up to speed on everything that was going on, which I very much appreciate! Our sales person, Kyle, was extremely professional and made the whole transaction a breeze. His pitches for additional services were pretty solid, however my personal financial situation prevented me from accepting them. Also, management seemed very supportive of the sale process and tried to match/improve tbe financing I already had with my bank, as well as facilitate a trade in. At the back end the financial rep offered gap insurance which I considered.

A little over 30 days ago I came to trade in my old car and get a new one. My Dad and I already knew that I wanted an SUV, so we started from there. I came to Jake Neeley who is a long time friend and a great salesman for Jeff Schmitt. I came to Jake a couple times playing around with the idea of different SUV's that I had researched and ones that He recommended I try and test drive. After some time talking with him and my dad, we set of to test drive some SUV's. Intermediately upon walking into the Dealership, I felt comfortable and at home, During times I had to wait, the staff made sure I was being taken care of and to pass the time answer questions and talk to me. Throughout the buying experience with Jake he was asking me questions about what I was looking for and staying in constant contact with myself and my Dad (as well as continuing to do so). Thanks to them, I was able to get a recall service done on my car that was overdue and get my garage door opener back that I mistakenly left in the rental. Also thanks to Cheryl who arranged to have the rental car returned for me. Right before winter struck I was in search for a more reliable/safer car for my job. Up till this point every car I've had has been 15-20(+) years old & i was always having to spend more money into it than I had for it & i was always paranoid over every noise or bump. Last month I purchased a used car and was helped through the process by Jake Neeley. I have nothing but good things to say about my process with him. 1st of all, and most importantly to me, I wasn't pressured at all to make a purchase. I was up front about my goals that day. I was just browsing. I needed a reliable car, but have no credit or really any experience buying a vehicle. Jake was very understanding and made everything very easy to understand. Buying a car shouldn't be a hassle. It should be an easy experience that is tailored to the buyer and their needs. It is for this reason that I give a five star to Jeff Schmidt Nissan. I was trading in a vehicle and getting a new one, and I was lucky enough to get jake N. There is a huge difference between a salesman showing cars because they're more expensive and showing cars because they're what the customer wants. Jake did the latter. He didn't force expensive cars in me, he founds cars that were the criteria I gave him. He knew a lot about each cars, which made the question and answer easy. It was more of a conversation than a cliche, awkward, experience I've encountered at many other dealerships. I ended up with exactly what I wanted, and I couldn't be happier. Jake got me the car I wanted, within my budget, and even helped walk me through other facets of my new car and my trade in. I asked for his business cards so i can hand them out. Honest, hard working, dealership salesman are rare..and jake is one of them. Side note, Dan also worked very hard to get the best financing available. It's much appreciated.

My husband and I went to look at purchasing a Nissan, we had a man by the name of Kevin Combs that came out and wanted to help us. He was very polite and honest from the beginning and made sure that we wanted to see the right vehicle, he even mentioned that we could drive all of the cars on the lot if wanted too. We test drove a Nissan Rogue and I feel in love with it, he did everything he could to get us in the vehicle and it happened. What a great guy. Went all the way to Dayton, Ohio from Indianapolis because the Jeff Schmitt Nissan dealership was willing to work with me on price. My local dealers would not even discount the vehicle. And they were not bashful or appologetic about it either. The General Manager at Jeff Schmitt Nissan, Mario; was great to work with and went out of his way to make us feel welcome after we drove the 2 hours to his location. Even went so far as to drive down to the corner and get exactly what we liked to drink because he cared. They were Fair, Straight forward, and polite. The whole dealership was full of nice people. I would certainly recommend them to anyone. When I need another car, and its a Nissan, I hope Mario is still there.

