When to trade a car I had just purchased from another dealership. I tested drove a new car and decide to purchase a used Kia Optima instead. The service I received was excellent, each time a sales person walked by the would ask you if you want or need anything. If you are looking for a new or used car please visit them you will not feel disappointed

We took the car in due to it shutting off twice and because the engine light came on. They checked it a day later they said one thing was wrong. We said ok fix it and I don't want it back until its fixed and the engine light is off. A couple days later they say something else is wrong. They said when they fix that everything will be good to go and it would cost a couple grands. We said as long as it'll be good to go. At this point the car has been there for two weeks. Then we get a call saying it's ready to be picked up around 9am. My mom goes to pick it up at 10am that same morning and when she gets there they tell her it's not done and that they need to do some stuff. At this point we are un satisfied from the lack of communication and lies. Ok another week goes by and we call and they say it's done they just need to test it out to make sure it's good to go. A week later they said they are throwing some things in "for free". (They probably broke something and had to fix it) it's been a month and a half now we still don't have the car and the last time they tried to say it was done the engine light was still on and he just kept saying it was "minor things" that need to be done. Well after that I decided to speak to the service manage and when I called they sent me to his voicemail. I left a message and I didn't get a call back. I called again and Johnathan our helper said he would tell him to give me a call. I gave him my number. Two hours later Johnathan calls me back saying I can call him at the same service number. Umm ok what did you get my number for? And why didn't you just say that the first time? Well I called and left a message. Didn't get a call back. The weekend passed I called again and left a message. Finally I get a call back after I left another message. When he calls me he says he's not in the office and he will call later. He calls me later saying he will get the car checked tomorrow to see what's wrong. Two days later. I still haven't got a call back and I have called and left messages. I wonder if this issue will ever get fixed. All I know that I'm never coming back to get service here.

Went to buy a Pathfinder as the wife was dead set against a minivan. Checked around the lot and discussed options for a family of 6...wife caved on the minivan. Katalin was extremely nice and helpful. She found a 2015 that was just dropped off for trade and still under warranty, but more importantly in our price range! I bought a 2015 Optima on 1/19/16, basic package. I liked it, great gas milage. Any way, I took it in yesterday , 7/12/16, for an oil change. I ended up leaving with a 2016 Kia Optima, with all the bells and whistles , with a lower interest rate and it only raised my insurance $2.00 a month! Best of all, I got it for $6000.00 under sticker price! This dealership and its employees are the best, top of the line! I won't buy a car anywhere else! WHOOHOO !!!!

We love our new Rogue! Jesse Wagner walked us through the process and knows his business well. A polite, hard working, non pushy salesman for sure. After the sell we came back a few days later and Jesse took time to show us every detail of the car and how to utilize all the bells and whistles. I was impressed when he mentioned he had gone to a customers home to help set up their garage door opener. The only negative was the length of time it took to purchase the car. If you go to Jeff Wyler in Fairfield , ask for Jesse.

We have been looking at many dealerships recently. I find myself avoiding over bearing sales people. I was happy to find at Jeff Wyler Nissan in Fairfield this wasn't the case. Jesse Wagner, our sales rep did a great job explaining the options on the car and eventually demonstrating various features. He didn't try to oversell us a vehicle beyond our reach . Due to a family problem, I was in desperate need for a car. I needed to purchase something cheap, but good; and of course that i wanted some goodies like bluethooth, rims, etc. I went to the dealer, because I saw a deal online too good to be true. I went to Jeff Wyler, and it was actually true. The personnel is super king, very nice location, NO HASSLE, and honestly the best car purchase experience that i have so far. Finding the right Financing was also super easy. I was not sure if I was going to purchase, but they really helped without putting any pressure. THANK YOU, I am very happy with my purchase.

I visited Jeff Wyler in Fairfield to test drive a used Chrysler 200c. I had no plans of purchasing a vehicle, as I was still shopping around to find something I liked and could afford. Joe Harrison was the salesman that helped me out. Joe had me drive multiple vehicles, the original Chrysler, and then a Kia Forte. I didn't like either because they were too small and I wanted a larger sedan, but I was afraid I couldn't afford the payments on an Optima. Joe asked for help from the Sales Manager who worked with me to get an Optima I liked at a price and payment I was comfortable with. Joe literally ran laps around their parking lot to find the car for me to drive. I ended up coming home with a brand new Kia Optima the same night and I am very pleased with the car, as well as the level of care and attention I received from the team at Jeff Wyler.

