We always have a good time when we take our truck into the service you don't just sit there you are able to carry on the conversation with the young lady at the service desk or I should say reception desk and also anybody that walks in such an open place well-lit lots of Windows not to mention the personal one-on-one touch that the employees have to give you they make you feel like you matter courtesy is a plus at this place I highly recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle and have it serviced at this establishment

We have used Jefferson Ford in repair work done on our 2005 Escape. They have been always up front, reasonable in repair costs and always stood behind the repairs. For the first time we used Jefferson Ford Dealership. We looked at several dealerships, and found Jefferson Motors to be friendly, not pushy in their sales department, but there to help us in our decision and also giving us the best deal around. Israel Pruitt is the best salesman we have ever dealt with. He helped us with any questions, was honest and did his best to help us make the right choice in cars that would suit our needs. We have found the dealership that we will be using and recommend to all our friends, and relatives..

My family and I have purchased many vehicles from Israel! He has made the experience so easy every single time! We've joked several times that I've purchased most of my vehicles from Israel via text message. I trust the dealership so much that I never question a purchase! Michael in service has always been very helpful with repairs or routine maintenance. I have gone to other dealerships to look at different vehicles over the years and always leave thinking the same thing. I won't purchase from a salesperson who makes me feel like I don't know what I'm talking about or what I want! Jefferson Ford has spoiled me on the buying process because they are so great to work with! We absolutely love them! I listen to my 10 year old son talk to his friends about getting vehicles when they start to drive. His story always begins with 'We will go to Israel and get...'! I highly recommend Jefferson Ford to anyone who is even considering a purchase - new or used!

My 16 year old car was dying. I sought my dream car and found it at Jefferson Motor Company. I'm in Idaho. The car was in Georgia! It was a little scary at first thinking of buying a car sight unseen so far away. But Israel and Jefferson Motor Company made the whole process so easy. I felt at ease and able to trust them the entire time. Thank you, Israel and co! I love my sweet new ride (FIAT 500c, espresso color!) The entire process: accurate listing (with detailed images), timely e-mail and telephone communication, honest and no pressure sales process with Israel Pruitt, fair trade-in valuation, ease and quick paperwork process with no added sales pressure of add-one or extended warranty was truly one of the best car buying processes I have ever experienced. A great car buying experience with professional people. I would buy from Jefferson Motor Company again.

We have purchased several cars from Jefferson Motor Company, knowing having a good service department is an important part to consider when purchasing a vehicle. We had actually looked at this 2016 Explorer on an earlier date and decided a couple of weeks later to 're-look"....My husband wanted me to be comfortable with the decision of purchase and the car.(Having me go over numbers and paperwork, as well.) Israel Pruitt assisted with the test drive, making sure I was familiar with everything on the car and he explained all the "paperwork" end of the deal. Israel made the purchasing of this car easy for us! We are impressed with the improvements that have been made, since the previous model Explorer we owned.

I was introduced to Israel thru a friend. The car I wanted is a very limited production model. I called over 200 dealerships with no real deal to speak of. Israel came up with a very fair price I was willing to live with. I live across the country in CA. He made the whole process very simple & straight forward. Kept me informed of all the details I needed. And I thank him for that. He made sure if I had any questions, that I could contact him at any time. No pressure, no tricks, no problems. We recently purchased a 2012 Expedition from Jefferson Motors from Israel and we are from Charlotte. We just happened to stop by on our way to Atlanta to look at some Expeditions at other dealers and saw that Jefferson had one online. I have to admit I was skeptical but I was wrong! Had we not already committed to seeing other vehicles in the Atlanta area we would have bought the vehicle at that moment. We were only there 30 minutes and in that time frame we test drove the vehicle and Israel checked out our trade and gave us a very good trade in value with a very fair price for the new vehicle (and none of this no negotiations nonsense "this is the internet price" and therefore we wont lower our price) We had been looking for awhile and at most dealers you get caught in the sitting game where many dealers try to get the most money out you. This was not the case at Jefferson Motors!! Israel gave a very fair quote on trade and a fair price on the vehicle, WITH NO HASSLE! and oh by the way Israel delivered the vehicle to us in Charlotte!! at no added charge! We have already recommended Jefferson Motors to my wife's parents who live in Greenville SC. So when they hit the market in a few months for a vehicle they are going to check with Israel first! To the people of Jefferson, GA you have a very lovely town and a great small town Ford Dealer!!!!! All other dealers could take some serious lessons from Jefferson Motors!!!!!! Thank You Israel!!!!!!!

This is the 5th vehicle I have bought from Israel. Every time it is the same,the price is fair, the trade value is fair(by fair I don't mean high or low, I mean honest) and he takes care of all the little details. My credit union likes working with him as well. After a few emails I went there on Saturday at 11:00 and looked at several vehicles, had a trade in evaluated, test drove one, and left in a new truck around 1:00. Everything was done by 1:00- Will always buy from Jefferson Ford without question-- Thank You Israel.