After shopping on Trucks. Com for a Toyota Tundra 4x4, I found the one I wanted at Jeff Schmitt Mazda store. I initially went to the Nissan store and promptly greeted by Mr. Rutledge. I told him what I wanted to do and he went to work for me. we went over to the Mazda store and test drove the truck. I pointed out a few things that I wanted to be repaired before I brought it and Mr. Rutledge and The manager Christ promised me that it would be fix and it was. We stopped into Jeff Schmitt Nissan after a terrible experience with a dealer down the street from them. We first worked with Ben, who was very nice, and very honest. When we came back the next evening, Ben was out, so Ricardo stepped in. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles, and patient with me in looking for the right car. He helped me find the best fit, after looking at several models and trims. He stayed after hours to help me get squared away. The sales manager, Brian was awesome, and never made me feel like my limited budget was unrealistic. He worked hard and ran numbers on several models for me, and never pushed me to go outside of what I could afford. Also, Chris and Michelle, in finance, were very friendly. They kept things moving quickly. Over all, from beginning to end, I had a great experience!

In December 2013 I blew a head gasket in my Honda del sol and my car was down. At the time, I was an Area Manager which requires me to drive in between my locations all day. My grandparents recommended Jeff Schmitt because they have purchased 4 cars from them previously. Dustin Berkhardt was my salesman and I couldn't have asked for a better experience, especially with me having lack luster credit. He wasn't pushy and made sure I found something within my price range and loved. I ended up leaving with a 2013 Nissan Sentra and couldn't be more happy! I came up to Jeff Schmitt Nissan looking to buy a used Honda SI manual a week ago Friday. Ricardo took me out on a test drive and explain all the equipment on the car. I couldn't get the car, but he made sure that I obtain quality transportation. Ricardo told me that he would be going out of town on the weekend to do some Walleye fishing in Lake Erie, but he would make sure that I was adequately taken great care of. He introduced me to George Webb and set an appointment for Saturday. Ricardo was true to his word - he called me early Saturday and told me that George will be there waiting for me and he was. The first time I walked into Jeff Schmitt Nissan dealership was to get an Oil change. Unfortunately, the car I had needed some work and I was getting very frustrated with the repairs that needed to be done. I spoke to one of the salesman there Rick Rutledge in possibly looking at trading my car for something newer. Although I was scared to the commitment, I knew what the best option was. Rick was determined to get me out of my old car due to the investment I had to put in it, he explained what would be the benefits in buying a new car versus making payments on a vehicle that would not be as reliable by the time I finished paying it off... After contemplating for so long due to me not having my father here, who is experienced in these decisions making, help me with the process. I finally took the offer in having Rick help me find a dependable vehicle that will be within my budget. Rick was sooooo patient with me in the process of looking for a Vehicle that I LIKE! I am very picky when it comes down to making decisions on something that will be long term. It took about a month to make a decision and Rick never gave up on me. Great facility. They should look into stocking it with great service-minded employees. It is a "service department", but my experience was lip service only. They're terribly inefficient. Had an "appointment", but it seems they must book 5 appointments at the same time, because my car sat in line for at least a half an hour with the lights flashing before anyone even thought about touching it. Then they extended my misery by trying to get me to purchase even more services that I didn't need. The only service that's going on here is removing money from wallets. That seems to be their main concern...definitely not my time or satisfaction. Guess that's the advantage dealerships have...not many choices for us customers.

I will never forget the patience and kindness Ricardo bestow on me when I brought my 2007 Silverado 4WD. I had a lot of negative equity in my trade and didn't have a lot of money to put down. I had a truly wonderful new car buying experience when I purchased my first new car at Jeff Schmitt Nissan in Beavercreek, OH. My salesman was Ricardo Rutledge and the manager that help made the deal happen was Greg Nicoll. Both of them really worked hard to make my dream reality!!! Lots of people was out car shopping on the lot, when Ricardo introduced himself to me and ask me if there is anything he can do to help. I told him that I wanted to trade in my P.T. Cruiser but I need special help because I needed my payment to be something I can afford. He assured me that he'd do everything he can to accommodate my situation and that I came to the right place to purchase a vehicle. He ask me a few questions about my driving habits, I told him I don't drive much. Ricardo, suggested that leasing would be a via option for me, especially since the 2014 Altima have great rebates and incentives. Well, he asked me what's my favorite color and pulled one up. He impressively presented the car to me and we went on a test drive - the rest is history! I leased the car. I recommend that if you are in the market to buy a car or truck go see RICARDO and he'll definitely go above and beyond to get you in a nice car.