I was in the market for a new SRX to replace current one. I was looking for a certain (same as I have) color and eqipment package. I found the vehicle on Jeff Wyler's web site and requested a qoute. Harold McPeek called me the next morinng (this past Saturday). I went out to take a look at the vehicle and Harold was the difference between me continuing to look and buying this one. He has tons of knowledge regarding the options and features of this vehicle. Since I was trading the same model I know most features, but he help me with all the new ones. Harold threw in some extra chrome trim pillars to help the new vehicle look as close to my old one. The whole process was great, their team was very helpful and I was out in no time. I was going to another dealer for service with my old vehicle but I plan to start using this dealership going forward, because this team is on the ball.

I had an appointment set up with James Soup Campbell on a Saturday morning. I had a couple of used cars in mind that I wanted to look at. Once out on the lot instead of taking me to a car he wanted to sell me he asked what exactly I expected out of the car I was wanting to buy, amount of doors, engine preferences, new or used. After mentioning the cars I had seen online he was more than happy to take me directly to them. He answered any and all questions I had about the vehicles that we were looking at. On our way to see the last car on my list we walked past a 2013 Honda civic I liked. He stopped opened the door for me and as I checked out the interior he explained all the little features the car was equipped with. After taking it for a test drive I wanted to see what the numbers were going to look like, we walked inside and he went to work for me. Our appointment started at 9:30am and I explained to him that I needed to leave by 2:00pm to be back in time for work. James Campbell (our sales specialist) and Kurt Hume (the Used Car Manager) worked with us to get an amazing deal along with the terrific buying process. I left Jeff Wyler right at 2:00pm with papers signed and in my freshly washed/waxed 2013 Civic. Which by the way is well over my expectations of what I was going to be able to afford. I will be back in the future and I would recommend Jeff Wyler in Fairfield to anybody!

We bought a used 2006 Nissan Quest. We were very impressed with the people who work there, especially Gary Reed. He was never pushy or abrasive. He let us take our time. We had an amazing experience with him. After we bought the car we noticed it was having transmission problems so we took it back up there, where not only are they fixing the whole problem, they are giving us a rental car until it's fixed. They truly are a great place to purchase a vehicle. I would absolutely buy another car from them. Also Gary was very nice and helpful. More than I have ever experienced at other car lots. My family is very appreciative of them and would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

I bought a vehicle from this dealership. Jessie, the salesperson, was great. Took a video of the vehicle for me, since I was 2 hours away. Answered all my questions and went out of his way to help. Got a good interest rate. Got to the dealership and the vehicle has rust spots on it which were not evident in the pictures. I agreed to purchase the vehicle, since I drove so far to get it, with the agreement that they would fix the rust. During the deal, I caught the Sales Manager in a lie. I should have known then, but I got the deal I wanted and their agreement the rust would be fixed, so I went ahead with it anyway. The Sales Manager was very shady acting and since will not return any of my phone calls. I bought the vehicle 3 months ago and still waiting for a fix. I am happy with the vehicle other than the rust on the hood. I wouldn't recommend this dealership as an HONEST one from my experience...but if you know your stuff and willing to play hard ball, then this might be the place for you. FIX MY HOOD JEFF WYLER......

I brought my vehicle in to Jeff Wyler Nissan in Fairfield for some warranty work. I dropped off my vehicle at 9am. The service advisor told me that I should hear from him later in the morning. At 5pm I still had not heard from Jeff Wyler Nissan. I called but no one answered the service department phone, so I left a voice mail. Since the service department closed at 6pm, I called back again. I was informed that a part was ordered and my vehicle would not be available until the next day. The next day I received a call from the service department informing me that the part should be in around 9am. At 11am I received another call informing me that the part did not come in and that it would be 3 more days before the part was available. So after my vehicle being in the Wyler service department for 2 days they did nothing but order a part and dismiss my other complaint as normal operation. I decided to take my vehicle to another Nissan dealer to avoid additional frustration with dealing with Jeff Wyler Nissan of Fairfield.

