Maria and Tom were the nicest when we went in to see and drive the car. But this turns out to be the strangest I've encountered. After visiting other Makes and Models at other dealerships, we made numerous attempts to contact them to move ahead. No Response. No response to emails, phone calls, etc. Nothing! If that's how they respond prior to the sale, can;t imagine after the sale. Went elsewhere! 2 stars, 1 for Maria, 1 for Tom. 0 Stars for their follow up. Business must be great! NOTE - This was Buck Chevrolet at the time. **- This review was posted over 2 years ago. I have no experience with the current sales staff.

Good customer service. Enjoyed talking to the sales manager Holly Sylvester. Was able to meet our tech Nick. He was very knowledgeable about the recalls on our vehicle and did a great job keeping our truck clean and put back together correctly. My service advisor, Heidi was very pleasant and helpful

Bernie did a great job listening to what my needs were and helping me pick the right truck. Bernie also did a great job showing the features/benefits of the trail boss pick up truck. The test drive was fun and informative. Bernie and sales management were able to find a number we could all agree with without any down time. Keeping positive momentum from start until I became a sold customer. I am completely satisfied.

Just wanted to thank Dave, from sales, and Nick from Finance for a fantastic experience. Their collaboration made the process comfortable and smooth. Both were very knowledgeable on vehicles, and warranties. They took time to answer all questions, they were honest, and just made the process so pleasurable. They are an employers dream because they both are committed to customer satisfaction, that is a rarity these days. Thank you both for a job well done and a satisfied customer.