I thank heaven to have met Ricardo! A couple weeks ago, my husband and I were looking at cars online. We decided to drive to the Nissan lot to see the car. We realized that we were running late and couldn't get there before closing time. Thankfully, a very helpful and kind salesman, Ricardo, came out to meet us even after closing time. Went to JS Chevrolet 3 years ago and said I would never go back. I decided to go to JS Nissan and And completely regret it. First impression was awsome. After failing to make a deal I told the salesman I appreciate everything he was doing and he told me that customers do not appreciate what salesmen do. He told me buyers are liars! Anyways I get a call later on from him and he's trying to get me to agree to a new deal, same deal just restated to sound different, and after I told him we where going to look elsewhere he hung up in my face. First, I want to point out that I could not get the rating system above to work. Overall my experience with Ricardo Rutledge at Jeff Schmitt Nissan was very good. He worked hard over a 3 days to make the deal work and negotiated fairly. I will rate him excellent. Recently my husband and I visited the Jeff Schmitt Nissan dealership and was met by Rick Rutledge and Eunice. They were both warm and cordial. We expressed the desire to either purchase or lease a 2014 Altima. We did not feel pressured to do either, but was presented the dynamics of both possibilities. Called ahead stated I had a TruCar quote from USAA and inquired if they had a vehicle that meet the requirements of the quote. I'm on a fixed income and it would be a waste of time if they could not meet it. Received a call from Rick Rutledge on 2/13/14 stating they'll get their hands on one, we set up an appointment for 12:45 on 2/14/14. We spent most of the day going over the particulars of a 2013 Nissan Rogue cayenne Red S AWD which was the vehicle of choice, needless to say the banks were not in agreement with the price. Mind you I said the banks, Rick did all that he could do to accommodate me in another vehicle in the price range I could afford. Seeing that I was a man of good standing and of sound financial standing the finance manager Mario McIntosh intervened with this advice, I could lease my vehicle with intent to own so at the end of the lease I could continue at the same low monthly as though I started with a 72 month loan from the get go. We went up on a Saturday and Luke tried his hardest to get me driving off the lot in my car but unfortunately was unable to so for the next 3 days Luke and his co-workers worked their butts off trying to get me this car! If you're looking for a new vehicle, you must go visit with Rick Rutledge at Jeff Schmitt Nissan. We had a two and a half hour drive in rainy/snowy weather and I'd do it again. Rick took care of everything: Displaying and reviewing vehicle features, making sure vehicle was cleaned, making sure all additional options were added, getting us coffee, making the paperwork as simple as possible, keeping things moving through the finance department, even helping my wife through the snow. I bought my new 2014 Nissan Rogue from Jeff Schmitt Nissan and I'm happy I did! It was below zero the evening we went to look at cars (crazy, I know! but we needed a car!)and before we even made it to the door our salesman, Rick Rutledge, was already outside greeting us and holding the door for us to come in. We test drove a few cars that evening, and we knew right away that if we were purchasing a Nissan it would be at this dealership with Rick. A week or so later, we ended up purchasing our Nissan Rogue, but we certainly weren't the easiest customers. We wanted a specific color, and we wanted them to meet or beat other prices we had found. Rick made this happen for us, and they even drove out of state to get us our white Rogue! Chris Ault, the finance manager, also made this experience wonderful for us too. There was no messing around with him, when we purchased our car he had us in and out in under a half hour. Not only will I recommend this dealership, but I definitely recommend working with Rick if you can. He has so many years in this business, his knowledge and experience is second to none. And not only that, he just has an aura about him. We trusted him from the get go, and now consider him a friend. I'm grateful for the opportunity to have met and worked with him!