I recently bought a 2013 Nissan Frontier from Jeff Wyler Nissan in Fairfield. I stopped by to see the truck on a Saturday morning. I was greeted by Jeremy Wright. I told Jeremy what I was looking for and he brought me into the showroom to look at the truck. Since the truck was in the showroom and I wasn't prepared to make a purchase on that day I did not take the truck out for a test drive. I called Jeremy a few days later and scheduled an appointment to drive the truck. When I arrived the truck was out in front waiting for me. After the test drive I negotiated a deal. It was a very easy process, no pressure. Jeremy made me aware of a few options that I could add to the vehicle but did not put any pressure on me to purchase them. I scheduled an appointment the next day to sign the paperwork. I returned the next day and the truck was cleaned up and ready to go. I had to wait a few minutes for the finance manager but when I met with him there were no surprises. On the paperwork the price was correct, the payments were right, no extras were added on. Just was I was hoping for. There were a few items that I remember after the fact (spare key, front license plate bracket). Jeremy did a good job of following up on them. I returned and had the bracket installed a few weeks later. I would consider buying another vehicle from this dealership and this salesman in the future.

Let me start by saying, "We had the most pleasant car buying experience of our life!" If you're shopping for a car, drive right over to Jeff Wyler Fairfield Cadillac Kia Nissan to get your next vehicle. We purchased two new cars to replace our wrecked 2000 Toyota Sienna and our aged 1995 Honda Accord. Jeremy Wright (Sales Professional) negotiated our deal over the internet. We haggled over several days trying his patients with numerious emails, but Jeremy pleasantly responded to them all. We arrived at an "Out The Door" price including taxes and title -- only to find out -- we made a mistake. Marc Ancona (Sales Manager) caught the mistake when he crunched the numbers and informed us. But instead of making us pay for our mistake, Marc subtracted the error from the cost of the vehicle which cut into the dealers profit. How many dealerships would do that. Selwyn Brown (Finance Manager) was very personable and pleasant to work with as well. Instead of pushing many costly additions, we shared stories while completing the final documents. What a dealership! If you want honest salesmen (Jeremy Wright), superior customer service (before and after you close the deal), and competive pricing then shop at Jeff Wyler Fairfield Cadillac Kia Nissan and you won't be disappointed. We Weren't!

After being directed by a mail solicitation to visit Jeff Wyler Kia in Fairfield for the purchase of a new car or refinance on my existing car we visited Jeff Wyler Kia in Fairfield. After spending a few hours discussing options and that a new car would be best for my financial situation, the sales rep said that he would review the options and call us the next afternoon. Late the next afternoon, he did in fact call to say that they were very busy and had not had the opportunity to find me the right car (or any car for that matter). He then stated would get to work on it and call Monday or Tuesday. Here I sit on Wednesday...not a peep. If the dealership or sales rep wanted to blow us off, then they should not have instilled false hope that they could find us a great deal on a car, nor made commitments on when they would follow up. No follow up or follow through equals a lost customer! Sorry Jeff Wyler, but you need to revisit Best Practices on delivering excellent customer service. The bright side..there are always plenty of other competitors waiting to swoop in where you dropped the ball.

It was a pleasure doing business with Mr. Reed for the following reasons: 1. He was a very keen and active listener to what I was looking for and needed to close the deal 2. He didn't use any sales tactics or games - very professional and direct 3. He understood I was serious about buying a car and HAD other options if we didn't reach a fair deal I'm a buyer in my professional life, so I've seen a few a tactics over the last 20+ years. Nevertheless, my wife is very happy with her new car. Go see John Reed and I'm sure, you'll be just as happy and satisfied with your decision.

I was lured to the dealership by a mailing that seemed to offer great trade-in value for our 2009 Murano. Over the next three hour eriod we were politely and gently manipulated until, tired and hungry, we ended up accepting far less for our trade-in than we ever intended and buying a model of Rogue with far less in the way of options than what we were looking for. When we got home, we woke up to what had happened. It was late on a Saturday afternoon, the dealership was closed on Sunday; so, on Monday morning I took the new car back claiming my right to have three days to change my mind. I was told that right did not apply, that I had bought the car and it was mine and would not be accepted back, and that my trade-in Murano had already been moved to a wholesaler (even without the title!). I will never go to a Jeff Wyler franchise for a car purchase again, nor will I recommend thm to anyone.

I bought a Cadillac ATS from Brad at Jeff Wyler Cadillac in Fairfield Ohio. I used Cars.com to locate the vehicle that I was interested in, sent an email request for info. Brad sent a return email shortly after even though it was 9:00 at night. I made an appointment to go in and talk with him and see the car. This dealership was up to date and clean with all of the new amenities. My salesman was Brad Childers and my buying experience was like no other then I had experienced in the past. I would give this dealership an A+++ rating.