Israel made the car buying experience really easy. I really liked how quickly he provided feedback every time that my husband or I had a question. I also liked how upfront and honest everyone at the dealership was. They told us upfront about a extremely small (something I probably would not have even noticed) scratch that was on the car, and when I told them about the interest rate that I was getting through someone else he was very upfront that it was a good deal and they may or may not be able to match it. He also had everything ready when we arrived to purchase the car, so we were only there a short amount of time. I have never had as good of an experience with any other dealer. I would highly recommend this dealership!

Let me begin by saying I HIGHLY recommend buying a car from Jefferson Motor Co because they give you a very fair price and you will be treated with a genuine respect I didn't find with other dealers. If you're reading this review then you're probably like me, excited about buying a new car, but somewhat loathing the process. I purchased a slightly used Jeep from Jefferson Motor last week and Israel was the salesman who helped me through the process. I enjoyed working with him as he presents a genuine and likable personality who didn't once give me the impression his goal was to pressure me into buying or over paying for a car. He seemed very knowledgeable and even passionate about the mechanics of a car and would directly answer any question I asked plus give tips or insight on how to properly maintain it. They were able to give me a great finance rate and I purchased the car at a very fair price. The little things like everybody loading up extra wheels/tires that came with the car into my old one and going over the new Jeep bumper to bumper with any tips he could think of after I had already purchased it, shows a first class operation and work ethic. A week later and I still feel great about the purchase from Jefferson Motor. I hope this review helps someone as I only right reviews after an outstanding experience.

I was extremely pleased with the buying process and my new vehicle purchased from Jefferson Motor Company! I used the internet exclusively to look for a new Ford F150 Super Cab.4X2 Mr. Pruitt was extremely helpful and responsive to my questions and provided vehicle descriptions and options. Quotes were straight forward, no hidden fees, and available discounts through Ford were clearly spelled out, including the value of my trade-in, and discounts, all on line. Straightforward, honest and reliable are just a few words to describe my experience with Israel Pruitt and Jefferson Motor Company.

Mr Pruit was most courteous in this tranaction. The preowned 2011 Ford Expedition I purchased is almost new. The photos and representation of the vehicle are accurate. The vehicle was delivered to my house in great clean condition. The delivery of the vehicle to my house 200 miles away was a great deal. The entire transaction except for signatures was completed over internet. The financial aspect of this transaction was fair and honest with no hidden fees. The two gentlemen who delivered the vehicle were most polite and professional. This is the way all vehicle transactions should be. I will definitely remember this when I purchase another vehicle.

Made a last minute used car purchase just before my daughter returned to college. Looked around on the internet and found a competitively priced car at Jefferson. I requested an "Internet" price - after the dealership closed for the evening - and Mr Israel Pruitt sent me the pricing a couple hours after the dealer had closed! Very early the next morning I emailed I would like to come see the car. Before the dealer opened, Mr Pruitt called me - well before the dealership opened - to let me know when best to come by, so I wouldn't have to wait. Car was found as described; if anything, it was much cleaner than expected. I wanted the car looked over by my mechanic before finalizing purchase and Mr Pruitt/Jefferson was most accommodating. The internet pricing was great, and Jefferson didn't try to add any unannounced extra charges. This was a GREAT car buying experience!

The service department took such great care my wife and her 2002 Exploere when we first moved to NE GA she insisted that I consider them for future car purchases about 10 years ago....since then we have bought 4 new vehicles from them, and reccomended them to at least 10 family and friends, ALL of whom had the same great experiences we had had. NOT your typical dealership experience, and not the pressure and tactics you get at most, just honest, informed, good people to do business with in sales, finance, service, and now as friends.

I have been shopping around for a dealership and pricing for a couple months. I went through it all - the high pressure = the not so informed and the it's too hot to be out here type of salesman. Within five minutes of being at Jefferson Motors and with Isreal, I was sold. Isreal helped me with everything that I asked, above and beyond the average. My wife and I were looking for a new Ford Escape with some exacting features. Israel Pruitt went on the hunt for us and found the Escape with the exact features we were looking for in Alabama......No Problem,says Isreal ! He sent one of his guys to pick it up for us and had it the very next day....Detailed and with a full tank of gas!! Also, when we came back to sign the sales papers, he gave us a full rundown on all the gadgets and instruments in the car ! Now That's Service ! He will get our business from now on !

So I was browsing the site and found the exact truck I wanted. I called Israel monday morning at 0755 and he picked up. I asked if the truck was still there and he replied yes. He assured me the truck was in almost new condition (2012 w/22k miles). I took his word on it. I purchased the truck via phone and email. He asked when I would be able to come get it....I said well I'm located in Columbia,SC about 200 miles from his location and that I would have to be down there late tonight to get it. He said no worries he would deliver the truck to me and pick up my trade in....I was floored!!! Long story short I bought truck sight unseen with guarantee that if it wasn't has he presented it to me over the phone I didn't have to complete the deal, they delivered the truck to me a 6 hour drive round trip. The truck was even better condition and options than I expected. You will not have a better buying experience anywhere on this planet,

The dealer was easily available via phone and email. Buying process was quick yet thorough. I didn't feel like they were just trying to sell me a car but like they were trying to honestly earn my business. I definitely recommend.