We didn`t get there until 6:15pm,after driving about 60 miles, and there was only one other customer in the building. The Sales Person we were supposed to meet was off that day but we were directed to Rick Rutledge. A very professional Sales Associate who was busy on the phone when we arrived but once he was finished with his call was very attentive to us throughout the buying process. Rick listened to what we said to him and never tried to act as if what we had to say was not important. The new 2012 Nissan Juke we went to see was parked outside in the cold. It was about 5 degrees and the wind was whipping. But Rick, even though he is a Cleveland Browns fan, manned up and went outside to start the vehicle and pull it in the service bay so we could look it over in relative comfort. Unfortunately, the car would not start. That problem was rectified shortly and we were on a test drive. After arriving back at the dealership, we got down to the business of haggling and hammering out a deal that we were comfortable with and I`m sure would enable the dealership to keep the lights on for a little while. We told them where we wanted to be, keeping it as close to reality as possible. I was trading in a 2012 Jeep Wrangler 4 dr Sahara Unlimited. After informing Rick that I used to also sell cars, he and his management team pulled no punches and threw out a number that was totally acceptable. We left there 4 1/2 hours later, satisfied customers who felt good about the process and not as if we were forced into anything. The entire crew, Rick, his Sales Manager, the Finance Manager and the service crew who cleaned up the Juke were great and did not once complain about staying long after the normal closing time. They did forget to install the Navigation software but when notified the next morning about the oversight, Rick Rutledge got on it and it was in the mailbox in 2 days.

Took my car in to get an air pocket out of my heater core cause I only get heat when driving. They did a drop and fill and said everything was good. $100 later I still have the problem. I would think that the dealership could fix the issue but I was wrong.

We researched that the Nissan Frontier was in the top 3 small trucks in America, and I wanted a dealer close to home. He was very helpful in obtaining what we wanted in the vehicle and his demeanor was most appreciated. These guys did an awesome job. I came in to look at an Altima after looking at a few other models. The Atlima really offered everything I was looking for and was priced a bit lower for similar options but just did it a little better. We were out shopping for a newer car to replace one that was dying, and happened upon car row on US35 in Beavercreek. After some less than stellar choices at other places, we stopped at Jeff Schmitt Nissan before calling it a night. We immediately noticed a 2005 Altima and were greeted with an outstretched hand and a smile by Ben Lynch. Within minutes, we were behind the wheel of the car we drove away with that night. By the time we were to the purchasing stage, it was past business hours, but the business manager Jeff never once made us feel like we were a nuisance during the hour or so it took for all the financing and other paperwork. From beginning to end, the experience we had was top notch. Even today, when we brought it back in for a safety check, oil change, repair that was needed, and detailing, the team got us into a loaner and on our way in minutes. I have never been happier with a dealer than I was with Jeff Schmitt Nissan! Highly recommended!

I was shopping for a used car and had saw online a couple cars from this lot that I wanted to look at. I called the dealership and talked to Art, about an hour before arriving to the dealership to make sure they still had these cars available and to let the salesman know I was on my way to come look at these vehiles. When I got there I met with the salesman I had talked to on the phone and asked to see the cars. The first car he said he had no idea what had happened to it and it took him about 45min to track down this car. The second car I requested to look took Art about 20mins to find keys to this vehile.

I know a thing or two about cars but I also know enough to know when I am outmatched. I do almost all work myself, but my 2008 Nissan Altima had a transmission problem. I took it to Jeff Schmidt Nissan and they found the problem. From research on the Internet I figured out what it was before I went in. They verified it. It was covered under warranty. They offered me additional services. All the services were ones that truly needed done and the prices were more than reasonable. I have been to other dealers and they try to tell you everything is wrong. That is why I do the work myself. Not this dealer. By being honest, they earned my business.

We bought a vehicle from the used lot at Jeff Schmidt and were really disappointed with the purchase. The salesman was really nice, but we had to get approved before we could even test drive a car. We spent several days at the dealer getting approval before they would even allow us to test the car out, not knowing whether we wanted it or not. Once we were approved we were told of the stringent 20+ safety check that was performed on the vehicle, and that it passed everything. That was a lie. After we drove home, we found out that the ball joints were out, all 4 brake calipers needed replaced(one locked up on me going down the road), the power steering hose was taped up so it wouldn't leak, the rear differential seal was out, and the sway bar couplers are out. So far we have spent over $3000 getting the vehicle roadworthy and safe for our family of 7 children. I would recommend if you do business with this dealer, you should bring your own mechanic before you go through the process and have to spend a bunch of money on a car that should have been drivable in the first place.

The only drawback was that a part didn't come in at the appointed time, but that wasn't the fault of the dealership. To their credit, when the part did come in, the repair was better than the original part. It went above and beyond what we could've expected and we are pleased. We were treated kindly and were made to felt like we were valued as customers.

