Matt in Acura Service is the reason I will buy another Acura. His professionalism and friendship is exactly what every luxury car maker wants on their team. It's easy to sell a nice car, but its hard to keep the customer from trying another brand, because once the car is sold, a decline in customer care sets in when repairs are needed. That is not the case with Jeffrey Acura and especially with Matt. he makes the trio worthwhile for me, even if its for an oil change. The entire service team is great, the lunge area, and of course Matt, with his exceptional out of the normal level of care.Thank you,

Even though it was Saturday afternoon, Matt patiently listened when my 2005 Acura RL suddenly stopped running due to worn out alternator. It was in for evaluation first thing Monday morning and repaired. Then when I told Matt I would have to arrange a ride to the east side, he said he would have car delivered to my house over 25 miles away. That's what I call excellent customer service...

I called the service department around 10:00 AM and was able to obtain a service appointment for 11:30 on the same day. Service employees were ready to take my vehicle when I arrived and completed the work in less than an hour. Everyone was courteous and friendly.

I had an issue with 2 of the Michelin tires that came on the car they were pitting and splitting after 37000 miles the warranty was for 50000 miles Acura sent in the complaint to their tire guy and a satisfactory offer of compensation was made.Because of the reasonable compensation offered I decided to purchase 2 additional tires and have 4 new tires installed.Matt Smith handled all the details and my car was serviced and finished in less time than I expected and a discount coupon was offered at the restaurant across the street.I was completely satisfied with the way this was resolved.

When dropping my vehicle off after hours there were no drop-off envelopes. I had to purchase an envelope to put my keys in and leave my vehicle and contact information on. When I called on August 23rd to inform the Jeffrey Auto Group Body Shop that I would be dropping my car off for repairs after inquiring about a loaner vehicle if necessary I was told that one should be available when I returned from my vacation 7 days later. My car was dropped off on Sunday, August 25th. Not hearing anything about the damages and how long it would take to repair, I called the Shop on Tuesday, August 27th to find out the status of my vehicle. I was informed by Jeffrey Emmons that there was over $4,000 in damages, the parts had been ordered and that it would take at least two weeks to repair my car. Then I once again inquired about the availability of a loaner car. Mr. Emmons made rude comments regarding not having car rental coverage through my insurance (similar to the lecture he gave my wife a couple weeks prior when getting work done on her 2009 Nissan Murano which cause her to take her vehicle to another Body Shop) and told me there was a waiting list, my name was not on the list, and there were six people ahead of me. Suppressing my frustration, I ask when a loan car would be available. He said early next week. Well, it is now Friday September 6th, the end of the next week, and I still do not have a loaner car and my vehicle is still in the shop. My family and I have been faithful customers of both Jeffrey Auto Group sales and service over the past five years. The last couple of months of bad service have tainted my other excellence view of Jeffrey Service. As a result of this last service experience I, my wife and parents (who own 2003 TL and 2008 MDX) will no longer get our vehicles serviced by nor make future purchases from the Jeffrey Auto Group.

I had brought the vehicle in because my brakes were so low. After spending three hours at the dealership while they did an oil change and worked on my brakes, they don't feel any different than they did before I went there. They are still very low. So I don't know or understand what they were doing all that time cause it did not fix the problem I brought it in for. It still feels like I am not able to stop on a dime. I was disappointed on my ride home thinking the brakes would feel nice and tight, but they don't. I would think after 400.00 later I would at least feel a slight difference.The staff there are awesome and very professional. Went in to price out a car and they gave me the best price after going to three other Acura dealerships. The vehicle was ordered and showed up about 3 weeks later than expected because of factory delays. They were very helpful and understanding and gave me an update at least once a week. Once the car arrived they showed me how to use every function and offered to have me come back and go over the advanced functions after using them if I still had any questions. Both the manager Eric and my salesman Paul were very friendly. I would purchase a vehicle from there again.

I thought the dealership service department closed at 7pm and when I arrived at 5:45 and realized they closed at 6pm that day, Matt told me not to worry about it and they got my car in and changed the oil and had the work completed by 6pm. Bought windshield wipers and touch-up paint sometime this winter. Price was better than Autozone and Pennzoil AND the parts sales coordinator had my car washed! Last time we needed an oil change, I asked the wife to schedule it at the same dealer (Jeffrey Accura) and ask the service folks to check out any recalls. Before we could get it in we got a recall notice in the mail. All was taken care of in a very short time with my wife in the waiting area. AND they washed the car! Nice to be treated like a customer rather than an annoyance.

I just bought a car last Friday June 24,2011 from Karen Bethune. She was outstanding! She also was very kind, patient, knowledgeable, and professional. She did everything she could to meet my need. Everything was fine but I have a small complaint. I debated whether I should mention this but even more than a week later, I still can't forget this.When I paid for the service, I noticed that the cashier was listening to talk radio....Rush Limbaugh to be exact. I find Limbaugh to be a highly offensive personality and I don't believe he should be listened to at all but if the cashier wants to listen to him, she should be able to but it should be on her time, not on the job. A musical radio station would not be offensive to anyone as far as I am concerned.

The product is the best; I started driving hondas in 1990 and Acura in 98, and they are the best cars in the world. This dealership is HIGHLY recommended to buy from or service at, even if you bought it at another place. Matthew set up my visit and was prompt in assigning it for service. This was a routine maintenance. The waiting lounge was comfortable, with recent newspapers available. I also discussed the possibility of buying a new TSX with a salesperson, Carmine, who was very helpful. When my service was completed, Matthew alerted me to some additional work that would have to be done soon, and put a sticker on the window to remind me of my next scheduled maintenance. The service was done in a timely fashion, which is customary with this dealership.