It was very refreshing dealing with Jeff Wyler. My salesman, Eric, was very helpful, not just low pressure but NO pressure. I told him what I was looking for and after showing me a couple of models that I was interested in quickly came back with a great deal that we could agree on. The service I received was above and beyond what I expected. Most car dealerships would ask me "what will it take for you to leave in this car today?" At Jeff Wyler the question was "What can we do to get you in the car you want?" When I went to purchase a Sentra, I quickly realized the size might not have been quite what I was hoping for. Dakota worked with me and his Jeff Wyler network to test drive other cars and find EXACTLY what I wanted- and even at a GREAT price! I now have a GREAT car with an awesome warranty AND FREE CAR WASHES! More than I could have imagined. Dakota is an ASSET to the Jeff Wyler team and I will send everyone I know his way for any of there new or used car buying needs. Even the financing process was flawless! When I arrived the paperwork was ready and Selwyn went over everything as I signed it to ensure I understood. The dealers are honest and the friendliest I encountered BY FAR. I have been researching and looking at cars since last August, but none had just what I wanted. I went to Wyler Cadillac only to look at the SRX. They had a great sale on leftover new 2012's that I saw advertised on a Thursday and drove it on Saturday. After doing some research on the SRX, I went back and bought it on Monday. Greg Fails is very nice and was great to deal with--the deal/sale was quick and not drawn out or "like buying a house". John Reed was thorough on showing and explaining the vehicle features, paired my phone and set up OnStar. Jamison Edie in service quickly got me into service and provided and loaner vehicle. This is our fourth vehicle from the Wyler group, and I would HIGHLY recommend them.

Shopping online was a great experience,price was great, but their promises fell short. They promised to send me a personal video (twice) and I never received it. They promised to do a walk around of the car checking for dents, damages, tears and paint issue, then call me back. Never heard back. After picking up the car we found several places where the paint was missing down to the bare metal. They offered to take a look at it. Now, we have to find time to drive back down there to have it looked at. Note: have them wash the car first, then walk around the car before getting it back home, can save time and hassle.

Greg Fails is an EXCELLENT sales rep! We told him over the phone what we wanted and he made it happen. I was set on black on black he told me he did not have one I was disappointed but then he said I have just the color for you it is Chocolate. He said, "you will love it". He was right I fell in love with it! The color changes so it seems like I have a different car when the sun hits it. I rarely let my husband drive it. LOL Thanks Greg!

DO NOT BUY FROM ANY JEFFWYLER!!! I went in to the Fairfield location made a deal with a sales person and Sales manager. After it was approved I thought I had bought the car. After I had started signing the paperwork I am told the GM has denied the deal and left for the day giving no explanation! They don't even give me a counter offer they just cancelled the whole deal on me after agreeing to the price! I was called by a manager the next day saying they would check other lots for similar vehicles and would call me later that day and surprise surprise they never called back!!

The whole process couldn't have been more pleasant.Asked Mr.Minch to run off some print offs with $5,000, $11,000 or nothing down. With a "big smile" he said he would be happy to.. (that was a huge problem at a Honda Dealer.) I brought my son-in-law with me, but honestly feel that I would have gotten a good deal with or without him from Mr. Minch. Stopped by dealer to look at 2013 ATS Cadillac. Happened to meet John Reed while inside shoeroomm. John pointed out specials that were running on 2012 CTS. John worked really hard to present my offer to mannaggement and I did drive new CTS of the lot.I dont think that anyone but John could have sold me a new car on that day. After weeks of exploring and test driving different cars at different dealers, we went to Jeff Wyler Fairfield Nissan on a mid-Saturday and drove home that night with a brand new Murano. Kelly B. (Sales Consultant) worked with us as we explored both the Rogue and the Murano, answered all our questions really well, and found the car with the options we wanted that turned out to be a color we hadn't considered previously but we instantly really liked. The buying process was helped tremendously by what we considered fair prices for our trade-ins and a very easy and reasonable negotiation to get to a price that we found attractive. What we liked best about the experience (and we have experienced this at Jeff Wyler Honda in Florence also) is the professional and relaxed environment that the dealership offers. We have walked out of other dealerships because of 'high pressure' and/or the arrogant manners of the sales people. We have never experienced this at a Wyler dealership. Kelly and the rest of the sales team made the overall buying experience really good, and we ended up with a car that we feel great about! Considering we were trading in a Lexus RX300, that says something about the quality of the Murano!

We flew from south central PA because of the great price. Marc, our salesman, was fantastic. And the dealership is the best one we ever dealt with. They quickly took care of a few things that came after we got back home in PA. Their commitment to us even though we live couple hundred miles away, is second to none.