I recently purchased a car from Tim at the Nissan store in Beavercreek, Ohio. They were very knowledgeable about the car I wanted and treated me like a king (as expected). Tim helped me get into a car that I wanted and never once did I feel like I was being sold to or that he was being pushy. Mario the finance manager also was excellent. He crunched the numbers to make me happy and even more my girlfriend aka my COO smile. After all, she was the decision maker. The duo went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable with the decision and I'll make sure I tell people in Cincinnati it's worth the drive to Dayton to see this team! When we walked in Tim Collins walked up to us right away and he was a really big help. Tim walked us through looking at some cars. After we test drove a couple, we found one we liked. We ended up leaving with that car before the day was done. I wasn't even 100% sure about buying another car until we stopped in there!

Our experience with Dustin was excellent! After having searched at several dealerships and dealing with one directly where the salesperson was incredibly unknowledgeable of his products while still giving a horrible "lowest" price, Dustin made the process quick and simple. Having done our research on the internet, we knew about what we should be paying for our Murano, and Dustin matched our expectations well. He was not pushy at all and was willing to meet our every need. He even let me drive the Murano home the day we bought it despite the fact that it had upgraded wheels that he needed to switch off. Although we live an hour away, he sent someone a few days later to pick up the Murano, bring it back to the dealership, switch out the tires, and then drive our car back to us. What can I say? The experience could not have been better.

He was not pushing me into a car that I said I did not want and valued my opinion. A lot of dealers always bring up a vehicle eventhough you told them you were not interested. Not Dustin. Our experience with buying a 2012 Nissan Quest at Jeff Schmitt Nissan was amazing. Our salesman, Matt McIvor, was extremely knowledgeable and patient with all of our questions. He even set up the Bluetooth in my new van for my cell phone since I had no clue whatsoever how to use Bluetooth. He was very helpful to me! And best of all, he gave us an amazing deal! We were looking for a new 2013 pathfinder and they had the exact one we were looking for. We test drove it and had to have it. We decided to lease it after talking to Jordan for a little bit and kept our payment the same as what it was before. Wes did our financing and made sure we understood all of the paperwork before we were done. I received outstanding service at Jeff Schmitt Nissan in Alpha. I purchased a 2005 Chevy Trailblazer at the dealership november 3, 2012. The sales staff was very knowlegeable and courteous. They walked me thtough all the questions that I had about the vechicle and the financing process. In just a few minutes, I purchased the SUV and was on my way. Within a couple of days, I took the vehicle to my own mechanic. He sais it was an excellent SUV but there were a couple of concerns with a power steering hose and the inside front fender. I went back to the dealer. They supplied a loaner car as they made repairs. I was highly pleased that there was no additional charge and the repairs were made expertly. Through the hole process, I senses the genuine concern for service by all the staff. Initially I spoke to Jeff Sandoval who was in new car sells. He walked with me to the used car salesman and stay with me as I talked Jason Anderson and Mark Powers, the used car manager. I was also pleased with the assistance I got from Brian N., the finance manager on duty. When I went back for the additonal repairs, Mark cheerfully assisted me and made arrangements for a loaner car while repairs were made. Mary Carlisle, Assistant Service Manager, was equally helpful and cheerful as she managed the repairs to the SUV. I came in to take a look at the 2013 Altima and Jordan came out to help me right away. I told him what I was looking for in a car and he pulled one up for me to see. He showed me all of the great new options and we took it for a nice test drive with lots of turns to show off the handling and ended with a short highway trip. I wasn't really planning on buying anything for a little while, but I decided to see what my monthly payment may be to get an idea of what I would be spending. After we talked a little bit he actually managed to keep my payment close to what my current payment was and before I knew it I was driving away in my brand new car. Brian did my financing and was great, he even got me got me an extended warranty for just a few extra dollars a month. Everybody was very friendly and they even offered snacks and drinks. I would recommend Jeff Schmitt to anybody in the market for a new car, they were great to deal with! I absolutely love my new Altima.

I just loved my sales person he made me feel equal the 1st sales person I had John just tossed my paperwork to the side when he thought I wasn't able to get a new car and said I had bad credit so i felt like he racially profiled me,He told me saturday that I needed to get a payoff on my car and bring in monday along with paystubs etc....so monday morning he called to make sure of the time I was coming then 10 mins before I got there I received a call from George saying he was taking over my case because John deceided to leave, so by this time im frustraded and aggravated but George told me he would do any and everything he could to get me in the car I wanted so 6days later I went there got my 2013 Altima and was on cloud 9 but man put in work for me and I truly truly appreciate that,U Marshall

I had been searching (for a couple months) all over for the perfect Nissan Altima and was able to take a chance and stop in Jeff Schmitt Nissan. Car dealerships always are a bit of a hassle to me, and I'm always quite weary of going in rather than shopping online, but this time was excellent! I was immediately greeted by Jordan Misamore. I told him what I was looking for and some things I currently had in mind, and he showed me a few different Altimas. He did an excellent job of pointing out a few of the great new features I wasn't familiar with, as well as how great of MPG it gets. Also, he made sure I sat in it and tried everything out...I couldn't believe the comfort level! Jordan got me all set up with the exact car I was looking for and Mario did a great job with the financing as well. Overall, a great experience!

We purchased a 2012 Altima that we LOVE because of the NASA seats mainly, but also because of George, our salesman, and Mario, our finance manager. I recently viewed a vehicle online and when I went to Jeff Schmitt Nissan I met Mark Edwards, sales consultant. However, I had not made an appointment, yet Mark took all afternoon showing the truck, working extremely hard to provide me with information and eventually coming to an agreement I could not resist. I fell in love with the Nissan Juke the first time I saw it. I did all my research on the vehicle and was off to buy one. I had been looking for a vehicle two weeks until I came upon Jeff Schmidts website and found a couple automobiles that I was interested in. As soon as I walked through the door I was greeted by a very friendly and helpful employee by the name of Chris Ault. I told him that I was a little unsure of exactly what I was looking for. I called because I saw a commercial about getting approved with bad credit. Mario McIntosh told me that he would get something worked out and it was better than I expected. I told him I liked Altima's and he ended up getting me a great deal on a brand new one! Chris Ault called to make sure what I was looking for and showed me the car, also made sure that we had everything we needed for the bank. I couldn't believe that I could get a nice car, let alone a brand new one! They definitely work hard to not only get you something that you can afford and be approved on, but also something you like!

We went to Jeff Schmitt due to a car we saw online, we showed up and Jordan greeted us showed us exactly where the car was. We saw the car and everything checked out well, there was an extra charge for some protection package but it had a few things that we felt was worth the price (I just wish it would have been included in the internet price). We negotiated a price we felt was fair and took the car home just a short time later. Great sales staff and everyone was very accommodating, they even offered us some drinks from the vending machine. A great overall experience and would definitely recommend them to anybody who asks.

I had originally stopped out there to look at a car I saw online for a great price. U fortunately the car had already sold by the time I got there, I was slightly disappointed but Jordan assured me they had a car I would like. He showed me a used Altima that had all if the options I wanted plus a few more! I love my new car, I though it was a little out of my price range but they made the payments work for me and I even got a great warranty. While I was looking Dustin Burkhard approached me and asked me if there was anything in particular that I was wanting to buy. I told him no. I drove to jeff Schmitt Nissan in Dayton from Cincinnati because they had the vehicle that I wanted and a competitive price. My wife and I were very impressed with the level of customer service that we received from Sean. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we purchased and provided us with several tips and suggestions. We purchased a pre-owned vehicle and it looked brand new when we drove it off the lot! The only trouble we encountered occurred when we got home. Unfortunately one of the brake calibers was not working properly. Jeff Schmitt Nissan took full responsibility and corrected the issue immediately. I definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a relaxed, educated and "no hassle" sales experience.

One thing I do not like from dealers is when they rush you and you feel like you are a piece of meat and they are vultures on for the kill. My wife and I purchased a car from Jeff Schmitt before and we really like Nissans. Even though another Nissan dealer is closer to us, we prefer to deal with Jeff Schmitt. Our intent that day was not to buy a car, but to get a repair done on one of our other Nissans and to look around. Brad put up with us as we looked at many cars and finally settled in on the Altima as it wss the roomiest. Having chosen the type of car for us, Sean found us a new/used one (current year model) and in our price range and with low mileage. Having agreed on the car, we had a delema: how to get two cars back home. My wife doesn't like to drive the car that was in the shop and she was nervous about driving the new car in heavy traffic to get home. Sean stepped up and drove the new car to my house (and had a friend drive him back). At my home he went over all the details again. For the distance he had to travel to do that, he went above and beyond what other dealers would do, and we appreciated that.

Leased a new 2012 Nissan 370Z Coupe Touring. The salesman I worked with was the best sals person I've encountered in any old my precious car buys. His name is Sean Sandoval. He made my wife and I feel very comfortable throughout the whole negotiating process. He put no pressure on us the whole time, to the contrary, he encouraged us to to take the night and sleep on the thoughts and to make sure what we really wanted to do. The next day I went back with my wife with a mind made up to do what we felt comfortable after thinking about it overnight. Rick Creditt went over our owners manual and made sure the car was full of gas. The process was nice and simple. The very next day Sean Sandoval called me to make sure everything was well with the car and asked me to call him at anytime if anything went wrong with car. I was looking for a new or used truck/ SUV. Sales person listened to me and made some excellent recommendations based on what I said. I ended up getting a slightly used vehicle- low miles and a killer warranty. The whole buying experience was smooth and efficient, staff was professional and courteous. The detailers could be a little more thorough and the sales staff a little more knowledgable about vehicle features. I just want to say that my experience at Jeff Schmitt Nissan was excellent. I worked with Rick Credit to purchase a new Murrano and a new Frontier Truck. Every part of the experience was top notch...more than fair amounts on my trade, clear explanation of the financing options and easy deal processing. Yes, I did have to sign lots of paper but the finance team had it all very well organized and easy to complete in a short time. I hate spending hours upon hours in the finance option while the finance guy tries to sell me extended service and so on. Not so at Jeff Schmitt. I felt absolutely no pressure to add extras. When I signed the loan documents, everything was in complete order down to the penny. I highly recommend Rick Credit as a sales person. Professional, knowledgable and very easy going. No pressure. Rick really tries to identify your need and then matches you with a car that fits your budget and lifestyle. In our case - a car and a truck! Again, Great experience.

Signing paperwork was a little bit longer than I liked, but the whole experience was a lot better than Marietta Auto Mall. I came into Jeff Schmitt locked and loaded with...no knowledge of cars whatsoever really (other than what one can learn online), but knew that I was looking for something new. I've purchased used in the past almost exclusively, so the overall 'new car purchase' process seemed a bit intimidating. I was able to acquire assistance almost immediately after arriving on the lot from Jordan Misamore, who was great at understanding my background (or lack thereof) and what I was looking for, and was able to direct me towards a new 2013 Nissan Altima. I spent a bit of time test driving one and Jordan was able to address a lot of the other questions I had at the time. I did not make a purchase at the time, but am definitely planning on doing so upon my return trip sometime in the very near future. I was able to establish a very large comfort zone with this process as Jordan did a great job walking me through how things work, and I'll definitely be taking my business here.

I love this dealer! They were very helpful and generous people. Instantly made me feel comfortable to be around and felt as though they honestly cared about what car would be best for me! They got to know me a little, and then after they figured out my financial situation they brought a car to the front that was absolutely perfect! I loved it! It was affordable for me and it was the first and last car I had to look at! It's like they knew exactly what I was looking for and what would be perfect for me! Jordan was the person who helped me and he stood by our side through it all! If I had any questions or concerns they could answer them all. You could tell they definitely knew what they were talking about. I plan to keep the Jeff Schmitt license plate frame on there just so people know exactly where I got my car! It's grown on my it's my baby and I appreciate Jeff Schimitt and Jordan for helping me through all of this because I went there with the intention to just look at cars but walked out with one I love! I went to the Mazda store looking for a certified Altima because I didn't know there was a Nissan store. Reggie Jackson found us and took us across the street. He said he didn't know much about Nissans but we found him to be very knowledgeable and we were 3 women throwing questions at him. During buying process, he always had a smile on his face and kept everything light while we gave him. . . well, we were nice bc he was. And you know how they bring out the Manager; we we talked to Mario, Dan, a finance guy, a girl and they worked like a team to sell us a car. While we felt just a little pressure, all were really very nice and each left us with some piece of info that we didn't know. I ended up buying a new 2012 Altima, got a good deal and would have no qualms about doing it again at Jeff Schmitt. When you go, ask for Reggie Jackson, Mr. October.

Amazing service, by Mario Cochran, Greg Nichlos, Mario finance manager!!! Mario Cochran was amazing at taking our info, customer service with explaining all the details about the car, letting us test drive the car, and making sure everything was good for our daughters first new vehicle!!! Greg, was very helpful, caring and helped meet our needs to purchase this car for our daughter, so we knew she would have a car that was reliable for her college in FL. Well, we found the car of our dreams online and drove from Columbus OH to Beavercreek OH to visit Jeff Schmitt to see the car in person. It is a beauty. Our salesperson Dave Tackett was great. the entire experience was wonderful. They even gave us time to go have lunch to think over our decision. We purchased the car and are still in love with it. Hats off to this dealership. The entire staff was cordial and very helpful. Dave is a new salesperson and everyone was right there for him every step of the way. Dave has since followed up with us several times just to be sure we are still happy campers. Thanks Dave and all the folks at Jeff Schimitt for a wonderful buying experience.

Chris was a great help to us in looking for a our new vehicle. We have been looking for the right crossover for a while and he was regularly updating us on what was available and then found us the perfect car! He was persistent and kept in touch long after the other dealers had apparently wrote us off! The process was extremely easy and we never felt pressured in any way. We did have to wait a little bit to get into the finance office, but Wes made the process quick and easy so we could get to where we need to be. We definitely recommend the Jeff Schmitt Group and especially Chris Ault to anyone we know that needs a car! Thank you so much for your help!

I recently bought a new car from Jeff Schmitt. I went to look at a used vehicle, and was talked into a new vehicle. I do love the vehicle I got, but it literally took me 8 hours to get out of the lot with it. Within a week I noticed a small part missing off of the car. I contacted them, 3 weeks later still no part. They want me to bring it in and wait some more. It wouldn't be so bad if the person washing it would have said something about it being missing. I don't recommend their services, it seems to me all they are worried about is the next sale. I won't be returning.

Thanks so much to Stephanie and Adam of JS Nissan for making our new car experience a memorable one. The freedom you allowed us to test drive various vehicles without a 'chaperon' was the best as it gave us the opportunity to discuss each vehicle experience without umpteen questions and sales pitches from the sales person muchless keeping our opinions hidden from eachother because of additional ears. Stepanie's constant encouragement to pick the vehicle that brought the biggest smile to our faces will always be a selling point with anything that gets purchased from now to eternity. Thanks to Stephanie, we were able to compare vehicles on all levels before deciding on which car was best suited for our needs without the stress of an aggressive sales pitch being 'in our face'. So very much appreciated AND the only one of the four dealerships we visited that afforded us this priviledge. We know how very busy your dealership was the day that we purchased our car and yet, when it was our turn to discuss the financial end of it, the manager still maintained his professional manner and sense of humor after a long day at the helm. We love our 2012 Nissan Rogue and hope that all customers of JSAG are able to have such a postive car buying experience as did the STREETPEOPLE of Xenia, OH. I went to quite a few other places and I was stuck on a price. This was the only store with a good selection and able to meet my price. However, the price I agreed on at first was not the price I paid at the end. I wish that would have been different--it would have made my experience almost perfect!

I live in Kent Ohio and have been looking for a specific model of used car. In my internet search, I found a 2005 Park Avenue for an incredible price...surely there must be something wrong with it. I called and spoke with Ken in internet sales and he explained the dealer policies. I chose to drive 3.5 hrs. to see this car and was truly impressed. I bought it that day and came back and picked it up a couple days later. The salesman Nathan was very kind and knowledgeable without the high pressure of a "Used Car Salesman". When I picked the car up, Nathan took me to the nearby gas station and filled the tank! Now that was a real surprize. I love the car and have gotten many compliments. Thanks to Ken and Nathan for a great "internet shopping" experience.
